        고려 예종 11년, 송나라의 휘종이 <대성아악>을 고려에 보내주었다. 고려는 이를 완전하게 받아들여 계승하였고, 조선조로 이어졌다. 조선 세종조에는 임우의 『대성악보』에 있는 12궁조의 선율을 차용하여, 이를 각각 십이율을 중심음으로 이조하여 당조의 문묘제례악 '황종십이궁'을 창제하였으며, 한국 아악의 순수 궁조 체계를 형성함으로서 문묘제례악의 제1차 변혁을 이룩하였다. 조선조 성종 때는 세종 때 새롭게 정비된 제사 아악인 “영신 황종궁”과 “송신 황종궁”의 선율에 맞춰 십오궁을 만들었고, 문묘제례악의 선율과 용악도 간소화하였다. 한국 문묘제례악의 변천 과정은 문화발전의 과정에서 비판적 계승과 선택적 참조, 적응성 통합 등 일련의 변증법적인 과정을 거쳐 오늘에 이른 것으로, 중국 전통문화의 창조적인 전환과 혁신적인 발전을 이룩한 예이다. 그리고 이는 전통 문화 발전과 재현을 위한 이론적 근거와 실천적 뒷받침을 제공한다. In the 11th year of Emperor Ruizong, Emperor Huizong of Song gave Grand Flourish Melody to Goryeo, which was completely i nherited and accepted by Goryeo and continued to the Reign of Emperor Sejong of Korea. The Sejong Dynasty used the melody of the 12 tones in Lin Yu's Dacheng Composition, with the 12 melody as the central tone. He created the Munmyo Jeryeak m usic Hwangjonggung Twelve Rhythms and formed the pure palace system of The Korean ceremonial music, realizing the first reform. During the Reign of King Seongjong, the Fifteen Rhythm was created according to the melody of Greeting God to Hwangjonggung and Send God to Hwangjonggung, which was newly established during the Reign of King Sejong, further simplifying the melody and music of Munmyo Jeryeak. The process of the development and change of the Korean Munmyo Jeryeak music is also a series of dialectical processes such as critical inheritance, selective reference and adaptive integration in the cultural development. It is a model of creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture, which provides theoretical basis and practical support for the development and reproduction of Chinese traditional culture.

        Childcare policies and services in Hong Kong after the handover: Beyond a feminist critique

        This article reviews the development of childcare policies and services in Hong Kong after the handover, gauging it with two standards: promoting the equal development of children and gender equality in our society. Statistics derived from data taken from multiple sources show that the government has been sticking to a “positive non-in-tervention approach” to welfare development and that the male breadwinner/female carer model prevalent in this region was shaped and strengthened by current child-care policies and services. The current provision of childcare services is insufficient to guarantee the equal use of childcare among children of different socioeconomic backgrounds, or to ease the tension between the needs of childcare and job require-ments in a family, or to emancipate married women from the domestic sphere. A “generative welfare approach” that collects fiscal resources and redistributes them strategically with a systemic mind-set has been suggested for social policy and ser-vice planning, including spending the money in the right place, launching smart and practical policies that can achieve both pragmatic effects and ideological improve-ment in the area of gender equality, providing financial support or subsidies to a company for the provision of parental leave, and increasing the provision of quality childcare services.

        Determination and Variation of Core Bacterial Community in a Two- Stage Full-Scale Anaerobic Reactor Treating High-Strength Pharmaceutical Wastewater

        Knowledge on the functional characteristics and temporal variation of anaerobic bacterial populations is important for better understanding of the microbial process of two-stage anaerobic reactors. However, owing to the high diversity of anaerobic bacteria, close attention should be prioritized to the frequently abundant bacteria that were defined as core bacteria and putatively functionally important. In this study, using MiSeq sequencing technology, the core bacterial community of 98 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) was determined in a twostage upflow blanket filter reactor treating pharmaceutical wastewater. The core bacterial community accounted for 61.66% of the total sequences and accurately predicted the sample location in the principal coordinates analysis scatter plot as the total bacterial OTUs did. The core bacterial community in the first-stage (FS) and second-stage (SS) reactors were generally distinct, in that the FS core bacterial community was indicated to be more related to a higherlevel fermentation process, and the SS core bacterial community contained more microbes in syntrophic cooperation with methanogens. Moreover, the different responses of the FS and SS core bacterial communities to the temperature shock and influent disturbance caused by solid contamination were fully investigated. Co-occurring analysis at the Order level implied that Bacteroidales, Selenomonadales, Anaerolineales, Syneristales, and Thermotogales might play key roles in anaerobic digestion due to their high abundance and tight correlation with other microbes. These findings advance our knowledge about the core bacterial community and its temporal variability for future comparative research and improvement of the two-stage anaerobic system operation.

        Deep oxidative desulfurization of model fuel using ozone generated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma combined with ionic liquid extraction

        The dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is often used to prepare ozone. In this study, a novel room temperature oxidative desulfurization method involving ozone oxidation produced in the DBD reactor combined with ionic liquid (IL) [BMIM]CH3COO ([BMIM]Ac) extraction was developed. The method was suitable for the deep removal of sulfur (S)-containing compounds from model fuel. By this desulfurization technology, 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6-DMDBT), dibenzothiophene (DBT), benzothiophene (BT) and thiophene (TS) were efficiently removed. Normally, the removal of TS and BT from fuel is highly difficult. However, using the proposed method of this study without any catalyst, the removal rate of TS and BT reached 99.9%. When TiO2/MCM-41 was used as a catalyst, the S-removal of DBT and 4,6-DMDBT increased to 98.6 and 95.2%, respectively. The sulfur removal activity of the four sulfur compounds decreased in the order of TS > BT >> DBT > 4,6-DMDBT. 2013 The Korean Society of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry.         Occurrence of ethyl carbamate in three types of Chinese wines and its possible reasons

        A total of 75 wines including 30 white wines, 31 red wines, and 14 sparkling wines wereobtained from several regions in China (Sinkiang, Tonghua, Huailai, Yantai, Changli, Shanxi, Gansu, andNingxia). Ethyl carbamate (EC) was detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The ECconcentration ranged from less than 1.16 to 38.56 μg/L, and the concentrations in 17 wines exceededthe U.S. limit for table wines (15 μg/L). The concentrations of EC increased in the order of white, red,and sparkling wines with the corresponding mean concentrations of 6.12, 9.22, and 14.03 μg/L. Therelationship between EC concentration and wine type suggested that EC concentrations in wines mightbe affected by vinification patterns, most likely due to the difference between EC precursors indifferent vinification processes. This work provides a novel clue for EC contamination in different wines.

        Patient Response to Endoscopic Therapy for Gastroesophageal Varices Based on Endoscopic Ultrasound Findings

        Background/Aims: Gastroesophageal variceal hemorrhage is a common complication of portal hypertension. Endoscopic therapy is currently recommended for preventing gastroesophageal variceal rebleed. However, the rate of variceal rebleed and its associated mortality remain concerning. This study is aimed at differentiating patient response to endoscopic therapy based on endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) findings. Methods: One-hundred seventy patients previously treated with repeat endoscopic therapy for secondary prophylaxis were enrolled and classified into two groups based on treatment response. Prior to consolidation therapy, all patients received an EUS examination to observe for extraluminal phenomena. All available follow-up endoscopic examination records were retrieved to validate study results. Results: Of the 170 subjects, 106 were poor responders, while 64 were good responders. The presence of para-gastric, gastric perforating, and esophageal perforating veins was associated with poor patient response (p<0.001). The odds ratio for para-gastric veins was 5.374. Follow-up endoscopic findings for poor responders with incomplete variceal obliteration was closely correlated with the presence of para-gastric veins (p=0.002). Conclusions: The presence of para-gastric veins is a characteristic of poor response to endoscopic therapy for treating gastroesophageal varices. Early identification of this subgroup necessitates a change in course of treatment to improve overall patient outcome. (Gut Liver 2018;12:562- 570)

        Control Method of Self-Frequency Recovery and Active Power Sharing for an Isolated Microgrid Based on VSGs

        The concept of virtual synchronous generator (VSG) is emerging as an attractive solution for renewable energies to enhance the microgrid inertia and damping property by emulating the essential behaviors of conventional synchronous generators. However, in the isolated microgrid based on VSGs, there will be a frequency deviation when the power demand varies because of the droop characteristic of the VSG in active power–frequency regulation. In this paper, a control method for VSGs to implement self-frequency recovery and active power sharing in isolated microgrid is proposed. With this method, the VSGs regulate their power baseline values over multiple iterations through local-feedback of the frequency deviation until the microgrid frequency restores to normal value, and simultaneously share the power demand variation according to the ratio of their power baseline values. Compared to the previous studies, the proposed method can eliminate the output power and frequency oscillations in secondary control, and additionally, reduce the dependence of the microgrid on communication system, which is beneficial to enhance the robustness of the microgrid operation. Simulation results proved the proposed method to be effective.

        High SMAS face lift: clinical experience

        Background: The ultimate goal of facelift is to lift the sagging soft tissue as much as possible, so as to restore them to the original anatomical position for facial rejuvenation. Objective: In our High-SMAS facelift, the SMAS-platysma flap were tighten strongly, so as to obtain full and youthful facial morphologic characteristics. In addition, the effectiveness of high-SMAS was evaluated in this paper. Methods: A total of 86 cases of SMAS face lift were performed in 22 months from January 2015 to November 2016. High SMAS technique was applied in 39 cases of them. All the 39 patients were female averaged 44 (29-65) years old. Postoperative follow-up wascarried out in 18 cases for an average of 13 months (4-22 months). After the SMAS-platysma flap was dissected in the lower face and neck,the key point of operating is focus on:The middle temporal fascia and superficial temporal fascia flap was dissected carefully. Break off the ligaments medial to the zygomatic arch and on the malar process exactly, and pay attention to protect the facial nerve. So that the high-SMAS and even higher-SMAS flap can be dissected. Results: In all the 18 cases followed up, most (11/18) obtained a clear mandibular margin after operation and scored even full mark. Perfect nasolabial fold improvement was achieved in few (7/18). In terms of Ogee curve evaluation, most (15/18) made it to the level of “acceptable”, which was shared by the evaluation of lower eyelid shortening effects (13/18). Very satisfied indicators as follow: the obtuse jowl line becomes clear, midface “ogee curve” is vary from linear to curves, and the nasolabial sulcus have been improved. Conclusion: High-SMAS Facelift is one of the most effective rhytidectomy, the most prominent parts of its effect including the improvement of midface and jowl line contour. Level of Evidence: IV

        The Novel Pathogenic Mutation c.849dupT in BRCA2 Contributes to the Nonsense-Mediated mRNA Decay of BRCA2 in Familial Breast Cancer

        In this study, we used next-generation sequencing methods to screen 300 individuals for BRCA1 and BRCA2. A novel mutation (c.849dupT) in BRCA2 was identified in a female patient and her unaffected brothers. This mutation leads to the truncation of BRCA2 functional domains. Moreover, BRCA2 mRNA expression levels in mutation carriers are significantly reduced compared to noncarriers. Immunofluorescence and western blot assays showed that this mutation resulted in reduced BRCA2 protein expression. Thus, we identified a novel mutation that damaged the function and expression of BRCA2 in a family with breast cancer history. The pedigree analysis suggested that this mutation is strongly associated with familial breast cancer. Genetic counsellors suggest that mutation carriers in this family undergo routine screening for breast cancer, as well as other malignancies, such as prostate and ovarian cancer. The effects of this BRCA2 mutation on drug resistance should be taken into consideration during treatment.

        Visualizing the distributions and spatiotemporal changes of metabolites in Panax notoginseng by MALDI mass spectrometry imaging

        Background: Panax notoginseng is a highly valued medicinal herb used widely in China and many Asiancountries. Its root and rhizome have long been used for the treatment of cardiovascular and hematologicaldiseases. Imaging the spatial distributions and dynamics of metabolites in heterogeneous planttissues is significant for characterizing the metabolic networks of Panax notoginseng, and this will alsoprovide a highly informative approach to understand the complex molecular changes in the processing ofPanax notoginseng. Methods: Here, a high-sensitive MALDI-MS imaging method was developed and adopted to visualize thespatial distributions and spatiotemporal changes of metabolites in different botanical parts of Panaxnotoginseng. Results: A wide spectrum of metabolites including notoginsenosides, ginsenosides, amino acids, dencichine,gluconic acid, and low-molecular-weight organic acids were imaged in Panax notoginseng rhizomeand root tissues for the first time. Moreover, the spatiotemporal alterations of metabolites during thesteaming of Panax notoginseng root were also characterized in this study. And, a series of metabolitessuch as dencichine, arginine and glutamine that changed with the steaming of Panax notoginseng weresuccessfully screened out and imaged.
