        가평 전주이씨묘 출토복식 고찰

        In 1995, the costumes were restored in an unknown woman's tomb at the Jeonju Lee's family cemetery in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-Do, and there are currently nine items remaining. In this study, we first introduced these 9 relics to academia and analyzed the morphological characteristics of the costumes. We also estimated the time and person of burial compared with costumes unearthed from other burials. Jeogories (short jacket) are all four items. One of these items was unusual in shape, and the upper part of the seop (gusset) was wrinkled and shaped. This type of Jeogori appears only till the 1520s in other tombs. There are also two skirts, one of which is characterized by a superimposed pattern. The top and bottom / middle part of the skirt were rolled up, and the skirt, which was double-rolled up in this way, was first discovered. An analysis of the shape of Jeogori and skirt indicated that the person buried in the Jeonju Lee's family tomb was believed to have survived until the early 16th century. Based on these estimated periods, as a result of looking at the genealogy of Jeonju Lee's family, it was concluded that the tomb was probably a woman named Lee Geum Myeong (李金命) born in the mid-15C and died between the late 15C and the early 16C.

      • 건조방법에 따른 두부의 품질특성

        In order to compare the quality properties with drying methods, soybean curd were studied through hot-air drying, vacuum drying and freeze drying methods. The color(lightness and ΔE) was decreased by drying, and showed similar trend to drying methods. However, hot-air drying showed the greatest change in browning and protein denaturation degree. Also, the hardness after rehydrated was the highest in hot-air drying. From the results, the quality properties of soybean curd were the most decreased by hot-air drying, and vacuum drying and freeze drying methods were similar changed.

      • 라면 유지의 안정성에 대한 당과 아미노산의 영향

        The effects of various sugars and amino acids of the stability of the plam oil in Ramyon, was studied. Stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was determined from acid, peroxide, anisidine values and color development. The effects of sugars added on the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was in order of arabinose, xylose, glucose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, raffinose. In addition of amino acids and glucose, the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon showed a significant increase in order of β-alanine, glycine, valine, lysine, but threonine and glutamic acid showed less stability. The effects of glycine concentration on the stability was increased to 0.5%. After deep-fried, color developments of Ramy on surface increased in darkness to 0.5% glycine concentration and decreased during the storage period.

      • 당질 섭취와 혈청 중성지방 농도와의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between carbohydrate(CHO) intake and serum triglyceride(TG) concentrations. The subjects consisted of 328 adult men and 271 women. Dietary intakes were assessed by means of a 24-hour dietary recall methods with food models and other measuring tools. The intakes of energy and CHO were 2198㎉ and 355g in men, 1746㎉, 282g in women, respectively. Those who consumed more than 400g in men, 350g in women had significantly higher serum TG concentrations than those who consumed less CHO. In multivariate analysis, considering CHO and energy intake, age, body mass index(BMI), daily habits and menopausal status, BMI and drinking habit were positively associated and exercise habit was negatively associated with serum TG concentrations in men. For women, BMI and menopausal status were significantly asssociated. Our findings suggest that there may exist a threshold of CHO intake, which is significantly related to the increment of serum TG concentrations in Korean adults. Intake of CHO showed a stronger correlation with the serum TG concentrations in men and premenopausal women than that of total energy. To establish better dietary guidelines, further research is needed to clarify the amount of CHO to be recommended, the threshold phenomena in CHO intake in relation to serum TG concentrations, and the differences of these values in terms of age, sex, and race.

        제4경추의 형태와 초경을 통한 성숙지표에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 측모 두부 규격 방사선사진을 이용하여 성장 중인 아동의 제4경추 형태를 경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도에 따라 분류하고 초경의 시기와 수완부 골 성숙 단계를 평가하여, 성장 중인 아동의 골격적 부정교합의 진단 및 악정형 치료를 위한 성장 시기 평가에 제4경추의 형태 변화가 진단의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있는지를 연구하였다. 11-14세 여자 환자 중, 같은 날짜에 촬영된 측모 두부 규격 방사선사진과 수완부 방사선사진이 모두 있는 81명을 대상으로 환자의 측모 두부 규격 방사선사진상 제4경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도에 따라 세 그룹으로 분류하였다. (Group A - 제4경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도가 1.05 mm 이하, Group B -제4경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도가 1.05- 2.07 mm 사이, Group C -제4경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도가 2.07 mm 이상)세 그룹에서 각각 제4경추 몸체부의 수직 길이, 수평 길이, 수직/수평 비율, 초경의 시기, 수완부 골 성숙 단계를 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 평균 수완부 골 성숙 단계는 Group A가 SMI 5.67 ± 2.57단계, Group B는 SMI 8,73 ± 2.41 단계, Group C는 SMI 10.00 ± 1.47단계로 나타났다. GroupA에서 Group B, Group C로 갈수록 제4경추의 수직 길이, 수평 길이, 수직/수평 비율, 수완부 골 성숙 단계에 있어서 각각 유의하게 더 큰 값을 보였다. 본 연구대상 아동의 평균 초경 시기는 11.64 ± 0.92세를 보였다. 제4경추 몸체부 하연의 만곡 정도, 수직 길이, 수평 길이, 수직/수평 비율은 수완부 골 성숙 단계와 각각 서로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 초경을 경험한 그룹이 초경을 경험하지 않은 그룹에 비해 제4경추의 수직 길이, 수평 길이, 수직/수평 비율, 수완부 골 성숙 단계에 있어서 유의하게 큰 값을 보였다. 연구 결과 측모 두부 규격 방사선사진상 제4경추 하연의 만곡 깊이가 2.07 mm 이상인 경우 성장의 완료 단계에 가까운 시기로 나타나 이 시기의 악정형적 치료는 큰 효과를 얻을 수 없을 것으로 사료된다. Objective: This study analyzed the morphologic changes of the fourth cervical vertebra body to determine the skeletal age of orthodontic patients during growth. Methods: Eighty-one female patients aged from 11 to 14 who had cephalograms taken on the same day were examined. The subjects were divided into three groups depending on the depth of the concavity of the lower border of the fourth cervical vertebra (Group A: less than 1.05 mm, Group B: 1.05 - 2.07 mm, Group C: greater than 2.07 mm). Menarcheal timing, SMI stage, length, width and ratio of length and width of the fourth cervical vertebra body were analyzed and the following results were obtained. Results: The average SMI stage of group A,B and C were 5.67 ± 2.57, 8.73 ± 2.41, and 10.00 ± 1.47, respectively. Length, width, ratio of length and width, and SMI stage were greater in group B than group A and in group C than group B. Mean menarcheal timing was 11.64 ± 0.92 years. Concavity depth, length, width, ratio of length and width showed a significant positive correlation with SMI stage, especially with the concavity depth. Conclusion: The results of this study propose a simple method for determining the timing of orthopedic treatment by measuring the concavity depth of the fourth cervical vertebra on the cephalogram.

      • 어린이집 식단의 영양 균형성 평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate the nutritional balance of recipes collected from five Day-Care Centers; three public and two private centers. Nutrient contents of recipes were evaluated by a self-developed computer program, focusing on the balance of 1) general nutrients, 2) fatty acids and 3) amino acids in lunch and afternoon snack for children aged 4 to 6. The average intake levels of calories, calcium, vitamin A were lower than the recommended levels of the RDA/3. The energy construction of carbohydrate, protein, and fat (CPF ratio) was 56:17:27. The subjects consumed 4.1g of polyunsaturated fatty acids, 2.6g of monounsaturated fatty acids, and 2.4g of saturated fatty acids per lunch and afternoon snack per day. The mean P/M/S ratio of dietary fat was 2.5/1.3/1 (recommendation: 1/1∼1.5/1). The mean ω6/ω3 ratio was 9/1 (desirable rage: 4/1∼10/1). The quality of fat and be improved by including ω3 fatty acid-rich foods such as bean products, seaweeds and fishes more frequently in the diet. Mean daily intake of cholesterol was 50㎎. Quantity and quality of dietary protein were reasonably fair. Varieties in nutritionally balanced menu should be emphasized more for children by nutrition professionals dietitians. It is of utmost importance to support early nutrition in national development and in improving quality of later life.

        The quality properties of green onion as affected by drying was studied. The drying methods were hot-air drying, vacuum drying and freeze drying. The color (lightness, yellowness and ΔE) showed similar trend to drying methods. However, hot-air drying showed the greatest change in browning degree. The content of ascorbic acid was 26.48 ppm (hot-air drying), 52.29 ppm (vacuum drying) and 67.61 ppm (freeze drying). The rehydration rate of dried green onion were higher in the order of freeze drying>vacuum drying>hot-air drying. From the results, the quality properties of green onion in hot-air drying were higher decreased than those in vacuum drying and freeze drying methods, which were similarly changed.

        This paper describes the basic starting methods of the current source type static thyristor inverter circuit, which have been developed specifically for induction heating applications. These type of the auxiliary thyristor methods (1) (2), auxiliary DC source method, series capacitor short type method and composite starting methods described constitute a complete and compatible line of static frequency converters, capable of meeting the needs of virtually all practical induction heating applications, requiring frequencies from 180 Hz up to 5 KHz, at power levels from 5 KW to 500 KW upwards.

      • 强靷한 모델 追從 制御系의 構成에 관한 硏究

        This paper investigates the problem of designing a compensating control for a linear multivariable system so that the closed-loop system behaves like a specified ideal system or model. Synthesis technique through linear optimal control theory is applied to a model following problem, for the plant which has contant disturbances. To meet the control objectives, a new type quadratic performance index is proposed and simplified the problem using linear regulator problem in which the integral quadratic error between the plant and model outputs is minimized. The optimal system constructed by this metod consists of the both of a feedback controller and a feedforward controller, and its step response can be satisfactorily kept close to that of the model without offset. A numerical example illustrates the efficiency of this system.
