1. According to the tendency of function of modern administration administrative actions have become complicated and diverse. Especially, administrative agency achieves its purpose not by authoritative actions but by non-authoritative actions. Among non-authoritative actions, nowadays, Verwaltungsvertrag is considered to be important and indispensable according to the demand of modern administration. While it has been carrying out important functions in modern administration, until now the concept of verwaltungsvertrag is not clearly formulated in fact. The growth of Verwaltungsvertrag may be inclination to restrain individual rights and interests, so there are several problems awaiting sollution in the administrative law. 2. The content of this paper can be summarized as follows; 2-1. Introduction 2-2. The definition of the concept of Verwaltungsvertrag 2-3. Legal foundation of Verwaltungsvertrag 2-4. Measures for relief of Verwaltungsvertrag 2-5. Conclusion - suggestion of some problems 3. Some solutions may be given in substance as follow; 3-1. The concept of Verwaltungsvertrag is definited resting on the basis of broad approval of Verwaltungsvertrag 3-2. Verwaltungsvertrag is vested flexibility in legal foundation 3-3. Individual rights and interests are fairly compensated From now on, more studies on some problems of Verwaltungsvertrag suggested in this paper are demanded.

기체 방사성 물질 제거를 위한 첨착 활성탄 필터 시스템 성능에 관한 연구

This paper presents an application of impregnated activated carbon and impregnated activated carbon filters. They are used for the removal of gaseous radioactive materials at radioactive material handling facilities such as nuclear power plants and research facilities. High adsorption efficiencies as well as stability are required for them to remove hazardous radioactive gases such as activated free iodine released during normal operation or accident condition. This research was initiated to enhance the independence of nuclear industry and raise the level of nuclear technology to that of the leading nuclear nations. By attaining the capability of design and development of HVAC system, national technological competitiveness can be achieved. Also, the ground for technology export will be hardened. Therefore, it is well timed to initiate the project to develope those filter systems domestically utilizing all the relevant technologies available.

대도시 男女 靑少年의 身體發育에 관한 硏究 : Using longitudial data concerning student aged 7-16 7세에서 16세까지의 종단적 자료를 이용하여

This study tries to show the physical growth patterns and various adolescent characteristics by using longitudinal data for the height, weight, chest girth and sitting height of 1,132 high school students in Seoul. And this study also tries to show what influencing factors on the physical growth of this aged population. The followings are the results. 1. The boys have their peak velocity of height when they are 12~13 years old. And the girls have when they are 10∼11 years old. Peak velocity of weight for boys is at the age of 13∼14. And for girls is at the age of 11∼12. Peak velocity of chest girth for boys is at the age of 12∼ 13. And for girls is at the age of 11∼12. Peak velocity of sitting height for boys is at the age of 13∼14. And for girls is at the age of 11~13. So girls of this period grow more rapidly by around two years than boys. 2. The menarche of girls begins at the age of 12.4. So it begins 1.4 year before peak height velocity period. 3. Of life behavior boys contingency coefficient between essential time and height and weight is .5150. and .4795. that between studying time and height and weight is .3344 and and .2912(In case of girls is .4735, .4321, .3247, .3134).

국내 주요 호수의 육수학적 조사(4): 주암호

In this study limnological characteristics of Lake Juam was surveyed from June 1993 to May 1994 in order to provides important information regarding water resources. Seschi disc transparency, epilimnetic chlorophyll a(chl-a), tatal nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) concentration and primary productivity were in the range of 2.0~4.5 m, 0.9~13.6 mgChl/㎥, 0.78~2.32N/l, 11~56 mgP/㎥, 270~2,160mgCm^(-2)day^(-1), respectively. On the basis of TP, Chl-a and Secchi disc depth, the trophic state of Lake Juam can be classified as mesotrophic lake. The phosphorus inputs from non-point sources are concentrated in heavy rain episodes during the monsoon season. As a result, phosphorus concentration are higher in summer than in winter. TP loading from the watershed were estimated to be 0.9 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1)) for eutrophication. From the results of the algal assay, both phosphous and nitrogen act as limiting nutrients in algal growth. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton community structure in Lake Juam was similar to that observed in other temperate lakes. Diatoms(Asterionella formosa and Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima) were dominant in spring and winter, cyanobacteria (Microcystis aeruginosa, M. sp. and M. viridis) were dominant in warm season. The organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 9.5~14.0 mgC/g, 1.01~1.82 mgN/g, and 0.51~0.65 mgP/g, respectively. The allochthonous organic carbon loading from the watershed and autochthonous organic carbon loading by primary production of phytoplankton were determined to be 1,122 tC/yr and 6,718 tC/yr, respectively. To prevent eutrophication of Lake Juam, nutrient management of watershed should be focus on reduction of fertilizer application, proper treatment of manure, and conservation of topsoil as well as point source.

한영숙 살풀이춤 연구 : 춤의 운기(雲氣)를 中心으로 Concentrated on the Themethod of Using Silk Cloth

'Sal puri' is representative of Korea's folk dance implying and expressing our folk-customs. As it has been flowing down with common people in Korea, 'Sal puri' has rooted down on the ideology of pure shamanism which repulses an evil spirit and disaster but is brining a fortune. It has been transmitted to the experts in it's field and beautiful artistically by them. Performance of 'Sal puri' has done in the particular way along with the local characteristics. Even though 'Kyo bang chung', which was related to 'Sal puri', was replaced with 'Kyun bun' in 1910, 'Sal pun' was being handed down continuosly. In 1930s, a 'Sal puri' directed by Han sungjun, an athority of folk dance, had it's first debut in 1935. By Han sungjun, it started to form a performance style and the dance was more perfectly accomplished as the dancing skill and even it's spiritual part were handed down to Han youngsuk, a human-cultural property and Han's granddaughter. Thus, 'Sal puri's spirit and mind have been kept more and more vividly by those descendants and younger students. In this paper, we summarized theoretically the 'Sal puri' which had been listed on references and focused mainly on finding the correspondent point between dancer and towel, during the motion of dancing which make us confirm life, breathing, and being alive, rather than arranging a dancing skill obtained from Han youngsuk's 'Sal puri'. After finding the correspondent point between dancer and towel, we examined spirit of dancing and ideal of the body by considering a 'Oon ki' in the towal From the result of investigating the 'Oon ki' from towel technic based on experience from Han youngsuk’s 'Sal puri' style, we were able to reach the following conclusions. 1. Han youngsuk's 'Sal puri' style is a dance for woman implying high elegance with grace and moderate beauty. 2. Some parts of her performance is not enough to get merried, but this is the way to attain a spiritual state of perfect selflessness by making body and mind as one through moderating action with controlling breath. 3. In the flowing of towel technic, we saw mother nature's gorgeous beauty with harmonious ratio, which has surpassed space time. The meaning of the towel is not 'not exist' but 'existence', it contains the ideal of oriental spirit which cna put together body and towel based on the thought of life.

Especially, administrative agency achieves its purpose not by authoritative actions but by non-authoritative actions, so it makes up a sphere of administration free of law[gesetzesfreie Verwaltung] Among non-authoritative actions, nowadays, administrative planning is considered to be important and indispensable according to the demands of modern society. In modern states, the expansion of the national functions and the expertness or complication of the administration lead to the planning as one of new types of administrative activities. While it has been carrying out important functions in modern administration and making some structual changes in the administrative law, it has been bringing out not a little problems. Therefore, it is urgent and important to analyze the problems of administrative planning and to suggest solutions of them. 2. The content of this paper can be summarized as follows; a. Introduction. b. The concept of administrative planning. c. the structural characteristics of administrative planning d. The legal character of administrative planning. e. The concept of the discretion in administrative planning. f. The discretion in administrative of West Germany viewed on judicial precedents and theories. 3. in conlusion, it is necessary to harmonize the planned administration with the legalism. To do it, the discretion in administrative plnning[Planungsermessen] shall be acknowledged and the judicial review may rather be limited to the procdeural controll than the judgement of the substantial meaning of the planning.

생쥐의 강제수영시 부동자세시간과 통각예민도간의 상관관계

The purpose of the study is to test by an animal experiment the hypothesis that pain insensitivity in depression is a trait marker rather than a state marker. 39 mice were studied for pain sensitivity by means of tail flick test before and after 6 minutes of forced swimming and for total duration of immobility during the last 4 minutes of forced swimming. The correlation coefficients were calculated among the basal pain sensitivity, the change of pain sensitivity after forced swimming and duration of immobility during the forced swimming. The results are as follows. 1) A significant positive correlation was proved between the degree of pain insensitivity and duration of immobility during forced swimming. 2) The forced swimming induced a significant pain insensitivity and a significant negative correlation was shown between duration of immobility and the change of pain sensitivity after forced swimming. From these results, the author suggests that pain insensitivity in depression may be a trait marker rather than a state marker depending on the state of depression itself.
