        논문 : 한옥 생산성 향상을 위한 설계지원 방안에 관한 연구 실무 -부재가공 프로세스 분석을 중심으로-

        기존 한옥의 계승을 위한 관련 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 한옥 보급에는 실용성을 띄지 못하고 있다. 이는 한옥 시공기술의 복잡성과 자재 생산기술 부족으로 인한 제한적 범위 내에서 공사가 진행됨에 따라 높은 공사비를 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 이에 따라 현재 전통 한옥이 가진 정체성을 살리고 현시대에 보급될 수 있는 신 한옥으로의 진화를 위해 부재간의 연관을 분석하고 조립하는 방식을 지식으로 구성하고 디지털 모델링을 함으로써 공사비 절감이 가능케 하는 방법 등이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한옥 설계자를 고려한 효율적인 부재 가공 정보 지원을 목표로 한옥 부재 실무 가공 분석을 통해 경제성, 시공성을 파악하고 최적화 방안을 위한 한옥 부재 제작 CNC 시뮬레이션을 통해 효율적인 가공 프로세스의 발전 가능성을 예측하여 최적화된 부재가공 정보를 제안하고 이를 기반으로 한옥 수요자들을 위한 설계지원 방법에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시함으로써 한옥의 생상성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. There have been a lot of studies about the Han-ok, the Korean-style house, in perspective of the inheritage of existing ones, but there are no practicality in the supply of Han-ok. The cause is considered to exist in the complexity of Han-ok and the techniques required to manufacture its components and in the relatively higher construction expenses in the process which is within restricted range. On the contrary, in order to preserve the identity of traditional Han-ok and encourage the evolution to create a new Han-ok that can be supplied to the present period, there has been studies that analyzes the connection between sub-components and assemble them into a digital model which can possibly decrease the expenses spent on construction. The research`s objective is to provide valuable information for Han-ok designers, which contains methods on manufacturing sub-components effectively. Furthermore, by analyzing the current manufacturing method`s workability and economic feasibility, the research can obtain an optimum alternative for improving Han-ok`s production. Also by using CNC simulation, the possibility of an effective production can be predicted, as well as the information that can lead to the optimum method for an efficient sub-component manufacturing and suggest a specific resolution which can also affect on the improvement of Han-ok productivity.

        There have been a lot of studies about Han-Ok, the Korean-style house, in the perspective of existing Han-Ok’s inheritance, but there are no practicality in supply of Han-Ok. The cause is considered the complexity of Han-Ok construction techniques and higher construction expenses comparatively by processing in the restricted range by the shortage of the manufacturing technology of materials. On the contrary, for evolution to the new Han-Ok that can be supplied to the present period, there are studies that is analyzed the connection between sub materials and for possible modeling by formulating of assembling way. Thus, this study try to suggest the CNC process for new Han-Ok construction to secure construction relate to construction technique, which is determined by few expert technicians that is pointed out as problems of Han-Ok.

        Effects of Pilger Rolling and Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Ag-electroplated 304 Stainless Steel Tubes

        We introduce a cost-effective method that combines electroplating with metal cold working processes to manufacture compositetubes with robust corrosion resistance. First, a 3-step electroplating process was developed to form an adhesive anduniform Ag coating on the outer wall of a 304 stainless steel tube. The process consisted of a Ni-strike step for removing thepassivation layer of the initial 304 tube, Cu deposition for smoothing the surface by adding a buffer layer, and Ag deposition. To reinforce the interfacial adhesion between the electroplated layers and the 304 tube and increase the area of the Ag coating,a pilger rolling or pilger rolling + heat-treatment process was performed after the Ag electroplating process. Scanningelectron microscopy of the composite tubes after each process indicated that the as-deposited Ag coating changed fromhaving a rough to smooth surface after only pilger rolling and with additional heat treatment. Electron backscatter diffractionanalysis of the microstructures and textures of the tubes revealed that dynamic recrystallization occurred extensively duringpilger rolling, resulting in the formation of a relatively defect-free grain structure without heat treatment. Furthermore,electrochemical polarization curves determined that the Ag-coated composite tubes are superior to the uncoated 304 tubein terms of corrosion resistance under Cl−atmosphere, owing to the formation of a AgCl passivation layer during testing. Surface analysis of the composite tubes suggests that the properties of the AgCl passivation layer are related to the grainsize of the Ag coating and the density of plastic-deformation-induced defects.

      • [논문]Operational Characteristics of CO2 Laser Adopted by Superposing-Discharge

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

      • 당원, 삼투압 및 무기염 농도가 Panax ginseng 모상근의 생장과 Ginsenosides 생산성에 미치는 영향

        인삼 형질전환체는 호르몬이 포함되지 않은 3/4SH 배지에 공구유출식 콘형 생물반응기를 이용하여 배양하였다. 초기 접종 량은 30g/3L로 하였으며 4-5일 간격으로 배양액 내의 당원, 전기 전도도와 pH의 변화를 측정하였다. 처음 pH는 5.8이었으나 배양8일 후 4.95까지 떨어졌으나, 이후 5.63까지 증가하였다. 전기전도도와 탄소원으로 제공된 sucrose는 일정하게 감소되었고, 특히 배양 미삼의 탄소원으로 제공된 sucrose는 배양 20일 후에 완전히 소모되었다. 분해산물인 glucose와 frutose는 20일 까지 점진적으로 증가되었고 이후 급격히 감소되었다. 400ml 플라스크 안에 100ml의 배지량을 첨가하고 3g의 배양 미삼을 접종하여 배양하였을 때 배양 미삼의 생장률은 탄소원의 농도에 따라 증가되었다. 이는 배양 미삼의 환원당, 전당, 그리고 전분의 저장함량이 증가되었다. 그러나 ginsenosides의 함량은 반 비례관계로 감소되었다. 배양 주간별 ginsenosides의 함량변화는 배양초기인 1,2 주에는 급격히 감소되었으며 3주에는 약간 증가하고 4,5주 사이에 급격히 증가되었다. 삼투조절제로 사용한 0.1, 0.2, 0.3M의 mannitol과 sobitol은 생장 면에서 0.1M의 실험구가 좋았으나 ginsenosides의 함량은 삼투압농도와 반비례 관계로 급격히 감소되었다. Panax ginseng roots transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes were cultured in the air-lifted cone type bubble bioreactor that contained a hormone-free SH medium with 3% sucrose. The inoculating vol. was 30g/3L. The pH, EC, glucose, fructose and sucrose were investigated every 4 or 5 days. The pH was 5.8 initially and become 4.95 after 8 days and then increased after to 5.63. EC and sucrose contents decreased with culture days and then especially sucrose, which is carbon source for bio-ginseng rots, were depleted after 20 days. Fructose and glucose content increased gradually till 20 days with regular intervals, and then decreased quickly. While the roots were culture in 400ml flask, the higher sucrose consents, the higher growth rate. The growth rate and starch, reducing and total sugar contents were increased with the increase of sucrose concenturations but the contents of ginsenoside decrease. Variations of ginsenosides each weeks decreased first 1 or 2 weeks, increase a little after 3 weeks and largely between 4 and 5 weeks of flask culture. The osmotic regulation regents on growth were treated the 0.1, 0.3, 0.5M sobitol and mannitol. Amount of the growth were all increased on 0.1M but largely decreased the ginsenoside.

      • 甘草의 有效性分 含量에 關한 硏究

        시중에 유통되고 있는 4종류의 감초(특감초,원감초,일호감초,이호감초)에 대하여 유효약리성분 glycyrrhizin, 18α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt의 함량을 대한약전의 규격기준에 준하여 검토한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 감초의 수분함량은 7.00-10.16%범위 였다. 2. 감초의 회분 및 산불용성 회분 함량은 3.03-4.09%, 0.02-0.11 % 범위 였다. 3. 감초 품질의 지표성분인 glycyrrhizin,18α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium sait 을 TLC로 각각 Rt값 0.399,0.932,0.394 위치에서 암자색의 반점을 확인할 수 있었는데 특 감초,원 감초,1호 감초,2호 감초 모두 같은 위치에서 뚜렷한 암자색 반점을 확인할 수 있었고,확인되지 않은 3종 화합 물의 Rt 값은 0.28,0.66,0.78 였다. 4. 감초품질의 지표성분인 glycyrrhizin,18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt을 HPLC로 정량한 결과 glycyrrhizin은 4종류 감초에서 분석되어 2.93-4.48g% 범위였고, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid는 특감초 및 일호감초에서만 13.64,3.52 g% 함유되었다. 그러나 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt 분석되지 않았다. 5. 문헌상에 기록된 감초의 종류는 16종이었고 이들에서 분리된 화학물질은 약 170여 가지였다. This study was carried out to investigate the content of glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt, moisture, ash, residue ash in four kinds(teuk-gamcho, won-gamcho, IIho-gamcho, Eho-gamcho) in Glycyrrhizae Radix(Glycyrrhiza sp.) used in Korea. The result were as follows ; The moisture content in four kinds of gamcho was ranged from 7.00-10.16%. The ash and ash of acid residue in all gamcho types ranged from 3.03-4.09% and from 0.02-0.11 %, respectivly. The glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt in Teuk-gamcho, Won-gamcho, IIhogamcho, Eho-gamcho verified from line of dark purplue color by TLC and Rf value of glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt were 0.399, 0.932, O. 394, respectivly, and the Rf value unknown compoud were 0.28, 0.66, 0.78. The glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt content of all gamcho by HPLC were ranged from 2.93-4.48g%, 3.52-13.64g%, and trace, respectively. The 16 kinds of Glycyrrhiza (Licorice) were dassified, and that the identification about 170 chemicals were phamacology action substrate by reported references.

      • 各種 寄生蟲疾患의 血液學 및 生化學的 檢索의 比較 硏究

        To observe the specific clinical blood values in the various parasitic infections, the following examinations were performed on 438 cases (330 males and 108 females in all ages) who were infected by various parasites in all degrees of infection: clinical hematology-hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cell count, white blood cell count, differential count and blood platelets count-and blood biochemistry-total protein, albumin, cholesterol, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, SGOT, SGPT, thymol turbidity test (TTT) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN). All the calculated mean values for each items with standard deviation in each parasitic infections were compared with those of the tables of normal blood values of Halsted (1976). The studies reported here were undertaken at different times from 1973 to 1975 in various rural and urban areas in Korea. Results obtained are as follows: 1. The relative frequency of each parasites is as follows: 309 cases (70.6%) of Trichuris trichiura 217 (49.5%) Assaris lumbricoides, 169 (38.6%) Clonorchis sinensis, 135(30.8%) hookworm, 29 (6.6%) Enterobius uermieularis, 28 (6.4%) Entamoeba histolytica, 21 (4.8%) Trichestrongylus orientalis, 6 (1.4%) Taenia sp. And 1 (0.2%) Metagenimus yckogawai infection. Looking at the ineidence of polyparasitism, only 15.3% were infected with a single infection and 27.1% of double infestation, 42.6% of triple infestation, 12.8% of quadruple infestation and 2.1% were quintuple infestation. 2. The EPG (eggs per gram of feces) of each parasitic infections were determined by Stoll's egg counting method. The mean EPG of 217 cases of A. lumbricoides infection was 7,097±10,074 regarded as moderate degree of infection, but the age group of 5~9 showed the highest mean EPG OF 19,133±22,268 regarded as heavy degree of infection. The mean EPG of 169 cases of Clonorchis sinensis infection was 20,459±24,880 regarded as heavy degree of infection. On the other hand, the mean EPG of 135 cases of hookworm infection and 309 eases of T. trichiura infection were 491±937 and 420±607 respectively. These were regarded as light degree of infection. However, the degrees of infection were not analysed in the cases of paragonimiasis and amoebiasis. 3. There is no any pathological mean values of clinical hematology in the various parasitic infections with the exception of moderate eosinophilia (10±9%). 4. There is no any pathological mean values of blood biochemistry in the various parasitic infections with the exception of slight elevation of alkaline phosphatase (5.4±4.6 unit). 5. In the intestinal nematodes infection group including A. lumbricoides, hookworm and T. trichiura infection cases, all the clinical laboratory values were within the normal limit except moderate eosinophilia and slight elevation of alkaline phosphatase. 6. In clonorchiasis cases, there is a significant change in the clinical laboratory values. The high eosinophilia (14±11%) was shown in 165 cases and the values of alkaline phosphatase, SGOT and SGPT were upper margin of slightly higher than the normal values. 7. In paragonimiasis cases, the mean values of hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell counts were the lowest margin or slightly lower than the normal values. Slight eosinophilia was also shown in this cases. 8. In amoebiasis cases, the mean values of hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell counts were lower than the normal values and the mean values of eosinophils, alkaline phosphatase, SGOT and SGPT were upper margin of the normal values. 9. The changes of hematological values by means of intensity of infection were analysed in the groups of C. sinensis, A. lumbricoides, hookworm and T. trichiura infection. In clonorchiasis it was indicated that the mean values of hematocrit. RBC count and WBC count are elevated by the higher intensity of infection, But all these values were within the normal values. Eosinophils was also elevated by the higher intensity of infection, on the contrary the counts of neutrophils and monocytes were seen tendency of decrease by the higher intensity of infection. In ascariasis, there is no any changes of the hematological values by the intensity of infection except eosinophils. In hookworm and T. trichiura infection groups, however, the mean values of hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell count were lowered by the higher intensity of their infection. Therefore, anemia signs were shown evidently in the heavy infection. 10. The changes of blood biochemical values by means of intensity of the above four infections were analysed. In Clonorchis infecion, the mean values of albumin were lowered and the A/G ratio were reversed by the higher intensity, and also the mean values of alkaline phosphatase, SGOT and SGPT were remarkably elevated by the higher intensity of infection. With these results, it ispossibly recognized as a partial obstruction of bile ducts by the large numbers of Clonorchis worms. On the other hand, there were no any changes on the blood biochemical values by the intensity of infection of A. lumbricoides, hookworm and T. trichiura.

        Since「the Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure(PPD)」was established in 1998, a number of projects have been procured by private-sector-initiatived system for infrastructure development. However, there are many shortcomings in the procedure of selecting project promoter for the domestic-PPI projects due to deficient regulations, lack of investment appetites, necessary skills and experiences, etc. An improved promoter selection procedure is necessary to select a competent project promoter and to foster participation of the private party. The purpose of this study is to suggest a procedural model for selecting competent project promoter. This model was made by comparing our regulations and procedures with foreign nation's. The suggested model is comprised of PQ, two phased evaluation system for proposals. To manage the overall procedure well, an involvement of professional "project promoter selection team" would be highly recommended.

        한약재를 첨가한 오소리 발효액이 폐경기 증후군과 Estradiol 농도 및 골대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the possibility of Meles meles as an edible functional resource. To asses the effects Meles meles fermented liquid(ML) with medicinal plants in postmenopausal women, the menopause symptoms, hematological and serum chemical variables and bone health indices were examined. Twenty five postmenopausal women participated in the study. As a result, in postmenopausal women, ML supplements were effective in reducing the incidence of menopause symptoms, such as insomnia(44.0%), sensitivity(40.0%), headache(34.0%), hot flush and decreased vaginal lubrication(20.0%) after 12 weeks. Also serum estradiol and calcitonin and calcium levels were 23.27 pg/mL, 14.88 pg/mL and 8.86 ㎎/dL before the ML intake. Levels were significantly increased of estradiol and calcitonin and calcium after ML intake during 12 weeks to 30.36 pg/mL, 21.61 pg/mL and 10.01 ㎎/dL. Osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase activity were 14.36 ng/mL, 21.55 U/L before the ML intake, but according to ML intake, the levels were significantly decreased. In conclusion, ML Play benefical roles in the prevention of bone loss and menopause symptoms. Howere current data are not sufficient to determine the effective doses for benefical effect as well as harmful effect and support dietary recommendation level for ML. Therefore, our results should be viewed with caution. But Meles meles fermented liquid with medicinal plants can be used as possible food resources and functional food materials, more studies are needed to identify the proper mechanism of ML.

        전통음식에 대한 경북지역 주부들의 의식 및 실태조사

        The purpose of this study was to survey the awareness and use for traditional foods of housewives in Kyong-buk area. The results were as follows : Residental areas were city(43.9%) and the county(56.1%). Region were divided as the north resources circle(28.3%), the east coast circle (21.0%), the middle west circle (21.7%), and the south city circle (29.0%). The performance degree of times and seasons of the year customs was Seolnal, Chuseuk, Daeboreum and Dongji in order. Preparation foods of Seolnal were deukguk, vegetablejeon, fishjeon, namul and gangjeung in order. Preparation foods of Chaseuk were songpeon, vegetablejeon, namul, fishjeon and fruits in order. The country foods were sikhae, muk, pumpkin, golbangiguk, yakga and potato in order.
