        A. Problem and Hypotheses The present study attempts to ascertain the reliability of group administration of the Bender-Gestalt Test (BGT) using the Koppitz Developmental Scoring System, in comparison to the usual method of individual administration. The hypotheses of this study are as follows: 1. No significant correlation coefficient will be observed between the BGT scores of Ss in Group I who received an individual administration procedure on two occasions. 2. No significant correlation coefficient will be observed between the BGT scores of Ss in Group N who received the group administration procedure on two occasions. 3. No significant correlation coefficient will be observed between the BGT scores of Ss in Group 1 who received the individual administration procedure first and the group administration procedure second. 4. No significant correlation coefficient will be observed between the BGT scores of Ss in Group 4 who received the group administration procedure first and the individual administration procedure second. 5. No significant difference will be observed between mean BGT scores of Ss in Group 2 who received the individual administration procedure first and mean BGT scores of Ss in Group 3 who received the individual administration procedure second. 6. There will be no significant difference between the correlation coefficient between scores of Ss in Group 1 who received the BGT individual administration procedure on two occasions and the correlation coefficient between scores of Ss in Group 4 who received the BGT group administration procedure on two occasions. B. Method 1. Subjects The subjects consisted of 128 enrolled in the J elementary school in Daejeon city, Chungnam. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling. The subjects were assigned to one of four groups with each group stratified on the variables of age and sex. There were 32 Ss pere group, yielding 128 Ss in the sample, ages 6 years, 12 months through 10 years, 11 months. 2. Instrument The BGT consisted of nine designs was used in this study(see figure 1) 3. Procedures Procedures for individual administration of the BGT were followed as suggested by Koppitz (1964). And the group administration procedure consisted of presenting 55.5 × 52. 0cm BGT designs to groups of not more than 16 Ss. All Ss were from 6° to 15° from the designs. All protocols were scored using the Koppitz Developmental Scoring System. 4. Statistical Methods All data were analyzed using statistical techniques as described by Ferguson (1966). The methods were as follows: product-moment correlation, t-test, one-way ANOVA. C. Findings The main findings obtained were as follows. 1. There was no significant difference in the mean scores of Ss on individually administered and group administered BGT. 2. There was a significant correlation between pre- and post test BGT scores of Ss receiving individual administration. 3. There was a significant correlation between pre- and post test BGT scores of Ss receiving group administration. 4. Scores earned on the individual administration of the BGT following a prior exposure to the group administration procedure were comparable to scores earned on an individual administration of the BGT by Ss who had not had any prior exposure to the test. That is, there was no significant testing effect. 5. There was no significant difference between the reliability coefficients of the individually administered BGT and the group administered BGT. In sum, group administered BGT was as reliable as individually administered one, and there was no significant testing effect of the group procedure on the individually administered method.

        보건의료기관 학습공동체 활동의 커뮤니케이션 특성과 조직 업무성과 간의 연관성: K기관 사례를 중심으로

        Objectives: The object of this study was to identify the relationship between communication characteristics of Communities of Practice(CoP) and organizational performance outcomes. Methods: A cross-sectional study was used and targeted 1,133 employees of K public health and medical institution who participated in CoP activities in 2012. Data on individual and communication characteristics of CoP activities, and individual and organizational outcomes were collected through self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0(K) Program. Results: here were significant differences among 10 communication characteristics of CoP depending on gender, duration of work and study hours(p<.001). Male workers were more likely to show individual and organizational outcomes from CoP than female workers. Both longer duration of work and time for CoP activities were positively related to individual and organizational outcomes. Linear regression analysis to understand the relationship between communication quality of CoP and individual performance, and organizational outcomes showed that ß of communication quality was 0.337(p<.001) and that of individual performances was 0.605(p<.001). Thus it was confirmed that two factors were significant factors on the organizational performance outcomes. The accountability of the regression model was 83.8%. Conclusion: The CoP participation had a positive effect on the communication quality, and individual and organizational performance outcomes. So, CoP could be the key strategy for facilitating evidence-based practice in public health and medical settings.

      • Bender-Gestalt Test와 유아(幼兒)의 정서장애(情緖障碍)와의 관계(關系)

        This study attempts to search out differences in the visual-motor perceptual ability between emotionally disturbed young children and normal young children by Koppitz`s Bender-Gestalt Test(BGT). The subjects were 36 emotionally disturbed young children and 36 normal young children, whose ages ranged from 5 years to 7 years which were selected in 4 nursery schools. The instrument used was the BGT developed by Bender. Koppitz`s Developmental Scoring System was used to score the results of the design copy by which young children was tested. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Significant differences are found between sampled subjects` responses and standardized subjects` responses. Sampled subjects` maturation levels are lower than standardized subjects` maturation levels. 2. Emotionally disturbed young children have immature visual-motor perceptual ability. 3. Emotional indicators and the number of emotional indicator have diagnostic-discriminative value about whether there is emotional disorder or not. 4. It may well be that emotional indicator will happen to young children with poor visual-motor perceptual ability.

        단일 및 혼합모드 하중하에서의 레일강의 파괴조건 및 피로균열진전거동

        It is necessary to evaluate the fatigue behavior of rail steel under the multi-axial stress state to assure the railway vehicle's safety. For this purpose, the stress analysis to investigate the crack initiation criteria, static failure and fatigue behavior under mixed-mode are performed. The stress analysis results show that the initiation of the transverse fissure depends on the maximum shear stress below the surface. For the mixed mode, the fatigue crack growth behavior which is represented by the projection crack length and comparative S.I.F, ${\Delta}K_v$, shows the more conservative results. Also, its rate is lower than that of the case of the mode I, and this difference decreases with increasing the stress ratio, R.

        Purpose:The ob gene, specifically expressed in adipocyte, encodes leptin, a hormone that induces satiety and increases energy expenditure. In this study, effects of saturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid on ob gene expression were investigated by quantitative competitive RT-PCR in a mouse cell line (3T3-L1) which can be induced to differentiate into adipocytes. In addition to ob gene, expression of the fatty acid synthase gene as a marker of lipogenesis was measured simultaneously. Materials and Methods:The 3T3-L1 fibroblast cell were cultured in the Dulbecco`s modified Eagle medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. The differentiation of 3T3-L1 fibroblast to adipocyte was induced by the treatment of 250 nM dexamethasone and 0.5mM 1-methyl-3 -isobutylxanthine. At 10∼14 days after induction, 3T3-L1 cells were fully differentiated and had had lipid droplets in the cytoplasm. At that time, 3T3-L1 adipocytes were cultured for 12 hours in the fatty acids contained medium and were harvested for RNA extraction. Palmitate as a saturated fatty acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) as a polyunsaturated fatty acid were used in this experiment and treated concentration was 600 μMol. Results:After conversion to adipocytes, glycerol-3 phosphate dehydrogenase activity was increased and leptin mRNA was expressed, Ob gene expressions of differentiated adipocytes were suppressed by palmitate treatment, however, there was no significant change in DHA treated adipocyte. Fatty acid synthase gene expressions, on the other hand, were suppressed by DHA treatment and not changed by palmitate treatment. Conclusion:These results suggested that polyunsaturated fatty acid inhibited lipogenic process and saturated fatty acid inhibited lipolytic process at cultured adipose cell level.

        한국산 말벌과의 종목록 정리 및 분포에 대한 고찰

        한국산 말벌과에 관한 그 간의 연구는 다수의 오류를 포함하는 과거의 정보들이 동정에 반복적으로 사용되고 있어 여러 가지 분류학적 혼란이 야기되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그 동안의 말벌 연구들을 최종 정리하여 호리병벌아과를 제외하고 확정된 한국산 말벌과의 종 목록과 그들의 분포정보를 정리하여 제공하였다. 총 2아과 5속 30종(3아종 포함)의 말벌류와 쌍살벌류를 한반도산으로 확정하였으며, 그 중 말벌아과는 3속 18종, 쌍살벌아과는 2속 12종이다. A diverse range of taxonomic confusions are brought forth since past taxonomic information including major errors following its initial provision of some uncertain information has repeatedly been applied to Korean Vespidae in its identification. Thus, this study, which made a final summarization of research on Vespidae, provided the list of Korean Vespidae determined except for Eumeninae, with their distributional data. A total of 30 species (including 3 subspecies) belonging to 5 genera of 2 subfamilies are listed: subfamily Vespinae (3 genera/ 18 species) and subfamily Polistinae (2 genera/ 12 species).

        무인원격 무선 네트워크 환경에서의 저전력 운용을 고려한 LP-MAC 기법

        원격 무선 네트워크 환경에서의 무인 센서 신호처리기의 임무 수행을 위해서는 한정된 전력 자원으로 인해 무인 원격 센서 무선운용 상황에 적합한 신뢰성 있는 저전력 매체 접속 제어 기법이 요구된다. 저전력 무선 네트워크에서 효과적인 신호 전송을 위해서는 CSMA/CA, X-MAC을 일반적으로 고려한다. 본 논문에서는 고정 노드로 구성되는 무선 네트워크에서 노드 제어를 위한 이동 노드의 망 참여/탈퇴가 유동적인 망 형태에서의 신속한 데이터 전달 및 소모 전력 최소화 달성이 가능한 저전력 성능이 향상된 LP-MAC 동작 기법을 제안한다. 고정노드는 망 자율구성을 수행하여 망에 수시로 참여/탈퇴하는 이동 노드로의 빠른 정보 전달을 위해 비동기 방식으로 동작한다. 이동 노드가 망에서 탈퇴할 경우, 망 전체 운용모드가 소모 전력의 최소화를 위한 동기모드로 천이됨으로써 최소 전력 운용이 가능한 매체접속 제어 기법이다. Because of the limited power resource, we need a reliable low-power media access control technique suitable for unmaned remote sensor operation condition for the unmanned sensor processor to perform the task in the remote wireless network situation. Therefore CSMA/CA and X-MAC is generally considered to effectively transmit the signal in the low-power wireless network. In this paper, we propose the more efficient low-power LP-MAC Technique which consumes the minimum power and transmits the data faster in condition that the mobile nodes' joining to and leaving from the network which consists of the fixed nodes is fluid. The fixed nodes operate in an asynchronous mode to perform the network self-configuration and transmit data faster to the mobile node which is frequently join and leave the network. When the mobile node leaves the network, the network's operation mode will be synchronous mode to achieve the minimum power consumption, thus the minimum power operation becomes possible.
