      • (Ba·Pb)TiO₃세라믹 반도체의 큐리점 이동에 관한 연구

        When Sb₂O₃as a dopant is added into commerical BaTiO₃and BaTiO₃made by solid Synthesis with 3aCO₃and TiO₂, the electrical conduction is increased in more efficient way. The addition of PbTiO₃ to BaTiO₃ by 10 mole %, 20 mole %, 40 mole % respectively cause tile curie points to occurs at higher temperature than that of pure BaTiO₃(Tc= 120℃). In case of PbTiO₃additions, the curie point shows about 4℃ increase by 1 mole%. In accordance with the mole ratio of PbTiO₃, the condition of sintering temperature for the specimens of (Ba.Pb) TiO₃was also changed ; when the ratio of PbTiO₃ was increased, the optimal sintering temperature was lowered.

        This experiment was carried out to determine the effect of liberal feeding of rabbit feces and residual forage on the growth of weaned pigs subject to restricted feeding in which the daily allowance of formula feed was 3% of body weihgt, compared with 4% in the controls. The rabbit feces and residual forage were to be dropped from the hutches over the pig barns. Ten pigs of the same litter were weaned at about 20㎏ of body weight and alloted in egual numbers into the control and experimental group. The growth results from feeding trial for 2 months are summarized as follows: 1. The body weight gain for 2 Months was averaged 27.0㎏ and 30.6㎏ in the control and experimental pigs, respectively, However, there was found no significant (p>0.05) difference in the body gain between both the groups. 2. The feed conversion was improved slightly in the experimental group(2.9) as compared with the control(3.3) 3. The rabbit waste and residual forage ware found considerably palatable to the pigs. 4. The liberal feeding of rabbit feces and residual forage resulted in the decrease of about 40 won in the feed cost for 1㎏ body weight gain of pigs. 5. The pigs fed rabbit waste and residual forage were found to be normal clinically.

      • 에어볼 발파공법의 현장적용 사례연구

        발파로 인한 환경적 문제는 주로 진동과 폭음에 대한 영향이나, 발파로 인한 파쇄도 및 경제성에 관해서도 효율적인 발파공법들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 선진국에서 많이 사용되는 방법이 air decking을 이용하는 발파방법이다. 이미 선진국의 발파현장에서는 air decking 기술을 이용한 다양한 발파방법으로 VARI-STEM, GAS-BAG, POWER DECK 등이 이용되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들 중에서 Air ball 제품을 이용한 발파공법에 대하여 연구하고 국내 현장적용과 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 발파진동의 경우에는 약 30 ~ 40% 정도의 감쇄효과가 나타났고, 화약량의 경우 20 ~ 25%정도의 감소를 보였다. 또한 폭음의 경우에도 Air ball을 이용한 발파가 효과적이었으나 분석결과의 결정계수가 낮아 이는 더 많은 실험을 통하여 다시 분석해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

      • 상치와 부추의 구조탄수화물의 정량분석 방법간의 비교연구

        This study was conducted to determine several analytical methods to quantitative structural carbohydrate(dietary fiber). Two kinds of vegetables(lettuce and leek) with each, having several components-dietary fiber(DF, includ nondigestible component), total dietary fiber(TDF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), protein corrected NDF(c-NDF), indigestible dietary fiber(IDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) were compared in this study. Two kinds of vegetable components were calculated to the regression equation and correlation coefficients between them-Y=39.955+0.37X(r=0.27) between DF(Y) and NDF(X), Y=53.346+0.12(r=0.08) between DF(Y) and c-NDF(X), Y=30.519+0.80X((r=0.81, p<0.05) between DF(Y) and ADF(X), Y=65.097-0.128X(r=0.26, p<0.01) between TDF(Y) and IDF(X), and Y=47.89+0.2X(r=0.49, p<0.05), between DF(Y) and TDF(X), respectively.

        휘발성유기화합물의 배출원 구성물질 성분비에 관한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop the preliminary source fingerprints of volatile organic compounds(VOC). The source categories studied were vehicles, gasoline vapor, gasoline storage tank, coating, dry cleaning and road covering. The source samples were collected using 6L electro-polished stainless steel canisters for about 20 seconds. From this study, the main component emitted from VOC sources in Korea was toluene. The toluene proportion for road covering, vehicles, coating and gasoline vapor were 35, 18, 16 and 5%, respectively, The C_2-C_5 alkane and alkene compounds were mainly emitted from vehicles, gasoline vapor and gasoline storage tank, The main compounds of coating were m/p-xylene(34%), toluene(16%), 1,2,4-TMB(22%) and 1,3,5-TMB(13%) were mainly emitted.

        In this study, a new sintered specimens of Y₁-xSmxBa₂Cu₃Oy is composed by substituting Sm for a part of Y in the YBa₂Cu₃Oy high Te superconductor. in order to study of making (Y-Sm)-Ba-Cu-O system sintered specimens and their characteristics. And their change affected on superconductivity and their characteristics are studied by changing the x range of the composition rate. The resistances of electrical characteristics under the conditions of the composition and the temperature are measured by using Ac four probe method in the procedure of this. experiments. And it is confirmed that the Meissner effect from the superconductivity of compose S m system exists in the range of 0 < x 0.5. As for the type of the grain structure, by the SEM photographs, it is observed that the grain structures of the superconductors are formed into the stick type.

      • 위 평활근 세포의 활동전압을 이루는 CI^-전류성분에 관한 연구

        Chloride current has been known as a part of backgroud current. Recently, its roles in the maintenance of action potential have much attention. The purposes of the present study are clarifying the chloride current component which might play an important role in generation and maintenance of the action potential in the pyloric circular smooth musele cells. We used the whold cell voltage clamp techniques to assess the current and voltage responses induced by caffeine superfusion. The results were as follow: 1. Caffeine superfusion induced the increase of inward currents in the hyperpolarized potential ranges, and the increase of outward currents in the depolarized ranges. 2. Sodium ion removal from the external medium and the addition of cadmium ion rarely affected these current response. 3. Duration of the action potential was elongated by application of the caffeine and modified by the change of the intracellular chloride ion concentraion. 4. The effect of caffeine superfusion on the action potential disappeared by the addition of the anion channel blocker. The results suggest that caffeine superfusion may prolong the duration of repolarized phase of the action potential probably by the chloride current activation in the gastric antral smooth muscle.

        BF-7의 기억력 및 인지기능 향상효과

        기억력과 학습력의 개선은 두뇌의 기능적 향상 뿐 아니라, 신경의 보호차원에서도 그 의학적 가치가 크다. 스트레스에 의한 뇌기능 저하등과 같은 다양한 원인으로 인하여 기억력 감퇴가 일어날 수 있다. 또한 최근 기억력 감퇴 손상 억제 기전의 연구는 현저한 기능감소를 보이고 있는 콜린성 신경계의 기능을 보충해 주는데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 이에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 가잠(Bombyx mori)으로부터 추출한 BF-7이 실제로 생체 내에서 감퇴된 기억력을 개선시켜줄 수 있는지를 검색하기 위하여 무스카리닉(muscarinic) 수용체의 길항제인 스코폴라민(scopolamine)을 투여하여 만든 기억력감퇴 세포와 동물모델을 사용하여 실험을 수행하였다. BF-7을 전처치하고 스코폴라민을 투여하였을 때, 세포생존율, passive avoidance test와 water maze test를 실시한 결과, BF-7이 매우 효과적으로 기억력을 개선시켜주고 있음이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 이물질이 실제로 BBB (blood brain barrier)를 통과하여 뇌에서 시냅스의 콜린성 신경계의 기능을 높여주었으며, 두뇌기능 개선효과에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 인지기능장애 정도를 평가할 수 있는 MMSE-K 임상검사법을 시행한 결과, BF-7을 섭취한 후, 획기적인 인지기능의 개선과 향상효과가 나타났다. 이는 BF-7이 인지기능을 개선해 줄 수 있는 안전하고 효과적인 후보물질로 개발할 만한 충분한 가치를 제공하여 주는 것이라고 사료된다. Various factors such as senescence, stress, neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease (AD) contribute to the impairments of organs, especially brain. Also, they should be negative factors on normal brain function, like as memory and cognition. In this study, the neuroprotective role of BF-7, extracted from Bombyx mori, was examined agaist scopolamine-induced neurotoxicity in SK-N-SH cells. In order to know if the BF-7 has positive role on the cognition and memory, we examined using SD rat model and human. Scopolamine-induced memory impairments were observed, as measured by the passive avoidance and water maze tests, but treatment with BF-7 significantly improved memory and cognitive function. Moreover, the memory index and memory preservation of clinical experiments using MMSE-K tests were significantly improved memory and cognitive function. This results strongly represent that the BF-7 play effectively positive role in the improvement of brain function including learning and memory. Taken together, our results suggested that the BF-7 should be useful for developing strategies protecting nervous system and improving brain function.
