본 연구는 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 측정도구를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구들로부터 도출한 기초문항을 토대로 국내 모기업 성인학습자 250명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 223명의 자료가 수집되었다. 223명의 자료는 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석 등의 방법으로 분석되었다. 온라인 학습 환경에서 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 구인 타당성 검증 결과, ① 정보기술 활용성, ② 사회적 상호작용, ③ 정보 공유 및 관리, ④ 자기주도성의 4요인 모형이 도출되었다. 이 연구는 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도의 구성 요소를 종합적으로 제시하고, 이를 토대로 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 측정도구를 실증적으로 개발하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this research is to develop a tool for measuring e-learning preparation level of adults and verify its validity. In order to conduct, a survey consisting of a number of basic questions derived from the previous researches was conducted on 250 adult employees of one company and, in total, data on 223 adults was collected. 4 main models were derived after verifying the validity of the level of the e-learning preparation for adults in online learning environment: (1) use of information technology; (2) social interaction; (3) openness and management of information; (4) degree of self-lead. This research attempted to do a research on the development of a measurement tool to assess our level of preparation for e-learning on the basis of domestic e-learning environment. According to this context, this research examined the existing concepts of learning preparation composition in conjunction with digital literacy. Among other important findings, this research has revealed the unacknowledged ‘utilization of information’ as a new e-learning composition element and investigated its validity and credibility.

<P>The effect of fast components in the threshold-voltage shift (¿V<SUB>th</SUB>) induced by electrical stress on the lifetime of bias temperature instability (BTI) is investigated in metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors with high-k gate dielectrics using dc and pulsed measurements. The empirical results confirm that the initial fast ¿V<SUB>th</SUB> (¿V<SUB>th,fast,ini</SUB>.) does not contribute to long-term device degradation under operating voltage conditions. Therefore, ¿V<SUB>th</SUB> is corrected by eliminating the initial ¿V<SUB>th,fast,ini</SUB>. With this adjustment, the effect of measurement time (t<SUB>m</SUB>) on the corrected ¿V<SUB>th</SUB> (¿V<SUB>th,corr</SUB>.) is negligible. However, compared with the lifetime estimates made using ¿V<SUB>th,corr</SUB>., the dc measurements still tend toward overestimation under low voltage stress because of the ¿V<SUB>th,fast,str</SUB>. component induced by stress (not the initial ¿V<SUB>th,fast,ini</SUB>.)In conclusion, it may be stated that the ¿V<SUB>th,fast,str</SUB>. component could play a critical role in BTI tests conducted under operating voltage conditions.</P>

A three-dimensional numerical simulation model that considers the effect of the angle of attack was developed to evaluate plasma flows around reentry vehicles. In this simulation model, thermochemical nonequilibrium of flowfields is considered by using a four-temperature model for high-accuracy simulations. Numerical simulations were performed for the orbital reentry experiment of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, and the results were compared with experimental data to validate the simulation model. A comparison of measured and predicted results showed good agreement. Moreover, to evaluate the effect of the angle of attack, we performed numerical simulations around the Atmospheric Reentry Demonstrator of the European Space Agency by using an axisymmetric model and a three-dimensional model. Although there were no differences in the flowfields in the shock layer between the results of the axisymmetric and the three-dimensional models, the formation of the electron number density, which is an important parameter in evaluating radio-frequency blackout, was greatly changed in the wake region when a non-zero angle of attack was considered. Additionally, the number of altitudes at which radio-frequency blackout was predicted in the numerical simulations declined when using the three-dimensional model for considering the angle of attack.

<P>This work proposes the basic reference data of occupational dose management and statistical dose distribution with the classification of radiation work groups though analysis of occupational dose distribution. Data on occupational radiation exposure from medical and scientific usage of radiation in Korea Institute of Radiological and Medical Sciences for the years 2002–11 are presented and evaluated with the characteristic tendency of radiation working groups. The results of occupational radiation exposure were measured by personal dosemeters. The monitored occupational exposure dose data were evaluated according to the average effective dose and collective dose. The most annual average effective dose for all occupational radiation workers was under 1 mSv. Considering the dose distribution of each department, most overexposure workers worked in radiopharmaceutical product facilities, nuclear medicine department and radiation oncology department. In addition, no monitored workers were found to have received an occupational exposure over 50 mSv in single year or 100 mSv in this period. Although the trend of occupational exposure was controlled <1 mSv after 2007 and the radiation protection status was sufficient, it was consistently necessary to optimise and reduce the occupational radiation exposure.</P>
