목적 : 침(鍼)은 정신이상 및 약물중독과 같은 많은 기능상의 장애질환을 치료, 조정하는데 널리 쓰이고 있으며, 중추신경계에서 생화학적인 균형을 유지하는데 기여한다고 밝혀져 있다. 동물 연구에서 코카인의 강화 및 민감화 특성과 중추의 도파민 활성과의 관련 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 약물중독 치료에 이용할 수 있는 침의 효과를 규명하기 위하여 침자극 후 급성 코카인 투여에 의한 도파민 유리 및 자발적 코카인 섭취량에 미치는 침자극의 효과를 측정하였다. 방법 : 웅성 SD 쥐에 코카인 (1mg/kg, i.v.)의 주사 직전 양측의 신문혈(HT7)을 1분간 침자극 한 후, 측핵내 세포외액의 도파민 및 대사산물의 함량변화를 미세투석법을 이용하여 HPLC로 분석하였다. 침자극 후 two-bottle, free choice protocol을 이용하여 자발적 코카인 섭취량의 변화를 관찰하였다. 별도의 쥐를 이용하여 1회 동량의 코카인 정맥주사하고 2주간의 철회를 거친 다음 two-bottle, free choice protocol을 실시하여 자발적 코카인 섭취량과 급성 코카인 투여 후 측핵 중 도파민유리증가율 사이의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 결과 : 신문혈(HT7) 자침이 코카인 1회 주사 후에 유도된 도파민 증가를 대조혈(내관혈(PC6), 또는 꼬리)에 비해 유의하게 억제하였으며 two-bottle choice protocol에 의한 동물의 자발적 코카인 섭취량을 억제하였다. 아울러 자발적 코카인 섭취량과 급성 코카인 투여 후 측핵 중 도파민유리증가율 사이에는 상관관계가 있었다. 결론 : 본 실험결과 침자극에 의해 자발적 코카인 섭취량이 억제되는 것은 측핵에서의 도파민 유리억제에 의해 중개되는 것으로 보여지므로 침자극은 코카인중독과 같은 약물의 중독치료에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Reaction observed results were as follows 1) Mucus secreting of superficial epithelium increased after 48 hours strongly P.A.S. positive 2) There is no different in the gastric foveola 3) Mucus secreting increased in the fundic gland between 24 hours and 48 hours 4) Mucus contents of mucus secreting cell, m the fundic. gland decreased 24 hours and 48 hours.

자라 Amyda maackii BRAUT의 췌장 내분비세포에 관한 세포화학적 연구

Cellular composition of the pancreatic islets in the freshwater turtle Amyda maackii BRAUT were studied under cytochemical technique. The results obtained are as follow ; 1. Lots of blood vessels are distributed in the pancreas of the freshwater turtle and the pancreatic endocrine cells constitute the islet at the periphery of the blood vessel. 2. The pancreatic islets are not surrounded with connective tissue capsule. 3. The pancreatic endocrine cells consist of B, A_1 and A, cells and then for the most part of the pancreatic islet are composed of only B cells or A cells. 4. B cells have the AF positive secretory granule in apical portion and A_1 cells have the cytoplasmic process for various direction. 5. A lot of endocrine cells are observed in the pancreatic exocrine tissue.

개성공단 전면 중단에 따른 기업들의 피해 분쟁 사례에 관한 분석과 평가

Six years and nine months have passed since the Gaeseong Industrial Complex (“GIC”), which was a symbol of inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation, was completely shut down on February 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “SHUTDOWN”). As a result of the SHUTDOWN, the people most directly affected are the companies that have invested in the GIC and the business partners that have transacted with them. In this article, the legal dispute cases related to the damages of such companies were reviewed. First, the methods and procedures for investing in the GIC were summarized, and how the government provided support to companies that have suffered losses due to the SHUTDOWN. Lastly, the litigation cases brought by them were reviewed in detail. According to the judgments, there are legal difficulties for the companies to have their rights recognized through litigation. Ultimately, it is necessary to establish a legal basis through compensation legislation, etc. While preparing for economic cooperation projects that will resume someday, it is necessary to remember the damage caused by the SHUTDOWN and prepare for a new era in which companies can do business with confidence. 남북교류협력의 상징과도 같았던 개성공단이 2016. 2. 전면 중단된 지 6년 9개월의 시간이 지났다. 개성공단이 전면 중단됨에 따라 가장 직접적으로 피해를 입은 사람들은 개성공업지구 투자기업 및 그 투자기업과 거래한 협력업체들이라고 할 수 있다. 이 글에서는 이와 같은 기업들의 피해와 관련하여 법원 및 헌법재판소에 제기된 분쟁 사례에 관하여 분석·평가하였다. 먼저, 기존에 개성공단에 대한 투자가 어떠한 방식과 절차로 이루어졌는지 그리고 2016. 2. 개성공단 전면 중단 조치 이후 정부의 피해지원이 어떻게 이루어졌는지를 정리한 다음, 2016. 2. 개성공단 전면 중단 이후 기업들이 제기한 소송 사례들을 구체적으로 검토하였다. 개성공업지구 투자기업과 협력업체들은 국가를 상대로 헌법소원심판을 청구하거나, 국가배상청구, 손실보상금 청구 등을 하였다. 개성공업지구 투자기업의 주주가 해당 투자기업을 상대로 회사해산청구를 한 사례 등도 있었다. 그런데 헌법소원심판청구에서는 개성공단 전면 중단 조치가 헌법과 법률에 근거한 조치라는 등의 이유로, 국가배상청구소송에서는 정부의 조치가 적법하다는 이유로, 손실보상금 청구소송에서는 손실보상 규정을 유추적용할 수 있는 경우에 해당하지 않는다는 이유로 청구가 기각되었다. 이와 같은 소송 사례에서 내려진 판결의 흐름에 비추어 보면, 피해를 입은 기업들이 소송을 통하여 적극적으로 권리를 인정받는 데에는 법리적으로 어려움이 있다고 생각된다. 결국, 보상 입법 등을 통하여 기업들이 구체적인 청구권을 인정받을 수 있는 법적인 근거가 마련될 필요가 있다. 특히, 남북교류협력에 따른 투자와 거래관계에서 다양한 당사자들이 주체가 될 수 있는데, 각 당사자들의 피해에 관한 구체적인 법적 근거규정을 둠으로써 이들에 대한 실질적인 피해 회복이 이루어질 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 구체적인 입법 방안 등에 관한 후속 연구가 이루어지고, 이를 통해 경협기업들이 안심하고 사업을 할 수 있는 새로운 협력사업의 장이 열리기를 기대한다.

관광산업에서 관광동기가 소비가치와 만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The main purpose of this study is to identify the effect of tourism motivation on consumption values, satisfaction and behavioral intention in tourism industry. To achieve the goal of this study, this study focuses firstly on the influences of tourism motivation on consumption values which are divided into four sub-values of functional value, emotional value, epistemic value and conditional value, and then on the influences of the consumption values on satisfaction and behavioral intention. For the empirical purpose of the study, therefore, a survey was carried out with total of 222 survey questionnaire after eliminating the questionnaires with irrelevant data and missing data, using AMOS 22.0. Through the results of the study, all hypotheses were found to be adopted within the significance level of 1%. The major findings indicate that firstly, tourism motivation turned out to have a positive effect on consumption value. And secondly, consumption value also has a positive effect not only on satisfaction but also on behavioral intention as well, although the each values shows different impact on satisfaction. Lastly, satisfaction would have a positive effect on behavioral intention as it is also identified in the previous studies.

A 30 year old housewife was admitted to our medical center because of a vertical scar on the midline of the abdomen with dermochalasis, striae and fat tissue accumulation. The duration of the vertical scar was 4 years, and the scar was due to a hysterectomy. The vertical scar on the lower abdomen measured about 1 cm × 10 cm in size. On physical examination, there were no specific abnormal findings except the above C/C. There are many ways to repair vertical scars on the abdomen and abdominoplasty. On this patient reverse T abdominoplasty was carried out. There was no aesthetic or functional disturbance of the abdomen and the deformity was also minimal.
