Objective: To assess the feasibility and safety of robotic single-site myomectomy (RM-SPA) without accessory port for myomas larger than 7 cm by comparing the surgical outcomes between RM-SPA and the conventional two-ports laparoscopic myomectomy (LM). Methods: This retrospective analysis found 46 patients who underwent RM-SPA for myomas larger than 7cm by single surgeon at an academic hospital from 2016 to 2019. The 46 patients in LM group were selected based on propensity score matching analysis. Propensity score was computed using age, body mass index, parity, myoma number, and myoma diameter as controlling covariates, and 1:1 sample matching was performed using nearest neighbor matching method. The surgical outcomes were compared between the two groups using statistical tests including analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), Students t-test or Mann-Whitney U test, Fishers exact test, univariate linear regression analysis, and multivariate binary logistic regression analysis. Results: No case was converted to laparotomy and had intraoperative injuries. RM-SPA was successful for large myoma up to 14 cm in longest diameter. While the hospital date, estimated blood loss, hemoglobin decrease, transfusion rate, and postoperative pain did not differ between the two groups, operative time in RM-SPA group was significantly longer than that in LM group (P < 0.001). Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that large myoma (P = 0.034), the location of lower segment (P = 0.031) and the operation method of RM-SPA (P = 0.008) were significantly associated with increase operation time. Conclusion: Despite of no accessory port, RM-SPA is safe and feasible for myomas larger than 7cm.

본 논문은 선행 연구된 인공감정 모델에 성격 유형별로 정서적 특징을 반영한 캐릭터의 인공감정을 설계하여 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 캐릭터의 인공감정은 성격 유형별로 정서적 특징을 생성에서 소멸까지의 시간과 크기로 표현할 수 있다. 따라서 정서의 유지시간, 정서적 경험을 한번 했을 때 느낄 수 있는 최대 크기와 정서를 표현하는 시점을 두 단계로 나누어 정서적 특성을 MBTI 성격 유형에 따라 적용한다. 이렇게 설계된 인공감정은 실제 캐릭터의 적용해보고 성격 유형에 따라 감정 표현과 변화를 분석한다.

The purpose of this study aimed to evaluate fatigue-related biochemical alterations, we measured various parameters just before and after a massage. 22 healthy female volunteers in their 20 to 40 years, were taken blood samples before and after 2 hours and half meridian massage. Fatigue substances and antioxidant enzyme related substances were analyzed. After the meridian massage, on the questionnaire of fatigue degree, person who answered ‘a bit tired’ or ‘not tired’, so called, less tired than normal status, is assorted to a healthy group. Person who answered more tired than normal status, is called a non-health group. After the meridian massage, healthy group, all 12showed lactic acid levels reduced. On the contrary, 8 in non- healthy group, showed increased levels. Uric acid after the meridian massage, increased 0.2% in the healthy group, 1% in the non-healthy group, respectively. The level of SOD after the meridian massage was obviously 2.5 times higher induction rate than in the healthy group compared with the non-healthy group. The level of GPx before the meridian massage was significantly 21% higher than in the healthy group compared with the non- healthy group. But, after the procedure, only the non-healthy group showed 7% decreased level. Based on these results, we suggest that a fast decomposition of lactic acid, SOD with the capability of induction, a high GPx concentration is considered as an important factor on the classification as ahealthy group, in the survey of fatigue levels.
