Presented in this paper is a DNC verification and editing system architecture for embroidery manufacturing. Embroidery machines are numerically controlled machines with multi head, but they have not standard RS-232C communication port in general. So embroidery machines receive NC data from reels of 1 in . wide tape containing holes. But punched tape as an input media has many defects. In this paper, we present DNC(Direct Numerical Control) verification system eliminating punched tape. With the proposed system, NC data editing algorithm are also presented.

Shadow mask is one of the key components which decide the quality of CRT screen. Therefore, the inspection of the exactness of shadow mask forming is important. However, current contact type coordinate measuring machine can only confirm individual measured points. Analysis software for new non-contact shadow mask inspection system which can reduce inspection time and inspection errors rather than current contact type coordinate measuring machine is developed. The developed software can confirm not only individual measured points but also the whole surface profile of the measured shadow mask.
마산연안지역의 국지풍 순환 및 대기오염물질 확산에 관한 연구

To investigate a horizontal windrose and the mixing height in Masan coastal area, a local atmospheric flow and the concentration of air pollutants were analyzed by abserved data from AWS, airsonde and air sampler. The land-sea breeze model and the ISCST2 model of U. S. EPA(Environmental Protection Agency) were used to predict the concentration of air pollutants such as SO2 and TSP. As a result, during spring the principal wind direction in the Masan region is mainly represented by windrose of the WNW and NW, which can be induced by land breeze and the SE and SSW of sea breeze even if weak wind speed. The mixing height during the measurement was marked with the range from 400 m(0900 LST) to 1450 m(1500 LST), and the height of an inverse layer was presented as the range from 30 m(2100 LST) to 150 m(0300 LST). It is very important to cosider the local wind field for the accurate diffusion and movement of air pollutants in coastal urban area. The atmospheric flow was simulated by the two-dimensional local wind model upon considering the orographic characteristics such as land-sea contrast, mountain valley and urban building. The result of air quality simulated by ISCST2 support that the dispersion pattern of the pollutants in that area was followed as local circulation system in coastal urban area.

The characteristics of invertase enzyme immobilized in Ca Alginate were investigated. and several effects on the hydrolysis of sucrose were verified in the fluidized bed reactor. In a batch experiments, optimum values of pH and temperature for immobilized invertase were pH 4.5 and 25℃ respectively. and sucrose concentration showed substrate inhibition over 0.20mol/L. In a fluidized experiments. the amount of invert sugar was increased with the increase of sucrose concentration and the decrease of volumetric flow rate. In this system, kinetic model was satisfied as follow. PS?-Km In(I-P)=?=? where. R(operating parameter)=0.3601 mol/h.

최상의 품질을 가진 제품을 디자인하거나 생산하는데 있어서 기하학적 공차의 검사는 필연적이다. 공차검사에 있어서 가장 중요한 요인은 정확한 측정이다. 하지만 이산측정에 있어서 완벽한 측정을 하기란 매우 어렵다. 특히 기하학적 공차를 측정하는데 있어서는 대체 기하형상을 어떻게 형성하는가 하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 측정표준에 대한 문헌조사를 통해서 측정표준의 필요성을 고찰하였다.

Leaching characteristics and adsorption ability of Fe and Mn in the paddy soil were studied with synthetic acid rain. 1. Leaching quantity of Fe from the paddy soil by acid rain was 8 times as much as by neutral rain, and 6 times for Mn. 2. Leaching quantity was changed with heat treatment methods of sample soil (ignition or air drying), with kind of meta](Fe or Mn) and with acidity of soil (acid or netural). 3. The adsorption ability of Fe on the paddy soil was twice as much as, that of Mn. 4. Langmuir isotherm equation was c/q=20C+10 for Fe(air drying paddy soil) and c/q=160 C - 610 for Mn(ignation paddy soil). 5. Contineous column experiment showed that the adsorption ability of Mn was above 100, and for Fe, it was changed with kinds of sample soil and pouring methods.

The Enzymatic hydrolysis of pretreated rice straw cellulose was investigated to produce glucose by cellulase and β-glucosidase. The reaction mechanism was studied in a batch reactor at low concentrations (1-5 w/v%) of rice straw and continuous hydrolysis was performed in a C.S.T.R. By using 19.2 unit/mℓ cellulase, pretreated rice straw (4%) was converted to gluclse up to 20 mg/mℓ after 1hr reation time at 50℃ and pH 4.4. The Yield was 94%. When the rice straw was hydrolyzed by cellulase and β-glucosidase, reaction kinetics were showen as Michaelis-Menten equation with V?????? = 0.0688/L.min and Km = 3.4g/L. In the continuous hydrolysis, the yield was 49% at dilation rate 0.24h?? when the rice straw concentration was 5%.

A sea/land breeze circulation system and a regional scale circulation system are formed at a region which has complex terrain around coastal area and affect to the dispersion and advection of air pollutants. Therefore, it is important that atmospheric circulation model should be well designed for the simulation of regional dispersion of air pollutants. For this, Local Circulation Model, LCM which has an ability of high resolution is used. To verify the propriety of a LCM, we compared the simulation result of LCM with an exact solution of a linear theory over a simple topography. Since they presented almost the same value and pattern of a vertical velocity at the level of 1 ㎞, we had a reliance of a LCM. For the prediction of dispersion and advection of air pollutants, the wind field should be calculated with high accuracy. A numerical simulation using LCM will provide more accurate results over a complex terrain around coastal area.
