시판 동물성 식품의 저장온도 및 저장기간별 세균균속의 변화

It is very important to prepare the sanitation criteria for the animal foods through the microbiological examination and the investigation of tendency to change of the organisms according to the storage temperature and period. As the results of identification of total 110 genera isolated from commercial animal foods, 15 genera were identified and predominant genera were Staphylococcus(29.1%), Pseudomonas (13.6%) and Enterococcus(12.7%) and followed by Enterobacter, Lactobacillus, Achromobacter, Aeromonas, Escherichia, Micrococcus, Bacillus, Klebsiella, Serratia and yeast. As the results of identification of 1323 isolates from commercial animal foods stored at 10℃, 20℃ and 30℃, 21 genera were identified and Staphylococcus(22.5%), Enterococcus(15.9%), Pseudomonas(15.9%), Bacillus(10.3%) were predominant. The predominant genus among 405 isolates from commercial animal foods stored at 10℃ was Pseudomonas(28.9%), followed by Staphylococcus(19.8%), Enterococcus(16.0%) and Bacillus(11.1%). The predominant genus among 483 isolates from commercial animal foods stored at 20℃ was Staphylococcus(23.4%), followed by Enterococcus(16.0%) and Pseudomonas(11.1%) but the predominant genera among 436 isolates from commercial animal foods stored at 30℃ was Staphylococcus(23%), followed by Enterococcus(15.4%) and Bacillus(11%).
Cisplatin 병용화학요법시 발생한 오심, 구토에 대한 Ondansetron과 Metoclopramide의 효과에 대한 비교

Inspite of possible effects for emesis following chemotherapy including cisplatin, nausea and vomiting are the most unpleasant side effects of cancer chemotherapy. None of the currently available antiemetic agents is entirely effective preventing emesis. Ondansetron, a 5-HT(5-hydroxytryptamine)_(3) receptor antagonist, has been shown to be effective antiemetic agent in the control of cisplatin induced emesis. Twenty solid tumor patients who are scheduled to receive cisplatin containing combination chemotherapy participated in a prospectively randomized study to compare the antiemetic efficacy and safety of ondansetron and metoclopramide. Ondansetron was given in dose of 8mg intravenous 30min before cisplatin and then 4hours and 8hours after cisplatin on day 1, and Ⅰ.Ⅴ. every 8hours from day 2 to 5. In the metoclopramide group, metoclopramide was given in dose of 2 ㎎/㎏ intravenous every 8hours from day 1 to 5. The control of emesis was graded in the following way : complete response, no vomiting : major response, 1-2 emetic episodes : minor response, 3-5 emetic episodes : failure, above 5 emetic episodes. Complete or major response of emesis was achieved 10 of 12(83.2%) patients receiving ondansetron and in 5 of 8(62.5%) patients receiving metoclopramide, but effectiveness was not significantly different. Ondansetron was at least as effective as metoclopramide therapy in controlling cisplatin induced emesis. Side effects in ondansetron was less than in Metoclopramide.

In this paper, the robust control scheme with the improved control performance within the boundary layer is proposed. In the control scheme, the robust controller based on the traditional variable structure control method is modified to have the adaptation within the boundary layer. From this controller, the width of the boundary layer where the robust control input is smoothened out can be given by an appropriate value. But the improved control performance within the boundary layer can be achieved without the so-called control chattering because the role of adaptive control is to compensate for the uncovered portions of the robust control occurred from the continuous approximation within the boundary layer Simulation tests for circular navigation of an underwater wall-ranging robot developed for inspection of wall surfaces in the research reactor, TRIGA MARK III, confirm the performance improvement. Lake Water Treatment using Ceramic Ultrafiltration Membrane System with Periodic Water-backflushing

We treated lake water by ceramic ultrafiltration membranes and found the optimal backflushing period and trans-membrane pressure (TMP) of periodic water-backflushing system. The optimal filtration time interval at fixed BT = 3 sec was 30 for A002 membrane in all viewpoints of $J/J_0,\;R_f$, and $V_T$, and we could acquire the highest $V_T$ value in the membranes used here. However, the highest $V_T$ was acquired at FT = 60 sec for M9, and at FT = 90 sec for C005 membrane. Then the lower TMP reduced the membrane fouling during filtration of lake water, and could maintain the higher permeate flux compared with the initial flux. However, the largest value $V_T$ could be obtained at the highest TMP condition for M9 membrane at fixed FT = 60 sec and BT = 3 sec. The quality of treated water in our UF ceramic system was Turbidity = $0.20{\sim}4.88NTU$, $COD_{Mn} = 0.00{\sim}2.58 mg/L$, $TDS = l8{\sim}71 mg/L$, and $NH_3-N = 0.004{\sim}1.689 mg/L$.
Design of Instrumentation and Control System for Research Reactors

New design is being carried out for the instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for a nuclear research reactor with intent to replace and improve the existing analog-based I&C systems. The I&C systems being designed are based on computer-based digital systems. Some systems that have not been designed in the exiting, old I&C systems are added into the I&C systems design in order to provide the diversity to improve the safety and availability of a reactor. The concept of the defense-in-depth implemented in the I&C system design is also described in this paper.
FAULT TREE ANALYSIS OF KNICS RPS SOFTWARE

This paper describes the application of a software fault tree analysis (FTA) as one of the analysis techniques for a software safety analysis (SSA) at the design phase and its analysis results for the safety-critical software of a digital reactor protection system, which is called the KNICS RPS, being developed in the KNICS (Korea Nuclear Instrumentation & Control Systems) project. The software modules in the design description were represented by function blocks (FBs), and the software FTA was performed based on the well-defined fault tree templates for the FBs. The SSA, which is part of the verification and validation (V&V) activities, was activated at each phase of the software lifecycle for the KNICS RPS. At the design phase, the software HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) and the software FTA were employed in the SSA in such a way that the software HAZOP was performed first and then the software FTA was applied. The software FTA was applied to some critical modules selected from the software HAZOP analysis.
