        The purpose of this study is to examine the general trend of the marital equality, ego-identification, family cohesion, family adaptability, to investigate difference of ego-identification, family cohesion, family adaptability according to marital equality. The subjects of this study were 190 couples in Taegu city. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Wife s perceived quality is underbenefited group in marital relationshp. Husband s perceived equality is overbenefited group in marital relationship. For both spouses, level of ego-identification, family cohesion, and family adaptability is comparatively high. 2. Result on difference of ego-identification according to marital equality; For husbands, ego-identification shows significant differences by degree of marital equality. 3. Result on difference of family cohesion and family adaptability according to marital equality; For couples, family cohesion shows significant differences by degree of marital quality. Family adaptability also shows significant differences by degree of marital equality in husband and wife.

      • 산소 혼합비에 따른 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃박막의 유전체 특성

        Ba과 Sr의 화학당량비를 조절하여 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃분말 시료를 제조하여 각각 1,200℃와 1,300℃에서 calcining과 sintering을 실시한 후 3 inch 성형틀로 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃인 sputtering target를 제작하였다. MIM구조의 capacitor를 위하여 하부전극을 Pt(1500Å)/TiN(2000Å)/SiO₂/Si로 하고, 제작한 target를 이용하여 RF sputtering방법으로 BST박막을 증착하였다. 제작한 박막의 결정구조를 X-선 회절계(XRD)로 분석한 후 Al을 상부전극으로 증착하여 축전기구조로 C-V와 I-V의 전기적 특성을 얻었다. 제작된 박막의 결정구조를 XRD 측정으로 확인한 결과 550℃ 이상의 기판온도에서 결정성장이 양호함을 보였다. 유전상수와 유전손실이 기판온도와 sputtering 가스의 산소 혼합비에 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되고 I-V를 통한 전기적 특성에서 전도기구가 Schottky 장벽에 의한 것과 높은 인가전압에서 space charge limited (SCL) 전도 특성을 보였고, 누설전류의 값은 표면구조의 영향으로 산소가스의 증가에 따라 감소하였다. Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃powders were prepared by changing stoichiometry of Pb and Ba. After they were calcined and sintered at 1200℃ and 1300℃ respectively, BST sputtering targets were made in 3 inch mould. For MIM structure capacitors, Pt(1500Å)/TiN(2000Å)/SiO₂/Si were used for bottom electrodes and the BST thin films were sputtered on bottom electrodes. After we analysed their structures by XRD, Al was evaporated on the BST films for MIM capacitor and we investiaged the electrical properties by measuring of C-V and I-V. We found that the structures of the films showed good crystalllinity above 550℃ from the results of XRD measurements. We supposed that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of films were affected with substrate temperature and oxygen ratio of sputtering gas. In I-V behavior, we supposed that the conduction mechanism was Schottky conduction and space charge limited(SCL) conduction in high voltage range.

      • 邊山地方의 赤松集團에 關한 硏究

        It was recently observed by the authors that a natural population of Korean red pine (Pinus densiflora S.et Z.)distributed in Byunsan area has a straight stem-form and rapid growth rate compared with the interior red pine trees which used to show crooked stems and slow growth. In spite of these good characters of the Byunsan pine trees, they have not been included so far in the red pine breeding work through selection of superior trees in our country, probably because the trees of that area were too young to attract tree breeders eyes when the breeding work started. As A basic study to use the Byunsan population of red pine for the improvement of the species, the present study investigated the population by means of anatomical characteristics of needles, i.e., the location of resin ducts, hypoderm layers, and other characters in the cross section of needles, to see if the Byunsan pine is composed of pure red pines or it is contaminated with black pines(Pinus thunbergii Parl.) resulting in a kind of introgressive hybrids of the two species as observed frequently in the overlapped area of them. Internodal growth of the Byunsan pine trees was measured together with female and green cone counts from them. Needles taken from the Byunsan red pine trees mostly showed the typical characteristics of red pine in the cross section except the needles from the stand near a black pine plantation or near the western coast. The former revealed external in the location of resin ducts and the latter both external and medial. In view of the anatomical characteristics of needles, it is considered that the Byunsan population of red pine is not composed of the introgressive hybrids but mostly of pure red pine. Mean hybrid percent and RDI were 5% and 0.11. respectively. Mean height growth was comparable to that of an eastern red pine stand with site index 12. Therefore, it is concluded that selection of superior trees or plus trees in the Byunsan red pine population would be worthwhile for the tree improvement work of the species in terms of their rapid growth and the stem straightness. Thus, the Byunsan population is recommended to include in the red pine breeding work for the future. Further study is needed to find if the straight stem-form and the rapid growth of the Byunsan red pine trees are to be retained when their progenies are planted in the inland area.

        This study aims to compare the wife's stress, communication, families cohesion and adaptation in conjugal understanding in families living apart and general families. The study was conducted by analyzing questionnaires of 172 wives in families living apart and by analyzing 185 wives general families. The data were analyzed with the spss pc' statistical package using frequency, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follow : 1. Stress in conjugal understanding in family living apart was higher than in general family. 2. Between conjugal understanding in family living apart and general family, there were significant difference in effort levels, family cohesion and communication. 3. Both in conjugal understanding in family living apart and in general family, low stress levels led to high family cohesion and family adaptation. 4. Both in conjugal understanding in family living apart and in general family, high communication levels led to high family cohesion and family adaptation.

        By the development of plant molecular biology these days which has been accomplishing much an attempt to get mutants. However, there have been haying many issues in lacking of recognition for transformants and the right of ownership of the gene. The breeding method of cell fusion without any problems can easily make new variety with an excellent character having plant itself. The purpose of this study was therefore to carry out to get trantsformants having sweeter taste and the original character of Citrus unshiu itself using PEG method of cell fusion. The yield of protoplasts per gram of leaf was 7 × 105 ~ 1 × 106/㎖ and callus cell was 1 × 106 / ㎖ . The first protoplast division and formation of micro-calli were observed 7 to 9 days and 30 to 40 days after incubation, respectively. To induce embryo from these calllus were inoculated solid medium containing 1.6% agarose and 5% sucrose. Green somatic embryo and plantlet were appeared from 1 to 2 months after plating and transfered to MT basal medium to stimulate rooting and shoot elongation. It was difficult to get normal plant directly through embryo of globular, heart and terpenoid state, and more effective method was directly to get plantlet from the globular embryo without heart and terpenoid state to control properly agar concentration.
