        지역축제의 유아교육 적용에 대한 교사의 인식과 실태 조사

        The purpose of this study was to discover whether teachers realized the importance of community festivals to kindergarten children, their incorporation in the curriculum and the way they featured in classroom practice. The subjects were 33 teachers at public kindergartens in 15 different festival-holding communities; they all responded to an open-ended questionnaire developed by the author. Answers were analyzed and classified into categories, and the frequencies and percentages for each category were extracted. Results showed that teachers were very alive to the need to apply the festival to early education, as its influence on both parents and children was strong. In practice, teachers considered it necessary to adapt the way in which the subject was introduced so that it met the needs of the very young. Every kindergarten featured the festival in its curriculum management plan and organized field trips, but did not appear to incorporate it into the classroom educational content, instruction, or support system. 본 연구는 전국 각지에서 활발하게 개최되고 있는 지역축제를 유아교육에 적용하는데 대한 교사의 인식과 현장 적용 실태를 파악하는 것을 목적으로, 지역축제의 유치원 적용 필요성과 고려사항, 유아와 학부모 영향 등에 대한 교사의 인식과, 유치원의 지역축제 적용 실태를 조사하였다. 연구대상은 지역축제가 개최되고 있는 15지역 인근의 25개 병설유치원 교사 33명이었으며, 연구도구는 연구자가 제작한 개방형 설문지였다. 응답 자료는 내용에 따라 범주별로 분석되었으며, 최종적으로 분석된 상위범주를 중심으로 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 교사들은 지역축제 적용의 필요성을 인식하였으며 적용시 고려사항으로 유아발달과 유아교육의 적합성을 들었으며, 유아와 학부모에 대한 영향도 긍정적인 것으로 인식하였다. 유치원에서는 지역축제를 교육과정 운영계획에 반영하며 주로 현장 체험학습으로 활용하고 있었다. 그러나 필요성과는 달리 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법, 지원체제 면에서 적극적으로 적용하고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

        공개공지의 유니버설디자인 적용실태 연구

        본 연구는 도시의 대표적 개방 공간인 공개공지의 질적 수준을 향상하기 위해 유니버설디자인 관점의 분석 틀로 적용실태를 분석하고, 현재의 문제점을 진단하여 공개공지의 발전 방향을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구는 공개공지에 관한 이론적 고찰과 현황 조사를 통해 공개공지의 특성을 검토하고, 관련 지침에서 도출한 유니버설디자인 분석 항목과 세부 지표에 따라 대상 공간을 분석하는 형식으로 진행되었다. 분석은 공개공지 면적이 가장 넓은 서울시 금천구를 대상으로 하였으며, 공개공지 유형별로 구분한 5개소를 관찰 조사하였다. 조사 결과 접근성은 양호, 안전성과 이용 편의성은 대체로 양호, 인지성은 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통해 도출한 시사점은 첫째, 공개공지 내 유니버설디자인 적용을 위한 기준을 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 공개공지 내 설치되는 시설물을 사용자 관점에서 고려하고 설치해야 한다. 셋째, 공개공지 안내판 디자인 기준을 재정비해야 한다는 점이다. 이를 위해 현행 지침인 ‘공개공지 설치 가이드라인’과 ‘공개공지 안내판 가이드라인’에 유니버설디자인 개념이 반영되도록 재정비해야 한다는 것을 연구의 결론으로 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition as an analysis framework from the perspective of universal design in order to improve the qualitative level of public open space, which is a representative open space in the city, and to propose the development direction of public open space by diagnosing the current problems. The study was conducted in the form of reviewing the characteristics of the public open space through theoretical consideration and status survey on the public open space, and analyzing the target space according to the universal design analysis items and detailed indicators derived from the relevant guidelines. The analysis was conducted in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, which has the largest public open space, and five public open space types were observed and surveyed. As a result of the investigation, accessibility was good, safety and convenience were generally good, and awareness was needed to be improved. The implications derived from this are as follows : First, the standard for the application of universal design in the public open space should be prepared. Second, the facilities installed in the public open space should be considered and installed from the user's point of view. Third, it is necessary to reorganize the design standards of the public open space notice board. To this end, the study concluded that the concept of universal design should be reorganized to reflect in the current guidelines, the 'Guidelines for Installing Public Open Space' and the 'Guidelines for Public Open Space Information Board'.

        앱 마켓 등 해외 플랫폼 사업자에 대한 역외적용 가능성 고찰: 전기통신사업법상 부가통신사업에 대한 실태조사 도입을 중심으로

        앱 마켓은 포털이나 OTT 등 여타의 해외 플랫폼사업자보다 국내시장에 대한 영향력이 막대하다. 이에 정부는 전기통신사업법에 역외적용 조항과 실태조사 조항을 신설하여 해외 부가통신 분야의 사업자에 대한 최소한의 규제를 도입하고자 했다. 전기통신사업법상 역외적용 조항이 신설되기까지 이를 구체화할 수 있는 여러 시도가 있었지만 집행관할권 문제 등의 이유로 입법화에 실패한 바 있다. 그마나 실태조사가 최소한의 규제 형태로 사업법에 도입되었지만 그것의 목적과 내용, 범주가 모호하다는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 해외부가통신사업에 대한 최소 규제 형태로 도입된 실태조사가 해당 목적을 달성할 수 있는지 검토하고자 했다. The app market has had a huge influence in terms of market share in the domestic market. Accordingly, the government introduced minimum regulations to regulate VAN, such as app market operators, through the introduction of extraterritorial application and the status survey. The extraterritorial application may function as a legal basis, but attempts at various institutions to realize have failed to legislate for some reason. Although the status survey was introduced in a minimally regulated form, there is a problem in that the methodology, content, and purpose are ambiguous. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the actual survey is valid as a practical regulatory or minimal methodology.

      • 아동 · 청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 지원방안 연구 III : 총괄보고서

        본 연구는 우리나라 아동·청소년의 정신건강 실태를 파악하고 국가단위 아동·청소년정신건강 수준을 파악할 수 있는 지표개발연구를 통해 정신건강수준의 변화의 양상과 정책의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 근거를 마련하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 또한 본 연구는 현장적용 정신건강 증진 프로그램 개발하여 아동?청소년 정신건강의 실질적인 증진에 기여하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 주로 문헌연구, 전국단위 대규모 조사, 전문가 자문회의, 국내외 사례 분석, 전문가 면접 및 현장전문가 대상 의견조사(델파이)의 방법으로 진행되었다. 이외에도 아동·청소년 정신건강 정책을 개선하기 위해 전문가 워크숍을 진행함으로써 시사점을 도출하였고, 아동·청소년 정신건강의 정책을 추진하고 있는 주무부처와의 정책협의회를 통하여 정책방안의 효율성을 제고하였다. 연구는 크게 세 영역으로 구분하여 진행되었다. 첫째, 아동·청소년들의 정신건강 실태파악을 위해 3년차 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 아동·청소년의 정신건강상 나타나는 주요 문제점 및 변화의 정도를 파악할 수 있는 객관적 자료를 확보했다는데 의의가 있다. 둘째, 아동?청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 지표개발연구를 통해 국가단위 아동·청소년 정신건강 수준을 파악할 수 있는 근거를 마련하고 정신건강 증진 지원체계 구축방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 학교현장에서 실제로 정신건강 증진을 도모할 수 있는 현장적용 프로그램 개발을 통해 아동·청소년 정신건강 증진 및 예방책을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 정책적 시사점을 통해 향후 아동·청소년 정신건강을 증진하기 위한 정책방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to find grounds to measure the aspect of changes and policies performance in the mental health level through the development of indicators to figure out the actual state of Korean children?adolescents mental health and the national level of children?adolescents mental health, and to improve actual children?adolescents mental health promotion through the development mental health promotion program for field application The study method conducted with literature research, consultation meeting of experts, nationwide survey, an analysis of domestic and international cases, expert interviews, opinion survey of field experts(Delphi), etc, and other study promotion method induced policy implications through experts workshop for the policy improvement of children and adolescents’mental health, and the efficiency of the proposed policy plan was considered through policy meeting with government department promoting the policy. The study contents was performed by dividing to three areas. First, 3rd year search was conducted to understand the actual state of children?adolescents mental health. Through this, objective data to identify the main problems and the degree of changing appeared in Korean children?adolescents mental health were obtained. Second, prepared grounds to figure out the national level of children?adolescents mental health through the development of indicators for children?adolescents mental health promotion and measures to establish mental health promotion support system. At last, presented specifically children?adolescents mental health promotion and precautions through the development of a program for field application which could promote mental health in the school site actually. Based on this study, grounds to check the level of children?adolescents mental health were prepared, it contributed positively to mental health promotion by improving concerns and accessibility on mental health through the development of field-focused program. In addition, the aspect of necessary policy for children?adolescents mental health promotion was suggested through policy implications of the result of this study.

        레지오 에밀리아 접근법에 대한 유아교사의 인식 및 현장 적용 실태

        The purpose of this study was to survey the actual application of the Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education and to study kindergarten teachers knowledge of in-service education for the Reggio Emilia Approach. It was analyzed by variables of teachers: teachers' academic backgrounds and their teaching experience. This study focused on verifying level to Korean early childhood education and suggesting the direction for kindergarten teacher's in-service education by investigating prominent characteristics of the Reggio Emilia Approach. These include emergent curriculum, documentation, cycles of symbolization, and drawing to learn. This study can provide new guidelines for in-service education regarding the Reggio Emilia Approach for kindergarten teachers. It will help to establish a whole new system of teacher education which fits into Korean culture. The research questions for this study are as follows: 1. What aspects are shown in teacher’s knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach? 2. Is there a significant difference in teachers' knowledge of Reggio Emilia Approach? 3. What aspects are shown in actual application of the Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education according to teachers' academic backgrounds and teaching experience? 4. Is there a significant difference in the actual application of the Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education according to teacher’s academic backgrounds and reaching experience? The subjects in this study were 251 Early Childhood Edcation teachers who actually use the Reggio Emilia Approach in their classrooms in Kyung-Nam. A questionnaire was distributed to all 251 teachers, but only 230. Only 215 questionnaires were actually analyzed using SPSS Win 12.0. The questionnaire was made based upon the research of Eun-Sook, Lee(2001), Kyu-Eun, Lee(2002), and Bo-Kyung, Choi(1999). It was modified by researcher considering the purpose of this study. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was discovered that an inappropriate physical environment and lack of knowledge were recognizable obstacles applying Reggio Emilia Approachto an actual situation. Almost all teachers were very enthusiastic but had scanty knowledge of how to apply the approach. other problems were a shortage of teachers and pedagogists, enough time to support children and a proper ratio of children per teacher. To solve these problems, there must be a sufficient number of teachers to work flexible hours. Also pedagogists should be available to advise teachers. Second, there were significant differences in motivation and positive changes of teaching style according to academic backgrounds. In other words, academic background is considered as an important factor in motivation and positive changes of teaching style. But there were no significant differences in these two areas according to teaching experience . Third, it was the documentation aspect that was the highest score among six characteristics in application, which means documentation is the most practical using area. The order of scores except documentation in applying this approach is symbolization, emergent, curriculum, social, interaction, physical, enviroment and drawing to learn. Fourth, there were significant differences in emergent, curriculum, drawing to learn, cycles of symbolization, and social interaction according to academic career. This means that teachers in a group of higher level of academic backgrounds tends to have higher score. But there was not any tendency to be high as teacher's teaching experience was high except area. In other words, in the most experienced group the score of cycles of symbolization and social interaction was the highest. In the most unexperienced group of teaching the score of emergent curriculum, physical, enviroment and documentation were the highest. 본 연구는 유아교사 변인에 따른 (학력, 경력) 레지오 에밀리아 접근법에 대한 인식 및 현장 적용 실태를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있었다. 레지오 에밀리아 접근법에 관한 교사연수에 참여한 교사, 총 251명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였으며 최종분석을 통해 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 교사 학력에 따른 레지오 에밀리아 접근법에 대한 인식은 원의 교육방침이라는 응답이 2~3년제 대학 졸업집단과 4년제 대학교 졸업집단에서 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 스스로 적용해 보고 싶은 의도라는 응답은 대학원 재학 집단과 대학원 졸업 집단에서 많아 학력이 높은 집단일수록 스스로 동기 부여를 하는 것으로 나타나 집단간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 유아교사 경력에 따라서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 교사 학력에 따른 레지오 에밀리아 접근법의 현장적용실태는 대학원 졸업이상 집단인 고학력 집단에서 발현적 교육과정, 학습 그리기, 상징화 주기 영역, 사회적 상호작용에 차이가 나타났으나, 경력에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

      • 돌쌓기 및 헐기 공사의 공사비산정기준 적용실태 분석

        In the stacking and pitching items of the stone masonry and demolition process presented by 2018's standard of estimate, 7 estimating standards are presented according to the depth of masonry stone, and it is presented that the quantity per unit increases as the depth of masonry stone grows. As a result of analyzing the application status in the site, it is shown that 2 or 3 stones are mainly used according to the stone sizes regardless of the depth of masonry stone, and that as the size of the stone becomes larger, the quantity per unit decreases due to the size per square meter(m2). Also, in most of sites, machine construction is mainly carried out by excavators with clampers attached to them. Therefore, in the 2019's application standard of estimate, it is analyzed that the size is simplified down to 3 sizes reflecting the site application status and that it is revised as a standard reflecting the result that as the stone size becomes bigger, the productivity increases.

        세종시 첫마을 공동주택 공용공간의 무장애 계획개념 적용실태 및 개선

        This study aims to grasp the actual condition of applying barrier-free planning concept and propose an improvement plan on problems as basic data to be used for directional guide in future designs and plans of a barrier-free housing complex, on the subject of the “First Town” apartment housing at Sejong city, which played a pivotal role in enforcing barrier-free living environment certification for construction and make-up. A document research method was used to understand the basic concept, specific planning concept, and the relevant laws and regulations of barrier free. After observing the advanced research, the check-list was made accordance with the improvement law of facility and advanced research. Case studies were used to analyze the application status based on the planning concept of barrier free space in the shared spaces of apartment housing by using the check-list. In conclusion, this study found that "Accessibility" and "Safety" were primarily applied to the housing complex as well as the building plan. However, concept of "Distinguishment" showed a very low application level. This study shows that these results will be utilized as guidelines for planning of apartment housing applied the Barrier-Free Planning Concept.

        가사도우미, 요양보호사, 유통업체 판매직 근로관계의 특성과 노동법의 실효적인 규율 방향

        The low quality of employment in the personal, retail and social service sectors revals a issue unnoticed by the labor law scholars and policy makers, That is the issue of the precarious employment or the precariousness of employment. The precariousness of employment does not just mean whether or not employees with a certain job can enjoy any protection from unfair dismissals in employment relations. Rather, it generally descibes the situation that today many employees have faced job insecurity, irregular jobs, low wage, poor working conditions, and jobs excluded from the protection of labor laws and social security laws. In other words, it is about the quality of employment in labor relations. The low quality jobs extensively have been spread in the majority of industry, and all employees can be confronted by it regardless of the type of employment in certain occupations. The situation requires us to consider whether to change the fundamental principle of labor laws or not. For example, whether the minimum wage law only sets up the lowest pay in employment relations, or the law has to assure employees decent wages enough for the good standard of living with dignity in labor society. The current laws of labor can’t effectively regulate the precarious or contingent work in a workplace. It’s not a superficial phenomenon but a fundamental defect in the existing laws. The labor laws have to be changed to set up the good labor standards in the service sectors creating more jobs then any industries today.
