신경망 회로 제어기를 이용한 선박 엔진 발전기의 여자기 제어 성능 개선에 관한 연구

선박 발전기의 여자기는 출력 단자 전압을 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 여자전류 제어를 통해 자속을 조정한다. 여자기 내부에 있는 전압제어기는 통상적으로 비례 적분 제어방식이 사용되는데 게인과 시정수에 의해 결정되는 응답 특성은 적절치 못한 설정값에 의해 원하지 않는 출력을 내며 이로 인해 선내 전력의 품질과 안정성을 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE에서 제공하는 AC4A 타입의 여자기 모델을 통해 얻을 수 있는 안정적인 입출력 데이터를 활용하여 신경망 회로를 학습시킨 후 기존의 비례 적분 제어방식의 전압제어기를 학습된 신경망 회로 제어기로 대체하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과 기존 대비 최대 9.63%까지 오버슈팅이 개선되었으며, 안정적인 응답 특성에 대한 우수성을 확인하였다. The exciter of a ship generator adjusts the magnetic flux through excitation current control to maintain the output terminal voltage constant. The voltage controller inside the exciter typically uses a proportional integral control method. however, the response characteristics determined by the gain and time constant produce unwanted output owing to an inappropriate setting value that can reduce the quality and stability of power within the ship. In this study, a neural network circuit is learned using stable input/output data that can be obtained through the AC4A type exciter model provided by IEEE, and the simulation is performed by replacing the existing proportional integral control type voltage controller with the learned neural network circuit controller. Consequently, overshooting was improved by up to 9.63% compared with that of the previous model, and excellence in stable response characteristics was confirmed.

In this study, a dynamic iterative learning ability and learning patterns through a parallel distributed processing possible using dynamic neural circuits in the driving test solenoid valves, gear shift (N, D, R), Air Conditioning ON / OFF, CKP traffic control various factors generated by MATLAB simulink to the star. And it is used as input for a dynamic neural network by constructing a PILS driving test and was aware of the dynamic neural network system and the results are analyzed and compared.

Generally in neural network learning, learning rate and computing speed are related to network weights. This paper proposes weighted-control perceptron networks based on m athematical propositions. The proposed algorithm has been applied to an encoder and a ROM in order to compare with error back-propagation. Simulation results show that the neural network implementation for logic circuit design is efficient and the learning speed is improved.

The vibrations that drivers feel are mainly caused by the ones coming from the explosion of engine. They move from the engine to a car itself to drivers seat and steering wheel that drivers can feel them at last. To reduce these vibrations, it is required to install active pneumatic engine mount(APEM) between the engine and the car and control it with the use of solenoid valve. APEM utilizes the measure of making a map after finding appropriate on and off time of the solenoid valve and controling pressure according to the map, which leads to decreasing the vibrations. However, it takes a lot of time and expense to seek a map that has the best on/off time, and it needs repetitive experiments as well. Therefore, this study has the purpose of finding out how much vibration a car can actually have according to each research condition by just entering actual research conditions with the use of dynamic neural network(DNN), and earning more trust by comparing the vibration figures coming from the real tests with those from DNN and cutting down time and cost needed for actual car tests.

Engine vibrations spread in all directions of vehicle through the engine mount which locates between engine and the vehicle body. Therefore, the vibration isolation performance of the engine mount is quite important to increase the comport of a vehicle. This paper proposed the pneumatic active engine mount(PAEM) and its control algorithm to reduce the transmission of the vibration induced by an engine. A scanning algorithm of control parameters of time delay and duty ratio of PWM signal into the solenoid valve of PAEM was applied in vehicle test. Then the system identification is fulfilled to find accurate optimal control parameters by using multi-layer neural network based on the experimental data.
Application of Neural Network for Long-Term Correction of Wind Data

Wind farm development project contains high business risks because that a wind farm, which is to be operating for 20 years, has to be designed and assessed only relying on a year or little more in-situ wind data. Accordingly, long-term correction of short-term measurement data is one of most important process in wind resource assessment for project feasibility investigation. This paper shows comparison of general Measure-Correlate-Prediction models and neural network, and presents new method using neural network for increasing prediction accuracy by accommodating multiple reference data. The proposed method would be interim step to complete long-term correction methodology for Korea, complicated Monsoon country where seasonal and diurnal variation of local meteorology is very wide.
단층 코어넷의 특성화 함수와 수학적 귀납법에 의한 증명

This paper presents a CoreNet which has a multi-leveled input value and a multi-leveled output value with a 2-layered ANNet, which is the basic structure of an Artificial Neural Network. I have suggested an equation for the characteristic function of the weight value space of the CoreNet, which has a p-leveled input and a q-leveled output. I have proved it through the mathematical induction method. The equation is XAp,q(t)=t2-p(q-1)t+1/2(p-1)(q-1)(pq-2p+2). The number of regions of arrangement A, r(A) is p(q-1)+1/2(p-1)(q-1)(pq-2p+2)+1 by Zaslavsky's theorem. I used the function of ± cot(√x) and [2(k-1)+1]/2q as in NMLGR for the leveling method of the input and output values to maximize the number of regions . Intersecting points, each made up of more than two lines, may exist, aside from on the y(ω) axis, according to p and q values. Here, we assume these points do not exist. 본 논문에서는 인공신경망회로의 최소 요소가 되는 하나의 입력노드와 하나의 출력노드, 그리고 입출력에 다단(multi-level)값을 갖는 단층(입출력 2 layer) 다단 코어넷(CoreNet)의 무게값 공간 특성화 함수를 구하였고, 이를 수학적 귀납법으로 증명하였다. 제안된 p단 입력과 q단 출력을 갖는 코어넷의 특성화 함수는 XAp,q(t)=t2-p(q-1)t+1/2(p-1)(q-1)(pq-2p+2)이다. Zaslavsky의 정리에 의하여 공간 배치도 Ap,q에 의한 분할 영역의 수 r(Ap,q)는 p(q-1)+1/2(p-1)(q-1)(pq-2p+2)+1이다. 분할 영역의 수를 최대화하기 위하여 입출력 단(level)의 다단계 값 표현을 위한 분할 방법으로 ± cot(√x)함수와 [2(k-1)+1]/2q를 이용한 NMLGR 방법을 이용하였다. p와 q값에 따라 y(ω) 축 이외에도 추가로 3중첩이상의 교차점이 있을 수 있다. 여기서는 ω축 이외에는 3중첩 이상의 교차점이 없는 것으로 가정한다.

LCD 생산라인의 공정 로봇에서 방사되는 비정상 작동 소음은 로봇의 결함 탐지에 사용된다. 이신호의 장점은 상대적으로 낮은 민감도에 비해 단지 마이크로폰을 이용하여 다수의 결함을 확인할 수 있는 것이다. 결함요소 추출을 위한 웨이브렛 변환(WPT)과 불량의 분류를 위한 인공신경망 회로(ANN) 이 본 논문에서 사용되었다. 결과적으로, 비정상 작동 소음이 기계요소의 결함 진단에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다. Abnormal operating sounds radiated from a moving transfer robot in LCD (liquid crystal display) product lines have been used for the fault detection line of a robot instead of other source signals such as vibrations, acoustic emissions, and electrical signals. Its advantage as a source signal makes it possible to monitor the status of multiple faults by using only a microphone, despite a relatively low sensitivity. The wavelet packet transform for feature extraction and the artificial neural network for fault classification are employed. It can be observed that the abnormal operating sound is sufficiently useful as a source signal for the fault diagnosis of mechanical components as well as other source signals.

This paper introduces a radio-wave interference assessment of wind turbines that were planned to be installed at Homi-Cape in Pohang region where wind resource has been evaluated worthwhile developing a wind farm. In that area, AM radio station with two antennas and a harbor radar facility are located so that radio-wave coupling is inevitable if the wind farm is designed without considering radio-wave environmental impact. A low-frequency analysis using MoM (Method of Moment) is used to examine interference effect caused by wind turbines and an optimal layout minimizes coupling effect is presented.
