문제: 조직병리검사의 처방이 복잡하고 전문화됨에 따라 오류처방이 빈번하게 발생되고 이를 해결하기위한 프로세스가 복잡하여 부서간의 갈등과 업무의 가중, 또한 병원 수입 감소가 초래되었다. 목적: 발생된 오류처방의 유형과 발생율, 오류처방을 해결하기 위한 프로세스를 파악하여 이에 대한 문제점을 개선하여 업무의 효율성과 관련부서간의 부가업무 감소와 갈등해소, 더불어 병원수익을 향상시키는 것에 목표를 두고 활동하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 종합병원 질 향상 활동: 조직병리검사 처방의 오류처방 발생 원인과 유형, 발생율을 조사하여 원인을 파악하고 개선을 위한 프로세스를 구축하여 질 향상을 도모하였다. 개선효과: 수술실에서 의뢰한 외과 입원환자의 일반조직병리검사 오류율은 개선 전 7.8%에서 개선 후 3.5%, 동결절편조직검사 오류율은 개선 전 28.6%에서 개선 후 0%로 이전보다 모두 개선되었다. 또한 수술실 간호사의 업무 만족도는 일반조직병리검사의 처방시 95%, 동결절편조직검사 처방시 90%로 높은 만족도를 보였다. 단 병리과의 경우 업무가 증가됨에 따라 초과근무시간이 증가하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the size of finish materials and bedrooms in order to minimize loss by applying Modular Coordination (MC). Basic information was sought in order to establish the size of rooms in a small-sized apartment for lower-cost housing. The research methods used in this study were analysis of construction documents, interview, and market survey. The results indicate that it is difficult to standardize the inside dimensions of rooms because of housing structural differences but that standardization of the structure of high-rise apartments and applying a module to unit rooms would be useful. Especially, modular inside dimensions of rooms and the use of same measurement systems for planning and material size would reduce loss of finish materials, thereby lowering building costs.

Thin film of TiAlN was deposited onto ISO P20 tungsten carbide cutting insert tip substrate specimen using the FVAS (filtered vacuum arc system) at the substrate temperature of 80℃. Cutting and wear tests have been performed to the TiAlN coated and uncoated WC specimen, respectively under the same cutting conditions for the comparison. Cutting forces and tool wear of coated and uncoated carbide cutting tools were investigated by means of cutting length and cutting forces. Also tool wear and tool life were analyzed using the 3ch tool dynamometer amp lifier and oscilloscope. In this study cutting tests for the cutting performance of TiAlN coated WC-Co P20 to the steel alloy of SNCN420 have been curried out. Through the comparisons of cutting forces during the cutting tests and tool wear, we got the conclusions as follows.; ① In usual cutting conditions, main cutting force component showed higher value than the thrust force normal to the cutting direction especially cutting forces in the of early stage on cutting tests. But, after loosing the protective hard thin film on substrate or insert tip, the thrust force normal to the cutting direction showed much higher than main cutting force component. ② Within the range of 0.3㎜ build up edge in P20 insert tip, TiAlN coated tip was evaluated more stable in flank wear and less in crater wear than the uncoated specimen. ③ Through the wear growth curve of the specimen, tool life differences of uncoated and TiAlN coated tip at high speed (V=250[m/min]) was higher than the low speed(V=200[m/min]) case, compared to the average but the tool wear was almost same in both specimen for the case of normal wear occurred.

We previously reported the potential of Senna tora L. seeds fermented by Lactobacillus casei (FSL) as a laxative agent in a loperamide-induced constipation rat model. Here, we examine the mechanism of action of FSL and its bioactive compound, revealed herein, on loperamide-induced constipation Sprague Dawley rat model. We identified the compound aurantio-obtusin (AO) using HPLC quantitative analysis. Rats were randomly assigned to six experimental groups (eight rats each)-normal and constipated groups (loperamide, FSL [100, 300, 500 mg/kg], and AO [1 mg/kg]). The FSL and AO-treated group showed an increase in the frequency, amount, and water content of feces in the constipated rat. Moreover, FSL and AO increased the intestinal transit speed in the constipated rat. Histological analysis revealed that FSL and AO recovered the intestinal mucus, the number of goblet cells, as well as thickness of the mucosa layer and muscle. Furthermore, the protein levels of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M3, which is involved in intestine contraction, were recovered in the FSL and AO-treated group. Its downstream signaling pathway (p-protein kinase C) was recovered by FSL and AO treatment. In conclusion, fermentation of S. tora L. seeds increases AO, which improves intestinal function, indicating that FSL is effective for treating constipation.

<P>The ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction of the 85% ethanol (EtOH) extract of the dried bark of <I>Limonia acidissima</I> potently inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) activated BV-2 cells, a microglial cell line. Bioassay-guided column chromatography separation afforded a new stereoisomer of neolignan, (7’<I>E</I>)-(7<I>R</I>,8<I>S</I>)-4-hydroxy-3,5’-dimethoxy-4’,7-epoxy-8,3’-neolig-7’-en-9,9’-diyil diacetate (<B>1</B>), together with two known lignans, (+)-yangambin (<B>2</B>) and (+)-syringaresinol (<B>3</B>), three known triterpenoids, hederatriol (<B>4</B>), basic acid methyl ester (<B>5</B>), and 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-11-one (<B>6</B>), and four known fatty acid derivatives, cascarillic acid (<B>7</B>), (+)-α-dimorphecolic acid (<B>8</B>), 8(<I>R</I>)-hydroxylinoleic acid (<B>9</B>), and (6<I>Z</I>,9<I>Z</I>,12<I>Z</I>)-pentadecatrienoic acid (<B>10</B>). The structure of the new compound <B>1</B> was elucidated by detailed analysis of spectroscopic data and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. Compounds <B>1</B>, <B>3-6</B>, and <B>8-10</B> isolated from <I>L. acidissima</I> significantly reduced NO production in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia cells.</P>
System Modeling and Controller Design Using Time Series Data

This paper described a method to estimate the transfer function of the system by applying DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) to obtained time series data, and also presented a controller design method. Major parameters included in output signal were estimated using DFT. In addition, using the estimated parameters, we estimated the transfer function of the system and designed a controller. A system model was formulated by applying the proposed method to a DC motor system, and a controller was designed using the model. When the designed controller was applied, it improved the damping characteristic and overshoot of the system markedly and this confirmed the validity and reliability of the proposed method.

Background: There are no serologic markers that accurately reflect the severity of atopic dermatitis (AD), many different scoring systems used in clinical practice and for research purposes have been developed for assessing the severity of AD. Objectives: The goal of the present study was to evaluate the correlations between severity scoring systems of AD and clinical assessments of physicians and patients. Methods: We graded the severity of 418 AD patients, applying the SCORing of Atopic Dermtaitis (SCORAD), Objective SCORAD (oSCORAD), Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI), Three Item Severity score, Rajka and Langeland score. Also, we evaluated the Physician`s Global Assessment (PGA) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) of pruritus and sleep loss. Results: Here was significant positive correlation between oSCORAD and EASI and oSCORAD showed a good correlation with the other severity scoring systems. oSCORAD was highly correlated with PGA and VAS of pruritus and sleep loss. oSCORAD demonstrated the greatest correlation with body surface area, showing a linear relation. Conclusion: oSCORAD can assess the severity of AD with reflecting clinical assessments of physicians and patients and disease extent.
