        퍼스널컬러를 활용한 네일컬러 시술만족도에 관한 영향 요인

        In terms of visual design in the beauty field, the cases of procedures that use personal color, a strategy for personalized services, are increasing. This study researched the influencing factors on nail color satisfaction using personal colors. The scope and method of the study were analyzed and presented in the theoretical background by analyzing academic papers and journals, which are previous studies related to personal colors, and a non-face-to-face 100% online survey was conducted by selecting 208 women in their 20s or older. The collected data were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The detailed research results accordingly are as follows. The result of frequency analysis to find out the characteristics related to personal color showed SNS was 39.5% of the awareness path of personal color, and 39.5% of the personal color diagnosis path was school. As the result of the suitablity evaluation of the structural model, it was analyzed to be relatively good, and the hypothesis testing results are as follows. The path coefficient of personal color awareness in Hypothesis 1’s personal color recognition was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on personal color utilization, The path coefficient of personal color satisfaction in Hypothesis 2 was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on personal color utilization. Hypothesis 3’s personal color recognition was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on nail color satisfaction, Hypothesis 4’s personal color satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on nail color satisfaction. Hypothesis 5’s personal color utilization was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on nail color satisfaction. Interpreting the research results presented above, the more one recognizes and is satisfied with the personal color, the higher the utilization of it. The more one recognizes the personal color, the higher nail color procedure satisfaction by applying it to the nail color, The utilization of the personal color is directly related to the nail color satisfaction. Therefore, this study shows that personal color is an important factor in improving customer satisfaction in the nail industry by identifying the correlation between the influencing factors on nail color satisfaction and personal color. 뷰티 분야의 시각적인 디자인 측면에서 개인 맞춤서비스의 전략인 퍼스널컬러를 활용하는 시술 사례들이 늘고 있다. 본 연구는 퍼스널컬러를 활용한 네일컬러 만족도에 관한 영향요인에 관한 연구이다. 연구의 범위와 방법은 이론적 배경에는 퍼스널컬러관련 선행연구인 학위논문, 학술지를 분석하여 제시하였으며, 20대 이상의 퍼스널컬러를 인지하는 여성 208 명을 표본으로 선정하여 비대면 100% 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석하였다. 퍼스널컬러 관련 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석결과 퍼스널컬러의 인지 경로는 SNS가 39.5%로 나타났고, 퍼스널컬러 진단경로는 학교 39.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 구조모형의 적합도 평가결과 비교적 양호한 것으로 분석되었고, 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설1의 퍼스널컬러 인지도의 경로계수는 퍼스널컬러활용도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈고, 가설2의 퍼스널컬러 만족도의 경로계수는 퍼스널컬러 활용도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것으로 나타냈다. 가설3의 퍼스널컬러 인지도는 네일컬러 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈고, 가설4의 퍼스널컬러 만족도는 네일컬러만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈으며, 가설5의 퍼스널컬러 활용도는 네일컬러 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈다. 앞서 제시한 연구결과를 해석해 보면, 퍼스널컬러를 인지하고 만족할수록 이에 대한 활용도는 높아지고, 퍼스널컬러를 인지하여 이를 네일시술에 적용하여컬러링을 했을 때 시술만족도가 높아지며, 결론적으로퍼스널컬러 활용도는 네일컬러 만족도와 직결된다고볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 퍼스널컬러를 활용한네일컬러 만족도에 관한 영향 요인을 규명함으로써 둘의 상관관계를 입증하여 퍼스널컬러가 네일산업에서도고객만족도를 향상하는 중요한 요인이라는 것을 확인하였다는 것에 연구 의의가 있다고 판단된다.

      • The Effects of a Personal Trainer`s Usage of Nonverbal Communication on Exercise Satisfaction and Continued Participation

        Purpose: The spreading trend of well-being and wellness combined with the heightened interest in physical health of the modern people is giving birth to an expanded market for fitness centers. In particular, fitness centers are experiencing increased profits from offering ``personalized fitness programs`` such as weight-loss and fitness to their customers. Therefore, effective human resource management of personal trainers is key in enhancing the performance management for fitness centers. Nonverbal communication is a hot topic of research in the field of organizational behavior these days. Various research reflects that nonverbal communication of an organization`s members has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and willingness to repurchase. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of a personal trainer`s nonverbal communication on exercise satisfaction and continued participation, and thereby acquire academic knowledge on a personal trainer`s usage of nonverbal communication and provide the basic information with regards to human resource management in fitness centers. Method: The sample population of this study consists of customers of fitness centers based in Seoul, and the convenience sampling method was utilized in surveying 337 customers. The survey questionnaire were comprised of sub factors including kinesics, paralanguage, and physical appearance, and survey questions from preceding researches were modified and adapted for questions concerning exercise satisfaction and continued participation. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, verification of credibility, regression analysis and multiple regression analysis of the collected data was conducted through PASW Statistics 18. Result: First, the usage of nonverbal communication has a positive impact on exercise satisfaction. More specifically, kinesics, physical appearance, and paralanguage all had a positive effect on exercise satisfaction and the gravity of relative influence appeared in the aforementioned order. Second, nonverbal communication has a positive impact on continued participation. More specifically, kinesics, paralanguage, and physical appearance all had a positive effect on continued participation and the gravity of relative influence was largest in kinesics, second largest in physical appearance, and least in paralanguage. Third, exercise satisfaction has a positive affects continued participation. Conclusion: Discussion points and proposals based on the results of this study are as follows. First, the significance of this research lies in adding to related studies by identifying the effectiveness of the usage of nonverbal communication on the exercise satisfaction and continued participation of fitness center customers. Accordingly, fitness centers should provide an institutional strategy that reinforces personal trainers` use of nonverbal communication. Second, noteworthy point of this research is that, as the leading variable in exercise satisfaction and continued participation, among the various sub factors kinesics appeared to have the largest impact. Consequently, the need for the management body of fitness centers to oversight effective human resource management in order to draw up practical measures through which personal trainers can enhance their kinesics skills is highlighted. Third, the number of female personal trainers in female only fitness centers is increasing. Hence, there is room for future studies to focus on research pertaining to female personal trainers and thereby provide multifarious basic information that can contribute to fitness centers.

        청년 1인 가구의 주거환경이 주거와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 다른 연령 집단과의 비교를 중심으로

        The proportion of single-person households has been steadily increasing, and the young account for the highest proportion at 35.9% among all single-person households. However, research on young single-person households has been relatively recent. Research on single-person households has mostly focused on all single-person households or elderly single-person households, and comparative research between different age groups is lacking. Therefore, this study categorizes all single-person households into young, middle-aged, and elderly groups to investigate the differences in the factors that affect their residential satisfaction and to analyze how these residential environment factors affect life satisfaction through the mediating effect of residential satisfaction. The 2020 Seoul Survey Urban Policy Index Survey data were analyzed using a structural equation model to investigate the impact of each factor. First, a finding is that various residential environment factors directly affect residential satisfaction and life satisfaction. Next, it was found that residential satisfaction directly affects life satisfaction in the models of young and middle-aged single-person households. Through this, it was confirmed that there are differences in residential environment factors that affect residential satisfaction and that residential satisfaction plays an important mediating role. Finally, it was found that the factors that affect the residential and life satisfaction of young single-person households are more diverse compared to other age groups. This study provides policy implications that age group differences should be considered first in order to improve the residential and life satisfaction of single-person households. In particular, for young single-person households, it is necessary to consider more diverse alternatives to improve their residential and life satisfaction.

        부부의 성격과 결혼만족도 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was examined how the relationship between the personality and marital satisfaction. Level of personality maladjustment, personality differences of perception, personality traits were analyzed as the relationship between marital satisfaction. The result were found that there was the difference of marital satisfaction by character and the types of personality, and the degree of maladjustment of personality was negatively related to marital satisfaction. Obsessive-compulsive personality was related to the highest levels of marital satisfaction, and antisocial personality was related to the lowest levels of marital satisfaction. Also, neuroticism had a negatively strong association with marital satisfaction. In the correlations, the actor-effect has a stronger level of correlation with marital satisfaction than partner-reported personality does. Overall, the similarity of the couple appeared to be improving marital satisfaction. The set of personalities in which cluster C showed relatively high level of marital satisfaction, whereas set of cluster B showed the lowest level of marital satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that marital satisfaction is influenced by spouse's personality as well as the individual's personality.

      • 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 성격유형이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 성격유형을 파악하여 요양보호사가 직면하는 직무만족관련 일 만족 요인, 심리적 만족 요인이 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 그 과정에서 직무만족이 매개효과를 갖는가를 분석하는데 있다. 서울시 및 경기도, 인천시 지역에 입소시설인 노인요양시설에 종사중인 요양보호사를 대상으로 실시하여 최종 351부를 분석에 활용하였으며, 그 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격유형의 외향성 요인(β=.16, p<.05), 친화성 요인(β=.21, p<.01), 정서적안정성 요인(β=-.23, p<.001)은 종속변수인 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 성격유형 하위요인 중에서 외향성, 친화성 성격요인이 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치게 되어, 정서적인 안정성 성격요인이 직무성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치게 되고 이에 따라 요양보호사의 외향성 및 친화성의 성격요인이 강화될수록, 정서적안정성 성격요인이 완화될수록 직무성과 또한 향상된다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 성격유형의 외향성 요인(β=.17, p<.01), 친화성 요인(β=.18, p<.01)은 종속변수인 일 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 외향성 및 친화성 성격요인이 일 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치게 되고 이에 따라 요양보호사의 외향성 및 친화성의 성격요인이 강화될수록 일 만족은 향상된다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 성격유형의 성실성 요인(β=-.13, p<.05), 정서적안정성 요인(β=-.45, p<.001)은 종속변수인 심리 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 성격유형 하위요인 중에서 성실성 및 정서적안정성 성격요인이 심리 만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치게 되고 이에 따라 요양보호사의 성실성 및 정서적안정성의 성격요인이 완화될수록, 심리 만족은 향상된다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 성격유형과 직무성과와의 관계에서 일 만족의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 1단계, 2단계, 3단계 검증에서 성격5요인은 유의미한 결과가 도출되었다. 3단계에서 성격유형의 하위요인인 친화성(β=.13, p<.05), 정서적안정성 요인(β=-.20, p<.001)이, 매개변인인 일 만족(β=.44, p<.001)은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 독립변인 성격유형 중 친화성 요인이 강화될수록, 정서적안정성 요인이 약화될수록 매개변인인 일 만족 요인을 강화시키게 되며, 이는 최종에는 요양보호사가 인지하는 직무성과는 상승한다고 할 수 있다. 다섯째, 성격유형과 직무성과와의 관계에서 심리 만족의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 1단계, 2단계, 3단계 검증에서 성격5요인은 유의미한 결과가 도출되었다. 3단계에서 성격유형의 외향성(β=.15, p<.05), 친화성(β=.19, p<.01), 정서적안정성 요인(β=-.12, p<.05)이, 매개변인인 심리 만족(β=.23, p<.001)은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 독립변인 성격유형 중 외향성 및 친화성 성격요인이 강화될수록, 정서적안정성 성격요인이 약화될수록 매개변인인 심리 만족 요인을 강화시키게 되며, 이는 최종에는 요양보호사가 인지하는 직무성과는 상승한다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과에 따른 이론적 함의는 다음과 같다. 요양보호사의 성격유형 중에서 외향성, 친화성, 성실성, 정서적안정성 성격요인이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미친 영향에 대한 연구가 사회복지 분야에서 선행연구는 전무하였으나, 본 연구를 통하여 개인별 성격유형의 외향성, 친화성, 성실성, 정서적안정성 성격요인이 직무성과와 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 직무만족의 하위요인인 일 만족, 심리 만족 요인이 개인별 성격유형과 직무성과의 관계에서 매개변수로 작용하여 영향력을 미칠 수 있다는 사실이 검증됨으로서 성격유형과 직무만족이 새로운 연구로서의 가치를 부여했다. The purpose of this study was to examine the personality types of care workers in long-term care facilities in an effort to analyze the influence of a work satisfaction factor related to job satisfaction and of a psychological satisfaction factor on job performance and the mediation effects of job satisfaction in that process. A survey was conducted on the care workers who worked in long-term care facilities in the city of Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and the city of Incheon, and the data from 351 respondents were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of verifying Hypothesis 1, the extraversion factor(β=.16, p<.05), the agreeableness factor(β=.21, p<.01) and the emotional stability factor(β=-.23, p<.001) of the personality types exercised influence on job performance that was the dependent variable. Therefore it could be said that job performance becomes better when the extraversion and agreeableness personality factors of care workers are strengthened and when the emotional stability personality factor is weakened, because among the subfactors of the personality types, the extraversion and agreeableness factors affected job performance positively and because the emotional stability factor affected it in a negative way. Thus, Hypothesis 1 was accepted as the personality types impacted on job performance. Second, the extraversion factor(β=.17, p<.01) and the agreeableness factor(β =.18, p<.01) of the personality types exercised influence on work satisfaction that was the dependent variable, and the extraversion and agreeableness factors affected work satisfaction in a positive manner. Therefore it could be said that the work satisfaction of care workers becomes higher when their extraversion and agreeableness personality types are elevated. Thus, Hypothesis 2 was accepted because the personality types affected work satisfaction. Third, the conscientiousness factor( =-.13, p<.β 05) and the emotional stability factor(β=-.45, p<.001) of the personality types exerted influence on psychological satisfaction that was the dependent variable. As among the subfactors of the personality types. the conscientiousness and emotional stability personality factors had a negative impact on psychological satisfaction, it could be said that the psychological satisfaction of care workers becomes higher when their conscientiousness and emotional stability personality factors are weakened. Thus, Hypothesis 2-2 was accepted because the personality types affected psychological satisfaction. Fourth, a three-stage hierarchical regression analysis was carried out to analyze the mediation effects of work satisfaction on the relationships between the personality types and job performance, and the five personality factors produced significant results in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of testing. In the 3rd stage, the agreeableness factor(β=.13, p<.05) and the emotional stability factor(β=-.20, p<.001) among the subfactors of the personality types and work satisfaction(β=.44, p<.001) that was the mediation variable had a significant impact on job performance. Accordingly, it could be said that the work satisfaction factor which is the mediation variable is more reinforced when the agreeableness factor is more strengthened among the personality types that are the independent variable, and when the emotional stability factor is more weakened, and it ultimately could be said that job performance perceived by care workers themselves becomes better. Thus, Hypothesis 3-1 was accepted because work satisfaction played a partial mediation role in the relationships between the personality types and job performance. Fifth, another three-stage hierarchical regression analysis was carried out to analyze the mediation effects of psychological satisfaction on the relationships between the personality types and job performance.

      • 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성이 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향 -효의식의 매개효과-

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성이 학교생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 효의식의 매개효과를 검증함으로서 학교생활만족도를 높일수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 있었다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성, 효의식, 학교생활만족도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였는데, 본 연구에서 설정한 가설이 모두 채택되었으며, 매개변인은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 고학년생의 사회적 관계, 학습태도, 생활태도, 운동능력이 학교생활만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성(사회적 관계, 학습태도, 생활태도, 운동능력) 수준이 높아질수록 학교생활만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성이 높아질수록 효의식에 미치는 영향이 높아지는 것이 검증되었다. 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성(사회적 관계, 학습태도, 생활태도, 운동능력) 수준이 높아질수록 효의식이 높았다. 셋째, 효의식이 높아질수록 학교생활 만족도에 미치는 영향이 높아지는 것으로 검증되었다. 효의식이 높아질수록 학교생활 만족도가 높아졌다. 넷째, 초등학교 고학년생의 개인적 특성과 학교생활만족도와의 관계에서 효의식이 매개효과를 나타내는 것이 검증되었다. 즉 효의식이 학교생활만족도에 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 효의식이 학교생활만족도에 영향을 미치기도 하였다. The purpose of this study was to prepare a plan to increase school life satisfaction by verifying the mediating effect of hyo thoughts in the process in which personal characteristics of upper elementary school students affect school life satisfaction. The results of the analysis are as follows. The causal relationship between personal characteristics, thoughts of hyo, and school life satisfaction of upper elementary school students was verified. All hypotheses set in this study were adopted, and the mediating variables were verified to have a mediating effect, and the results are as follows. First, it was verified that social relations, learning attitude, life attitude, and motor skills of upper elementary school students directly affect school life satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the level of personal characteristics (social relationship, learning attitude, life attitude, motor ability) of the upper elementary school students, the higher the school life satisfaction. Second, it was verified that the higher the personal characteristics of the upper elementary school students, the higher the influence on the thoughts of hyo. The higher the level of personal characteristics (social relationship, learning attitude, life attitude, motor ability) of the upper elementary school students, the higher the hyo thought. Third, it was verified that the higher the hyo thought, the higher the influence on school life satisfaction. The higher the hyo thoughts, the higher the satisfaction with school life. Fourth, it was verified that the idea of hyo showed a mediating effect in the relationship between personal characteristics and school life satisfaction of upper elementary school students. In other words, although hyo thoughts affect school life satisfaction, hyo thoughts also affect school life satisfaction.

        퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오 고객의 성격특성이 참여만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오 고객의 성격 특성에 기초하여 참여 만족도와 행동의도 사이의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오에서 196명의 퍼스널트레이닝 고객을 대상으로 하였다. 도출된 연구결과를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오 고객의 성격특성이 참여만족에 미치는 영향력 은 신체적 만족과 정서적 만족에는 개방성과 성실성에서 정적 유의한 영향을, 정서적 불안정성에서 부적 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교육적 만족에는 개방성과 정서적 불안정성에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오 고객들의 성격특성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향력은 재참여에서 개방성, 호감성, 성실성에 서 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 정서적 불안정성에서 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 구전의도에는 호감성과 성실성만 이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 퍼스널트레이닝 스튜디오 고객의 참여만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향력 은 교육적 만족, 정서적 만족, 신체적 만족 모두 재참여에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 참여만족이 구전의도에 미치는 영향력은 정서적 만족에서만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between participation satisfaction and behavior intention to conduct on the basis of personality characteristics of personal training studio customers. The subjects of the study were 196 personal training customer in personal training studio. The results of this study are as follows. First, the influence of the personality traits of the personal training studio on the participation satisfaction showed that there was a statistically significant effect on openness and sincerity and negative influence on emotional instability on physical satisfaction and emotional satisfaction. However, educational satisfaction has a significant effect on openness and emotional instability. Second, the influence of the personality traits of the personal training studio customers on the behavioral intention had a statistically significant effect re – participation on openness, favorability, and sincerity, and had a negative influence on emotional instability. However, the positive intention and the sincerity only had a significant effect on the word intention. Third, the influence of the participation satisfaction of the personal training studio customers on the behavior intention has a significant effect on the educational satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, and physical satisfaction at re - participation. However, the effect of participation satisfaction on word of mouth intention was significant only in emotional satisfaction.

        개인조직부합과 개인직무부합이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향연구

        본 연구는 개인의 조직부합과 직무부합이 조직만족을 통해 공무원의 고객지향성에 미치는 영향력을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 지방행정 일선에서 행정서비스를 제공하는 현업부서 지방공무원을 대상으로 고객지향성에 영향을미치는 외생변수로 개인조직부합과 개인직무부합을 선정하였고 외생변수가조직만족이라는 매개변수를 통해 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 지에 관한 연구를 목표로 변수 간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식을 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 개인조직부합은 고객지향성에 부정적(-)이고 유의미한 결과를 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 개인직무부합이 고객지향성에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나서 채택되었으며, 개인조직부합과 개인직무부합 모두 조직만족의 관계에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한조직만족이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설검증은 조직만족이 클수록 고객지향성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 Sobel-Test를 통해 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 개인조직부합과 개인직무부합이 종속변수 고객지향성에 영향을미치는 과정에서 조직만족이 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 개인조직부합이 고객지향성과의 부(-)의 관계로 나타난 것은 지방자치단체가 고객지향 행정을 표방하고 있지만 고객만족을 통한 행정서비스 품질향상이 조직문화 수준의 지배적 가치에까지 이르지 못하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of personal organization- fit and personal job -fit on the customer-orientation of public servants through organizational satisfaction. The subjects were local public servants who provide administrative services in the local administrative affairs. The exogenous variables influencing their customer-orientation were selected for personal organization- fit and personal job –fit. For that to examine whether exogenous variables affect customer- orientation through the parameter of organizational satisfaction, the relationship between these variables is analyzed empirically through structural equation. In summary, the results of the analysis show that, in contrast to the hypothesis, the personal organization fit is negative (-) and has a meaningful effect on customerorientation. On the other hand, the hypothesis that personal organization fit has a positive effect on customer-orientation was adopted because it appeared statistically significant, and has been shown to have a positive effect on the relationship between personal organization- fit and personal job- fit on organizational satisfaction. In addition, hypothesis testing on the effect of organizational satisfaction on customer orientation shows the customer-orientation was higher when organizational satisfaction was higher. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect through the Sobel-Test, it was found that the organizational satisfaction plays an mediating role in the process of personal organization fit and personal job fit affecting the dependent variable customer orientation. Personal organization- fit shows a negative (-) relationship with customer-orientation, indicating that local governments are advocating customeroriented administration, but the improvement of administrative service quality through customer satisfaction does not reach the dominant value of organizational culture level.

        인지수준에 따른 노인의 여가참여와 대인관계가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study was intended to investigate the effects of leisure participation and personal relations of seniors according to perception level on their life satisfaction. The results of conducting leisure participation, personal relation, and life satisfaction questionnaire on seniors aged 65 or older in Gwangju, Jeollanam-do according to perception level using MMSE-K are as follows. First, according to the result of comparing leisure participation, personal relation, and life satisfaction of seniors according to perception level, the total point and subdomains of leisure participation, personal relation, and life satisfaction showed a significant difference(p<.05). Secondly, according to the result of investigating a correlation between leisure participation, personal relation, and life satisfaction of research subjects, leisure participation, personal relation, and life satisfaction showed a positive correlation(p<.05). Thirdly, according to the result of investigating the effects of perception level, leisure participation, and personal relation on life satisfaction of research subjects, it was identified that they make effect on life satisfaction in the order of perception level, personal relation, and leisure participation. It is considered that it is necessary to develop an occupational therapy program that can improve various leisure activities and personal relation to maintain social participation and to improve life satisfaction of seniors with declined cognitive function, and to support performance enhancement of related activities. 본 연구는 인지수준에 따른 노인의 여가참여와 대인관계가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 광주·전남에 거주하고 있는 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 MMSE-K를 이용하여 인지수준에 따라 대상자를 구분하여 여가참여, 대인관계, 생활만족도 설문지를 실시한 결과 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 인지수준에 따라 노인의 여가참여, 대인관계, 생활만족도를 비교 한 결과 여가참여, 대인관계, 생활만족도의 총점과 하위영역 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 둘째, 대상자의 여가참여와 대인관계, 생활만족도간의 상관관계를 본 결과 여가참여, 대인관계, 생활만족도 모두에서 양의 상관관계를 보였다(p<.05). 셋째, 대상자의 인지수준, 여가참여, 대인관계가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 인지수준, 대인관계, 여가참여 순으로 생활만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 인지기능저하 노인의 사회참여 유지와 생활만족도 향상을 위해 다양한 여가활동과 대인관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 작업치료 중재 프로그램을 개발하고, 관련 활동의 수행증진을 위한 지지가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        부모의 자율성지지가 청소년의 창의적 성격을 통해 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향: 부모의 구조제공의 조절된 매개효과

        Objectives: This study seeks to investigate the mediating effect of adolescent creative personality in the relationship between parental autonomy support and adolescent life satisfaction. Additionally, the study explores the moderated mediation effect of parental structure provision in the relationship between parental autonomy support, adolescent creative personality, and life satisfaction. Methods: A total of 2,590 first-year middle school students surveyed in 2018 from the “Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018; KCYPS,” produced by the National Youth Policy Institute, were targeted. Adolescents responded to questions about parental autonomy support, parental structure provision, creative personality, and life satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS macro version 4.2 (Hayes, 2022); Model 4 was employed to analyze the mediating effect of adolescent creative personality and model 1 and 7 for the moderated mediating effect of parental structure provision. Results: This study derived the following key findings. First, a significant mediating effect of adolescent creative personality was observed in the relationship between parental autonomy support and adolescent life satisfaction. Parental autonomy support had a direct positive impact on adolescents’ life satisfaction. Additionally, as the level of parental autonomy support increased, adolescent creative personality also increased, which led to higher life satisfaction. Second, a moderated mediating effect of parental structure provision was observed for the impact of parental autonomy support on adolescent life satisfaction through adolescent creative personality. Conclusion: The results can be utilized as foundational information for parental education, and educational settings, thereby aiming to promote adolescents’ creativity and, subsequently, a satisfying life.
