Naphtha의 熱分解에 依한 Olefin의 生成에 關하여

Thermal cracking of n-Hexane, the major component of naphtha was carried out the similar temperature range of commercial naphtha cracking unit operation, in order to search the date for reactor design. In this work, the lighter fraction of naphtha and the n-Hexane was decomposed thermally at the reaction temperature range 650∼800℃ and catalytically at 600∼700℃ for the comparision. The gaseous product was analyzed by gas chromatography. The combination of the mole fractions of gaseous product and equilibrium constants(Kn) of several subsystems in all the decomposition reaction was plotted against the pyrolysis severity function (tθ0.06). Then, distribution of the major gas components could be roughly predicted by the severity function. The actual weight percent of ethylene was 15∼25% in the range of pyrolysis severity function 1300∼1500 and was compared with the estimated value from the emperical equation proposed by H.R. Linden and J.M. Reid⑴. It is possible considered that n-Hexane can be used as the representaive component to obtain the reactor design data of naphtha cracking unit experimentally, for the difference of gas distribution between naphtha and n-Hexane cracking was not clearly found.

Under the current legal system, Legal Aid is of the official counsel and the cost exemption in the Criminal Procedure Law and of the litigation assistance in the Civil Procedure Law. But in practice, official counsels are often appointed pending in the court and argue the case for the defendants like that "we want to deal with the accused to leniently." And also the cost exemption and litigation assistance are not put to practical use today. The legal aid system is necessary in not only a Criminal but also a Civil Procedures. It must be properly recognized in both ones. The meanings of those terms are not clearly applied because the history of the system is short. However the supports in the legal procedure like the counsellor designation and cost exemption are called as the Legal Assistance. This support outside the procedure, that is, the legal counsultance and legal guidance, is called as the Legal Advice. It is proper to regard the Legal Assistance and Advice as the Legal Aid. Having the Legal Aid been an institution aimed at to protect safeguard the socio-economically poor, it is understood and specified as a Sozialrecht in the western countries. We think our system must introduce the Legal Aid which are comprised in the people's right of life (Recht auf Existenz). Public defender in the America is an example. Since the Legal Aid is for the poor or misfortunate, it is based on the neighborhood spirit. Therefore the Legal Aid can be developed as jurist body's or each law school's new town movement. The practice of this Legal Aid shall be preceded by the education of lawers, and it must be attended with an improvement of the existing legal education.

Supercritical fluid extraction can generally be accomplished at conditions near the critical point of fluid. Most phase equilibrium studies related to supercritical fluid extraction have been restricted to single-solvent system. However, under certain conditionsm, it may be advantageous to use a mixed fluid. Therefore, this work is to offer the necessary basic data, ie., the method to calculate the critical properties of mixtures. For the prediction, it is necessary to use the equation of state which can represent the state of substance at high pressure. In present work, it uses the equation proposed by Peng-Robinson to calculate the critical properties of mixtures. It is shown that the experimental values to be available in literature may be well corresponded to the calculated values by thermodynamic relationships and the equation of state mentioned above. Then, we obtained also the optimum value of interaction parameter included in the equation for a mixed fluid system.

The vapor-liquid equilibria at high pressure are predicted by using Peng-Robinson's equation of state. The interaction and size parameters included in the equation of state are obtained by optimization based on the principle of maximum likelihood. The optimal size parameter ηij is nearly equal to unity for 100 binary systems composed of carbon dioxide-hydrocarbon, methane-hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon-hydrocarbon, which are extremely unsymmetric systems. This fact means that it is not necessary to introduce the size parameter(ηij) into the equation of state. The interaction parameter ηij depends irregularly on temperature for all the binary systems and it is more sensible to the error of experimental variables than the temperature of system. More accurate observed date are, therefore, needed to investigate the temperature dependence on the interaction parameter.

This study was carried out for the basic data, which are necessary to design the plant getting rid of the corrosive CO2 in water. As the filter materials, Calcite, Dolomite and Magnesia clinker priduced in our country, was used. At various temperatures and flow rates of the water contained corrosive CO2, was the reaction investigated. As the results, the dver-all rections for the three cases were expressed as the first order, and over-all rate constant, K was obtained by plotting V/v vs. log(1-x).(See Table4).

A flow system was used to measure the equilibrium solubilities of Benzoic acid(308, 318, 328 K), Phenol(303, 309 K) and Menthol(303, 313, 323 K) in supercritical Carbon dioxide at various temperatures and a ranged of pressures. The observed data were correlated with a thermodynamic model based on the Peng and Robinson equation of state. The critical properties and acentric factor for Menthol that could not be available in literature were predicted by the method proposed in this work as well as Lydersen's method.
상태방정식을 이용한 고압 기액평형의 계산과 상호작용계수의 일반화

The vapor-liquid equilibria (VLE) at high pressure of the binary systems, carbon dioxide-hydrocarbon and methane-hydrocarbon are calculated by using the equations of state given by Peng-Robinson and Soave that are even simple but, comparatively, able to predict accurately. The interaction parameters included in the equations of state are shown in figures. It is known that the parameters are dependent of the characteristic temperature defined in this text. As the same calculation procedure for binary systems, parameters are obtained from the binary VLE data of the systems that are composed of each component of ternary systems, CO₂-CH₄-C₂??, CO₂-C₂H₄-C₂??, N₂-Ar-O₂ and N₂-Ar-CH₄. For the prediction of the VLE of the ternary systems, the parameters are used and the results are compared with the observed data. The mixing rule proposed by Chueh and Prausnitz[3]is used for the systems.
