As of July, 2009, Chungnam Province get DI (Direct Investment) of 2,502 corporations as the amount of 31 billion US dollars only for 3 years. Especially, Chungnam provincial governor make a excessive performance of 2.5 times comparing to the target number, 1,000 of inviting capital, that is public promise in the election. Now, the amount of inviting foreign capital is 1.2 billion dollars, at the end of this year it might be 1.4 billion dollars just in case of making a success on going negotiations. This outstanding performance comes from governor's leadership and aggressive strategies of well-trained subordinates. Chungnam Province has nation-wide multiple targets focused on interdisciplinary industries including strategic industries of display, auto-parts, steel, and oil-chemistry. Also, it has organic network system based on the very descriptive and accurate informations managing the task force team consisted of 35 competent members. In conclusion, the core competence of inviting foreign capital in a regional government is governor's strong leadership, activated organization consisted of specially well trained subordinates, and predominant differentiated strategies in details.

비교과프로그램 참여동기가 유용성 및 학습전이기대에 미치는 영향: 스포츠전공 대학생을 중심으로

목적: 본 연구에서는 스포츠를 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 비교과프로그램 참여동기가 유용성 및 학습전이기대에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴 봄으로써 대학에서 실행되는 다양한 활동에 대한 학습의 실효성과 미래 진로를 고민하고, 설계하는데 있어 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 이를 위해 2023년 9월 1일~2024년 6월 30일까지 표본계획에 의해 충청권 소재지 대학 4개소를 설정하였고, ‘스포츠전공’, ‘비교과프로그램’ 등 키워드(Key word)를 통해 불량응답 31부를 제외한 유효 표본 총344부에 대한 결과를 도출하였다. 결과: 스포츠전공 학생들을 대상으로 한 비교과프로그램 참여동기는 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 또한목표지향과 학습지향이 학습전이기대에 영향을 미치지만, 활동지향은 기대 수준에 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로 유용성은 학습전이기대에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 결론: 비교과프로그램의 실효성은 실제 경험한 대학생들에 있어 매우 중요한 활동임을 알 수 있었다. 특히실질적인 활동에서 나타난 경험은 대학에서 형성되는 역량과 별도의 특별한 경험이면서 미래진로를 결정하는데 있어 가장 중요한 과정이라 설명할 수 있다. 즉, 비교과프로그램의 과정에서 나타나는 실무적 경험은지금의 대학이 추구하는 교육적 목표와 부합되는 것으로 설명할 수 있다. 전공에 대한 학습 촉진 활동을 전개하는 하나의 방안으로 설계될 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미있는 결과를 도출하였다 판단된다. Purpose: This study aims to provide basic data for designing and considering the effectiveness of learning and future career paths for various activities carried out at universities by examining the effect of motivation to participate in comparative programs on usefulness and learning transfer expectations for college students majoring in sports. Methods: To this end, four universities located in the Chungcheong area were set up according to the sample plan from September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, and 344 valid samples were derived, excluding 31 bad responses through keywords such as 'sports major' and 'Non-subject program'. Results: The motivation to participate in the comparative course program for sports majors had a significant effect on usefulness, and goal orientation and learning orientation had an effect on learning transfer expectations, but activity orientation did not meet expectations. Finally, the result was derived that usefulness had an effect on learning transfer expectations. Conclusion: It was found that the effectiveness of the non-subject program is a very important activity for college students who have actually experienced it. In particular, it can be explained that the experience that appears in practical activities is a special experience separate from the competencies formed in the university and is the most important process in determining the future career. In other words, it can be explained that the practical experiences that appear in the process of the non-subject program are consistent with the educational goals pursued by the current university. This study derives meaningful results in that it can be designed as a way to promote learning for the major.
