가솔린機關用 吸氣管 내에서의 吸入燃料微粒化에 關한 硏究
朴鍾鎬,柳正人,權炳澈 충남대학교 공업교육연구소 1985 論文集 Vol.8 No.2
The purpose of this research is to study the atomization effect of air fuel mixture on the combustion characteristics and exhaust gas characteristics of an engine by experimental means. It was found that atomization was influenced by ultrasonic frequency, vibration output and vibrator shape of the horn. Following are the results of this research. 1. Maximum atomization effect was obtained with vibration frequency of 12.4 KHz. 2. Vibration output was linearly increased with atomization rate up to 30 W but above that level effect was insignificant. 3. Vibrator with relatively lnnger forward part than afterpart had more vibration effect.
넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 수온 자극 스트레스에 대한 사료첨가제 투여 효과
권문경,박상언,방종득,조병열,이상민,박수일 한국어병학회 2003 한국어병학회지 Vol.16 No.3
The effect of each dietary supplements (Undaria 5%, Undaria l0%, Obosan 0.5%, Wasabi leaf 2%, Wasabi stem 2%) on the water temperature fluctuation in juvenile olive flounder (Puralichthys olivaceus) was investigated. The response to stress was assessed in terms of effects on haematological and immunological, and resistance against Edwurdsiella tarda infection. Plasma glucose and cortisol levels were significantly lower in 5% undaria and 2% wasabi leaf supplement groups than the controls after the first change of water temperature (P<0.05). The plasma lysozyme activities and the survival rates from E. tarda infection were significantly higher in the 5% undaria supplement groups than the control (P<0.05). These results suggest that the 5% undaria supplement seems to be contributable to the increased disease resistance on olive flounder.

This study was conducted to find out effect of microorganisms added for decomposition of organic matter when manufacturing compost. The microorganisms used were EM, LACTO, SEMIP, BAIMUD circulated in market and 068065 developed in Institute of Agricultural Sciences. Effect of microorganisms inoulation on rice straw was summarized as follows: The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi was 28.7∼76.7(×106), 0∼72.0(×106) and 0∼198.7(×105)cfu/g respectively. The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi between microorganisms was no different. The maximum temperature during composting periods was reached 69∼76℃- at 3 50 5 days after heaping and kept over 65℃ for 7 to 10 days. The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in compost manufactured with rice straw was 42.8∼206.0(×106), 11.3∼54.7(×106), and 9.8∼42.5(×105)cfu/g respectively. The tendency was similar to control. Degree of decomposition of plot added microorganisms except 068065 and BAIMUD was similar to control at 50 days after heaping. The contents of inorganic elements were 1.26∼1.35% T-N, 1.14∼1.38% P2O5, 0.72∼0.97% K2O, 1.01∼1.74 CaO and 0.63∼1.44% MgO. Contents of T-N, P2O5 , CaO, MgO in compost were increased, but content of K2O was decreased, It was no different between treatments.

We evaluated the efficacy of the liquid form of enrofloxacin against poultry respiratory and digestive infections, the major problems in the poultry industry, from diverse diagnosis viewpoints. Results obtained through this study were as follows: 1. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed good acceptability to poultry owing to no abhorrence to the drug by chickens, which indicated its suitability for mixing in drinking water. 2. The application of the enrofloxacin formulation improved the productivity of the chicken farm to a great extent by lowering the death toll of chicken raised in the farm. 3. The use of the drug shortened the days to the market, and increased the body weight at the time of marketing. 4. Preventive and therapeutic effects of the liquid enrofloxacin were observed higher than ampicillin, a major antibiotic used in poultry farming. From above results, the liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its use for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory infections, let alone the growth promotion and feed efficiency, especially in the chicken farming practice.
Vol.18 No.2
The carbonate flat pebble conglomerates (CFPC) are interbedded as lenticular bed in the greenish rhythmite of the upper part of Hwajŏl Formation, Josŏn Supergroup. Pebbles are composed mainly of lime-mudstone with small amounts of bioclasts and silt-sized subangular quartz grains. The matrix among pebbles is composed mainly of sparry calcite with relatively much amounts of bioclasts, silt-sized subangular quartz grains and authigenic pyrite crystals or grains. The sparry calcite of the matrix seems to be the results of neomorphism of skeletal sands and bioclasts. The pebbles are well rounded and no plastic deformations are found. Some pebbles show the outer rim of glauconite. CFPC are not associated with any other intertidal features such as stromatolites, flaser bedding and channel structures. Also any features indicative of subaerial exposure such as dessication cracks, fenestrae and so on are not found in the bed. The sedimentological features of CFPC suggest that the following conditions appear to have been necessary for the formation of CFPC : 1) episodic deposition of thin, permeable calcareous beds separated argillaceous beds; 2) preservation of these beds near the sediment-water interface where they could become rapidly cemented; 3) erosion and redeposition of the partially lithified beds by storms or other exceptional erosional events. Eventually storm erosion and redeposition together represent only one of several critical conditions in the genesis of CFPC. The CFPC are very common in Cambrian and lower Ordovician formations, and become very rare in the younger carbonate formations. The expansion of infauna after Ordovician Period eliminated the widespread potential for rapid submarine cementation which is one of the critical factors to form CFPC.
