Evaluation of the Theory of the 4th Industrial Revolution
Moon, Youngho,Seol, Sung-Soo Asian Society for Innovation and Policy 2017 Asian Journal of Innovation and Policy Vol.6 No.3
As of the end of August 2017, there were 392 academic articles for $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution in Korea. Is the vigorous discussion on the 4th Industrial Revolution in Korea normal? We checked the main theories on this topic by existing theories and responses of major countries and industries. The findings are that there are technologies called a Technological Revolution, and the industrial application of some technologies is in the starting stage. If comes, the Industrial Revolution is expected with the structure as follows: excellence science, core technologies, base technologies, application and infrastructure, and institutions. Nonetheless, the brisk studies are from three branches such as the Industry 4.0, social connection and artificial intelligence. The Industry 4.0, the digital transformation of manufacturing is the on-going issue in the industry, and artificial intelligence brings the biggest discourse. The 392 literature are mostly from introduction and preparation for future; technology 15.8%, industry 26.3%, society 24.5%, education 19.1%, policy 10.7%. The labor and employment is only 3.6%.

Generation of the MVC reference picture using the boundary padding method
Youngho Moon,Jongbum Choi,Haksop Song,Woosung Shim 대한전자공학회 2008 ICEIC:International Conference on Electronics, Inf Vol.1 No.1
This paper introduces the boundary extension method in Multi-view Video Coding (MVC). The proposed method compensates the boundary region (occlusion region) from the previous boundary region of an anchor image. This method is only applied to the P pictures of anchor pictures except the first frames on each view to maximize the boundary padding effect. The padding region is determined by Global Disparity Vector (GDV) or maximum margin size. The test result shows bit saving from 0.01% to 5.73% at anchor pictures.

The purpose of this study is finding the package identity factors that can be recognized by drivers. 6 reference cars of maker `A` and maker `B` are selected and evaluated by 23 internal people to find the PI(Package Identity) factors. By evaluating these cars, various PI factors are extracted, and the conclusions are deducted that PI factors can be embodied in similar styling, similar color & material and similar manipulability & feeling. On the basis of PI factors, PI evaluation index of five-point scale is made, and reference cars of maker `C` and maker `D` are evaluated in terms of PI evaluation index. Generally, maker `D` vehicles apply and keep the PI factors more consistently than maker `C` vehicles. Hereafter, PI evaluation index will be verified and improved by customer evaluation, and further study on detailed application of PI factors will be conducted.
The Analysis of GRF during Golf Swing for the different Slope
Gonsung Moon,Hueseok Choi,Seonhong Hwang,Sunwoo Park,Jungyoon Kim,Youngho Kim 대한전자공학회 2007 ITC-CSCC :International Technical Conference on Ci Vol.2007 No.7
The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of ground reaction force(GRF) in golf swing for the flat lie, the uphill lie and downhill lie of 10 degrees. Eight right-handed professional golfers were selected for the experiment and the 7 iron club was used. The GRF of the right foot was larger on the flat lie than the uphill lie in the lateral direction and the GRF of the left foot was larger on the flat lie than the uphill lie in medial direction. The GRF of both feet showed almost the same between flat lie and uphill lie on the anterior-posterior direction, but the GRF of both feet on the down hill lie was lower than the flat lie during the back swing phase in the both direction. The vertical GRF of the right foot was larger on the uphill lie than the flat lie, but it was larger in the flat lie than the downhill lie. The vertical GRF of the left foot was larger in the downhill lie than the flat lie, but it was larger in flat lie than uphill lie. The slopes would have negative effects to provide the angular momentum during back swing, restricting pelvic and trunk rotations, and to provide the precise timing and strong power during down swing.
