      • Space Syntax 방법론에 의한 농촌마을 공간분석

        The researches on the spatial structure analysis have been mainly accomplished with the qualitative analysis approaches, but these have been not examined closely the attributes of spatial structure. The Space Syntax which is one of the tools of spatial structure analysis has been applied usefully at home and abroad in order to analyze quantitatively the spacial structure and to be clear logically the physical structure. This study, firstly, introduced the fundamental notions of Space Syntax and analyzed its applied researches. The Space Syntax method was used in order to systematically describe and analyze the spatial configurations on 22 rural villages. On the basis of integration and depth value we classified four types which was provided for the characteristics of spatial structure of rural villages.

        It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability of livestock facilities to guide reasonable livestock. The evaluation system could help plan new livestock facilities in rural areas. The assessment was performed based on location characteristics of livestock facilities such as land utilization around livestock facilities, size of livestock facilities, water and drainage condition, accessibility and distance from roads, floor condition, distance from village and house, direction of livestock facilities, ventilation facilities, animal Waste treatment, and so forth. In this study, location characteristics of livestock facilities were showed each location factors using statistical analysis.

        Recent years have been widely discussed rural amenity as well as ecological restoration, green tourism, friendly nature, environmental preservation and so on, as way of addressing the various issues in sustainable rural development. After a review of the related preceding researches and practical cases on amenities at home and abroad, this study explores the applicable possibilities of rural amenity in order to vitalize rural economy and rural life. There are most of researches on urban amenities such as settlements, parks, watersides environment and so on. We suggest that rural amenity planning including to rural society, economy, infrastructure should be devised how to preserve rurality and rural vitalization.

        Canine juvenile cellulites의 진단과 치료 증례

        Canine Juvenile cellulitis was diagnosed in 2 puppies hospitalized in Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Seoul National University. Characterized dermatological problems were presents of scale, crust, purlent exudation and alopecia limited on their face. On cytologic examinations of direct impression smears for the lesions, numerous neutrophils and macrophagies were observed. No bacteria and fungus were noted. Treatments with administration of predinisolone and antibiotic orally combined with topical shampoo treatment had good results for the two puppies.

      • 미세캡슐화 오렌지 향 분말의 특성 연구

        Microencapsulation processes are widely employed for food industry, including flavors, preservatives, and food additives. We studied the preparation of microencapsulated orange oil powder by spray drying method using wall material as gum arabic. Electron micrographs showed microencapsulated coffee powders were generally spherical shaped with average diameter 35.66㎛ with standard variation of 23.51㎛. The average total oil in spray dried powders was determined as 75.35%, while the average moisture was 3.06%. With above results, microencapsulation process could be applied to flavor for effective reservation and usage variation.

      • 農漁村地域 定住生活圈 區分設定 : 全南 高興郡地域 事例硏究 A Case Study in Koheung County, Chonnam Province

        This study was carried out to try a methodological approach in planning of rural settlement hierarchy as a study in Koeung County. The propose method is consisted of three sub-steps: step Ⅰ analysis on the print hierarchical settlement patterns, step Ⅱ,analysis and estimation of settlement conditions in future, and step Ⅲ, design of rural settlement hierarchy in county level. In step I, theoretical division of the influential boundary of county-center using the radius of 16Km, analysis of market-use patterns and catchment area of middle schools were tried as analysis tools. Step Ⅱ, change-ability of settlement environment was detected by checking of planning view to county development in higher-rank plans just as provincial or national plans and by estimating the linkage patterns to higher-order center. The major results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The settlement hierarchy of Koheung County has 4-order system: villege-lower order center (Myun)-low order center(Myun or Eup)-county center(Eup, the seat of county office). It is coincident with the current administrative hierarchy and the hypothetical settlement system propose in this study. 2. According to results of detailed survey, life-zones of Daesuh-, Donggang-, Bongrae, Myuns were divided into two or three parts with their higher order center being neighbouring towns in other county or cities. Koheung-Eup, Doyang-Eup and Kwayeog-Myun make central function fully to the neighbouring Myun-class areas. 3. There are four spheres of daily life in Koheung County : Beolgyo (Beoseong Country) Kwayeog, Koheung and Doyang zones, In future, because Kwayeog zones is estimated to be merged into Koheung zone, the area will be divided into three life zones. 4. Different from typical settlement patterns in rural counties, the highest center in Koheung County (Koheung-Eup) can not converge the total potentiality of subareas. The centers of other three life zones are not connected to Koheung-Eup as higher order center in living activities, but directly to Kwangju City which is the regional center of Chonnam Province respectively, So, there are some unsolved problems in harmonizing the centripetal forces for maximization of developmental potentialities in closed concept with the centrifugal forces for maximization of life convenience in open concept. 5. The methodologies proposed may be applied to the settlement planning in other rural counties having similar settlement condition as Koheung. However, as this study is only a trial to methodological approach in settlement planning, precies methods fer analysis and design works should be developed and studied continuously because planning of settlement system is very crucial to the life of residents living in rural counties.

      • 농촌마을 정체성의 개념 정립과 확립 방안 모색

        This study defined the concept of village identities and suggested its establishment schemes for the purpose of preserving rurality and rural vitalization. Rural village's identity was established with the sameness which involved the meaning of continuity and identification, and with the characteristics of individuality which had an uniqueness and an excellence in a space and place of village level. Keeping and raising the village identity is able to stir up the resident self-conceit and do a thing worthy of a village. The establishment schemes for village identity were suggested as follows: 1. To find and maintain the history identity such as historic facts, persons, places and relics; culture identity such as traditional games, festivals and events; landscape identity such as natural landscape, resident landscape, architectures and agricultural landscape; industry identity such as rural tourism resources, special products and so on. 2. To maximize the village speciality and discrimination about various resources, landscape, geographical features and so on. 3. To create the positive village's image through the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of village's characteristics with participatory approaches.

        크롬(Ⅵ)의 체내 흡수와 소실속도에 관한 연구

        The CrO3 mostly used in plating. metal surface disposal, leather, cosmetic manufacturing, as an experiment material by repeatedly inhaling and exposure the male S.D. rats at a 0.00, 0.2., 0.50, 1.25 mg/㎡ concentration(particle size: 0.5-0.5 aerosol)6hours a day, 5day a week in 13weeks comparing with 2weeks, 8weeks of recovery group about the noxiousness of the experiment animal and the reduce scale of the CrO3 in the internal organ especially in blook and respiratory organ with the period of convalescent and clearance. The experiment results which we received are as follows. 1. In blood the RBC, HGB and HCT experiment, rats with 0.20, 0.50 mg/㎡ concentration showed that there were some decreases but not dependent. The kidneys absolute weight compared with control group was reduced intentionally(p〈0.05) and the lungs absolute weight compared with control group showed intentional increase(p〉0.05). 2. After the exposure of the experiment material, the whole blook, l\blood plasma and red blood cell in blood by (x): the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr concentration, was y=66.51 e -0.057x, y=67.2 e-0.101x, y=70.01 e-0.030 in 0.50 mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life (day)was estimated 12.0, 6086, 23.0 each. 3, After the exposure of the experiment material, the experiment animals lung, liver and kidneys by(x); the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr conentration, was y=1808 e-0.00493x, y=12.02e-0.0297x, y=67.61 e-0.0292x in 0.50mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life(day)was estimated 140.6, 23.3, 23.7, each, and including lung, liver with all of the experiment internal organs, the Cr clearance decreased as the exposure concentration increased.

        Enhanced SMAD1 Signaling Contributes to Impairments of Early Development in CFC-iPSCs.

        <P>Cardio-facio-cutaneous (CFC) syndrome is a developmental disorder caused by constitutively active ERK signaling manifesting mainly from BRAF mutations. Little is known about the role of elevated ERK signaling in CFC syndrome during early development. Here, we show that both SMAD1 and ERK signaling pathways may contribute to the developmental defects in CFC syndrome. Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from dermal fibroblasts of a CFC syndrome patient (CFC-iPSCs) revealed early developmental defects in embryoid body (EB) development, β-catenin localization, and neuronal differentiation. Both SMAD1 and ERK signalings were significantly activated in CFC-iPSCs during EB formation. Most of the β-catenin was dissociated from the membrane and preferentially localized into the nucleus in CFC-EBs. Furthermore, activation of SMAD1 signaling recapitulated early developmental defects in wild-type iPSCs. Intriguingly, inhibition of SMAD1 signaling in CFC-iPSCs rescued aberrant EB morphology, impaired neuronal differentiation, and altered β-catenin localization. These results suggest that SMAD1 signaling may be a key pathway contributing the pathogenesis of CFC syndrome during early development.</P>

        It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability for protected horticulture to plan new protected horticultural facilities in rural areas. Evaluation models for location suitability of protected horticulture in three selected regions; suburban, plain, mountainous were constructed by method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Evaluation models were adapted lo three case study areas, location characteristics of protected horticulture were shown in each regional features.
