간우엽의 위축과 간좌엽의 보상성 비후로 인한 담낭의 간상부 전위는 비교적 드문 현상으로 알려져 있다. 저자는 우상복부 동통과 발열을 주소로 내원한 간내결석 및 총담관석 환자에서 심한 간우엽의 위축과 간좌엽의 보상성 비후로 인한 담낭의 간상부 전위를 1례 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보호하는 바이다. Suprahepatic gallbladder resulting from the atrophy of the right lobe of the liver and compensatory hypertrophy oh the left lobe of the liver is relatively a rare phenomenon. I report this phenomenon in a patient with acute suppurative cholangitis induced by intrahepatic stone, with a brief review of literature.

I had exercised 16 middle and long-distance runners attending this school in Weight Training and Circuit Training to improve their running skills for 12 months. Having arranged and analyzed the improvement of their physical strength and their records, I had applied a training schedule and a record list system to them. So I came to the conslusion as follows. A. By means of exercising them in accordance with their aptitude, 1. almost all runners improved their physical strength, muscular staying power, softness, promptitude, etc. 2. they imporved their records remarkably by improving their physical strength and by an ideal running method. 3. they improved their physiques normally by a rational training method. B. By means of using a progressive coaching technique method and the record list in accordance with training schedule, 1. I could easily sieze the individual capacity and the fact that the runners went on doing their best. 2. the runners realized the importance of physical strength and exerted themselves to improve their records. 3. the runners trained with a firm faith without languor. C. The runners` respons after Weight Training and Circuit Training 1. Though they agonized physically and spiritually, more then 90% of them wanted to continue training. 2. More then 90% of them improved their records after the training and three sets which between a third and two-thirds of their capacity was used in were moderate tranining.

The morphology and thermal stability of the interfacial phases in the joints between Pb-free solder (Sn3.5Ag0.7Cu) and electroless Ni-P(14at%P) and electrolytic Ni under bumper metallizations (UBM) were investigated as a function of solid state aging. Samples were prepared by reflowing at 250℃, N_(2) atmosphere and aging in the range of 125 to 170℃ for up to 1000h. After reflow, the interfacial intermetallic compound(IMC) was mostly Ni_(3)Sn_(4) in the electrolytic Ni/solder joint. After relatively short aging time, the interfacial IMC on electrolytic Ni layer developed into the dual layer structure of Ni_(3)Sn_(4)(bottom) and Cu_(6)Sn_(5)(top). But IMC on electroless Ni-P layer were Cu_(6)Sn_(5) and changed into the dual structure only after long aging time of 1000h. The growth rate of IMC with aing was higher on electrolytic Ni layer than on electroless Ni-P. The different behavior of electroless Ni-P/SAC joint came from Ni_(3)P formation between IMC and electroless Ni-P layer which retards interfacial reaction through reducing the diffusion of Ni and Sn. The thickness of Ni_(3)P layer was propositional to that of IMC. For longer aging time, NiSnP layer was found at the interface between IMC and Ni_(3)P layer. Interestingly, in spite of low consumption rate of electroless Ni-P than electorlytic Ni layer by suppressing IMC growth, the interface of Ni-P/IMC was locally hollowed by the accelerated reaction of the Ni-P layer through local thickness reduction of Ni_(3)P and NiSnP layers. This reduced the effective remaining thickness of Ni-P layer.

음식폐기물로부터 연중 고농도의 CH<sub>4</sub>을 함유하는 바이오가스를 발생시키기 위하여 L×W×H=900×2,000×2,100(mm) 규격의 건식혐기분해가스화실을 제작하였으며 수분량을 낮추기 위한 수분조절제 등을 혼합시켜 건식혐기분해가스화실험을 수행하였다. 8개의 건식혐기분해가스화실에 8일 간격으로 음식폐기물을 투입하여 각각 64일간 체류시키므로서 5개의 건식혐기분해가스화실에서 연중 CH<sub>4</sub>농도 50%이상과 가스발생량 1㎥/㎥·d(혼합음식폐기물 1㎥에서 바이오가스발생량 1㎥/d)이상을 유지하는 건식혐기분해가스화실은 5개실로 조사되었다. In order to produce biogas from domestic food waste were installed dry anaerobic digestion chambers of the size L×W×H=900×2,000×2,100(mm). High moisture of the food waste was reduced with mixing of dry biodegradable matters and the mixed food waste was digested at the keeping temperature 30℃, 40℃ and 50℃ in the chambers. The following result were obtained for year-round biogas production from the food waste : ○ The 3 biodegradable matters : dry dead leaves, rice chaff and wood sawdust were suitable as a moisture reducing matter of domestic food waste. ○ The highest CH<sub>4</sub> concentration 58% of biogas was measured each after 40 and 52 storage days at keeping temperature 50℃ and 40℃. ○ Under the operating condition of keeping temperature 40℃ and storage time 64 days was obtained the year-round CH<sub>4</sub> concentration over 50% and biogas volume over 1㎥/d from mixed food waste 1㎥ at the 5 chambers of 8 dry anaerobic digestion chambers.

현재 사용되는 대부분의 소방차량은 일반 원심펌프로 보편화된 방수 소화작전이 가능하나 오늘날 첨단화 되어 가는 구조물과 다양한 시설구조의 인프라에 따른 적응에는 한계가 있으며 이러한 현재의 다양한 화재 형태와 양상에 능동적으로 대처하며 효율적인 소방활동을 위하여 전천후 출동과 소규모 인력으로 효과적인 소화활동을 할 수 있도록 차량의 구조 개선과 새로운 유 무선포방수총시스템의 도입과 흠로 및 빙판길 혹은 협소한 출동로도 원활하게 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 괘도바퀴와 높은 흡상 및 미분무수 소화시스템을 장착한 미래형 소방차량을 연구 개발하고자 한다.
