Cavitating flow simulation is of practical importance for many hydraulic engineering system, such as turbine, nozzles, injectors, torpedoes, etc. The present work focuses on the numerical analysis of the multiphase flow around the underwater vehicle with angles of attack. The governing equation is the Navier-Stokes equation with a homogeneous mixture model. The cavitation model uses new cavitation model which is developed by Merkle(2006). The multiphase flow solver uses an implicit preconditioning scheme in curvilinear coordinate. For the code validation, the results from the present work are compared with the existing experimental results. The multiphase flow around the underwater vehicle is simulated which includes several angles of attack.

In this paper with the background features on which measuring the transverse left-right and up -down vibration of wheel bogie and body by wireless measurement system performance evaluation systems which can assess the running behavior of high speed trains based on UIC code 518-OR and evaluate the ride comfort of them based on ISO code 2631 and UIC code 513 were developed. The characteristics of dynamic vibration are generally analyzed by an acceleration of a car body of high speed train and the acceleration can be applied to evaluation of running safety. In this paper also matching system of distance from tachometer and vibration from accelerometer was programmed in development software and the SD card embedded system which prevent to loss of data in wireless measurement was mounted on this system. Finally the software perform to analysis with filtering and statistical post-process in the unit sections and zones and focus on developing the capability monitoring in the main control center. For the verification of this system the running behavior and safety factor were analyzed based on field measured data of the Cheonjun-gunnum-sun turn out point in the new KTX railway.
편파 회전을 이용한 100/150 GHz 대역용 단측파대 여파기의 제작 및 성능측정

We have made the single side hand filter for the dual channel receiver which is a heterodyne receiver to observe the cosmic radio waves with 100GHz band ranged from 85GHz to 115GHz and 150GHz band ranged from 125GHz to 175GHz simultaneously. We have introduced the filter theory using the principle of the Martion-Puplett interferometer, which has the characteristics of rotated polarization. To reduce the loss of the transmission and beam coupling which are caused from the path difference associated with the intermediate frequency the design and the implementation have been intensely considered. The receiver needs two filters with different characteristics each other. Because each of them has the optimum positions as a function frequency at which the signal frequency is fed to mixer and the image frequency is rejected to the image termination load. The intermediate frequency and its band width have been also evaluated. We have measured the property of two filters using the vector network analyser and the beam measurement system which is made by us. The responses of the filter as a function of the position and the frequency are compared with the theory. It is shown that not only the measured values are very close to the theoretical values, but also the image rejection ratios are better than 22dB for both filters. Through successful observation using a dual channel receiver with two manufactured filters, the performance of the filters has finally verified. 85-115GHz 주파수 범위의 100GHz 대역과 125-175GHz 주파수 범위를 갖는 150GHz 대역을 동시에 관측하기 위한 헤테로다인 방식의 이중채널 수신기에 사용될 단측파대 여파기의 이론을 제시하고 이를 근거로 설계, 제작한 후 성능을 측정하였다. 여파기의 이론은 편파 회전 특성을 갖는 Martin-Puplett 간섭계의 원리를 도입하여 전개하였다. 설계와 제작은 빔의 전송손실을 최소화하고 중간주파수와 관련된 경로차를 고려하여 두 빔의 결합 손실을 최소화하는데 주안점을 두었다. 두 주파수 대역을 동시에 관측하기 위해서는 우주전파가 각각 다른 빔의 경로로 전송되어야 하므로 두 개의 단측파대 여파기가 각각 제작되었다. 주파수에 따른 여파기의 이론적인 최적 경로차와 중간주파수 및 대역폭을 계산하였다. 네트웍 분석기와 자체에서 제작한 빔 측정장치를 이용하여 여파기의 성능을 측정하고 이론치와 비교하였다. 주파수에 따른 최적 경로차에 대한 이론치와 측정치를 비교해 본 결과 거의 일치하는 특성을 보여 제시된 설계 이론의 타당성과 정밀한 제작이 검증되었고, 두 대역 여파기의 이미지 제거비는 약 22dB이상을 갖는 우수한 성능을 보였다. 제작된 여파기는 이중채널 수신기에 설치되어 우주전파를 성공적으로 관측함으로서 그 성능이 입증되었다.
상피성 난소종양에서 SPARC 발현과 임상병리학적 연관성에 관한 연구

목적 Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC)는 세포 부착과 운동, 세포 분화, 세포 증식, 그리고 혈관형성 등에 영향을 주는 기질세포 당단백이다. 이 물질은 다양한 암세포의 증식과 억제에 관련된 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 난소상피종양 발생 및 진행에 있어 SPARC 발현양상과 임상병리학적 인자들과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 수술 후 획득한 악성 상피성 난소종양 69예, 경계성 종양 18예, 양성종양 10예 그리고 정상 난소 조직을 대상으로 하였고, SPARC 단백의 발현은 면역조직화학염색을 통하여 조사하였다. 후향적 분석을 통하여 환자의 성향과 표본을 분석하였다. 결과 SPARC 면역조직화학염색에서 정상 난소 조직의 경우 거의 모든 조직에서 간질세포가 양성 소견을 보였으며, 일부 양성 및 경계성 종양 조직에서도 양성 소견을 보였다(100%, 94.7%, and 100%). 반면 명확한 침윤을 보이는 상피성 난소암으로 진행할수록 간질세포에 대한 SPARC 단백 발현은 의미 있게 감소하는 경향을 보였고(63.8% [44/69]), 면역반응 점수도 유의하게 감소되었다(P < 0.001). 상피성 난소암에서의 SPARC의 발현은 International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics 병기와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 그러나 조직학적 유형, 종양 분화도, 핵등급, 세포분열 수, 종양의 크기, 국소재발, 원격전이, 그리고 생존율 등의 다른 임상병리학적 인자들과는 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 결론 본 연구는 SPARC 단백 발현의 감소는 종양의 악성도와 유의하게 관련되어 있으며 SPARC는 상피종양 발생과정에 있어 종양억제 인자로서 작용함을 보여준다. Objective Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC) is an extracellular matrix-associated protein implicated in the modulation of cell adhesion, migration, cell cycle regulation, and angiogenesis. It has been associated with the progression or suppression of various cancers. This study was aimed at correlating SPARC protein expression with tumor progression and clinicopathological features in ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods Epithelial ovarian cancer (n=69), borderline tumor (n=18), benign tumor (n=10) and normal ovary tissues were obtained after operation. SPARC protein expression was examined using immunohistochemistry. With a retrospective review, patients` characteristics and slide samples were analyzed. Results Cytoplasmic SPARC immunoreactivity was observed in stromal cells in nearly all cases of normal ovary, benign and borderline tumors (100%, 94.7%, and 100%). In contrast, SPARC was detected in the stroma of 63.8% (44/69) and the score of immunoreactivity was significantly reduced in malignant tumors (P<0.001). SPARC expression in ovarian epithelial cancers was significantly associated with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage. However, it was not correlated with other clinicopathologic parameters, including histologic type, tumor grade, nuclear grade, mitosis, tumor size, local recurrence, distant metastasis, and survival. Conclusion This study showed that reduction of SPARC expression in ovarian epithelial tumors is significantly correlated with tumor invasiveness and SPARC may act as tumor suppressor.
