        Park's 벡터 패턴의 왜곡률을 이용한 고정자 권선 고장 자동진단

        In this paper, an auto-diagnosis method of the stator winding fault for small induction motor is suggested. 3-phase stator currents are sampled, filtered, and transformed with Park's vector transformation. After then Park's vector patterns are obtained. To detect the stator winding fault automatically, a distortion ratio is newly defined and compared with the one of healthy motor, and the threshold levels of distortion ratio are suggested. The 2-turn, 4-tum, 8-turn winding fault are tested with no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load. The distortion ratio of the Park's vector patterns are increased as the increase of the faulted turns. but are same as the increase of the load.

Proceeding of International Symposium on East-West Medicine Seoul. 187-200, 1999.-Twirling the needle (TN) is one of several needing methods frequently used for acupuncture in the oriental medicine. The present study was conducted to see if TN enhanced the antinociceptive effect produced by plain-or electroacupuncture in the rat tail flick test. Rats (Sprague-Dawley, 200-300g)lightly anesthetized with thiopental sodium(40mg/kg, i.p.) were used in the tail-flick test. The basal reaction time for tail-flick was 2 sec. For "plain" acupuncture(PA), a needle was inserted for 20 min into a Chock-samni (ST36) acupuncture point which (is located at the anterior tibial muscle and about 10mm below the knee joint). For electroacupuncture(EA), train-pulses(3 Hz,0.3-ms pulse width, 0.2-0.3mA) were applied to the inserted needle for the period of insertion. For combining TN with either PA or EA, TN was performed during the each acupuncture period. Two methods for TN were used; twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 1 min in every 5 mins(long-duration and long-interval;LDLI) and twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 10 sec in every 1 min(short-duration and short-interval;SDSI). PA and EA produced an increase in tail flick latency (TFL); peak increases were 21.3±5.1% and 42.1±17.3% of the pre-acupunture control, respectively, and occurred immediately after cessation of 20min-acupuncture. Performing TN combined with PA increased TFL more than PA itself by showing a greater peak increase in TFL when performed with a SDSI-TN than with a LDLI-TN(60.6±12.5% and 42.7±22.7% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). Performing TN combined with EA also increased TFL more than EA itself and a greater peak increase in TFL was observed with a SDSI-TN as compared to a LDLI-TN(77.5±13.8% and 67.3±14.0% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). These results indicate that TN enhances both PA-and EA-produced antinociception where an greater enhanced antinociception than a LDLI-TN. It is suggested that performing a SDSI-TN combined with EA seems to be one of the most effective ways to produce analgesia.

        유도전동기의 고정자 권선고장 진단을 위한 팍스벡터 패턴의 왜곡률 연산에 대한 연구

        The diagnosis technique of stator winding faults based on Motor Current Signature Analysis(MCSA) was suggested. Park"s vector pattern, the circle that is drawn by d-q transformed currents(i<sub>d</sub>, i<sub>q</sub>), is widely used for stator winding faults detection. The current Distortion Ratio(DR), defined by the ratio of max?axis and min?axis of ellipse of Park"s vector"s pattern, was more simple and powerful method than the Park’s vector pattern. In this study, a calculation method of distortion ratio of Park"s vector pattern was suggested for auto diagnosis of stator winding short fault and usefulness of suggested calculation method of distortion ratio was verified through simulation using LabVIEW program.

      • 6-아닐린피리다진 유도체 제조의 최적반응

        The 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) was synthesized by allylthiolation and amination in order to discover antitumor candidates. We considered a reaction condition like solvent, catalyst and reaction time in order to find optimal reaction for the preparation of 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3). 3-Allylthio-6-chloropyridazine(2) was prepared from the reaction of 3,6-dichloropyridazine(1) with allylmercaptan and sodium hydroxide. The aniline moiety was introduced into 6-position of pyridazine ring of compound 2. The aminations for 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) were performed by refluxing for 3h in n-butanol with NH_(4)Cl(method A), 5h in ethanol with NH_(4)Cl(method B) and 6h in n-butanol with Cu powder(method C). The combination of NH_(4)Cl/n-butanol/3h was found to provide a convenient method for giving 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine in satisfactory yields.

      • 해조류 에탄올 농도별 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 항균성

        톳. 미역 및 다시마의 에탄올 농도별 추출물이 MMS. ICR191 및 sodium azide에 의해 유도되는 돌연변이원성의 억제효과 및 E. coli, B. subtilis 및 S. serevisiae에 대한 항균효과를 검정하였다. 톳의 90% 에탄올 추출물은 MMS와 ICR191에 대한 항돌연변이 원성이 각각 70 및 95% 이상으로 매우 높았으나, sodium azide에 대한 항돌연변이원성은 없었다. 미역의 에탄올 농도별 추출물은 30∼90% 에탄올 추출물에서 50% 이상의 항돌연변이 효과를 보았으나 MMS와 sodium azide에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 없었다. 다시마의 30∼90% 에탄올 추출물의 ICR191에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 70% 이상이었으나, MMS와 sodium azide에 대한 효과는 없었다. 에탄올 농도별 톳의 추출물들에 대한 항균성 검색 결과 70과 90% 추출물들이 E. coli와 B. subtilis에 대하여 뚜렷한 항균효과는 미역 추출물 보다 다시마의 추출물이 더욱 요과적이었다. 미역 추출물은 50% 추출물만이 S. cerevisiae에 대한 성장저지효과를 나타낸 반면, 다시마 추출물은 90% 에탄올 추출물에서는 시험된 모든 공시균주에 대하여, 그리고 70% 에탄올 추출물에서는 E. coli와 B. sutilis에 대하여 높은 성장저지효과를 나타내었다. Desmutagenic against MMS-, ICR191- and sodium azide-induced mutations, and antimicrobial effects against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by the extracts from Hizikia fusiforme. Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida with ethanol of a different concentrations were investigated. Desmutagenic effects against MMS and ICR191 of 90% ethanol extracts from Hizikia fusiforme were up 70 and 95%. respectively. no against sodium azide. Desmutagenic effects against ICR191 of 30∼90% ethanol extracts from Undaria pinnatifida and Laminaria japonica were up to 50 and 70%. respectively. but no against sodium azide and MMS. Antimicrobial effect of 70 and 90% ethanol extracts from Hizikia fusiforme had potent antimicrobial activities against E. coli and B. subtilis. Ethanol extracts from Laminaria japonica showed more effective antimicrobial effects than those from Undaria pinnatifida. Only 50% ethanol extract from Undaria pinnatifida showed growth inhibition effect against S. cerevisiae. Seventy percent ethanol extract from Laminaria japonica showed growth inhibition effect against all strains tested. while 90% ethanol extract showed against E. coli and B. subtilis.

      • 시험관내에서 Superoxide Radical 생성과 Catalase 및 Superoxide Dismutase 활성도에 미치는 카드뮴의 영향

        Effect of cadmium on production of superoxide radical and activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in homogenates, cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions of liver, kidney and testis of rats was studied. Inhibition dose (I_50), concentration.of cadmium required for inhibition of the enzyme activity to 50% level, was calculated by probit method. Cadmium enhanced the production of superoxide radical in homogenate as much as 10.6, 1.3 and 2.8 times than control value in liver, kidney and testis, respectively, when cadmium concentrations ranged from 0.05 to 0.50 mM. Activity of catalase in homogenates was inhibited by addition of cadmium ranging from 0.1 to 50.0 mM. The I_50 of cadmium for catalase in homogenates of liver, kidney and testis were 18.86, 34.59 and 0.79 mM, respectively. Cadmium also inhibited the activities of Cu, Zn-SOD in cytosol fractions and Mn-SOD in mitochondrial fractions. The I_50 for Cu, Zn-SOD activity in cytosol fractions of liver, kidney and testis were 0.049, 0.118 and 0.030 mM, respectively, and for Mn-SOD activity in mitochondrial fractions were 0.905, 0.713 and 0.510 mM, respectively. In vitro inhibition of the enzyme activities by cadmium was dose-dependent. The inhibitory effect of cadmium on enzyme activities was most potent in testis suggesting that testis would be one of the most sensitive organs to cadmium.

      • 쌀밥 통조림의 製造工程에 따른 營養成分의 變動에 關한 硏究

        The average losses of nutrients during washing of three pure strains of rice prior to cooking on the process for production of canned rice have been found to be about thiamine 5%, riboflavin 17%, niacin 10%, calcium 9%, phosphorus 5%, phytin phosphorus 3%, iron 22%, available iron 29%, and nitrogen 2%. The average losses(over the loss during washing) of these nutrients in gruel of rice cooked with six volumes of water are thiamine 25%, riboflavin 28%, calcium 20%, phosphorus 13%, phytin phosphorus 11%, iron 24%, available iron 24%, and nitrogen 4%. These losses increase when the rice is cooked with 8 volumes of water and are 35%, 37%, 35%, 27%, 15%, 15%, 32%, 29% and 6% respectively. The retention of the nutrients in rice corresponds well with the values as calculated from loss of nutrients in the gruel. The loss of nutrients in rice cooked with just sufficient water is negligible.

      • GSIS를 이용한 소하천 경계경보 발령기준 설정 및 관리방안에 관한 연구

        최근 홍수피해의 문제점을 분석해 보면 기상 이변으로 집중호우가 발생하고 특히, 국지적인 호우에 의한 돌발홍수(flash flood)로 인한 피해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 대하천의 경우에는 각 홍수 통제소에 의한 홍수 예·경보시스템(flood warning system)을 통하여 인명 혹은 재산피해는 과거에 비하여 상당히 감소하였으나 소하천에서는 반대로 피해가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 하천 지역의 돌발홍수의 특성을 밝혀 보고자 지형공간정보(GSIS, Geo-Spatial Information System)기법을 이용하였으며, 하천 유역의 수문학적 돌발홍수 예측모형을 GIUH(geomorphoclimatic instantaneous unit hydrograph) 기법으로 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구축된 돌발홍수 예·경보 시스템을 통하여 하천 지역에 있어서의 인명 및 재산피해를 상당부분 감소시킬 수 있을 것이며, 다른 지역의 돌발홍수 예·경보 시스템구축을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, local heavy rain for a short term is caused by unusual changing in the weather. This phenomenon has, several times, caused an extensive flash flood, casualties, and material damage. In case of large river, the extent of loss of lives and properties has been decreased through the flood warning system by flood control stations. However, the extent of damages in other small rivers has increased to the contrary. This study is aimed at calculating the characteristics of flash floods in streams. For this purpose, the anslysis of topographical characteristics of water basin through applying GSlS techniques will be conducted. The flash flood prediction model we used is made with GIUH(geomorphoclimatic instantaneous unit hydrograph). As a result, we can suggest a rational warning criteria for the mitigation of flash flood damage and the reduction of the casualties as well as those for the decrease of property damage. Therefore, it will provide basic materials to establish a new flash food warning system, which can replace current system for other places.
