        디지털 치료기기의 글로벌 연구 동향에 대한 계량서지학적 분석

        To analyse the overall research trends in digital therapeutics, this study conducted a quantitative bibliometric analysis of articles published in the last 10 years from 2014 to 2023. We extracted bibliographic information of studies related to digital therapeutics from the Web of Science (WOS) database and performed publication status, citation analy- sis and keyword analysis using R (version 4.3.1) and VOSviewer (version 1.6.18) software. A total of 1,114 articles were included in the study, and the annual publication growth rate for digital therapeutics was 66.1%, a very rapid increase. "health" is the most used keyword based on Keyword Plus, and “cognitive-behavioral therapy”, “depression”, “health- care”, “mental-health”, “meta-analysis” and “randomized controlled-trial” are the research keywords that have driven the development and impact of digital therapeutic devices over the long term. A total of five clusters were observed in the co-occurrence network analysis, with new research keywords such as “artificial intelligence”, “machine learning” and “regulation” being observed in recent years. In our analysis of research trends in digital therapeutics, keywords related to mental health, such as depression, anxiety, and disorder, were the top keywords by occurrences and total link strength. While many studies have shown the positive effects of digital therapeutics, low engagement and high dropout rates re- main a concern, and much research is being done to evaluate and improve them. Future studies should expand the search terms to ensure the representativeness of the results.

        여수광양항 해상교통량의 장기변동 및 통항 특성

        The characteristics of ship traffic routes and the long term fluctuation in marine traffic volume of the incoming and outgoing routes of the Yeosu Gwangyang Port were analyzed using vessel traffic data from the past 22 years and a real-time vessel traffic volume survey performed for 72 hours per year, for three years, between 2015 and 2017. As of 2017, the number of vessels passing through Yeosu Gwangyang Port was about 66,000 and the total tonnage of these ships was about 804,564 thousand tons, which is a 400% increase from the 189,906 thousand tons shipped in 1996. Specifically, the dangerous cargo volume was 140,000 thousand tons, which is a 250% increase compared to 1996. According to the real-time vessel traffic volume survey, the average daily number of vessels was 357, and traffic route utilization rates were 28.1% in the Nakpo sea area, 43.8% in the specified sea area, and the coastal area traffic route, Dolsan coastal area, and Kumhodo sea area showed the same rate of 6.8%. Many routes meet in the Nakpo sea area and, parallel and cross passing were frequent. Many small work vessels entered the specific sea area from the neighboring coastal area traffic route and frequently intersected the path of larger vessels. The anchorage waiting rate for cargo ships was about 24%, and the nightly passing rate for dangerous cargo ships such as chemical vessels and tankers was about 20%. Although the vessel traffic volume of Yeosu Gwangyang Port increases every year, the vessel traffic routes remain the same. Therefore, the risk of accidents is constantly increasing. The route conditions must be improved by dredging and expanding the available routes to reduce the high risk of ship accidents due to overlapping routes, by removing reefs, and by reinforcing navigational aids. In addition, the entry and exit time for dangerous cargo ships at high-risk ports must be strictly regulated. Advancements in the VTS system can help to actively manage the traffic of small vessels using the coastal area traffic route. 지난 22년 동안의 선박 통항자료와 2015년부터 2017년까지 3년 동안 매년 72시간씩 실시간 선박 통항량 조사를 통해 여수광양항의 해상교통량의 장기변동과 출입항로에 대한 통항특성을 분석하였다. 2017년도 기준으로, 여수광양항의 선박 통항척수는 약 66,000척이며, 선복량은 약 804,564천톤으로 1996년도 189,906천톤에 비해 400% 이상 증가하였고 위험화물 물동량은 140,000천톤으로 1996년에 비해 250% 이상 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 실시간 선박 통항량 조사결과, 1일 평균 통항 선박은 357척이며 통항로 이용율은 낙포해역이 28.1%, 특정해역이 43.8%, 연안통항로와 돌산연안 및 금오도 수역이 6.8%로 동일하였다. 다수의 항로가 만나는 낙포해역은 선박간의 병항 및 교차항행이 가장 빈번했으며, 특정해역도 주변의 연안통항로에서 소형 작업선들이 다수 진출입하여 대형 선박과 교차되는 경우가 자주 발생하였다. 화물선박의 묘박지 투묘 대기율은 약 24% 정도였으며, 케미컬선, 유조선 등의 위험화물 선박의 야간 통항율은 약 20%에 달하였다. 여수광양항의 선박 통항량은 매년 증가하지만 선박 통항로는 과거와 큰 차이가 없기에 사고의 위험이 상존한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 다수의 항로가 중첩되어 통항 선박간의 사고 위험이 높은 제1항로~제4항로의 준설 및 항로 확장, 항로 부근 암초 제거, 항로표지 보강 등 항로 여건을 우선적으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 또한 위험성이 높은 항만의 진출입 시간과 위험화물 선박의 통항시간을 일부 제한할 수 있도록 항행규칙을 개정할 필요가 있으며, 연안통항로를 이용하는 소형 선박들의 통항관리를 적극적으로 시행할 수 있도록 VTS체계의 고도화가 요구된다.

        강진 대비 굽힘 강성 향상을 위한 밸브지지대 형상 설계

        In this study, seismic performance of various types of valve supports in terms of flexural rigidity are evaluated by FEA using equivalent static load method. Flexural rigidity of the existing two types of valve supports can be effectively improved by simply adding one more bracket on the other side of support. New types of polygonal valve supports with a concept of fully stressed beam theory are suggested and it is verified that the new supports are rigid enough to withstand stronger earthquake which we should be prepared for.

        쑥갓과 머위의 잎과 중기의 구조탄수화물의 변화

        Change on the structural carbohydrate(several fiberous components) was determined by vegetables(crown daisy and butterbur)-cultivated in Ulsan, Kyungnam, Korea-as its stage of maturity developed. Samples were separated into leaf and stem, which were dried at 7$0^{\circ}C$ for 24hr, and ground to pass a 1mm screen. They were subjected to moisture, crude protein, crude fat and several dietary fiber-DF(dietary fiber, include unavaible components), NDF(neutral detergent fiber), ADF(acid detergent fiber), lignin, hemicellulose, cellulose and protein corrected NDF(c-NDF), IDF(indigestible fiber, include lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose). In general, structural carbohytrate(several dietary fiber) of vegetable was affected by the growth stage. In case of crown daisy and butterbur, dietary fiber in leaf was higher than DF in stem.

        딥러닝을 이용한 CT 영상의 간과 종양 분할과 홀로그램 시각화 기법 연구

        In this paper, we proposed a system that visualizes a hologram device in 3D by utilizing the CT image segmentation function based on artificial intelligence deep learning. The input axial CT medical image is converted into Sagittal and Coronal, and the input image and the converted image are divided into 3D volumes using ResUNet, a deep learning model. In addition, the volume is created by segmenting the tumor region in the segmented liver image. Each result is integrated into one 3D volume, displayed in a medical image viewer, and converted into a video. When the converted video is transmitted to the hologram device and output from the device, a 3D image with a sense of space can be checked. As for the performance of the deep learning model, in Axial, the basic input image, DSC showed 95.0% performance in liver region segmentation and 67.5% in liver tumor region segmentation. If the system is applied to a real-world care environment, additional physical contact is not required, making it safer for patients to explain changes before and after surgery more easily. In addition, it will provide medical staff with information on liver and liver tumors necessary for treatment or surgery in a three-dimensional manner, and help patients manage them after surgery by comparing and observing the liver before and after liver resection.

        소형 통발어선의 안전조업을 위한 로프 권양장치 연구

        The result of a questionnaire survey conducted on fishermen using coastal fish traps shows that fall accidents during trap dropping and pulling constitute the highest proportion of accidents at 42.1%, whereas slipping accidents on the deck or stricture accidents to the body due to the trap winding device constitute 21.1% each. In addition, 53.2% of all surveyed subjects responded that trap pulling is the most dangerous task, followed by fish sorting 33.8%, and trap dropping 9.1%. As for the main items requested by fishermen for improving the trap winding device, 36.8% indicated a method to easily lift the trap from the water to the work deck, and 31.6% indicated a method to overcome the rope tension and prevent slip when pulling the trap to reduce the accidents. The small trap fishing vessel winding device proposed herein can increase the winding force by strengthening the rope contact area and friction coefficient via an appropriate contact angle between the driving roller of the winding device and the rope. When the contact angles between the driving roller and the rope are 1°, 5°, 9°, 14° and 19°, the rope tension showed a difference according to each contact angle. When the contact angle is 9°, the rope tension is the highest at 392.62 kgf. Based on these experimental results, a prototype winding device is manufactured, and 25 traps are installed on a rope with a total length of 100 m at 4 m intervals in the sea, and then the rope tension is measured during trap pulling. As a result, the rope tension increases rapidly at the initial stage of trap pulling and shows the highest value of 31.89kgf, which subsequently decreases significantly. Therefore, it is appropriate to design the winding force of a small trap fishing vessel winding device based on the maximum tension value of the rope specified at the beginning of the trap pulling operation. 연안통발 어민에 대한 설문조사 결과, 통발 투하 및 인양 중 로프 걸림에 따른 전도사고가 42.1%로 가장 높았고, 갑판에서 미끄러짐과 통발 권양장치의 신체 협착사고가 각각 21.1%를 차지하였다. 또한 가장 위험한 작업은 전체 조사대상의 53.2%가 통발 인양과정을 들었고, 어종선별 33.8%, 통발 투하 9.1% 순으로 응답하였다. 어민들은 통발 권양장치의 주요 개선 요구사항으로 응답자의 36.8%와 31.6%가 통발을 수중에서 작업갑판까지 수월하게 인양하는 방안과 통발 인양 시 로프 장력 극복과 슬립 방지 등 사고저감 방안을 언급하였다. 본 연구에서 소형 통발어선 권양장치는 구동롤러와 로프 간의 적정한 접촉각을 통해 로프의 접촉면적과 마찰계수를 증가시킴으로써 권양력을 높이는 것이다. 구동롤러와 로프 간의 접촉각이 1°, 5°, 9°, 14° 및 19°일 때 로프 장력은 각각의 접촉각에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 9°일 때 가장 높은 392.62kgf까지 측정되었다. 이러한 실험결과를 반영하여 시제품 권양장치를 제작하고 총 길이가 100m인 로프에 4m 간격으로 총 25개의 통발을 해상에 설치한 후 인양에 따른 로프 장력을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 로프 장력은 통발 인양작업 초기에 급격히 증가하여 가장 높은 31.89kgf로 측정되었으며, 이후에는 크게 낮아졌다. 따라서 소형 통발어선 권양장치의 권양력은 인양작업 초기에 부여되는 최대 로프 장력 값을 기준으로 설계하는 것이 타당하다.

        Recently, indoor location recognition technology using Wi-Fi fingerprints has been applied and operated in various industrial fields and public services. Along with the interest in machine learning technology, location recognition technology based on machine learning using wireless signal data around a terminal is rapidly developing. At this time, in the process of collecting radio signal data required for machine learning, the accuracy of location recognition is lowered due to distorted or unsuitable data for learning. In addition, when location recognition is performed based on data collected at a specific location, a problem occurs in location recognition at surrounding locations that are not included in the learning. In this paper, we propose a learning data preprocessing technique to obtain an improved position recognition result through the preprocessing of the collected learning data.

        전기장 자극을 활용한 성게제거장치의 해상성능 평가

        This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of rescue apparatus, that can capture crabs using external stimuli such as food and electricity, without relying on divers. In this study, a microcomputer-based controller and an IC-device-based controller were developed, and spot inspection was conducted using 20 modules and 30 sea urchin removal modules. Accordingly, 58, 18, 17, and 74 sea urchins were introduced in the first, second, third and fourth experiments, respectively. The result of evaluating the lure of each removal mechanism, based on the catch per unit effort, with an electrical stimulus was 1.1 (32/10), with a feeding stimulus was 3.4 (100/29), and with electrical and feeding stimuli was 3.5 (35/10).

        한국형 발사체용 터보펌프 조립체 시험에서의 캐비테이션 불안정성

        Turbopumps for liquid rocket engines are exposed to various cavitation instabilities under their operating conditions. The instabilities affect the stability of the turbopumps. To make sure of the stability of the turbopump of KSLV-II, the present work examined the characteristics of the cavitation instabilities during the turbopump assembly test. In the test, the LOx pump was operated under super-synchronous rotating cavitation and attached to uneven cavitation. In the vibration analysis of the fuel pump, the characteristic frequency by the super-synchronous cavitation of the LOx pump was clearly shown. 액체로켓엔진용 터보펌프는 작동 조건에서 캐비테이션 불안정성에 노출되며, 이는 터보펌프의 안정성에 영향을 미친다. 이를 확인하기 위해 터보펌프 조립체 시험 중 나타난 캐비테이션 불안정성의 특징을 살펴보았다. 시험 중 산화제펌프는 대표적인 캐비테이션 불안정성인 초조화 선회 캐비테이션과 부착 비대칭 캐비테이션에 노출되었다. 캐비테이션 불안정성이 발생되지 않는 조건에서 작동했던 연료펌프에서도 산화제펌프의 초조화 선회 캐비테이션에 의한 진동이 확인되었다.
