무용콩쿠르경험에 대한 해석학적 현상학 연구 -한국무용전공 입시생을 중심으로-

본 연구는 무용콩쿠르에서 한국무용전공입시생이 경험하는 심리적 요인에 대해 심층적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자의 참여관찰, 인터뷰를 통한 심층면담, 연구 참여자의 자기소개서 및 체험기술지, 연구자의 반성적 노트, 연구 참여자의 무용콩쿠르와 관련된 시청각자료(사진, 동영상)등을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 무용콩쿠르경험을 1,준비과정, 2,경연과정, 3.참가이후로 나누어 논의하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1, 무용콩쿠르 준비과정에서, 참가 동기는 무용콩쿠르 경험을 통해 실력을 향상시키고, 대학에 대한 수시지원 자격과 가산점 등의 성과를 성취하기 위한 것으로 나타났다. 콩쿠르를 준비하는 과정에서 겪은 부정적인 심리 요인은 레슨선생님들과의 갈등, 무용성취도의 저하, 입시생이라는 것에 대한 압박감과 높은 긴장도 및 경쟁으로 인한 자신감 저하, 훈련과다로 인한 스트레스, 입상결과에 대한 부담감 등이 있었다. 이밖에 콩쿠르 전날 부정적인 심리요인의 영향은 크게 나타나지 않았는데 이는 연구 참여자 대부분이 자신만의 컨디션 조절을 위한 심리적, 생리적 방법을 사용하고 있었기 때문으로 판단된다. 대처방안으로는 친구와 대화, 이미지트레이닝, 수면시간조절, 의상 점검을 통한 마음준비 및 음식조절 등이 있었다. 2. 무용콩쿠르 경연과정에서, 경연 일에 발생한 부정적인 심리요인은 입상 결과에 대한 압박감으로 인한 불안과 높은 긴장상태 등이 있었다. 이러한 부정적인 심리요인에 대한 대처 방안으로 연구 참여자들은 다른 경쟁자를 의식하는 것보다, 본인의 작품에 집중하여 연습하는 것이 긴장과 불안을 낮추는데 도움이 되었다고 기술하였다. 그리고 자기 최면 즉 긍정적인 키워드 암시 등도 효과가 있었다고 한다. 또한 레슨 선생님과 친구의 지지 및 격려도 위의 부정적인 심리요인을 극복 할 수 있는 방안이 되어주었다. 이밖에 자신의 순번을 기다리는 대기 시간도 영향을 주었는데 대기 시간이 길수록 긴장도가 높아졌고, 대기시간이 짧은 경우 긴장도가 감소하였다. 다음으로 경연이 시작되었을 때의 심리상태는 한국무용의 특성상 입게 되는 긴치마와 거추장스러운 도포 등 의상으로 인한 스트레스를 경험하였으며, 실수에 대한 두려움, 심사위원과 상에 대한 의식, 최선에 대한 의지 등이 있었다. 3, 무용콩쿠르 참가이후, 입상결과에 따라 학생들은 다양한 심리적 요인을 경험하였다. 특히 입상하지 못한 경우 슬럼프, 우울, 짜증, 부모님과 선생님의 기대에 대한 죄책감 등의 부정적인 심리요인이 초래되었다. 이에 대한 대처방안으로는 레슨선생님의 조언, 부정적인 결과를 긍정적으로 수용하며 자신감 향상시키기, 친구와의 교제, 명상, 자발적인 연습 등이 있었다. 이밖에 이들은 콩쿠르의 입상결과가 추후 참가하는 콩쿠르의 결과에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는 것을 경험하였다. 콩쿠르에서 입상 한 후, 참가한 콩쿠르에서는 이전보다 좋지 못한 결과를 경험하였으나, 이와는 대조적으로 콩쿠르에서 입상을 못한 후, 참가한 콩쿠르에서는 좋은 입상결과를 얻었던 적이 있었다. 전자는 자만심, 스트레스부족으로 인한 안일함 등으로 인해 긴장 부족현상을 겪었고, 후자는 적절한 긴장상태를 유지하며 자발적인 연습을 한 것이 원인으로 판단된다. 즉 긴장상태가 주요인이다. 이에 콩쿠르입상결과에 따라 경험하게 되는 이러한 컨디션에 대해 인지하고, 적절한 긴장상태를 유지할 수 있도록 교사와 학생간의 상호보완적인 노력이 요구된다. 이렇듯 본 연구에서는 무용전공입시생이 경험하는 무용콩쿠르에 대해 준비과정부터 경연과정, 참가이후 입상결과에 따라 발생하는 심리적 요인과 효과적인 대처방안에 대해 고찰해보았다. 이는 앞으로 입시를 겪게 될 무용전공학생들과 이들을 지도하는 교사들에게 무용콩쿠르 참가를 대비한 실질적이고 효과적인 준비를 하는데 유의미한 영향을 주는 기초연구가 되어 줄 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 대처방안들은 그들이 무용콩쿠르를 경험하면서 겪게 되는 다양한 심리적 요인들을 극복하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 사료되는 바이다. 나아가 본 연구결과를 토대로 무용콩쿠르를 준비하는 과정부터 경연과정, 참가이후 그 결과를 수용하고 발전시켜가는 과정까지 각 상황에 따른 프로그램을 개발, 시행하여 그 효과를 입증 할 수 있는 실증적인 후속연구가 이루어지길 기대해 본다. The current study aims to investigate in depth psychological factors experienced by college prep students majoring in Korean dance in dance concours. For this, we employed the researcher’s participatory observations, in-depth interviews, research participants’ personal statement and experiential statement, the researcher’s reflective notes, the research participants’ dance concours-related visual data(photos, videos) etc. The present study discussed dance concours experience dividing it into 1. preparatory process, 2. competition process, and 3. after participation, and the results are as follows: It was found that in 1. preparatory process for dancing concours, participation motives were to enhance abilities through experiencing dance concours, and to achieve results of getting qualifications for applying for irregular selection by college and incentives etc. Negative psychological factors experienced in the process of preparing for concours included conflicts with lesson teachers, a decrease in dance achievements, pressure and increased tension associated with being college prep students and a decrease in self-confidence, stress due to excessive training, and psychological burdens related to prize winning results and so forth. Besides, the effect of psychological factors the day before concours were not observed very much and it is conceivable that the reason for this is that most research participants were using their own psychological and physiological methods to adjust their physical condition. Coping methods included talking to friends, image training, adjusting sleeping hours, readiness of mind through checking costumes and adjusting diet etc. The negative psychological factors which took place on the day of competition in 2. dance concours competition process included a state of high tension and anxiety resulted from pressure of the prize winning results etc. For methods of coping with these negative psychological factors, the research participants responded that it was more helpful to reduce tension and anxiety to practice dancing focusing on their own work rather than being conscious of other competitors. And they said self-hypnosis, namely an autosuggestion of positive keyword did work as well. In addition, the lesson teachers’ and friends’ support and encouragement also served as ways to overcome the above negative psychological factors. Besides, waiting time of waiting their order also had a effect. Namely, the longer they waited, the more their tension was, and if the waiting time was short, their tension decreased. Next, for their mental state when a competition got started, they experienced stress due to costumes such as long skirts and cumbersome Korean full-dress attire(dopo) which they should wear according to the nature of Korean dance, and they experienced fear of making mistakes, being conscious of judging panels and prizes, and will to do their best etc. After 3. participating in dance concours, students experienced a variety of psychological factors depending on the prize winning results: In particular if they did not win a prize, the psychological factors were caused including slump, depression, irritation, a sense of guilt against their parents and teachers’ expectations etc. Method coping with them included advice from their lesson teachers, enhancing self-confidence accepting negative results positively, making friends, meditation, voluntary practice and so forth. Besides, they experienced that the prize winning results of concours affected results of the next concours they participated later. They experienced worse results than before in concours which they participated in after winning prizes in concours, but on the contrary to this, they have got better prize winning results in concours they participated in after not winning a prize. It is analyzed that the former is because they experienced less tension phenomena due to arrogance, and laziness arising from a lack of stress and so forth, and that the latter is because they practiced dancing voluntarily maintaining an appropriate tension state. Namely, the state of tension is a main reason. Accordingly, it is necessary to recognize this physical condition they come to experience depending on the prize winning results of concours, and complementary efforts are required between teachers and students so that a proper tension state can be maintained. Like this, the current study examined the psychological factors experienced by the college prep students intending to major in dance, which might occur from the preparatory process of dance concours to the competition process, and depending on the prize winning results after participation, and effective methods coping with them. It is conceivable that it will be able to make a basic study having a significant effect on making practical and effective preparations for participating for dance concours for students majoring in dance who will experience the entrance exam in the future and teachers who teach them. In addition, it is considered that coping methods proposed in the present study will be of help for them to overcome a variety of psychological factors they come to experience participating in dance concours. Further, we expect that based on research findings of this study, empirical follow-up studies will be conducted to demonstrate the effect developing and implementing programs depending on each situation from the process of preparing for dance concurs, the competition process, to the process of accepting and developing the results after participation.
스포츠신동과 스포츠성인영재의 수월성을 통해 본 스포츠영재의 잠재성

This study was to explore the excellence in sport for sport prodigy and sport talented. Open-ended questionnaires and AHP questionnaires were used to examine the excellence in sport among 86 athletes and coaches. The results of open-ended questionnaires were analyzed by content analysis. As the results, excellence in sport for sport prodigy and sport talented were psychological factor, physical factor, surroundings, skill factor, and strategy for excellence. For sport prodigy, the importance of factors were as follows; physical factor, strategy for excellence, skill factor, surroundings, and psychological factor. However, for the sport talented the importance of factors were as follows; psychological factor, strategy for excellence, skill factor, surroundings, and physical factor. Psychological factor and strategy for excellence were crucial parts of sport talented. On the other hand, skill factor and surroundings had profound impacts on sport prodigy and sport talented. Physical factor and surroundings have been regarded as minimal factors for sport talented than sport prodigy. Psychological factor and strategy for excellence were thought to be more powerful inside a sport talented than sport prodigy. Sport talented`s potential was psychological factor and strategy for excellence. However, physical factor and surroundings were not critical in sport talented. In sport talented, diagnosis of physical factor has been overestimated and has been being questioned by the logic. Therefore, psychological factor and strategy for excellence should be recognized in sport talented diagnosis. From now on, we expect that the validity of sport talented diagnosis, development of instrument for psychological factor and strategy for excellence for sport talented, and interest for sport talented will be improved.
Psychological Aspects of Burning Mouth Syndrome

The etiopathogenesis of burning mouth syndrome (BMS) seems to be complex and many patients probably involves interactions among local, systemic, and/or psychological factors in the pathophysiologic mechanism. Although there are controversies over whether the psychological factor is a cause or a result of BMS, several studies have supported strong relationships between psychological factors and chronic pain. It has been suggested that somatic complaints from unfavorable life experiences may influence both individual personality and mood changes; however, initiation of BMS symptoms is not necessarily correlated with stressful life events despite their elevated psychological stress. If the psychological distress is not a causal factor of BMS, it seems that BMS patients may be particularly vulnerable to psychological problems, primarily depression, anxiety, and hostility due to the characteristic entities of BMS such as chronic persistent pain itself. It seems likely that both physiological and psychological factors play a role in causing, perpetuating and/or exacerbating BMS; therefore, both two components of the patient's symptoms must be addressed. The acceptance of psychological factors by the patient is often an important element of BMS, management. The evaluation of psychological and emotional status of BMS patient enables clinicians to recognize prolonged negative and subclinical factors which can complicate the management of pain or indirectly perpetuate other physical factors. This evaluation improves the doctor-patient relationships, motivation, and compliance through a correct understanding of the clinical problem. Appropriate emotional and psychological evaluation may be required prior to developing a treatment plan in order to gain the successful treatment outcome.
스노보드 참가자의 재미요인이 심리적 행복감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of psychological Well-being and quality of life??according to the enjoyment factors in the participant of snowboard. For this study, snow-boarding participants at 2 ski resorts located in Gangwon-do during the 2009- 2010 season were selected as a population and the total of 300 data was used in a practical analysis, applying??convenience sampling methods. Questionnaires were used as a research tool and multiple regression analysis??were used by applying SPSS WIN 17.0 to process the data. Each hypothesis was verified at the significance level of??α=.05. The results of this study obtained through study procedure and data analysis were shown below. Firstly, The sub-factors of enjoyment factors such as the improvement of physical strength and??health, compliment and enjoyment, and interaction have positive effects on the sub-factors of psychological??euphoria such as a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Secondly, The sub-factors of enjoyment factors such as the improvement in physical strength and??health, personal relations and team work and interaction have positive effects on the sub-factors of the quality of life??such as physical factors, psychological factors, social factors, educational factors, and environmental factors. Thirdly, The sub-factors of psychological euphoria such as a sense of accomplishment and??satisfaction have positive effects on the sub-factors of the quality of life such as physical factors, psychological factors,??social factors, and environmental factors.

This study aimed to explore the psychological factors affecting sports performance and their purposes as perceived by adolescent athletes. Study data were collected by conducting an open-ended survey with 232 student athletes from adolescent athletes in S city. The collected data were categorized using content analysis, which was conducted twice to explore the psychological factors affecting sports performance and their purposes. From 537 answers, 30 performance-affecting psychological factors-including confidence, endurance, effort/dedication, optimal tension, and social support-were identified, and they were classified into five categories: psychological fundamental, mental toughness, motivation, emotional stability, and social relationships. From 588 answers, the purposes of the psychological factors were identified, including performance achievement, motivation enhancement, demonstrating mental toughness, cognitive strategy, confidence increase, emotional regulation, injury prevention, game strategy, and reinforcement cohesion. These performance-affecting psychological factors and their purposes may serve as a reference to understand how secondary school students perceive the relationships among various psychological factors and the relationship between the psychological factors and performance. This study is expected to inform goal setting and content organization in psychological skills training.
소프트볼 경기력에 영향을 미치는 심리기술요인의 탐색과 우선순위 분석

The purposes of this study were to draw the psychological technique factors that decide the athletic performance of softball players and find out which psychological technique factor is thought the most important using a hierarchical analysis method. Participants of this study were 75 softball players who were registered in the National Softball Association. The psychological skill factors that affect the athletic performance of softball players were drawn through literature examination and on its basis an open survey was conducted for 15 softball players. The results of the survey were categorized for each psychological technique factor for the preparation of the survey about the psychological skill factors that affect the athletic performance of softball players. After then, the survey was conducted for 60 softball players to find out the importance and priority of psychological technique factors. The results were as follow: Firstly, t he h ighest l evel in t he h ierarchy was d ecided a s ‘the psychological s k ill f actors t hat decide the athletic performance of softball players’ and the second level was composed of the 4 factors of self control, attention concentration, tension control and self-confidence. The third level, which is the lowest level, was composed of the specific factors of the second level that include the training diary for self control, positive mind, self training, etc. Secondly, in the weight of the first level, self confidence, self control, tension control and attention concentration were thought the most important. Also, in the analysis of the second level of the psychological technique factors, self confidence was positioned high in the overall ranking and ‘improving self-confidence by supplementary training’ was ranked first among the sub factors of confidence.
중국 국가대표 우슈 투로(套路) 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 심리적, 사회·환경적 영향요인 탐색 연구

본 연구는 중국 국가대표 우슈 투로(套路) 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 심리적, 사회·환경적 영향요인 탐색 연구를 심층적으로 분석하기 위해 질적연구방법 중 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 국가대표 선수를 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였다. 연구 참여자의 선정은 비확률 표집방법 중 하나인 판단 표집법을 채택하여 16명의 자료를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 자료수집은 질적연구방법으로 심층면담을 활용하여 구조화 및 반구조화된 면담범위를 설정하여 진행하였으며 이후 전사작업, 코딩, 연구 참여자 교차 검토, 전문가 회의, 질적 연구분류를 통해 중국 국가대표 우슈 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 심리적, 사회·환경적 영향요인에 관한 의미를 심도있게 분류하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 중국 국가대표 우슈 투로(套路) 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 심리적요인으로 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인으로 범주화 되었다. 세부적으로 긍정적 요인에 동기, 자신감, 주의집중, 심상, 자화가 분류되었고, 부정적 요인에 불안, 압박감이 분류되었다. 둘째, 중국 국가대표 우슈 투로(套路) 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 사회적요인으로 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인으로 범주화 되었다. 세부적으로 긍정적 요인에 타인의 지지, 부정적 요인에 타인의 기대가 분류되었다. 셋째, 중국 국가대표 우슈 투로(套路) 선수들의 최고수행을 위한 환경적요인의 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인으로 범주화 되었다. 세부적으로 긍정적 요인에 외적보상, 훈련량, 모의경기, 선행경험이 분류되었고, 부정적 요인에 피로, 부상이 분류되었다. This study conducted in-depth interview with national players through a phenomenological method of research out of qualitative research methods to make an in-depth analysis of psychological, social·environmental influence factors for the peak performance of Chinese national wushu taolu players. For the selection of research participants, this study adopted a judgmental sampling method which is one of non-probability sampling methods and made a final analysis of the data from 16 persons. For data collection, this study set and conducted structured and semi-structured scope of interview using in-depth interview through a qualitative research method, and came to the following conclusions by making an in-depth classification of the meaning of psychological, social·environmental influence factors for the peak performance of Chinese national wushu players through transcription, coding, cross-checking by research participants, expert meeting and qualitative research classification. First, psychological factors for the peak performance of Chinese national wushu taolu players were classified as positive factors and negative factors. To be specific, motive, confidence, attention, image and self-talk were classified as positive factors, whereas negative factor included anxiety and pressure. Second, social factors for the peak performance of Chinese national wushu taolu players were categorized as positive factors and negative factors. Specifically, positive factor was classified as support from others and others’expectation was classified as a negative factor. Third, environmental factors for the peak performance of Chinese national wushu taolu players were also categorized as positive factors and negative factors. Concretely, positive factors included extrinsic reward, quantity of training, simulation game and pervious experience, and fatigue and injury were classified as negative factors.
대학생의 대학생활적응 관련 국내 연구동향 및 지원방법 고찰 : 심리정서적 요인을 중심으로

This study aims to examine the trends in domestic research concerning the psychological and emotional factors that affect university students' adjustment, and to suggest future research directions and support strategies by investigating the significance of these factors. To fulfill this aim, we selected and analyzed 401 articles that were published in domestic academic journals from 2015 to June 2023. These articles explored the correlation between psychological and emotional factors and university adjustment, and were chosen based on the criteria and content of this study. First, we performed a comprehensive analysis by considering the publication year, research methodologies, research variables and factors, and suggestions in the research articles as the analytical criteria. We also conducted a specific analysis of the relationship between psychological and emotional factors to collect foundational data that could be beneficial for future support of university students' adjustment. The analysis produced the following results. First, research on psychological and emotional factors in university students' college adjustment was most common in 2021, and quantitative research methods were predominantly used. Regarding variable settings, studies that identified college adjustment as the dependent variable made up 80.2% of the total. Among the related research variables and factors, resilience factors classified as self and personality factors were the most extensively researched, and numerous suggestions emphasized the need to broaden research methods. Second, research focusing on nursing students in the context of resilience and college adjustment was the most frequent, and many suggestions were made about the creation and provision of programs to boost resilience and university adjustment. Based on these research findings, we interpreted the overarching significance of psychological and emotional factors related to university adjustment and suggested directions for future research and support for university students' adjustment 본 연구는 대학생의 대학생활적응에 관련한 심리정서적 요인에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고 그 중 심리정서적요인과의 연관성을 통해 관련 연구와 지원의 방향성을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 2015년부터 2023년6월까지 국내 학술등재지에 게재된 대학생활적응 연구 중 심리정서적 요인과의 관련성을 연구한 총 401편을 본연구의 분석기준과 내용에 따라 선정하여 분석하였다. 먼저 연구 논문의 발행연도, 연구방법, 연구변인 및 요인, 제언사항을 연구분석 준거로 설정하여 전반적인 분석을 하였으며, 향후 대학생의 대학생활적응을 위한 지원에 도움이되는 기초자료를 수집하기 위하여 심리정서적 요인과의 관련성을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 대학생활적응에 관련한 심리정서적 요인과 관련한 연구는 2021년에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌으며, 연구방법에서는 양적연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 변인설정에서는 대학생활적응을 종속변수로 설정한 연구가 전체의80.2%였다. 관련 연구변인 및 요인에서는 자아 및 성격요인으로 분류한 회복탄력성 요인이 가장 많이 연구되었으며, 제언사항으로는 연구방법확대의 필요성 제시가 다수였다. 둘째, 회복탄력성과 대학생활적응 연구에서 간호대학생을대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 회복탄력성과 대학생활적응 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 제공에 관한 제언사항이많이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생활적응과 관련한 심리정서적 요인에 대한 거시적인의미를 해석하고, 향후 대학생의 대학생활적응을 위한 연구와 지원의 방향성을 제안하였다

As the next trend of Cross-cultural approach, in these days market-centered approach and positive psychological approach became important issues. This study was to search the psychological factors which effect on football player`s performance. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, open-ended questionnaire was asked to football players. Literature research, open-ended questionnaire, and interview results showed 572 psychological factors. Inductive content analysis of the responses illustrated 140 items among university and professional football players. After pilot study, 193 university and professional football players completed the exploratory factor analysis version. Based on the results of the exploratory factor analysis and reliability, 14 psychological factors in university and professional football players were applied for further item refinement. In the confirmatory factor analysis, 355 university and professional football players completed the 14-item version. In the Analytic Hierarchy Process, 17 football specialists completed the AHP Questionnaire. Results Showed 11 Psychological factors and 4 factors. 4 factors were fundamental, football intelligence, motivation, and mental toughness. Hierarchical importance of the factors were football intelligence, fundamental, motivation, and mental toughness systematically. Hierarchical importance of the psychological factors were thinking about situation, snapshot judgement, concentration, self-management, head-coach`s trust, originality, keen on football, goal setting, confidence, fighting spirit, and aspiration of victory in order. Sport psychology research must change it`s direction from an average approach to individual approach to meet a market`s expectation. Till now sport psychology research was conducted only for research. However, recently competition is important issue. Sport psychology researchers have to consider needs of sport field to admit sport situation.
필라테스 운동 여성 참여자들의 특성이 신체조성 및 심리적 요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the characteristics of female Pilates exercise participants affect body composition and psychological factors, and to investigate the correlation between body composition and psychological factors. The participants of this study selected 100 women participating in the Pilates exercise and derived the following results. There were no significant differences in body composition and psychological factors according to the Pilates exercise participation period. In the difference in body composition and psychological factors according to the age of participation in Pilates exercise, happiness among psychological factors showed a significant difference, and the group under 40s felt happier than the group over 40s. There were no significant differences in body composition according to the subjective health status of Pilates exercise participants, but significant differences were found in both happiness and self-esteem in psychological factors. Lastly, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship between body composition and psychological factors, there was no causal relationship between body composition and psychological factors. In future research, it is necessary to conduct research on exercise methods suitable for each individual Pilates participant, as well as various samples and variables. 본 연구는 필라테스 운동 여성 참여자들의 특성이 신체조성 및 심리적요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보고 신체조성과 심리적 요인 간 상관관계를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구 참여자들은 필라테스 운동에 참여하는 여성 100명을 선정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 필라테스 운동 참여기간에 따른 신체조성 및 심리적 요인의 차이에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 필라테스 운동 참여연령에 따른 신체조성 및 심리적 요인의 차이에서 심리적 요인 중 행복이 유의한 차이를 보였고 40대 이하 집단이 40대 이상 집단보다 행복을 더 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 필라테스 운동 참여자의 주관적 건강상태에 따른 신체조성 및 심리적요인의 차이에서 신체조성은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 심리적 요인의 행복과 자아존중감 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 신체조성 및 심리적 요인 간 인과관계 분석 결과 신체조성과 심리적요인 간에는 인과관계가 나타나지 않았다. 향후 연구에서는 필라테스 참여자 개개인에게 적합한 운동법과 다양한 표본 및 변인에 관한 연구가 진행될 필요성이 있다.
