This studies were conducted to investigate the growth characteristics by gravel contents and pre-crops of Flue-cured tobacco cultivated fields at Boeun and Koesan county extension. The results were summarized as follows. pH, available phosphorous(P2O5), inorganic nitrogen(NH4-N + NO3-N), organic contents, cation exchanging capacity(C.E.C) were much more at Koesan than those of Boeun. The gravel content were approximately from 20% to 70% and its content was much more containable at Koesan than Boeun. Stalk length, stalk diameter, leaf numbers, dry weight, largest leaf, the length and the width were higher at Koesan than Boeun. The growth of tobacco by pre-crop was higher tobacco fields than pepper fields.

This Paper studied the background and characteristics of the adopted public development among the system of housing land development that is executing in our country nowadays And it defined the reasons of problems that is caused by a social change in the Project of public development at the level of city public development toward a service that the public development effects to the City planning. So it would like to propose reform methods in develo-ping housing area to give basic data in establishing system of city public development by the local selfgoverning body as the methods for a construction of effective city space and smooth supply of housing area is presented as follows. First : In order to ensure a legitimacy of an exercise of government power for the business of public development, the gualification of a practical system of public development is to be strengthened. According to the guideline of the policy of city development or nation's housing or land, the condition of Yelated areas, the characteristics of business subject, the system of public development is to be selected. The object of the public development such as the developing business of residential land for the low-incomed class, the suitable business that is developed by the pu-blic, the developing business of land in national basic industries is to be realized and objectified more. Second : A differtial application of distribution price of the residential land according to not only the distribution of residential land related with housing construction business and its use or object but also the storage of public land and reformation of system and distribution object of public development land through an activation of the system of land selling in advance. Third : The idleness one of planning developed land such as a rational management for restriction of privaty ownership of developing profit, the establishment of effective restoration system of the developed profit, and establishment of land developing fund is to be controlled. Fourth : To ensure a reinvestment resources for continuous propulsion of the city developing business, its effective propulsion of developing business by a preaying distribution and induction of land demand and distribution acceleration ncouragement of purchase interest) is to be drived. So the distribution acceleration and fund revulsion is to be smooth with a rational reform of a distribution method by a minimization of dependency degree of outer fund in an early period of development and establishment of inverstment resources by a restoring profit of the public development. Fifth : A method of activation in city developing business is to be considered by a diversity of the developing subject. Sixth : The search for distribution method of space for city environment and the enlargement method of equipment space is to be considered.

주편 연속주조시 Thermal Soft Reduction 적용에 의한 중심 편석 개선

Centerline macrosegregation is one of the most significant problems in continuous casting on stainless steel slabs. Numerical model have been developed in order to decrease centerline macrosegregation during continuous casting of STS 420J2 stainless steel slab. Extra cooling zone and extra cooling water quantity are determined by iterative coupled analysis of heat transfer and segregation. Segregation ratio is decreased by the intensive cooling at the extra cooling zone above the solid fraction of the slab center 0.7, so called thermal soft reduction (TSR). The experimental results show good agreements with numerical results.

모바일 장치용 객체기반 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 스토리지

Mobile devices, such as PDAs, portable multimedia players, are more likely to encompass large storage device with prevalence of high-quality multimedia contents. This paper proposes an object-based multimedia contents storage architecture that employs the object-based storage device model and the iSCSI protocol. It also provides a multimedia content player that operates directly with the proposed storage architecture. We implement both the proposed storage architecture and the multimedia content player upon the Linux environment. Performance evaluation by playing MP3 multimedia contents reveals that the proposed storage architecture reduces the total power consumption by 9%, compared with existing networked storage. This enhancement is mainly contributed to the fact that a large portion of the file system is moved from the mobile device into the object-based multimedia contents storage. 고화질 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 활용이 증가함에 따라서, PDA, 포터블 멀티미디어 재생기 등과 같은 모바일 장치 내에 대용량 스토리지 장치가 점차 포함되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 객체기반 스토리지 장치와 iSCSI 프로토콜을 기반으로 한 객체기반 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 스토리지 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 제안된 스토리지 구조 상에서 동작하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 재생기도 함께 설계한다. 제안된 스토리지 구조와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 재생기를 리눅스 환경 상에서 구현하였으며, MP3 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 이용한 성능 평가에서 제안된 스토리지 구조가 기존의 네트워크 스토리지 구조에 비해서 약 9%의 전력절감이 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 전력소모측면의 개선은 파일 시스템의 많은 부분이 모바일 장치에서 제안된 스토리지 내로 이전되었다는 사실에 기인한다.

公共土地開發事業 地方化問題와 代案에 관한 小考

Since 1980 the Korea Land Development Coporation has played a major role in land development by means of a Public Initiated Land Development Scheme. This strategy has attempted to correct the market failure of the generation of large sum of windfall profits. In accordance with reimplementation of the local autonomous ruling system since 1991, the demend for local government initiated land development have increased rapidly as local governments attempt to math the influence of national local development policy. In this regards, it is very useful for urban planners to analyze the merits and dismerits of the local government initiated land development schemes in view of national agency's development. This paper recommends several mitigation measures to improve the settlement of the local government initiated land development scheme.

알루미늄 샌드위치 판넬의 전자파 차폐효과

The objective of this research is to investigate the electromagnetic interference(EMl) shielding characteristics of aluminium sandwich panel. We fabricated aluminium sandwich panel with core material Ni-Cu fabrics. The measurements of shielding effectiveness(SE) were carried out frequency range 300MHz -1 GHz for commercial purposes such as electric or telecommunication devices. The return loss and loss due to absorption were also measured as a function of frequency in the microwave(300MHz-1GHz) region. It is observed that the SE of the composites is the frequency dependent, increases with the increases in filler loading. The Ni-Cu fabrics core material showed higher SE compared to that of AI. The aluminium sandwich panel was shown to exhibit up to 40dB of SE.The results indicate that the composite having higher filler loading can be used for the purpose of EMI shielding as well as for some microwave applications.

Broiler 生産後期에 있어선 Lysine 水準과 合成 L-lysine의 添加效果에 관한 硏究

The experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of nutritional level of lysine and synthetic L-lysine supplementation to broiler finisher diet with Han-Hyup 603 broiler chicks with three treatment of 0.2% L-lysine, 0.4% L-lysine and control group. The results obtained was as follows. 1. The body weight gain of 0.2% L-lysine, 0.4% L-lysine and control group was 1,435gm., 1,419gm., and 1,328gm., respectively, showing insignificant difference. 2. The feed intake of 0.2% L-lysine group was 3,364gm., followed by L-lysine 0.4% and control group, orderly, with statistically insignificance. 3. Feed conversion of 0.2% L-lysine and 0.4% L-lysine group was 2.34 compared with 2.39 of control group, showing insignificant difference. 4. Feed cost required per 1kgm. body weight gain was 250.95 won for control, 253.18 won for 0.2% L-lysine and 260.67 won for 0.4% L-lysine group with the expensive tendency for synthetic L-lysine supplementation.
