The present study analyzed change in golf players' performance and their immersion in sports according to golf rounding environment and change in golf players' performance according to their immersion in sports, with the object of providing basic materials for improving the quality of golf participants' golf activities. The subjects of this study were golfers who had just finished their golf rounding, A total of 250 golfers were selected through random sampling. Data were analyzed statistically through factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression. First, the condition of golf course and fairway and the manner of companions affect the player's psychological expectation in the golf rounding, preference for golf, desire to play golf, and perception on golf. Second, weather, the condition of golf course and fairway, the difficulty of golf course and the manner of companions affect the player's psychologcal expectation in the golf rounding, preference for golf, desire to play golf, perception on golf, information about golf, and interest in golf related imaginary acts. Third, immersion in acts according to the type of golf rounding was higher in competition than in leisure, This suggests that golf players who play golf for competition is more interested in golf acts than those who play for leisure. Fourth, golfers' performance is expected to be higher ft they have a good sleep on the previous night, if the condition of golf course and tee ground is satisfactory, and if they play with well-mannered companions. RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)법을 이용한 한약재의 판별 연구

Conventionally, identification and classification methods of natural products include the morphological survey and assay of chemical disposition. Using these methods, however, is not satisfying for the precise identification of natural products because they are often variable in the compositions, genomic DNA analysis such as RAPD, RFLP and Amp-FLP can be adopted for this purpose. In this study, various ginsengs and bear gall bladder were tested for the development of genetic identification and classification method. Varieties of ginsengs such as, P. ginseng, P. quinquefolium, P. japonicus and P. notohinseng, were genetically analyzed by RAPD. Also, DNA isolated form Bear blood and gall bladder, Ursus thibetanus, Ursus americanus and Ursus arctors, were analyzed by the same method. The results demonstrated that the identification and classification of bear gall bladder and various ginsengs were possible by RAPD analysis. Therefore, this method was thought to be used as a additional method for the identification of other natural products.

This research has been implemented based on the area of #369 Dowon-dong, Dalseo-gu, Dae-gu which is considered as a place with satisfactory characteristics for the flow of fresh air into the city. Simulations of the target area both prior to the development plan and after apartment complex blocking were analyzed in regard to blocking planning and pilotis based on the main direction of wind, $90^{\circ}$ (east wind) and $180^{\circ}$ (south wind). In addition, congested wind corridor flow in the target place was identified through a pollution spread simulation according to the wind corridor. Therefore, the flow of wind in the one area is affected by the blocking of the complex and the main direction of the wind. Also blocking, in regard of pilotis, provides a better flow of wind. This study was implemented based on wind formation by apartment complex planning, so further study on the other factors affecting the flow of a wind corridor along with block planning and pilotis need to be carried out. Sustainable environmental factors through analysis of the environmental factors have to be analyzed. Moreover, building and complementing fundamental resources and systematic devices should be supported.

<P><B>Background and Purpose</B></P><P>Thrombectomy within 24 hours can improve outcomes in selected patients with a clinical-infarct mismatch. We devised an easy-to-use visual estimation tool that allows infarct volume estimation in centers with limited resources. </P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>We identified 1,031 patients with cardioembolic or large-artery atherosclerosis infarction on diffusion-weighted images (DWIs) obtained before recanalization therapy and within 24 hours of onset, and occlusion of the internal carotid or middle cerebral artery. Acute DWIs were mapped onto a standard template and used to create visual reference maps with known lesion volumes, which were then used in a validation study (with 130 cases) against software estimates of infarct volume. </P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>The DWI reference map chart comprises 144 maps corresponding to 12 different infarct volumes (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 mL) in each of 12 template slices (Montreal Neurological Institute z-axis –15 to 51 mm). Infarct volume in a patient is estimated by selecting a slice with a similar infarct size at the corresponding z-axis level on the reference maps and then adding up over all slices. The method yielded good correlations to software volumetrics and was easily learned by both experienced and junior physicians, with approximately 1 to 2 minutes spent per case. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy for detecting threshold infarct volumes (<21, <31, and <51 mL) were very high (all about >90%). </P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>We developed easy-to-use reference maps that allow prompt and reliable visual estimation of infarct volumes for triaging patients to thrombectomy in acute stroke.</P>
A Sharpness Enhancement Using the CSF for HDR Image Rendering

The dynamic range of real-world scenes is broad in the natural world. The high-dynamic-range (HDR) image has pixel values that represent the whole range of real-world scenes. For the reproduction of HDR image, the images having the various exposure times are fused to one HDR image. Many HDR images were rendered by iCAM06 technique, the representative rendering algorithms. Because of the discrete feature of the iCAM06’s fast-bilateral filter, the iCAM06 algorithm may reduce the sharpness of HDR image. This caused that the fast bilateral filter is using a piecewise-linear approximation in the intensity domain and appropriate sub-sampling. In this paper, we proposed a sharpness enhancement technique using the contrast sensitivity function (CSF) for HDR image rendering. Experimental results show that the iCAM06 rendering using CSF has better sharpness property than the default iCAM06 in the human visual system.

본 연구에서는 대구광역시 중구의 국채보상운동기념공원과 2.28기념중앙공원을 대상으로 도시공원의 조성 후 열섬 영향 정도와 미기후환경 변화를 정량적으로 분석하여 과거대비 미기후 측면의 효율성 검증과 도시내 공원의 중요성 및 필요성에 대해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 미기후개선을 위한 친환경적 도시공원 계획 및 도시계획 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 대구광역시 중구에 위치하는 2.28기념중앙공원과 국채보상운동기념공원을 대상으로 3차원 미기후분석프로그램인 ENVI-met을 이용하여 미기후환경(온도, 습도, 바람)의 변화를 분석ㆍ고찰하였다. 2.28공원 및 국채보상기념공원 조성으로 인한 미기후환경 변화를 요약하면, 지점별로 차이가 있지만 기존대비 각각 2.27%, 1.50%의 온도저감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 습도는 기존대비 각각 5.52%, 2.83%의 상승효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 과거의 미기후환경을 예측하여 공원 조성을 통한 미기후환경의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다는데 가장 큰 의의가 있다. 향후 도시계획 이전에 미기후의 변화를 모의하여 계획에 반영한다면 보다 쾌적한 도시조성에 효과를 줄 것이라 판단된다. This study examined the effect of Gukchae-bosang Memorial Park(GBM park) and 2.28 Jung-ang Memorial Park(JAM park) located at Jung-gu, Daegu on heat island phenomenon. The changes in micro-climate environment after the development of urban parks were analyzed quantitatively to evaluate the efficiency of the parks in terms of micro-climate control. The importance and necessity of urban parks are reviewed based on the analysis, and the guidelines for eco-friendly park and town planning are suggested. In this study, the microclimate environment factors of the urban parks, such as temperature, humidity, and wind, were analyzed and examined by ENVI-met -- a three dimensional micro-climate analysis program. The micro-climate environmental changes caused by the urban parks are as follows. The temperature decreasing effects by the parks were 2.27%(JAM park) and 1.50%(GBM park), and the humidity increasing effects were 5.52%(JAM park) and 2.83%(GBM park) respectively. The significance of this study is that the changes of micro-climate environment by urban parks were analyzed quantitatively on the assumption of the past micro-climate environment. It is expected that the simulation of micro-climate changes from the results of this study helps planners develop a better plan to create more pleasant urban environment.

본 논문에서는 USB 카메라와 적외선 LED를 이용해 손동작을 감지하여 쇼핑몰 프로그램을 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 설계·구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 간단한 구조의 하드웨어를 통해 입력된 손 영상을 추출하고, 손동작의 인식을 위해 손의 중심점, 손가락 개수, 손의 외곽점, 손가락 중심점을 찾는다. 최종적으로 중심점 이동, 또는 손가락 개수의 변화 등 여러 형식의 제스쳐를 통해 쇼핑몰 프로그램을 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 시스템은 간단한 손동작만으로 컴퓨터와 사람 간의 원격 소통이 필요한 분야에 다양한 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.
