Vol.23 No.3
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of malic or citric acid supplementation on the growth and cellulolytic activity of rumen fungi. Malic acid or citric acid were supplemented into Lowe's medium at the level of 0.001, 0.005, 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1%, respectively. N. frontalis was used as inoculant. Incubation was lasted for 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days and pH, CMCase and xylanase activity, filter paper degradability and fungal protein were estimated after incubation. When supplementation level was from 0.001 to 0.01%, malic acid stimulated the fungal growth, cellulolytic enzymes activity and cellulose degradability, but results were reversed when malic acid concentration was above 0.1%. Citric acid affected rumen fungal growth and cellulolytic enzyme activity in the similar trend. .
Vol.23 No.3
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of malic or citric acid on the growth and cellulolytic activity of mixed rumen microbes. The mixed rumen microbes were inoculated into Lowe's medium containing 0.01% malic or citric acid, and incubated for 12, 24, 48, 72, 120 and 168 hours. After incubation, enzyme (CMCase, xylanase, amylase and protease) activity, microbial growth and gas production were estimated. Results were obtained as below Bacterial growth rate and amylase activity were increased by addition of 0.01% malic acid or citric acid at 12 and 24 hour after incubation, and this stimulatory effect was more obvious with citric acid than with malic acid. Malic or citric acid addition increased fungal growth and cellulolytic enzyme activity upto 24 hour incubation.

Solid-state bonding of heterogeneous materials is one of the effective ways to achieve light weight. An extrusion formingprocess for Mg/Al thickness-oriented bonding sheet was carried out. Due to triaxial compressive stress in the extrusion container, the AZ31 and AA6061 billets were deformed and the bonding and forming of Mg/Al thickness-oriented sheet can berealized by this method. The observation results of the bonding position by using XRD, SEM and EDS showed that: at theforming temperature with 360–420 °C, it had a good bonding interface, and the width of the transition layer increased withthe increase of the forming temperature. The presence of brittle intermetallic compounds in the transition layer indicated thatmetallurgical bonding had occurred at the interface. Considering all factors comprehensively, when the forming temperaturewas 390 °C, the bonding quality was appropriate. Its tensile-shear strength was 42 MPa, the width of the interface transitionlayer was about 10 μm, and the microhardness was about 164.3 HV. This method provided scientific guidance and technicalreserves for green forming of Mg/Al sheets.

2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.11
The trees are of great meaning to the life and daily life of the human beings in various fields. However, the trees would disturb the normal activities of peoples. One of the problems is the growth of the tree roots close to the buildings or the roads can cause directly or indirectly structural damages. In this paper, a electrical measurement method based on resistivity is proposed The electrical property of tree root is analyzed. Finally, a tree root measurement system is built and practically tested.
Corporate Liquidity Risk: A Case Study on the Evergrande Group in China
Wenxuan Gao(Wenxuan Gao) 아시아무역학회 2022 Journal of Asia Trade and Business Vol.9 No.2
Purpose - Given that China Evergrande Group has recently been caught in a liquidity risk, the purpose of this study is to identify and assess its liquidity using traditional financial indexes. We analyze the reasons for the liquidity risk exposures, so as to provide practical implications for real estate companies. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study combines the principal-agent and the trade-off theories in order to analyze China Evergrande Group’s exposure to liquidity risk under the leverage effect. In addition, China Evergrande Group’s financial position is analyzed in depth, and its liquidity risk is defined and identified. Findings - The results show that under the high leverage effect, the company suffers from a high liquidity risk, and eventually falls into a financial crisis due to the shortage of cash for short-term debt accumulated in previous periods, and the long delay in returns on property sales. Research Implications - This study provides a new perspective for debt research by examining the leverage and liquidity risk of real estate-related enterprises. During the golden era of the real estate industry, real estate enterprises should uphold the principle of moderation in debt management, make reasonable use of financial leverage, clarify the strategic goal of diversification, and avoid credit risk.

The Research of Data Mining Based on Application Data Pool
Minjie Bian,Jue Gao,JiePin Xu,Honghao Gao 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.7 No.5
Today, people use various kinds of information technology applications to deal with applications in our daily life, which generates lots of information. However, most of the informationis just stored in many Distributed Heterogeneous Databases (DHDs) as log records, instead of being used abundantly and effectively. In this paper, we mainly discusses about how to use these data in useful ways by Data Mining (DM). Relative to thetraditional Data Mining based on Data Warehouse (WD),we propose a definition named Application Data Pool (ADP)replacing WD in this paper. And we design a KnowledgeDiscovery in Databases (KDD) model with ADP to use these data more efficiently. At last we use an application in Shanghai University ID Card designed with the ADP to prove the effectiveness and feasibility in KDD.
