Identification of Lactobacillus spp. associated with nematodes in peach farm soil

Strains D4 and D5 were isolated from peach-rotten soil during the peach harvest season. The isolates were identified based on morphological and biochemical characterization, and identification was determined by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Results showed that D4 has high similarity to Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC $14917^T$ and Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $8041^T$ at 99.05% and 98.98%, respectively. D5 was also similar to Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $8041^T$ and Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC $14917^T$ at 98.71% and 98.64%, respectively. In contrast, isolates showed differences in carbohydrate utilization in comparison to Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC $14917^T$ and Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $8041^T$. In view of this we performed VITEK MS matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) analysis, multiplex PCR fingerprinting, and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR to further confirm the identification of D4 and D5. The results of these analyses showed that both strains were most similar to Lactobacillus plantarum. 복숭아 수확시기에 낙과한 토양에서 Lactobacillus sp. D4와 D5 균주를 분리하였다. 분리한 Lactobacillus sp. D4와 D5 균주를 동정하기 위하여 형태학적 동정, 생화학적 동정 및 16S rRNA 유전자서열 분석을 수행하였다. 16S rRNA 유전자서열 분석 결과 Lactobacillus sp. D4는 Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum ATCC $14917^T$과 Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $40997^T$에 각각 99.05%, 98.98% 일치하였으며, Lactobacillus sp. D5는 Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $40997^T$, Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum ATCC $14917^T$에 각각 98.71%, 98.64% 일치하였다. Lactobacillus sp. D4와 D5 균주는 당 이용성 비교에서 Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC $14917^T$과 Lactobacillus pentosus ATCC $8041^T$에 비교하여 다른 결과를 나타내었다. 정확한 동정을 위하여 VITEK MS matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) 분석, multiplex PCR, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR을 수행하였다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 Lactobacillus sp. The purpose of this study was to compare the repaired joint strength among several edge profiles after denture repair. For this study, eight edge profiles were used for repair methods and five self-curing resin brands were used for repair materials. Break away loads were tested after 1 hr., 24 hrs. and 1 week. Instron was used for testing the transverse strength of repaired specimen. The results were as follows. 1. Repaired joint strength was about 35-65% of that of original specimen. 2. Joint strengths of round, inverse knife, inverse rabbit, lap ogee joint were higher tnan that of traditional simple butt joint 3. Joint strength of the simple butt joint was low significant. 4. Joint strengths after 1 hr. specimen were lower than those of 24 hrs. and 1 week specimens in joint strengths. 5. There were no significant differences between 24 hrs. and 1 week specimens in joint strengths. 6. It look more than 24 hours to gain satisfactory physical property after repairing the fractured denture base when self-curing resin was used for repair.
Excimer Laser Annealing 결정화 방법 및 고유전 게이트 절연막을 사용한 poly-Si TFT의 특성

The electrical characteristics of polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin film transistor (TFT) crystallized by excimer laser annealing (ELA) method were evaluated, The polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistor (poly-Si TFT) has higher electric field-effect-mobility and larger drivability than the amorphous silicon TFT. However, to poly-Si TFT's using conventional processes, the temperature must be very high. For this reason, an amorphous silicon film on a buried oxide was crystallized by annealing with a KrF excimer laser (248 nm)to fabricate a poly-Si film at low temperature. Then, High permittivity $HfO_2$ of 20 nm as the gate-insulator was deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) to low temperature process. In addition, the solid phase crystallization (SPC) was compared to the ELA method as a crystallization technique of amorphous-silicon film. As a result, the crystallinity and surface roughness of poly-Si crystallized by ELA method was superior to the SPC method. Also, we obtained excellent device characteristics from the Poly-Si TFT fabricated by the ELA crystallization method.
전이행열법에 의한 연속곡선형교의 비틂정수비에 관한 연구

This paper researched the analysis of continuous curved girder bridges by using of Transfer Matrix Method. And it also has the merit of using of personal computer because it has less memory than finite element method and matrix analysis. This paper analyzed the curved girder bridge by means of transfer matrix method and compared with exact solution, stiffness matrix method and finite strip method. Highway specification prescribed the theory by means of torsional constant ratio of straight bridges, but curved bridges did not. Thus this paper proposed the specification item by means of torsional constant ratio of the curved bridges. The using range of pure torsional theory in curved girder bridge analysis by the torsional constant ratio is that κ=10+35Φ at angle Φ is 0$lt;Φ$lt;0.5 and κ=27.5 is at 0.5$lt;Φ.

So in this study, we consider that peak point of ball-endmill is not included on cutting at inclined plane and analysis cutting force in tool at inclined plane and check temperature on cutting.

In recent years, the number of curved girder bridges has been increasing in modern highway interchanges and urban expressways. Because there is esthetic advantages and occurrent advantages. This study investigated displacement and stress distribution of cross section of curved girder with different cross section, and used bending theory, theory of ST. Venant torsion, theory of warping torsion and curved beam theory for analytical method. And also for numerical method, this study used finite difference method. And the main conclusions of this study are, the use of box section at curved girder with small radius is necessary and the use of a squared box section is specially proper in curved girder, and, in the case of 2 span continuous beam, this generates smaller displ. and stresses than that of 1 span continuous beam and then in open section the use of interior support is necessary.
