      • Plant membrane-protein mediated intracellular traffic of fatty acids and acyl lipids

        <P>In plants, <I>de novo</I> synthesis of fatty acids (FAs) occurs in plastids, whereas assembly and modification of acyl lipids is accomplished in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and plastids as well as in mitochondria. Subsequently, lipophilic compounds are distributed within the cell and delivered to their destination site. Thus, constant acyl-exchanges between subcellular compartments exist. These can occur via several modes of transport and plant membrane-intrinsic proteins for FA/lipid transfer have been shown to play an essential role in delivery and distribution. Lately, substantial progress has been made in identification and characterization of transport proteins for lipid compounds in plant organelle membranes. In this review, we focus on our current understanding of protein mediated lipid traffic between organelles of land plants.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Increased seed oil synthesis by enhanced pyruvate transport into plastids. </LI> <LI> Identification of a membrane transporter for plastid fatty acid export. </LI> <LI> Mediation of ER to plastid lipid transfer by a P4-type ATPase in the ER. </LI> <LI> A mitochondrial membrane protein for lipid transfer during phosphate starvation. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Study on grinding mechanism and machining technology of Si3N4 ceramic spindle

        In order to improve the machining accuracy of the cylindrical surface of silicon nitride ceramic spindle, the machining technologyof the cylindrical surface of ceramic spindle was studied by high-speed universal cylindrical grinder in this experiment. Firstly, the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the surface roughness of ceramic spindleis determined by orthogonal experiment, then the influence law of single grinding parameter on the surface roughness ofceramic spindle is explored by single factor experiment, and the prediction model of the grinding surface roughness value ofceramic spindle is calculated by numerical analysis software, and finally the optimal processing parameters of the cylindricalsurface of ceramic spindle are obtained. The experimental results show that the grinding surface roughness of silicon nitrideceramic spindle first decreases and then increases with the increase of grinding wheel linear speed and workpiece linearspeed, and then increases with the increase of transverse feed speed and axial feed speed. The relative error between the predictedvalue of the prediction model and the actual measured value is less than 5%, which shows that the prediction modelhas a good prediction effect and provides a theoretical basis for actual machining

        Phospholipid and Fatty Acid Composition in Leaves and Roots of Ten Autumn Chrysanthemum Cultivars Grown at Low Temperature

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between cold hardiness and phospholipid andfatty acid content in leaves and roots of chrysanthemum, and to explore cold resistance mechanisms of chrysanthemumin order to provide a theoretical basis for selecting and breeding a new cold-resistant cultivar. We analyzed thephospholipid and fatty acid components in leaves and roots of 10 autumn chrysanthemum cultivars including sixearly-flowering cultivars and four late-flowering cultivars. We determined the content of phosphatidyl ethanolamine(PE), phosphatidyl choline (PC), phosphatidyl serine (PS), phosphatidyl glycerol (PG), myristic acid (C14:0), palmiticacid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), docosanoic acid (C22:0), oleic acid (C18:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), and linolenic acid(C18:3) in leaves and roots of chrysanthemum seedlings grown at 16C and 5C. The cultivars had different responsesto low temperature that included changes in the cell membrane composition in leaves and roots. The main phospholipidin leaves and roots of chrysanthemum was PE, and the main saturated fatty acid was palmitic acid. Amongunsaturated fatty acids, linolenic acid was found in leaves, whereas oleic acid and linoleic acid were present in theroots. Based on the unsaturated fatty acid content and the ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in leaves, theearly-flowering cultivars ‘Tan Xiang Shi Zi’ and ‘Tong Que Chun Shen’ and the late-flowering cultivars ‘Guan DongXin Xia’ and ‘Yun Long Feng Wu’ were classified as strongly cold tolerant, while the early-flowering cultivar ‘JinFeng Ling’ and the late-flowering cultivar ‘Mo Bao’ were weakly cold tolerant.

        A modal approach for the efficient analysis of a bionic multi-layer sound absorption structure

        The interest of this article lies in the proposition of using bionic method to develop a new sound absorber and analyze the efficient of this absorber in a ski cabin. Inspired by the coupling absorption structure of the skin and feather of a typical silent flying bird — owl, a bionic coupling multi-layer structure model is developed, which is composed of a micro-silt plate, porous fibrous material and a flexible micro-perforated membrane backed with airspace. The finite element simulation method with ACTRAN is applied to calculate the acoustic performance of the multi-layer absorber, the vibration modal of the ski cabin and the sound pressure level (SPL) near the skier's ears before and after pasting the absorber at the flour carpet and seats in the cabin. As expected, the SPL near the ears was significantly reduced after adding sound-absorbing material. Among them, the model 2 and model 5 showed the best sound absorption efficiency and the SPL almost reduced 5 dB. Moreover, it was most effctive for the SPL reduction with full admittance configuration at both the carpet and the seats, and the carpet contribution seems to be predominant.

        Fault diagnosis of rotating machines based on modified hierarchical fluctuation dispersion entropy and multi-cluster feature selection

        The vibration signal of rotating mechanical equipment contains a large amount of information that can be used for the fault diagnosis of rotating mechanical equipment. However, the vibration information is distributed in multiple dimensions, and a single-scale analysis cannot effectively reflect its damage characteristics, reducing the accuracy of fault diagnosis. Accordingly, an improved hierarchical fluctuation dispersion entropy (MHFDE) method based on the improved hierarchical processing is proposed. MHFDE can simultaneously mine low- and highfrequency features in the time series, avoiding information omission. Comparison results of the simulated signals show that the proposed method has the advantages of high stability and accurate measurement of complexity. In combination with the multi-cluster feature selection (MCFS) and kernel limit learning machine (KELM) optimized by whale optimization algorithm (WOA), a rotating machinery damage recognition method based on MHFDE-MCFS and WOA-KEM was proposed. Three sets of typical rotating machinery datasets are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that this method can not only accurately and stably identify the damage types of the three selected machinery but also have a higher accuracy of damage recognition compared with the existing feature extraction methods.

        大学生的创业接触、创业认同与创业自我效能感的关系研究 : 基于在韩中国留学生的实证研究

        创业自我效能感是创业行动的预测因素, 是大学生创业研究中最引人注目的心理变量之一。如何培养和提高大学生的创业效能感, 是创业研究中的一个重要领域。 本研究基于293名在韩中国留学生的问卷调查数据, 实证考察了创业接触和创业认同感及创业效能感之间的关系。研究结果表明,直接创业接触和间接创业接触都与创业认同呈正向关系, 同时也都与创业效能感呈正向关系,而且创业认同感在创业接触和创业效能感之间有部分中介效应。 此外, 鉴于实证对象的特殊性,本研究验证了在韩中国留学生的韩国语能力在创业直接接触和创业认同感及创业效能感之间的调节作用。根据这些结果, 提出了本研究的理论及实践意义。 Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of most attractive psychological variable in the college student’s entrepreneurship research, as the prerequisite of entrepreneurial behavior. How to cultivate and stimulate the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of the college students, is recognized as an important field of entrepreneurship research. Based on the survey data of 293 Chinese students studying in Korea, this study examines the relationship between entrepreneurship exposure and entrepreneurship identity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial exposure, including direct and indirect entrepreneurship exposure, entrepreneurial identity. Entrepreneurial identity plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial exposure and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Addition, this research tested the korean ability s moderate effection among the entrepreneurial exposure with entrepreurial identity and entrepreurial self-efficacy. Based on these results, the study proposed the implications both of theory and practices, indicate the direction of further research.

        A New Practical System for Evaluating the Pharmacological Properties of Uricase as a Potential Drug for Hyperuricemia

        The use of uricase-deficient mammals to screen formulations of engineered uricases as potential drugs for hyperuricemia involves heavy costs and presents a technical bottleneck. Herein, a new practical system was investigated to evaluate the pharmacological significance of a bacterial uricase based on its ability to eliminate uric acid in plasma in vitro, its pharmacokinetics in vivo in healthy rats, and the modeled pharmacodynamics in vivo. This uricase, before and after modification with the monomethyl ether of poly(ethylene glycol)-5000, effectively eliminated uric acid in vitro in rabbit plasma, but its action was susceptible to xanthine inhibition. After intravenous injection of the modified uricase without purification, a bi-exponential model fit well to uricase activities in vivo in the plasma of healthy rats; the half-life of the modified uricase was estimated without interference from the unmodified uricase leftover in the sample and was nearly 100-fold longer than that of the unmodified uricase. Using a model of the elimination of uric acid in vivo taking into account of uricase pharmacokinetics and xanthine inhibition, modeled pharmacodynamics supported that the half-life of uricase and its susceptibility to xanthine are crucial for the pharmacological significance of uricase. Hence,this practical system is desirable for doing preliminary screening of formulations of engineered uricases as potential drugs for hyperuricemia.

        Some lidar systems have been constructed for atmospheric research in Anhui Institute of Optics & Fine Mechanics (AIFOM), including L625 lidar, an UV-DIAL lidar, and a mobile dual-wavelength lidar, a Raman lidar. These lidar systems are used in measurements of the aerosol. and ozone profiles in stratosphere and troposphere, and water vapor in the air. A large number of data have been obtained.

        Sequence analysis and expression of the calmodulin gene, MCaM-3, in mulberry (Morus L.)

        A full-length cDNA sequence encoding CaM from mulberry,which we designated MCaM-3 (GenBank accession No:GQ303247), was cloned based on mulberry expressed sequence tags(ESTs). Sequence analysis showed that MCaM-3is 951 base pairs in length, encoding 149 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 16.85 kD and an isoelectric point of 3.95. Online SMART analysis showed that the MCaM-3 protein has four EFh functional domains, which can bind calcium. The expression level of MCaM-3at different developmental stages in mulberry leaves and flowers and in different tissues was investigated. The results showed that MCaM-3 transcripts are most abundantly expressed in mature tissues, such as mature female flowers and climax leaves, and the expression level of the mRNA could be increased significantly under low temperature, drought, and salt stress conditions compared to the normal growth environment. This research will help us understand the resistance mechanism of functional genes in mulberry.
