        하타요가쁘라디삐까 Hatha(yoga)pradipika 필사본의 현황과 목록

        현존하는 Hp. 사본의 수는 약 315개이다. 이것은 하타 요가 문헌 중에서 가장 많은 숫자이다. 315개의 필사본이 현존한다는 것은 이 문헌이 요가계에서 상당한 권위와 영향력을 유지해왔고 또 오랫동안 인기를 누렸다는 것을 의미하지만 동시에 무수한 필사 과정에서 ‘원문’이 변형되었을 가능성도 포함한다. 출판된 원전의 경우에도 토대가 된 사본의 차이로 인해 구성과 내용상의 차이가 있고 이 이유에서 최초의 원문을 복원하려는 작업이 필수적으로 요청된다. 하지만 연구의 어려움은 Hp.사본수가 방대할 뿐만 아니라 산재해 있어 소재지조차 알 기 힘들다는 것이다. 근래, 인도 로나블라의 까이왈야담마에서 출판된 카탈록 으로 인해 연구가는 Hp. 사본의 현황파악에 할애할 노력과 시간을 벌게 되었다. 본 목록에서는 위 카탈록(Dcym)에 수록된 Hp. 사본을 재정렬하고 누락된 약 50여 사본에 대한 간략한 정보를 실었다. 카탈록(Dcym)에서 누락된 사본의 경우 *표시를 하였다. The number of manuscripts of the extant Hathayogapradipika is 317, it is the largest one among manuscripts related to Hathayoga. It means that the Hathayogapradipika infleunced strongly on Hathayoga School, but also there can be possibilities of miswritings int he process of transcription. There are differences between manuscripts and published texts. Because of that, the studies on critical editions are necessary. The difficulties of this studies are too many extant manuscripts, and uncertainty of Manuscript No., or Acess No. Concerning these points, the recent published catalogue is worthy of attention. We completed to analyze the 130 manuscripts, marked * to the omitted manuscripts in the paper. And we reorganized the appellation, the composition, the age of transcription, and characteristics of the manuscripts according to 315 manuscripts.

        Development and Characterization of Synthetic Norovirus RNA for Use in Molecular Detection Methods

        Background: Reference materials are essential for the quality assurance of molecular detection methods. We developed and characterized synthetic norovirus GI and GII RNA reference materials. Methods: Norovirus GI and GII RNA sequences including the ORF1–ORF2 junction region were designed based on 1,495 reported norovirus sequences and synthesized via plasmid preparation and in vitro transcription. The synthetic norovirus GI and GII RNAs were evaluated using six commercial norovirus detection kits used in Korea and subjected to homogeneity and stability analyses. A multicenter study involving five laboratories and using four commercial real-time PCR norovirus detection assays was conducted for synthetic norovirus RNA characterization and uncertainty measurements. Results: The synthetic norovirus GI and GII RNAs were positively detected using the six commercial norovirus detection kits and were homogeneous and stable for one year when stored at –20°C or –70°C. All data from the five laboratories were within a range of 1.0 log copies/μL difference for each RNA, and the overall mean concentrations for norovirus GI and GII RNAs were 7.90 log copies/μL and 6.96 log copies/μL, respectively. Conclusions: The synthetic norovirus GI and GII RNAs are adequate for quality control based on commercial molecular detection reagents for noroviruses with high sequence variability. The synthetic RNAs can be used as reference materials in norovirus molecular detection methods.

      • IPM을 이용한 Inverter 회로의 EMI 노이즈 저감에 관한 연구

        지능형 전원 모듈 IPM(Intelligent Power Module)은 모터 제어를 위한 최적의 전력 솔루션으로 가전분야 및 산업용에 많이 적용을 하고 있다. IPM은 소형화, 고효율, 고전력 밀도를 위한 기술 개발이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 인버터 구동 스위칭 주파수가 높은 분야에서는 스위칭 온-오프 손실을 줄이기 위해서 빠른 dv/dt 특성을 요구된다, 이러한 특성은 스위칭 손실 측면에서는 유리하지만, EMI 특성에는 불리한 특성을 가질 수 있다. 스위칭 손실과 EMI의 최적 스위칭 조건을 설계하기 위해서는 게이트 저항값 변경을 통해 스위칭 특성을 변경할 수 있으나, IPM은 게이트 드라이버 IC와 게이트 저항이 IPM 내부에 고정되어 있어서 이를 쉽게 변경할 수가 없다. 따라서 dv/dt가 빠른 특성을 가지는 IPM을 사용할 경우, 인버터 시스템에서 EMI 노이즈는 증가할 수 있다. 본 눈문에서는 IPM을 적용한 인버터 시스템에서의 EMI 노이즈를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. dv/dt에 의한 EMI 영향도와 시스템에서의 EMI를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 CM(Common Mode: 공통 모드) 초크 코어의 위치와 적용 방법에 대해서 제안하고 실험결과를 제시한다.

        실시간 중합효소 연쇄반응을 활용한 생물작용제 검증시스템 연구

        Bacillus anthracis, Vibrio cholerae, Variola virus and Shigella dysenteriae are classified as category A and B biological weapons. In this study suggest that 4 genes of Bacillus anthracis, 2 genes of Vibrio cholerae, 1 gene of Variola virus and 1 gene of Shigella dysenteriae were detective 50~500 fg of target DNA per reaction using real-time PCR based assay. Also analytical specificity did not show any cross-reactivity with other related bacteria. Reliable and one reaction could be effective early diagnostic and treatment for detection of unknown samples.

        Obesity Exacerbates Coxsackievirus Infection via Lipid-Induced Mitochondrial Reactive Oxygen Species Generation

        Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) infection causes acute pancreatitis and myocarditis. However, its pathophysiological mechanism is unclear. Here, we investigated how lipid metabolism is associated with exacerbation of CVB3 pathology using high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mice. Mice were intraperitoneally inoculated with 1×106 pfu/mouse of CVB3 after being fed a control or HFD to induce obesity. Mice were treated with mitoquinone (MitoQ) to reduce the level of mitochondrial ROS (mtROS). In obese mice, lipotoxicity of white adipose tissue-induced inflammation caused increased replication of CVB3 and mortality. The coxsackievirus adenovirus receptor increased under obese conditions, facilitating CVB3 replication in vitro. However, lipid-treated cells with receptor-specific inhibitors did not reduce CVB3 replication. In addition, lipid treatment increased mitochondria-derived vesicle formation and the number of multivesicular bodies. Alternatively, we found that inhibition of lipid-induced mtROS decreased viral replication. Notably, HFD-fed mice were more susceptible to CVB3-induced mortality in association with increased levels of CVB3 replication in adipose tissue, which was ameliorated by administration of the mtROS inhibitor, MitoQ. These results suggest that mtROS inhibitors can be used as potential treatments for CVB3 infection.

      • Antiviral and anti-inflammatory activity of budesonide against human rhinovirus infection mediated via autophagy activation

        <P>Human rhinovirus (HRV) infection causes more than 80% of all common colds and is associated with severe complications in patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To identify antiviral drug against HRV infection, we screened 800 FDA-approved drugs and found budesonide as one of the possible drug candidates. Budesonide is a corticosteroid, which is commonly used to prevent exacerbation of asthma and symptoms of common cold. Budesonide specifically protects host cells from cytotoxicity following HRV infection, which depend on the expression of glucocorticoid receptor. Intranasal administration of budesonide lowered the pulmonary HRV load and the levels of IL-1 beta cytokine leading to decreased lung inflammation. Budesonide regulates IL-1 beta production following HRV infection independent of inflammasome activation. Instead, budesonide induces mitochondrial reactive oxygen species followed by activation of autophagy. Further, the inhibition of autophagy following chloroquine or bafilomycin Al treatment reduced the anti-viral effect of budesonide against HRV, suggesting that the antiviral activity of budesonide was mediated via autophagy. The results suggest that budesonide represents a promising antiviral and anti-inflammatory drug candidate for the treatment of human rhinovirus infection.</P>

        Does the Classical Latin Teaching has a future? This is the purpose of this paper. The course is to examine how Latin language education has changed, what it is like now, and what will happen in the future, focusing on the cases of four Western European countries, Italy, France, Germany and the UK. The Classical Latin is said to be the dead language, because it has not changed for nearly two thousands years. Utrum possit esse vera? In this paper, I treat the changing situation of Latin teaching in Europe in the late 20th century, especially in England, France, Germany and Italy. There is variation among the countries as to what actually the subject consists of. In one country the emphasis is on the language learning and the non-linguistic content is seen as an add-on. In others the learning about the society in which the ancient languages were spoken is just as important and is considered as going hand in hand with the language learning. A concentration on Latin only can lead to a view which sees the language in all its forms from Roman times through medieval and on up to modern times as the subject under consideration.
