        스포츠 정보 인프라 구축을 위한 포괄적 선행과제

        In this study, I attempted the methods of analysis of general and web-based information, and literature investigation application for analysis of systematic infra which is matched to web-based sports information characteristics. I grasped the common present state by using the information business, information construction, and literature reference of web-based information, for the analysis of web-based construction related to this study. Especially, I analyze the object intention program of 4th generation, Visual basic, Visual C++, Delphi, and Power Build, and investigate the management system for process which create the data through internet. In internet ages, I supposed reasonable infra preceding subject of sports information for the continuous development with global meaning. First, we need a rational standard of sports information infra. Second, we need a making of module characterization of sports information infra and a system development by prototyping method which accept the necessary information with time difference. Third, it is recognized to be a urgent problem that establish the infra standard through the promotion of special groups of sports information infra. Fourth, the important standard of sports information is suggested by simplification of sports information. Fifth, the priority order should be declared for the systematic sports informationization by the development of sports information systematization. Sixth, the standardization of sports information should be established. It allow the characteristics of each field which is important in the development of database. Seventh, the special system development of sports information is made by MS-SQL, SQL, and Table, and it will be able to give a each characteristics. The development of sports information field is continuously done, but the growth speed is relative lower than other fields. For the continuous development of sports information field, construction of sports infra is very important preceding subject. Therefore, for the successful sports informationization, the construction of sports information infra should be preceded, and developed by stage.

        Infra-topologies revisited: logic and clarification of basic notions

        In this paper we adhere to the definition of \emph{infra-topological} space as it was introduced by Al-Odhari. Namely, we speak about families of subsets which contain $\emptyset$ and the whole universe $X$, being at the same time closed under finite intersections (but not necessarily under arbitrary or even finite unions). This slight modification allows us to distinguish between new classes of subsets (infra-open, ps-infra-open and i-genuine). Analogous notions are discussed in the language of closures. The class of minimal infra-open sets is studied too, as well as the idea of generalized infra-spaces. Finally, we obtain characterization of infra-spaces in terms of modal logic, using some of the notions introduced above.

        인프라 현상을 활용한 드레스 디자인 개발 : 화운데이션 모티브를 중심으로

        Modern fashion can be expressed as 'pursuit of cocktail effect', which means not unformed, not bounded by a rule, and mixed with various styles. Among them, the most outstanding trend of style is the 'infra-syndrome' which designs underclothes like a ordinary wear, which has outstood since early 1980s. In 1990s, this syndrome made active progress and now facing 21th century, it becomes one of the big trends in fashion. Clothes of infra syndrome are one of attempts for freedom expressed by progressive designers who pursuit new and surrealistic design. The purpose of this study is to maximize the aesthetic beauty of 'infra-syndrome' apparel centering on dresses of which designs are notable derived from underclothes. With the sewing techniques using the special facilities of the lingerie-manufacturing industry and making use of new material which can be used for lingerie wear, this research strives to expand new ideas in the lingerie industry as well as to contribute to promoting the dress culture by developing novel lines from a new form of dress and lingerie-foundations of dress suitable for human body. Key words : pursuit of cocktail effect, infra-syndrome, clothes of infra syndrome, sewing techniques, new material.

        베이지안 네트워크를 이용한 통합 홍수위험평가지수(InFRA) 개발

        본 연구에서는 과학적이고 신뢰성을 검증할 수 있는 홍수 취약성 지수를 개발하였다. 기존의 홍수 취약성 평가 방법은 지표간의 가중치 산정에서 흔히 이용하는 방법을 적용하고 있고, 비슷한 산정 방식으로 인해 평가 방법이 차별화되지 못하며 그에 대한 검증도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 기존 연구와의 차별화를 통해 이를 개선할 수 있으며 홍수 피해 위험 지역을 잘 반영하고 예측하는 홍수 취약성 평가가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이를 실현하기 위해 선행적으로 기존의 가중치 방법을 고려한 후 합리적이고 통합적인 의사결정을 내려줄 수 있는 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 최적 가중치를 도출하였으며 그에 의거한 산정식의 제시를 통해 통합 홍수위험평가지수(Integrated index for Flood Risk Assessment, InFRA)를 개발하였다. 기존 평가 방법과의 정성적, 정량적 비교를 통해 평가 방법별 특징을 고찰한 결과, InFRA는 기존 방법보다 개선된 결과가 나타났으며 그 적용성을 증명할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable flood vulnerability index that can be used to verify scientific data. Existing flood vulnerability assessment uses methods commonly used in calculating the weight between indicators. However, because they contain similarities in their estimation measurement, such methods cannot be differentiated, and their verification is not reliable. Therefore, it is necessary to improve flood vulnerability assessment by differentiating its method from that used in existing research and to use the new method to reliably predict and evaluate the flood damage risk. In order to realize this, optimal weighting is derived by using a Bayesian network, which can make reasonable and integrated decisions after considering the existing weighting method. As a result, the integrated index for Flood Risk Assessment (InFRA) was developed through presentation of the formula. Qualitative and quantitative comparison with existing evaluation methods revealed that InFRA showed better results than previous methods and thus proved its applicability.

        Phenotyping of Plants for Drought and Salt Tolerance Using Infra-Red Thermography

        Drought and salinity are the major environmental constrains in global agricultural production. Plant breeding for the drought and salt tolerance needs a proper assessment procedure to overcome stress constrain. Fundamental understanding on the physiological nature of the plant tolerance provides valuable information for the genetically modified crop`s development. Drought or salt stress induces several common physiological responses in plants such as water relation and photosynthetic capacitiy. It is because both stresses lead cellular dehydration in the plants, particularly, during the early phase of stress imposition. Drought and salinity decrease CO2 availability for photosynthesis via stomatal limitation as well as elevate leaf temperature due to partially closed stomata. In this scenario, stomatal regulation and plant water status are important aspects in abiotic stress environment. These physiological responses have a function to stabilize the temperature inside plant/leaf. Therefore phenotyping through an infra-red thermography (heat sensitive sensor), could be a useful tool in the selection of a tolerant genotypes. Infra-red thermography is a part of the electromagnetic spectrum which emits a certain amount of radiation as a function of their temperatures. In general, the plants which have less water, would have higher temperature and display more infra-red radiations. In abiotic stresses such as drought and salinity, plant water status is affected and varied from the sensitive to tolerant level. Infra-red images of plants are often linked with some of the physiological attributes to the tolerance. This review covers the limits, advantages, linkages, comparison and other prospectives of using thermal imagaes in modern phenotyping techniques.

        하위 무릎뼈를 지난 성인들을 대상으로 쪼그려 앉기 운동 시 하위 무릎뼈 스트랩을 이용한 무릎뼈 높이 변화가 넙다리네갈래근의 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of patellar height on quadriceps muscles’ electromyography (EMG) activity during a squat exercise in adults with patella baja, For the study, we recruited 15 volunteers who had patella baja on the right side. We measured the EMG activity of the right rectus femoris, vastus medialis oblique, and vastus lateralis muscles during squat exercises under two conditions, specifically with and without an infra-patellar strap. The infra-patellar strap was applied below the tested patella to elevate the patella to a normal height. A paired t-test was used to compare the effects of patella height on EMG activity of the quadriceps muscles. The EMG activity of the rectus femoris (RF), vastus medialis oblique (VMO), and vastus lateralis (VL) muscles were significantly decreased during the squat exercise with the infra-patellar strap compared to the same exercise without the infra-patellar strap (p<.05), while the VMO/VL ratio was not different significantly between two conditions (p>.05). The findings of this study suggest that an infra-patellar strap may benefit people with patellar baja, as changes in patellar height could improve the efficiency of the quadriceps muscles.

      • 원적외선요법의 아토피성 피부염 치료

        Background and Purpose : Ceramic based infra-red Therapy has been effective on derma system. The purpose of this case was to know the effect of ceramic based infra-red therap therapy on atopic dematitis. Material and Methods Among initial 25 outpatients with atopic detmatitis who visited Kangnam KyungHee Oriental hospital from Mar. 2000 to Sep. 2002, we excluded 4 outpatients that quited treatment after 1st treatment. We treated ceramic based infra-red therapy, herb medication treatment and Acupuncture women patients. Ceramic based infra-red therapy using GI-2000 system was lighted to under for 30 minutes. SoPungSan(消風散) was one of the effective herb medication on atopic dermatitis in oriental. In acupuncture treatment. We activated Kokchi(LI11, 曲池), Choksamni(S36, 足三里) and inhibited Yanggye(LI5, 陽谿), Yanggok(SI5, 陽谷). Results and Conclusions Ceramic based infra-red therapy, herb medication treatment and acupuncture therapy showed usfull effect on atopic dermatitis.

      • 경피적외선 조사요법과 침치료로 병행 치료한 알레르기성 접촉 피부염 환자 치험 1례

        The number of allergic contact dermatitis patients is steadily increasing but a proper reliability treatment guide is not prepared in Oriental Medicine. Also, the number of clinical cases on allergic contact dermatitis is not sufficient in Oriental medicine. As such, the facial flushing of allergic contact dermatitis which has been improved by infra-red therapy is significant in its treatment purpose. We reported on 43-year old male patient with allergic contact dermatitis. We treated him with herbal concoction, acupuncture, infra-red therapy and cupping therapy. We have received a good result in this case by using the combination of infra-red therapy. We reached a conclusion that using infra-red therapy can improve the facial flushing of patient with allergic contact dermatitis. However, further research on the effect of infra-red therapy for these symptoms is desired.

        인프라 가이던스를 위한 통합 시뮬레이션 프레임워크 설계

        In the era of automated driving, the mixed traffic where autonomous and general vehicles are blended is expected, and thus it is necessary to provide infra-guidance information for supporting vehicle’s control from real-time traffic flow monitoring. Infra-guidance is a traffic operation technology to achieve traffic flow optimization by more actively supporting autonomous driving based on real-time dynamic road environment information. Since it is not easy to implement a system providing such information on a real road due to the inherent characteristics of infra-guidance utilizing various information with various devices and functions, it is essential to develop and perform a test of the system in a simulation-based development environment as an auxiliary role. Therefore, this study proposed an integrated simulation framework based on HLA (High Level Architecture) in order to implement infra-guidance system in mixed traffic flow environment. The operation of the infra-guidance simulation was verified by applying for a merging area as a use case. The result of this study is expected to develop a computer simulation environment for infra-guidance.

        사내하도급근로자의 임금차별에 대한 법적 규제 가능성 연구

        In the case of the subcontract within a company, the wage differentials exist between the original contract workers and the infra-subcontract workers who are performing the same work at the field of the original contractor. The proper and effective regulation is not imposed on the wage discrimination against the infra-subcontract workers for the reasons of that the Act on the Protection, etc, of Fixed-Term and Part-Time Employees and Act on the Protection, etc, of Dispatched Workers are not applied to the infra-subcontract workers. In the case of subcontract within a company, for the reasons of that the infra-subcontract workers are performing the same work at the field of the original contractor by using equipment, facilities, tools, etc of the original contractor, the equal remuneration for work of equal value on the basis of the constitutional equal rights should be applied to them. Although Labor Standards Act, National Human Rights Commission Act, Minimum Wage Act, Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, Act on the Promotion of Collaborative Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small-Medium Enterprises as the current laws related to the wage differentials are in existence today, it seems to be insufficient to effectively regulate the wage differentials in the current law system due to their own limitations. To eliminate the wage differentials between the original contract workers and the infra-subcontract workers, legislation improvement as the joint responsibility for the wage differentials of the infra-subcontract workers, the extension of the concept of the employer, to enact a general law against discrimination, to disclose the wage information, etc seems to be needed.
