        RiC-CM 기반 기록관리 카탈로그 설계 연구

        기록을 통해 과거 활동을 신뢰성 있게 재현하도록 관리하기 위해서 표준은 중요한 역할을 한다. 기 존 표준은 기록 요소인 개별 개체에 집중하여 전체적인 관계를 설명하기가 어려웠다. RiC-CM은 기 록이 발생한 환경, 상황, 관계 등을 맥락적으로 관리한다. 본 연구는 RiC-CM을 기록관리 정보시스템 에서 도입하고 활용하기 위한 카탈로그 설계를 수행한다. 이를 위해 전체 데이터 모델을 정의하고 객 체 및 관계를 정의한다. 개선된 기록관리를 위하여 단순하고 유연한 Group 객체, 업무행위에 기반한 분류체계를 상세화하고 기록물 단위로 관리가 되도록 한다. 정보시스템에서 활용하기 위하여 관계형 DB를 활용하여 트랜잭션 처리를 하고 의미적인 조회와 분석은 그래프 DB를 활용하는 방안을 제시한 다. 기록들이 의미적인 관계를 통해 연결되어 기록을 재현하고 관련 기록을 조회하거나 분석하는 과 정이 더욱 효율적으로 개선될 것으로 전망한다. Record management standards play an important role in managing reliable reproduction of past activities through records. Previous standards focused on individual entities as record elements, making it difficult to explain the overall relationship. RiC-CM manages the environment, situation, and relationships in which records occur contextually. This study carries out catalog design to introduce and utilize RiC-CM as a records management information system. For this purpose, the entire data model was defined and objects and relationships were defined. For improved records management, a classification system based on simple and flexible Group objects and business activities was detailed and managed on a record-by-record basis. For use in information systems, we propose a method of processing transactions using a relational DB and using a graph DB for semantic inquiry and analysis. It is expected that records will be connected through semantic relationships, making the process of reproducing records and searching or analyzing related records more efficient.

        GHS 체계에 대응한 MSDS DB 구축 및 정보 제공 프로그램 개발

        The United Nation agreed to adopt the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) until 2008 to solve the significant differences enough to result in different labels or MSDS for the same chemical in different jurisdictions. Though the GHS is an ideal solution in the respect of pursuing only one format of a MSDS throughout the world, it may cause confusion at the beginning due to lack of information. So the Korean Ministry of Labor (MOL) revised the Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA) and related public notice on the classification & labelling of chemicals according to the GHS in 2006. The transition period for the implementation of the GHS for substances was set until Jun 30, 2010, and for mixtures until Jun 30, 2013. To promote the implementation of the GHS in Korea, we developed an application program for constructing MSDS database and a management program for providing MSDS contents on the web in accordance with the GHS. We analyzed the sixteen sections of MSDS by the GHS guideline, and the result showed the necessity to construct logically connected DB for chemical identifier, hazard classification, label, standard phrases and regulatory information. Each section of a MSDS was divided into sub-databases to update the database efficiently. According to Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), the sub-databases were automatically assembled and subsequently a full MSDS is produced. At present, MSDS database for 6,314 substances has been built and provided through internet as the MSDS Editing program. During the service period from January 1 to March 31, 13,666 users have searched MSDSs for 33,401 substances. During program review, some comments about the classification results and other MSDS element sources were reported but no technical bug reported. We expect that the MSDS DB management system in accordance with GHS will accelerate the implementation of the GHS in Korea.

        가미삼령백출산(加味蔘?白朮散)의 B16 흑색종 암모델에 대한 항종양효과(抗腫瘍效果)와 면역증강효과(免疫增强效果)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Background : Gamisamryungbaekchul-san(加味蔘?白朮散) is a herbal medicine which has been used for the traditional therapeutic agent of augmentation of the spleen and reinforcement of the Qi. Objective : This Study was performed to investigate the effect of Gamisamryungbaekchul-san on the tumor and immune response in the moose B16 melanoma tumor model. Materials and Methods : The tumor was induced by subcutaneous inoculation of B16BL6 melanoma cells in the shaved dorsal region of mice. Mice were orally administered with Gamisamryungbaekchul-san extract(26.3mg/mouse) for 14days after inoculation. For making examination of antitumor effect, the Increase of life span, Tumor growth inhibition rate, change of body weight were measured and evaluated. For the immune response increasing effect, the percentage of T lymphocyte and B Lymphocyte in the peripheral blood, the percentage of CD4+ T-cell, CD8+ T-cell and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the peripheral blood and spleen, interleukin-2 productivity were measured and evaluated. Results : Gamisamryungbaekchul-san showed 16.59% increase of life span, 31.64% tumor growth inhibition rate and increase of body weight. Gamisamryungbaekchul-san increased the percentage of T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood, CD4+ T cell percentage of peripheral blood and spleen, and Interleukin-2 productivity as compared with the Control group. Whereas Gamisamryungbaekchul-san had no effect on the percentage of B lymphocyte in the peripheral blood, the percentage of CD8+ T cell, CD4+/CD8+ T-cell ratio in both of peripheral blood and spleen as compared with the Control group. Conclusion : This study shows that Gamisamryungbaekchul-san has anti-tumor effects and immunoregulatory effects on the B16 melanoma tumor model. It is suggested that Gamisarmyungbaekchul-san could be a useful immunomodulator and anti-tumor agent.

      • Effects of Nano-sized Carbon Black on the Lungs of High Fat-diet Induced Overweight Rats

        Objectives This study was conducted to determine whether nano-sized carbon black exposure results in greater damage in high fat diet-induced overweight rats than normal weight ones and to identify the possible causes of any differences. Methods Two groups of Sprague-Dawley rats allocated by body weight (normal and overweight)were exposed to aerosolized nano-sized carbon black for 6 hours a day, 5 days per week over a 4-week period. Differential cell counts, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities and albumin concentrations were measured in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid,and histopathological findings in the lungs were evaluated. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin (IL)-6 were measured in BAL fluid and supernatants of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated lymphocyte culture. Results Rats exposed to high concentrations of nano-sized carbon black showed significantly increased (p <0.05) polymorphonuclear leukocyte number and LDH activity in the BAL fluid from both overweight and normal rats. Mild histopathological changes were observed in normal rats irrespective of carbon black concentrations. However, severe histological scores were found in overweight rats (1.75±0.46, 2.25±0.46, and 2.88±0.35 after low, medium, and high concentration exposures). Proinflammatory cytokine levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher in the supernatant of LPS-stimulated lymphocytes of overweight rats, whereas there was no significant difference in the BAL fluid between normal and overweight rats. Conclusions Inflammation and damage to lungs exposed to nano-sized carbon black was more severe in high fat diet-induced overweight rats compared to normal rats.

        Effects of Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride on Sprague-Dawley Rats after Two Weeks of Inhalation Exposure

        Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC) is used for various purposes, such as a fungicide for coolants, an antiseptic for wood, and disinfectant for cleaning. Despite the increasing likelihood of DDAC inhalation, available data on its toxicity from inhalation are scarce. Therefore, this study was aimed at confirming the toxicity of DDAC after inhalation exposure for 2 wk. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to approximately 0.15 mg/m3, 0.6 mg/m3, and 3.6 mg/m3 DDAC aerosols in whole-body exposure chambers. After DDAC exposure for 2 wk, effects of DDAC on body weight, blood, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), and the lungs were verified. The mass median aerodynamic diameter of DDAC aerosols was 1.86 μm and the geometric standard deviation was 2.75. The concentrations of DDAC aerosols for the low, medium, and high groups were 0.15 ± 0.15 mg/m3, 0.58 ± 0.40 mg/m3, and 3.63 ± 1.56 mg/m3, respectively. Body weight gain was significantly influenced by DDAC exposure. In the high group, a bodyweight decrease of 2.6 g was observed, whereas a 25.8 g increase was observed in the normal control group after the first 3 days. The low and medium groups showed 23.3 g and 20.4 g increases, respectively, after the first 3 days. Decreases in body weight were recovered during the next 4 days. In contrast, no changes were noted in hematological and blood biochemistry parameters after DDAC exposure. Furthermore,only mild effects were observed on bronchoalveolar cell differentiation counts and cell damage parameters in the BAL fluids of the medium and high groups. Although inflammatory cell infiltration and interstitial pneumonia were partially observed, fibrosis was not found in the lungs of the medium and high groups. In conclusion, body weight gain and the lungs were mainly affected by DDAC exposure. The noobserved-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) for DDAC was determined as 0.15 mg/m3.

      • 서비스 컴포넌트 아키텍처

        국내외적으로 차세대 아키텍처인 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 수년 내에 SOA가 일반적인 아키텍처가 될 것으로 전망 되고 있다. 하지만, SOA를 실제로 구축하고 활용하기에는 많은 장벽들이 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOA기반의 Application을 구축하기 위해 필요한 컴포넌트 규격에 대한 연구와 함께 기존의 분산 객체 컴포넌트를 확장하여 비즈니스 컴포넌트로 구축 가능하게 지원하는 SCA(Service Component Architecture)를 기반으로 SOA를 구축하는 방안을 제시하여, SOA의 장점인 유연성과 상호운용성을 보장하는 Application 구축에 활용이 가능하도록 하고, 이론 및 사상적인 측면에서 벗어나 현실화된 Architecture로써 SOA가 도입 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
