다른 강도의 일회성운동이 염증인자 및 CK에 미치는 영향

고성경, 권영우, 류호상, 안나영, 김진형, 권광선, 김권섭. 다른 강도의 일회성운동이 염증인자 및 CK에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제20권 제4호. 367-378, 2011. 본 연구는 일반여성의 다른 강도의 운동이 염증인자인 CRP, 백혈구, 백혈구아형와 근육손상인자인 CK에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 11명의 여성이 본 연구에 참여하였으며 최대심박수의 65%와 최대심박수의 80%의 운동을 트레드밀을 이용하여 수행하였다. 연구대상들은 각각 250~300 kcal와 동일한 운동량을 수행하였다. 분석을 위한 채혈은 안정 시, 운동직후, 24시간 회복기에 이루어졌다. 결과 CRP의 경우 최대심박수의 80%에서 운동 후 안정 시에 비하여 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 백혈구의 경우 일회성운동직후 증가하였으며 상호작용효과가 나타나 높은강도의 운동처치가 더욱 높은 증가율을 보였다. 회복기에는 모두 안정 시 수준을 회복하였다. 백혈구아형의 경우 두 처치 모두 운동직후 유의하게 증가하여 회복기에 감소하였다. 그렇지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 근 손상지표인 CK의 경우 두 처치 모두 안정 시에 비하여 운동직후와 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였으며 상호작용효과는 없었다. Exercise Science. 20(4): 367-378, 2011. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different exercise intensity on blood CRP, WBC, WBC subsets and CK concentration. Eleven females (age 27.3±4.38, weight 58.2±4.92) participated in this study and performed 65% HRmax and 80% HRmax by treadmill. Subjects performed an isoenergetic bout of exercise equal to 250~300 kcal. Blood samples extracted from pre, immediately after exercise and recovery period (24 hour later). No significant increase was founded in serum CRP concentration after immediately exercise in both treatment. There are significant increase in CRP from baseline to 24 h post-exercise for 80% HRmax but there are no significant interaction with 65% HRmax. Blood WBC concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and such exercise induced increase was significantly higher for 80% HRmax exercise than 65% HRmax. Blood neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and returned baseline value at recovery period but there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity. Blood CK concentration was significantly increased immediately after exercise in contrast to pre exercise value in both treatment and continued to the recovery period. But there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity.

부동산시장의 개방과 전산정보화, 증권화, 다양화는 부동산중개업계에서도 생존과 고객 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 새로운 변화를 요구 받고 있다.<BR> 본 연구는 부동산 중개시장의 경영환경변화의 대응전략의 일환으로 중개소의 선택기준을 발굴하고 이러한 선택기준이 고객만족, 신뢰 및 애호도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 향후 부동산중개소의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 마케팅전략 및 시사점을 제시함에 그 목적이 있다.<BR> 부동산중개서비스가 필요한 고객은 부동산중개소를 선택하기 위하여 무엇을 고려하고 평가하는지의 선택기준과 서비스품질의 만족도 관리 및 신뢰형성을 위한 고객관계관리는 부동산중개소 관리자가 중개소의 경쟁력 제고와 지속적인 성과를 발생시키기 위한 차별화 된 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 매우 중요한 요소이기 때문이다.<BR> 연구 결과는 요약하면 다음과 같다. 부동산중개소 선택기준은 고객만족과 신뢰에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것은 나타났으며, 고객만족과 신뢰가 높으면 재이용의도와 구전효과가 높다는 것을 밝혔다. 결론적으로 부동산중개소의 경쟁력 제고와 성장을 위한 요건으로 부동산중개소가 선택받기 위한 중개소의 우호적인 이미지 제고와 지속적인 거래관계 유지를 위한 고객관계관리라 할 수 있겠다. The real estate brokerage business is required to adopt itself to the new environment in order to satisfy the customers" needs because of the opening of the real estate market and its computerization, and diversification.<BR> The purpose of this research is to suggest the marketing strategy and suggestions for strengthening the competitive power of the future real estate agency after finding the standard the choice and analyzing how this standard of the choice affect customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty as a part of correspondence strategy for the change of the real estate business environment.<BR> It is important for the customers who need the real estate brokerage service to know the standard of the real estate agency choice criteria for choosing the real estate agency and customer relationship management for managing the level of the service quality satisfaction. And, it is very important factor for the real estate agency managers to establish discriminative marketing strategy for improving the competitive power and continuous outcome.<BR> The summary of this research is fellowing.<BR> It is founded that the real estate agency choice criteria affect customer satisfaction and trust directly and, the intention of the reuse and the effect of information by word of mouth are high when the customer satisfaction and trust are high. In conclusion, the important matter for improving the competitive power of the real estate agency is the favorable image promotion of the agency to be selected as the real estate agency and the customer relationships management for continuing the transaction relationships maintenance.

Objective Methamphetamine (MA), cocaine, and heroin cause severe public health problems as well as impairments in neural plasticity and cognitive function in the hippocampus. This study aimed to identify the genes differentially expressed in the hippocampi of cynomolgus monkeys in response to these drugs.Methods After the monkeys were chronically exposed to MA, cocaine, and heroin, we performed large-scale gene expression profiling of the hippocampus using RNA-Seq technology and functional annotation of genes differentially expressed. Some genes selected from RNA-Seq analysis data were validated with reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). And the expression changes of ADAM10 protein were assessed using immunohistochemistry.Results The changes in genes related to axonal guidance (<i>PTPRP</i> and <i>KAL1</i>), the cell cycle (<i>TLK2</i>), and the regulation of potassium ions (<i>DPP10</i>) in the drug-treated groups compared to the control group were confirmed using RT-qPCR. Comparative analysis of all groups showed that among genes related to synaptic long-term potentiation, <i>CREBBP</i> and <i>GRIN3A</i> were downregulated in both the MA- and heroin-treated groups compared to the control group. In particular, the mRNA and protein expression levels of ADAM10 were decreased in the MA-treated group but increased in the cocaine-treated group compared to the control group.Conclusion These results provide insights into the genes that are upregulated and downregulated in the hippocampus by the chronic administration of MA, cocaine, or heroin and basic information for developing novel drugs for the treatment of hippocampal impairments caused by drug abuse.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate differentially expressed genes and their functions in the hippocampus and striatum after heroin administration in cynomolgus macaques of different ages. Methods: Cynomolgus monkeys were divided by age as follows: 1 year (A1, n = 2); 3 to 4 years (A2, n = 2); 6 to 8 years (A3, n = 2); and older than 11 years (A4, n = 2). After heroin was injected intramuscularly into the monkeys (0.6 mg/kg), we performed large-scale transcriptome profiling in the hippocampus (H) and striatum (S) using RNA sequencing technology. Some genes were validated with real-time quantitative PCR. Results: In the hippocampus, the gene expression of A1H was similar to that of A4H, while the gene expression of A2H was similar to that of A3H. Genes associated with the mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway (STMN1, FGF14, and MAPT) and -aminobutyric acid-ergic synapses (GABBR2 and GAD1) were differentially expressed among control and heroin-treated animals. Differential gene expression between A1S and A4S was the least significant, while differential gene expression between A3S and A2S was the most significant. Genes associated with the neurotrophin signaling pathway (NTRK1 and NGFR), autophagy (ATG5), and dopaminergic synapses (AKT1) in the striatum were differentially expressed among control and heroin-treated animals. Conclusion: These results suggest that even a single heroin exposure can cause differential gene expression in the hippocampus and striatum of nonhuman primates at different ages.

Objective: Recently, enormous amount of the studies about trial of labor after cesarean section has been reported to decrease the rate of cesarean section. This study focused on analyzing multiple variables and results to acknowledge the safety and complications of VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean section). Methods & materials: This study was performed based on 97 pregnant women who were tried vaginal delivery after cesarean section at Hanyang University Hospital from January 1990 to December 1999.The age of mother, gestational age, estimated fetal body weight by ultrasonography, neonatal body weight, cervical dilatation, cervical effacement, Bishop score, the number of previous vaginal delivery, complications of mother, and complications of fetus were analyzed between successful group (82 patients)and failure group (15patients)with trial of labor. Student T-test and Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis. Results: In the 97 cases with trial of labor after cesarean, the success rate was 84.5%and failure rate was 15.5%. The estimated fetal body weight by ultrasonography, cervical dilatation and effacement, Bishop score, Apgar score had notable differences between successful group and failure group, while the other factors had not. There was no maternal death or uterine rupture in the cases of trial of labor. Conclusion: Trial of labor after cesarean section is relatively safe method of delivery if it is performed under strict indication. It could be suggested that VBAC has relatively little complication in both mother and fetus. The studies with large populations and performed by multi-centers will be needed for the evaluating safety of VBAC and developing safe protocols to decrease the risk of complications.
