In order to establish a dyeing method with Magnoliaceae tree species dyeing was examined with 4 different parts, leaf, stem bark, root, flower of 4 Magnohaceae species, Magnolia kobus Dc., Magnolia denudata Desr, Magnolia obovata Thunb, Liriodendron tulipifera L Mordants used were chemicals, AIK(SO_4)_2 24H_2O, Ca(OH)_2, FeSO_4 7H_2O. All four species showed similar coloring among four different parts. Leaves and petals showed dark yellow, stem bark, grayish yellow, root bark, dark red or yellow. Al mordant made more brighter colour than Fe mordant. Stem bark showed less difference in color by mordants, whereas petals did the biggest.
Flavonoids Inhibit Histamine Release and Expression of Proinflammatory Cytokines in Mast Cells

Mast cells participate in allergy and inflammation by secreting inflammatory mediators such as histamine and proinflammatory cytokines. Flavonoids are naturally occurring molecules with antioxidant, cytoprotective, and antiinflammatory actions. However, effect of flavonoids on the release of histamine and proinflammatory mediator, and their comparative mechanism of action in mast cells were not well defined. Here, we compared the effect of six flavonoids (astragalin, fisetin, kaempferol, myricetin, quercetin, and rutin) on the mast cell-mediated allergic inflammation. Fisetin, kaempferol, myricetin, quercetin, and rutin inhibited IgE or phorbol-12-myristate 13-acetate and calcium ionophore A23187 (PMACI)-mediated histamine release in RBL-2H3 cells. These five flavonoids also inhibited elevation of intracellular calcium. Gene expressions and secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-$\alpha$ (TNF-$\alpha$), interleukin (IL)-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, and IL-8 were assessed in PMACI-stimulated human mast cells (HMC-1). Fisetin, quercetin, and rutin decreased gene expression and production of all the proinflammatory cytokines after PMACI stimulation. Myricetin attenuated TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 but not (IL)-$1{\beta}$ and IL-8. Fisetin, myricetin, and rutin suppressed activation of NF-${\kappa}B$ indicated by inhibition of nuclear translocation of NF-${\kappa}B$, NF-${\kappa}B$/DNA binding, and NF-${\kappa}B$-dependent gene reporter assay. The pharmacological actions of these flavonoids suggest their potential activity for treatment of allergic inflammatory diseases through the down-regulation of mast cell activation.

Background: The normal vertebral anatomy of Korean raccoon dogs and their variants require research attention as a prerequisite for identifying pathologies and anomalies. Objectives: This retrospective study aimed at describing the vertebral formula and congenital vertebral anomalies in Korean raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides koreensis). Methods: Radiographs of 82 raccoon dogs (42 males, 40 females) acquired from May 2013 to June 2020 in the Gangwon Wildlife Medical Rescue Center were reviewed to evaluate the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae of the spine. Results: Normal morphology of all vertebrae was observed in 50 of the 82 raccoon dogs, and the vertebral formula was cervical 7, thoracic 13, and lumbar 7. Congenital vertebral anomalies were found in 32 raccoon dogs: transitional vertebrae (TV) in 31 and block vertebrae in 2. Two raccoon dogs had 2 types of vertebral anomalies: one had TV and block vertebra, and the other had 2 types of TV. Twenty-nine raccoon dogs had thoracolumbar TV (TTV) and 3 had lumbosacral TV. TTV was morphologically classified into 4 different types: unilateral extra-rib in 5 raccoon dogs, bilateral extra-ribs in 14, bilateral elongated transverse processes in 4, and an asymmetric mixed formation of extra-rib with elongated transverse process in 6. Conclusions: This study showed that TTV is common in Korean raccoon dogs, and that the vertebral formula is relatively diverse. The bilateral extra-ribs type TTV is the most common variant, which is almost similar to normal rib to be confused the radiographic evaluation.

There are lots of disturbance in the super heater temperature control system of power plant boiler as follows. 1. Burner light off. 2. Excess Air. 3. Burner tilt. 4. G. R fan flow. Temperature control system of super heater in the power plant has delay time about 5 min. So it is difficult to control the super heater temperature in the power plant. This paper show us the application of domestic development DCS to control the super heater temperature in seoul #5 thermal power plant unit.

In this study, we fabricated blended PVDF-P(VDF-TrFE) solutions at different concentrations and formed ferroelectric films via the sol gel method. We then worked with organic ferroelectric field-effect transistors featuring ferroelectric polymer (PVDF/P(VDF-TrFE)) blended films and a poly-3-hexylthiophene(P3HT) organic channel on a TiN substrate. Finally, electrical and ferroelectric properties were compared to those of pure P(VDF-TrFE) and blended PVDF/P(VDF-TrFE) films.

연구는 농촌여성의 노동-삶으로부터의 서사를 가시화하고자 하는 시도를 분석의 출발점으로 삼는다. 농촌여성의 실질적 노동은 국가적 인식의 표면에 잘 드러나지 않는데, 이를 여성 스스로의 삶에서 어떻게 수행하는지 파악하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 현재 농촌여성은 누구이며, 역사·사회적 맥락이 다르게 형성되어온 주체들의 노동분화 양상을 통해 이들이 노동권역과 생활권역에서 어떻게 살아가는지를 추적하고자 한다. 이 글의 연구방법은 참여관찰, 마을조사, 심층면접을 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 농촌여성의 노동과 삶에 대한 스스로의 인식과 실태를 이해하며 설명하고자 한다. 지역민이 보여주는 사실에 대한 이해를 다시 낯설게 보기 위해 2차, 3차 자료들과 중복적으로 검토하기 위해 노력했다. 밭농업의 기계화와 상품생산의 가속화는 역설적으로 농촌여성의 노동 감당에서 한계를 직면하도록 만들었다. 대형 기계작업을 제외한 농업노동 전반에서 여성의 노동이 증가했으며, 가내와 가외 양자에서 복합적 노동을 수행해야 하는 여성의 역할은 세대에 따른 차이가 관측된다. 농촌여성은 가족과 농촌의 사회관계에서 공통적으로 자신의 자리가 명확하지 않은 채 경영주와 노동자 ‘사이’에 자리매김하며, ‘친밀한 노동’과 농업노동을 수행해왔다. 이와 유사한 자리매김은 결혼이주민에게 승계되는 한편으로 비숙련 노동은 이주노동자에게 할당되는 사회구조적 분업화가 이루어지고 있다. 여성이 해온 역할 즉 노동과 노동을 연결하고, 인간과 인간을 연결하는 초과노동과 추가노동에 의존하면서도 사회는 그 가치를 적절하게 인정하지 않았다. 여성의 노동 사례와 유형을 축적해나가며, 연구·미디어·제도·정책 차원에서 여성 생애적 관점의 공론화가 진전될 수 있기를 기대한다. 농촌의 미래를 생각할 때 농촌여성에게 일면적으로 기대되는 역할은 전면적으로 재검토될 필요가 있으며, 가족, 사회, 국가가 제 몫을 찾아갈 필요가 있다. This study takes an attempt to visualize the narrative from work-life of rural women as a starting point for analysis. It is an exploratory study to understand how rural women perform practical labor in their lives that are not well exposed on the surface of national perception. This paper tries to find out who are current rural women and how they live in the labor and living areas through the differentiation of labor of subjects whose historical and social contexts have been differently formed. The research method in this article was focused on participatory observation, village surveys, and in-depth interviews. The purpose of this study is to understand and explain rural women"s own perceptions and realities in labor and life. In order to get an unfamiliar understanding of what local people show, this paper reviews the data duplicate checking with the 2nd and 3rd data. The mechanization of upland field and the acceleration of commodity production, paradoxically, made rural women face a limit in their labor endowment. Excluding large-scale mechanical work, women"s labor participation has increased in overall agricultural labor. Some cracks are observed according to the generations in the role of women who have to perform complex labor both at home and in and out of community. Rural women have established themselves as “between” managers and workers in common social relations between their families and rural communities, and have performed “intimate labor” and agricultural labor. It can be seen that a similar role is assigned to marriage migrant women, unskilled work is allocated to migrant workers as a social structural division of labor. While relying on the role that women have played, linking labor and labor, and connecting humans to humans, as excess labor and additional labor, society has not properly admitted its value. It is hoped that by accumulating examples and types of women"s labor, public debate from the perspective of women"s life in terms of research, media, institutions, and policies can progress. When thinking about the future of rural areas, it is necessary to fully review the role expected of rural women in one aspect that needs to reallocate portions by the family, society, and the state.
Fabrication of a Paper Memory Transistor by Using a Solution Process

Paper transistors have the advantages of recyclability, high abundance, low cost, disposability, and biodegradability. In this paper, a nonvolatile transistor fabricated on a paper substrate without protective layers by using solution-based methods is presented, and promising performance is reported. The memory window of ferroelectric field-effect transistors is approximately 16~V when the gate voltage is swept from +20 V to –20 V. The on/off ratio is 3.45 × 102, even on the paper substrate. Electrical characteristics of the memory device are not degraded, as compared with those of transistors on rigid substrates fabricated simultaneously.
