Morgagni 탈장은 횡격막의 전내측 부위의 발달이상으로 열공을 통하여 장관이나 대망과 같은 복강내 구조물이 흉곽내로 빠져나가는 드문 질환으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하여 방사선학적 검사와 수술로 확진된 1례를 보고한다. Morgagni hernia is improperly located abdominal viscera into the thoracic cavity through the foramen of Morgagni which is a congenital defect at the anterornedial portion of diaphragm. We report a case of Morgagni hernia diagnosed by radiologic examination and operation.
Antifungal Activity of Peracetic Acid Against Botrytis cinerea

Gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) is necrophytic fungal pathogen causing postharvest decay that significantly reduces the yield and quality of many horticultural crops such as tomato, grape and strawberry. Although the control of gray mold disease relies entirely on the use of chemical fungicides, there are several public concerns such as fungicide residues on fruit surface, induction of fungicides resistance in fungal pathogen and environmental pollution. Therefore, in this study, we have investigated antifungal activity of peracetic acid (PAA) on B. cinerea through various susceptibility assays. Fungi isolated from infected strawberry skin lesions were identified through the PCR amplification using several RAPD-SCAR markers specific to B. cinerea. To assess the antifungal activity of PAA against B. cinerea, disc diffusion, mycelial growth test and microdilution assay were performed. Based on the results obtained, it was shown that PAA completely inhibited fungal growth and metabolic activity at a concentration above 0.1%.

<P>A one-step reduction and functionalization of graphene oxide (FrGO) was easily achieved using a novel phenylhydrazine-based reductant containing fluorine atoms, which can induce p-type doping due to its high electronegativity. The FrGO-based OPV exhibited a high power conversion efficiency of 6.71% and a superior OPV-stability to commercial PEDOT:PSS.</P>

N/A Fe and Si are common impurity elements in the aluminum alloys. In this investigation, the effects of the addition of Fe and Si on the age-hardening behaviors of the Al-Cu-Mn-Ti-Zr-Cd casting alloys were examined through hardness measurements, calorimetric techniques and observation of the transmission electron microscopy. The addition of Fe depresses the formation of GPII and θ`, and thus retards the peak aging time and reduces the peak hardness of the Al-Cu-Mn-Ti-Zr-Cd alloys. On the contrary, the addition of Si accelerates the formation of GPⅡ and θ and thus accelerates age-hardening behaviors of the Al-Cu-Mn-Ti-Zr-Cd alloys.
