독성가스나 가연성 폭발 위험이 있는 원료를 운반하는 탱크로리 및 벌크로리는 출발지에서부터 목적지 및 중간 경로를 따라 지속적으로 차량 및 탱크의 다양한 상태를 모니터링하는 것이 안전을 위해 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문은 탱크로리 운행에 관한 안전 모니터링 시스템에 관하여 제안하고, 운전상태 및 탱크 또는 차량의 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 센서시스템과 차량 내 컴퓨터와 중앙 관제 시스템의 연계에 관하여 고찰한다. It is important for national safety that tank lorry or bulk lorry which is carrying toxic gas or explosive materials should be monitored during the maneuvering from starting point to destination as well as vehicle or tank status. Therefore, we propose a safety monitoring system for tank lorry to check driving condition and the vehicle status. We studied the integration of central control system with in-vehicle computer system connected with various sensors for monitoring through a communication network.

The studies about motor using reluctance torque was not active. However, in recent years, as increasing the price of permanent magnet, the studies that using the big reluctance torque are becoming more active than before. SRM torque is generated when its inductance is changed. So, In order to generate continuous torque in SRM, it is necessary to figure out the exact level of the inductance determined by rotor’s position. And the current must be applied in the correct position. If something goes wrong with the current size in coil or position that current are applied, there will be generated unwanted torque ripple. This will cause vibration and noise in motor. In this paper, the optimal current waveform to reduce torque ripple is found. And it is configured in a table. It can make FSRM(developed in studies of SRM) creates a constant torque output. A method to reduce FSRM’s torque ripple by using the independent current reference depending on the rotor’s position and applying TDF(Torque Distribution Function) has been studied.

Cynara scolymus L. (artichoke) has been traditionally used in the treatment of digestive-related disease, severe hyperlipidemia and liver disease. Recently, anti-inflammatory effect of artichoke has been reported by several studies, but its mechanisms are still unclear. In this study, the anti-inflammatory mechanism of artichoke was studied using an in vitro acute inflammation model. The effect of artichoke on the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin- 1beta (IL-1β), IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) in murine macrophage cell line, RAW264.7, was examined by using ELISA and RT-PCR. As a result, artichoke inhibited the expression of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in macrophages activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at a dose dependent manner. The expression of inflammatory mediators such as NO and PGE2 was next investigated in RAW264.7 cells stimulated with LPS. Artichoke also inhibited the production of NO and PGE2 in the cells at a dose dependent manner. Artichoke suppressed the mRNA expression of iNOS and COX-2 in macrophages by LPS. The effect of artichoke on the activation of NF-κB was examined and LPS-induced NF-κB activation was decreased by treatment of artichoke, suggesting that artichoke has anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting NF- κB activation.
이산화탄소 배출의 원인 조건으로서 사회경제적 요인, 기술적 요인의 역할에 관한 연구 : 퍼지셋 질적 비교 분석을 활용한 OECD 국가 비교 분석

본 연구는 경제 수준, 에너지 사용, 무역개방도 등 사회경제적 요인과 기술혁신으로 대변되는 기술적 요인에 관심을 두고 국가 수준의 온실가스 배출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 선행연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 단일 결과에 대한 다양한 원인 조합들 간의 결합적 인과관계를 중요하게 고려하였다. 이를 위해 OECD 국가의 자료를 바탕으로 퍼지셋 질적 비교분석(fsQCA: fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 온실가스 배출의 주요한 원인은 에너지 사용이며, 온실가스 배출이 높은 국가에서 ‘에너지 사용’이 대게 전제되는 조건으로 나타났다. 사회경제적 요인 중 특히 무역개방도의 경우 결합하는 원인 조건에 따라 온실가스 배출에 끼치는 영향이 달라질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 한편, 기술적 요인인 친환경기술혁신은 타 요인들과 결합하여 온실가스 배출을 늘리는 역할을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 높은 수준의 친환경기술혁신의 활동이 타 요인들의 환경영향을 상쇄하지 못하거나, 충분하게 확산되지 못하고 결국 부정적인 환경성과로 이어질 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다. 온실가스 배출이라는 사회적 현상을 깊이 있게 이해하기 위해 복잡성과 다양성 관점에서 영향요인의 역할을 이해하고자 원인조건들의 결합의 관점에서 분석을 시도한 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. The study analyzes an impact of economic factor(i.e. economic growth, energy usage, trade openness), technological factor - represented by technological innovation - on carbon dioxide (CO₂) emission at the country level. Based on data from OECD countries, we investigate a causal configurations beyond the exclusive leverage of those factors in order to identify the possible combinations for unifinality using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Our findings show that the main condition for CO₂ emission is ‘energy use’, indicating this condition usually exists in high emitter countries. Notably, an impact of ‘international trade openness’ on environmental performance can be varied in accordance with a condition of combinations. Also, our results confirm that an environmental technological innovation as a technological factor by combining with economic factors is positively associated with a high level of CO₂ emission. This could implicate that high levels of technological innovation fails to compensate for the environmental impact of other conditions or sufficiently diffuse into a private market, leading to a negative environmental performance.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the encouragement policies of relocating firms from capital area to provinces. There are many categories of the encouraging firms to move to provinces that are in the process of being implemented by the central government ; subsidy, tax favor, financial aid, support for purchasing company site and investment into the provincial area. These polices vary considerably in contents and sizes according to the region to which firms are relocated and the firm's size. The local governments have also put many sub-policies into force.
