In the result Exercise prescription programs for the non-insulin-depentent diabetic patients are required to maintain their Blood pressure and heart rate.

        In this paper, we propose attributed feature point correspondence algorithm applicable to the problem that the different number of feature points are extracted in each frame containing multiple moving objects. An object can be rigid or nonrigid. The algorithm consists of three parts: attributed feature extraction, hypothesis of the corresponding pairs by feature matching, verification by common motion constraint and intensity smoothness constraint. Firstly, the feature extraction algorithm finds the maximum curvature points on the object boundary around local area and calculates several attributes for each feature point. And then, the feature points between consecutive frames are matched by comparing their attributes and the matching coefficients are computed. The matching pairs with the matching coefficients higher than the threshold are accumulated on the DP(Displacement Plane) or AL(Angle Line) dependent on the displacement or the rotational angle between two feature points. The only matching pairs of the maximum value around the local area on the DP or AL are remained because they are feature points on the real moving object Finally, the triangle matching technique is applied to 1:m correspondence pairs to find 1:1 correspondence pairs with the maximum correlation of intensity. The feature pointy tracking results for the synthetic and real image sequences are shown.

        기계적 합금화에 의해 제조된 고규소 Al-Si 합금 나노 결정의 특성

        High silicon Al-Si alloys with nanocrystalline structures have been produced by mechanical alloying process. Microstructural changes of the Al-Si alloys were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis was also made to characterize the lattice constant, crystallite size and misfit strain. It was found that the effective milling time by attrition milling was about 12hours for Al-70 wt%Si alloy system. The Al and Si crystallites were reduced to about 30 nm and 70 nm, respectively, by the mechanical alloying for more than 12hours. The misfit strains increased with milling time UD to 240 hours, and saturated to 5.73×10^(-3) for Al and Si crystallites, respectively.

        The MOS capacitor is widely used in the study of radiation effect in SiO₂. The model assumes that hole-electron pairs are created in the SiO₂by the radiation and that some of the electrons thus created drift out of the SiO₂layer under the action of an applied potential (V?) across the oxide, while the corresponding holes become trapped. The C-V curves shift along the voltage axis to higher negative voltages, thus indicating that positive charge is being induced in the oxide as a result of exposure to ionizing radiation. Also, the induced positive oxide charge density increases with increasing radiation dose.

        Analysis of cholesterol concentration based on training type presents high in Walking group at 10min but low at recovery 30min. HDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher at training 10min and recovery 10min than that of jogging group. LDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher in walking group during stability period but presents high in jogging group at training 30min. However, jogging group presents high at recovery 10min.

        Anatomical structures of Pimus densiflora, P. koraiensis, P. parviflora and P. rigida was observed with the standard method(Berlin & Miksche ; 1976). needles were fixed with F. A. A. solution, were dehydrated with ethanol series, and were embedded in paraffin, Embedded tissues were sectioned 9n 20μm - thick slice with microtome. Sectined slices were double-stained with safranin and fast-green, and were examined under light-microscope. the results obtained in this observation were the followings. 1.In cross sectioned needles of all the species, We could not distinguished obviously between palisade mesophyll and spongy mesdophyll and stomata were located at lower position from epidermal layer. 2.Cuticle and xylem cell wall were stained red color, and cytoplasm and not-lignified cell wall were stained light-green. 3.Shape of cross sectioned needle of P. koraiensis & P. parviflora was deltoid, that of P. densiflora was half orbicular, and that of P. rigida was fan like. 4.Shape of endodermal tissue of P. koraiensis & P. parvilfora was orbicular, that of P. densiflora was elliptical, and that of P. riga was curved elliptical. 5.Vascular tissue of P. koraiensis & P. rigida was divided into two parts, and that of P. densiflora & P. parviflora was not divided. 6.Two resin ducts of P. densiflora & P. parviflora were located at outer position, three resin ducts of P. koraiensis were located at inner position, and four resin ducts of P. rigida were located at intermediate position. 7.Monolayered epidermis was observed in P. densiflora. P. koraiensis and P. parviflora, and bilayered epidermis was observed in P rigida.

        δ-aminolevulinic acid hehydratase (ALAD) is a polymorphic enzyme that has two alleles, ALAD1 (ALAD1-1 as phenotype) and ALAD2 (ALAD1-2 or ALAD2-2 as phenotype). ALAD genotype has been reported to modify the toxicokinetics of lead. To investigate the influence of ALAD genotype polymorphism on renal function in lead workers, author studied 1022 male lead workers and 149 non lead workers in the same industries. For the cross-sectional renal function indices, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine, uric acid and total protein were selected. Blood lead and blood zinc protoporphyrin were also measured as indices of lead exposure. Information on weight, age, job duration, smoking & drinking history were collected. Following results are as follows: 1. Whereas the mean (standard deviation) of blood lead and blood ZPP of lead workers were 27.2±12.5 ㎍/㎗ and 57.7±37.8 ㎍/㎗, those of non-lead workers in the same premises were 14.9±6.5 ㎍/㎗ and 44.6± 15.8 ㎍/㎗ respectively. The difference of mean blood lead and blood ZPP between two groups were statistically significant. 2. Whereas the prevalence of the variant allele, ALAD2 in 1022 lead workers was 10.2 %, the prevalence of that in 149 non-lead workers was 7.4 %. But there was no difference of prevalence between two groups. 3. The mean±standard deviation of blood lead of subjects with ALAD1 was 25.5± 12.7 ㎍/㎗ and was slightly lower than that of subjects with ALAD2 (26.5±10.9 ㎍/㎗), and the mean±standard deviation of blood ZPP of subjects with ALAD1 was slightly higher than that of subjects with ALAD2 (56.7±37.3 ㎍/㎗ vs 48.9±18.6 ㎍/㎗). But the differences of blood lead and blood ZPP between two genotypes were not statistically significant. 4. There were no differences of cross-sectional renal function indices (BUN, serum creatinine, uric acid and total protein) either by lead workers and non-lead workers or two genotypes. 5. In multiple regression analysis of ALAD genotype on BUN after controlling for possible confounders (sex, weight, job duration, smoking and drinking status), the mean of BUN in ALAD2 subjects was 0.629 ㎎/㎗ lower than ALAD1 subjects with a weak statistical significance (p=0.07). But in logistic analysis of ALAD genotype on median value of BUN revcaled that subjects of ALAD2 genotype were 32% less likely to have median value or more of BUN than subjects of ALAD1 with odd ratio of 0.618 (95% confidence interval 0.411-0.920). 6. In multiple regression analysis of ALAD genotype on serum creatinine after controlling for possible confounders (sex, weight, job duration, smoking and drinking status), the mean of serum creatinine in ALAD2 subjects was 0.0271 ㎎/㎗ lower than ALAD1 subjects with statistical significance (p=0.02). On the other hand, in logistic analysis of ALAD genotype on median value of serum creatinine revealed that subjects of ALAD2 genotype were 30% less likely to have median value or more of scrum creatinine than subjects of ALAD1 with odd ratio of 0.700 (95% confidence interval 0.442-1.080). With the above results, it was found that the variant allcle, ALAD2 appeared to modify the association of lead and renal function and ALAD2 genotype may be supportive for the protective effect of lead.

        Effect of sub-maximal exercise load differences onthe change of blood glucose and lactate contents were investigated. The results were as follows: 1. Blood glucose is quite relative under exercise load intensity (THR 70%, 90%) right after exercise and at the stage of relaxation. 2. Blood lactate contents were the most immediately after the exercise. 3. Under exercise load (THR 90%), Blood glucose and lactate are less related with each other before and after the exercise; on the other hand, in a restoring stage the result was reverse. Therefore; the higher the exercise intensity is, the more blood lactate is comcentrated immediately after exercise and it talkes a lot longer to go back to the stage of before exercise: the research revealed.

      • 衣巖湖의 貝類에 關한 硏究 : A study on the gonadal tissues and demibranchs of Corbicula fluminea(Palaeoheterodonta: Corbiculidae)

        의암호에 서식하는 재철(Corbicula fluminea)을 실험재로로 하여 생식세포형성, hermaphrodite에 의한 성비의 계정성 그리고 이에 따른 반새의 변화와 정확한 산란시기를 밝히고자 조직학적 방법에 의한 견구 조사를 실시하였다. 총 118개의 개체중 female 32개체(27.1%), female-hermaphrodite 75개체(63.5%)hermaphrodite 32개체(2.5%), male-hermaphrodite 7개체(5.9%), male 1개체(0.4%)로 전체적으로 female의 경향이 높았다. 산란은 2월과 3월에 난을 방출하는 난생의 형태이고 7월이후 11월까지 glochidia를 방출하는 난태생의 형태를 나타내었다. 外半?(outer-demibranch)가 보육낭으로 이용될 수도 있으나 內半?(inner-demibranch)가 주로 보육나으로 작용하였다. 수관 분리는 주로 inner-demibranch에서 나타났고, 산란시기에는 많은 개체가 수관이 분리되어 있었다. Corbicula fluminaea, one of two species in the family Corbiculidae living in the Lake Uiam was used as an experimental material. This research was done in order to deon in order to identify and describe the visceral sex. the demibranch morthology, and the seasonal gonad activity. The sexuality of C. fluminea was male, male-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of testicular tissue over ovarian tissue), hermaphrodite (with approximately equal amount of male and female ponadal tissue), female-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of the ovarian tissue), and female. The non-marsupial demibranch (namely, outer 2 in females and female-hermaphrodite, two in males and males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary sept that in males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary septa that produced secondary watertubes, resulting in triparitite organization. But, the outerdemibranch of all kinds has exhibited feebly the triparitite organization. In this species larvae were produced over two extended time periods, one in spring(oviparity) and one in fall (dvoviviparity).
