The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership and work attitude through both the literature research and the empirical research using questionaries to the university working in and around the city of Seoul and Chungnam. A total of 274 questionnaires were collected from the 300 distributed. The responding rate was 92.7%. There are two kinds of leadership patterns; directive leadership and supportive leadership. The major findings obtained from this study; as follows. First of all, in the relationship between leadership patterns and work attitude, it is found that they show relatively the deep relationship. especially. In the Organizational commitment, it is found that directive leadership is relatively the higher than supportive leadership. The above results show that supportive leadership positively influences on the organizational work attitude than derictive leadership It is recommended that further studies are needed to decide how do the leader solve the conflict of the relations between labor and management?
방사선을 조사한 생쥐 장기에서의 Superoxide Dismutase 분포에 대한 연구

The cytosolic and mitochondrial supreoxide dismutases (EC 1.15.1.1) were investigated in various organs, thyroid gland, lung, heart, liver, spleen and kidney, of normal and irradiated mice. The mouse organs were fractionated into cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions by differential centrifugation, and the supsroxidp dismutase was measured by the method of McCord and Fridovich. The mouse organs contain two types of superoxide dismutase ; one is localized in the cytosol and contains cupper and zinc, the other in the mitochondria and contains manganese. Superoxide dismutasc activity was found in all organs of mouse investigated, and maximal activity of enzyme was observed in liver. most of superoxide dismutase activity, 79-86%, was present in the cytosolic fraction, and the rest was associated with mitochondria. The activity of cytosolic superoxide dismutase was most prominent in the liver among those tissues assayed. However, that of mitochoadrial enzyme was highest in the heart. Thc specific activity of superoxide dismutase in mitochondria was found about 2-5 folds greater than that of the enzyme in cytosol and cyanide inhibit the activity of cytosolic enzyme but not mitochondrial enzyme, In irradiatcd mice, the enzyme activity and the specific activity of superoxide dismutase in cytosol and mitochondna of various organs were decreased with minimal value on 7th and l4th day after exposured by whole body-irradiation.
한글 텍스트에서의 효율적인 스트링 매칭 알고리즘에 관한 연구

There are many the String Matching Algorithms such as the Knuth-Morris-Pratt's Algorithm, the Boyer-Moore's Algorithm, and Rabin-karp's Algorithm. However, no efficient algorithm is know in hangul text. We propose the efficient string matching algorithm in Hangul text by experiments result.

Owing to frequent heavy rain due to abnormal weather, the occurrence of pepper anthracnose has recently increased, which affects the supply and demand of pepper. As a result, the price of red pepper powder in 2011, for example, increased three times compared to the average year. Although anthracnose of pepper plants has been controlled by fungicides until now, it is important to develop new resistant cultivars because of the reduction of the labor force in rural area and occurrence of new anthracnose strains resistant to fungicides. National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science developed two pepper lines, ‘Wonye 100005’ and ‘Wonye 100006’ that are resistant to pepper anthracnose. These lines were developed by continuous selection of progenies from a cross between ‘Wonye AR1’, which were developed from interspecific hybridization and ‘TF68’. The anthracnose resistance level of the two lines was higher than that of commercial cultivars and similar to check varieties showing highest level of anthracnose resistance.
생물막여과공정에 의한 고도정수처리시스템 구성에 관한 연구

This study is to evaluate the characteristics of submerged biofilter process as pretreatment of raw water and alternative advanced water treatment system(AAWTS) composed with bioflitration, post-ozonation and GAC for Nakdong River by comparison of existing advanced water treatment system(EAWS), composed with pre-ozonation, flocculation, sedimentation, sand filtration, post-ozonation and GAC. In the biofiltration process, the removal of turbidity, color, KMnO₄consumption, NH₃-N and UV254 reached 98%, 95%, 70%, 72%, 79% respectively. The stable removal efficiency was obtained by the direct biofiltration after coagulant injection thought the influent was a muddy and highly polluted. The removal efficiency of the alternative advanced water treatment(AAWTS) using biofiltration process for turbidity, color, KMnO₄consumption, NH₃-N and UV254 was reached 98.5%, 98%, 82%, 90%, 92% respectively. It is equivalent to the removal efficiency of existing advanced water treatment system(EAWTS) though the demanded area and coagulant of the alternative advanced water treatment system using biofiltration process was decreased about 60% and 70% respectively.

This experiment was attempted to studies on nutrition value of pond snail. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The proximate composition of pond snail was shown to be crude protein 60,84%, Crude vat 7.89%, CRUDE ASH 14,26% and total sugar 17.89%, respectively. 2. Glu. Asp. Leu. and Phe. were dominant amino acid in pond snail, having 16.77%, 8.6%, 7.99% and 7.19% of total free amino and content respectively. The content of essential amino acid were Ileu. 217.9mg, Leu467.3 mg, Lys. 393.4 mg, Phe. 421.1 mg, Thr. 269.0 mg and Val. 251.1 mg, respectively. 3. The predominant fatty acids were Stearic 30.97%, Palmitic 28.49%, Linolenic 15% and Linaleic 8.12%, Respectively and the P/S Ratio was 0.54. 4. The content of minerals in pond snail were K 1050 mg, Na 106 mg, Ca 1202 mg, Mg 43.3 mg, Cu 10.5 mg, Fe 8 mg and Zn 0.9 mg, respectively.
High Pressure Liquid Chromatography에 의한 김치중의 Nitrosodimethylamine의 檢出

Winter Kimchi added with salted Anchovy was fermented for 25 days at 5℃. Then, this Kimchi was gone under the process of steam distillation with alkaline condictions, and High Pressure Liquid Chromatography was employed to detect nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA). It was concluded that NDMA contents and recovery ratio were 0.15ppm and 61.0%, repectively. Sucrose and radish juice effected on the formation of NDMA in Kimchi.
