A Study on the Automatic Detection of Wild Animals that Cause a Great Damage to the Crops

Korean farmers are suffering more than 10 billion won of crop damage every year due to wild animals. Especially, in the case of outdoor cultivation, the damage is serious. In order to reduce the damage of wild animals, various efforts have been made, such as setting scarecrows and water cannons, but the effect is negligible. In order to reduce the damage of crops, it is important to accurately analyze the causes of crop damage. In this study, we investigate the method of collecting information that can install the imaging device on the cultivated land and analyze the cause of damage. Identify wildlife through video information and identify the frequency of occurrence by day or month. Video information is captured using a video tracking algorithm such as OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision Library) Detect wildlife automatically. We analyze behavior patterns of wild animals detected in farmland and study how to deal with them.

Background: The purpose of this study was to compare the radiologic results of patients who underwent surgery with a hook plate and a locking plate in distal clavicle fractures. Methods: Sixty patients underwent surgical treatment for Neer type IIa, IIb, III, and V distal clavicle fracture. Twenty-eight patients underwent fracture fixation with a hook plate and 32 with a locking plate. Coracoclavicular distance was measured on standard anteroposterior radiographs before and after the surgery, and union was confirmed by radiograph or computed tomography taken at 6 months postoperatively. Other radiologic complications like osteolysis was also checked. Results: Bony union was confirmed in 59 patients out of 60 patients, and 1 patient in the hook plate group showed delayed union. Coracoclavicular distance was decreased more in the hook plate group after surgery (p<0.01). After 6 weeks of the hook plate removal, the coracoclavicular distance was increased a little compared to before metal removal, but there was no difference compared to the contralateral shoulder. Eleven out of 28 patients (39.3%) showed osteolysis on the acromial undersurface in the hook plate group. Conclusions: Both the hook plate group and the locking plate group showed satisfactory radiologic results in distal clavicle fractures. Both hook plate and locking plate could be a good treatment option if it is used in proper indication in distal clavicle fracture with acromioclavicular subluxation or dislocation.

한국형발사체 추진기관시스템 시험설비의 기본설계안을 기술하였다. 한국형발사체는 3단형이며 모두 액체추진기관을 사용할 예정이다. 시험설비는 각 단의 추진기관시스템 개발 및 성능 검증을 위한 설비이며, 1, 2, 3단의 추진기관시스템 개발 및 시험일정에 따라 운용될 예정이다. 본 기본설계안의 결과는 향후 설비 설치 위치 및 주요 시스템 운용방안 확정 후 상세설계/구축에 활용할 예정이다. Basic design result for propulsion system test complex(PSTC) of KSLV-Ⅱ is briefly described. KSLV-Ⅱ is a three stage launch vehicle will be used liquid rocket engine for each. PSTC is will be used for development and performances qualification tests of 1<SUP>st</SUP>/2<SUP>nd</SUP>/3<SUP>rd</SUP> propulsion systems for KSLV-Ⅱ. In the future, this result will be applied to critical design and manufacturing of PSTC after deciding lay-out and operating program.

This thesis investigates the patentability of human embryonic stem cells in Europe, the US and Koran. Patenting of human embryonic stem cells contrary to morality? Biotechnology patents have always been controversial to moral standards. The issue raised by the 1998 EU Directive is whether patents on human embryonic stem cells should be granted or not, and the question is still in discussion. The facts are that such patents have already been granted in the US. This paper review the moral problems, which arise in Europe in relation to stem cell patents and the implementation of the Directive according to EC law and according to the EPS system. Furthermore, this paper makes some comments on the EPO decision of November 27, 2008 and raised specific ethical questions related to fundamental ethical principles about the patenting of inventions involving human stem cells. Finally I will try to analyse the complexity of problems and finding the balance regarding the future development in the legislation of stem cells patentability.

본 연구는 항만당국 및 마케터들로 하여금 실제로 통제하고 관리하기에 쉽도록 항만브랜드자산을 구성하는 요소들이 브랜드파워 및 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 상대적인 영향력을 보여주고자 하였다. 또한 인천항과 경쟁관계에 있는 국내항만과의 브랜드경쟁력 수준을 비교하여 인천항의 브랜드파워 증진을 위한 유용한 전략적시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 항만브랜드 자산의 구성요인이 인지도, 이미지, 서비스품질, 관계만족으로 구분됨을 확인하였고, 이들 4차원과 충성도간 영향관계에서 인천항은 인지도 및 관계만족이 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 항만간 비교평가를 통해 인천항과 평택항은 관계만족만이, 부산항은 이미지와 서비스품질에서 경영성과가 높게 나타나는 고객군에 있어 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남을 확인하였다. This article aims to reveal the relative influences to the Brand Power and Performance of Factors that comprise the port brand assets in order to control and manage the ports. And also this Paper want to suggest the useful strategies and implications for the improvement of Brand Power by comparing the level of brand competitiveness of Incheon Port with those of other Korean ports that are in competitive relation. In this research we can find out that the components of port brand asset are awareness level, image, service quality, and satisfaction of relation. And among those 4 factors, recognition level and satisfaction of relation are very significant relation factors for the loyalty in Incheon Port. In comparison study between Incheon and Pyungtack Ports, satisfaction of relation is revealed as especially significant factor for the customers that show highly effective management performances and we can find that, in Busan Port, image and service quality are significant as well.
