        사무공간 재실자 밀도 기준 설정을 위한 기초조사 연구

        최근 건축물이 초고층화 대형화 복합화됨에 따라 화재 발생시 많은 인적피해가 발생할 우려가 높아지고 있다. 이에 피난선진국에서는 성능기반 피난안전설계를 실시하고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 해당 건축물을 이용하는 재실자의 특성을 파악할 필요가 있다. 특히, 재실자 밀도는 피난에 필요한 시간을 결정하는데 중요한 요소로서 국외의 경우 오랜 기간 축적된 화재사고 분석자료와 실태조사를 통해 그 기준을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 최근 재실자 밀도기준을 도입하려 하고 있으나 관련 데이터의 부족으로 해외 관련 기준을 준용할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 피난성능설계의 주요 대상이 되는 초고층 건축물의 주요 용도인 사무공간을 중심으로 국내외 재실자 밀도 기준과 국내 사무공간에 대한 재실자 밀도 기준 분석 그리고 실제 K빌딩과 Q 빌딩의 실태조사를 통해 사무공간에 대한 재실자 밀도 데이터를 구축함으로서 향후 사무공간 재실자 밀도 기준 재정립시 국내특성을 반영하기 위하나 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. Recently the consideration for Occupants` security has been raised as very important design element from the fire by building`s large sized, higher stored, and its complexed. In advanced countries, they are legislating Performance Based Design from building design stage. For this, they were prescribed the occupant load for several space use. Specially because of occupants density is a very important elements for making decision of avaliable safe evacuation time, the advanced foreign countries were enacted the occupant load by the analysed data of fire accident and actual condition survey. However in recent, Korea tried to enact the occupants load, they can not help applying the foreign relevant standardization because of the lack of data. So, the purpose this study is the establishment of the basic data for the guideline of the office occupant load by the actual condition survey of the K building and the standard analysis of the occupants load in the foreign guideline and the domestic architecture design manual.

        우리나라 주택용도분류체계 개선 방향 연구

        Because of the demographic and economic changes and the lifestyle diversification, the new housing types such as the Quasi-housing and urban small-size multi-unit housing are appeared in korea. The current housing use classifications are regulated in accordance with the housing divided ownership, horizontal and vertical size of housing, and the number of units. However, there is a limit to accommodate the new housing type. Therefore, this study proposed the direction of improvement of the housing use classifications through comparative analysis of foreign housing use classifications. Also, building regulations are applied according to the building use classifications. Therefore, the new housing types in building act are very urgent and important. So this study is derived the problems of the current housing use classifications and is proposed the improvement direction of it through the expert opinion survey.

        장수명주택 인증제도 개선방향 설정을 위한 공동주택 수요자 인식도 조사에 관한 연구

        The domestic housing paradigm has changed from quantitative growth to qualitative growth, and demands for pleasant living environment and meeting basic living conditions have increased due to increased living standards of the people. In a related move, the Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport introduced "long-life housing construction standards" in the Article 21 paragraph 6 of the Housing Act through a revision of the Housing Act in December 2014, devised detailed criteria and enforced the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, titled "long-life housing construction certification standards" which require long-life housing certification in construction of apartment houses that accommodate more than 1,000 households. In this regard, A survey of consumers was conducted to collect opinions about consumers' perception and requirements regarding long-life housing, and thus to promote long-life housing and improve certification system criteria. The general public who wish to purchase housing were selected as the subjects for the present study, and the survey was conducted at the site of apartment house PR hall in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as of January 2015. The result of this study is an opinion survey of long-life housing consumers. For future work, additional research is needed to establish legal standards and devise support systems, along with technology development for long-life housing.

        건축행정 서비스 개선방안 연구

        According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.

        홍조류 무절석회조 , 납작돌잎 ( Lithophyllum yessoense ) 사분포자체의 포자방출과 생장

        부산의 기장군 지역 조하대에 폭넓게 분포하는 무절석회조류의 한 종인 납작돌잎 (Litbophyllum yessoense)을 대상으로 하여 사분포자의 배양환경에 따른 생장과 사분포자 방출량을 정량화 함으로써 포자방출 양상을 구명하고자 하였다. 포자의 배양실험은 2000년 3월에 채집한 납작돌잎 사분포자체로부터 사분포자를 받아 수행하였다. 배양조건은 온도는 5조건 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25℃), 광량은 4조건 (0, 20, 50, 100 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))과 염분농도는 6조건 (0, 9, 11, 17, 34, 43 ppt) 하에서 각각 포자의 상대생장률을 측정하였다. 월별 포자방출의 정량화는 2000년 8월부터 2001년 7월까지 매월 시료를 채집하여 50μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1), 15℃과 16:8h (L:D) 조건하에서 48시간 동안 방출된 포자의 총 수를 계수하였다. 배우체의 최적 생장 조건은 20℃, 20 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)과 34ppt조건이었으며, 최대 상대생장률은 20℃ 조건에서 0.1232였다. 포자의 방출량은 9월에 사분포자체 단위면적 (㎠) 당 266개로 최고치를 보였고, 연중 1월부터 3월까지의 시기를 제외한 모든 시기에 포자가 방출되는 것으로 나타났다. Growth and tetraspore release pattern of Litbophyllum yessoense (Rhodophyta, Corallinaceae) were investigated from March 2000 to July 2001. Pinkish tetraspores were 40.2 ± 0.4 ㎛ in diameter. After release, tetraspores attached on substrate shortly. Culture conditions were five temperatures (5, 10, 15, 20, 25℃), four irradiances (0, 20, 50, 100 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)) and six salinities (0, 9, 17, 25, 34, 43ppt). Maximum growth of gametophyte was occurred at 20℃, 20μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1), 16:8h (L:D) and 34ppt. Maximum relative growth rate was 0.1232 at 20℃. The amount of tetraspore release showed maximum at September as 266 cells per crust area (㎠), and tetraspores did not release from January to March.

        When the fire takes place inside the building, it is the most important for the people who are inside the building to escape to the safe place. Specially, the elder are the most serious victims because of their short of fire confrontation ability. This study will analysis the evacuation regulation for the elderly facilities. and on the basis of this, this research proposes the basic data for evacuation re-regulation for the elderly facilities through the actual condition investigation of the elderly facilities and interviews with its supervisors.

        노인복지관 편의시설 실태 분석 및 개선방향 설정에 관한 연구

        The goal of this study is to propose the basic design guideline for Elderly welfare facility through the actual state for Elderly welfare facilities. For this, the problems of Elderly welfare facilities and its improved element was drawn through the analysis of the 21 Elderly welfare facilities plans and their conditions of the facilities for Elderly welfare facility, and interview with their user and manager. The results of this study were as follows; at first, in terms of spatial size, secured space for bathroom and corridor is required. Corridor is not only a moving space but also a resting place. Since then, the extra space is necessary. The second, for security for elder"s mobility, the material of the floor of the main entrance and bathroom should be the non-slip material. And for the bathroom, it is need for the wheelchair activity space for both in toilet used space and bathroom. Finally, for the external approaching, since many elderly welfare facility users ride the shuttle bus, shuttle boarding area and pedestrian safety road are needed.

        영광 인근 해역 해조군집의 기능형군별 분석

        서해안의 영광 원자력 발전소 주변에 분포하는 해조 군집의 기능형군별 분석을 통하여 이 지역 해조 군집의 특성을 환경적 요소와 연관시켜 해석하고자 하였다. 이 연구에서 출현한 종은 총 51종으로 녹조류 12종, 갈조류 11종, 홍조류 28종이었다. 계절별로는 겨울철에 42종으로 가장 많은 종이 출현하였고, 여름철에 18종으로 가장 적은 수의 종이 출현하였다. 중요도 값이 높게 나타난 종은 Enteromorpha compressa Sargassum thunbergii, Corallina pilulifera와 Carpopeltis affinis로 조사된 4개 지점 모두에서 공동적으로 나타났다. 기능형군별 분석에서 나타난 비율은 직립분기형 (41.2%), 엽상형 (25.5%), 사상형 (19.6%), 다육질형 (7.8%), 각상형 (3.9%), 유절산호말형 (2.0% )로 나타났다. 이들 6개 기능형군의 조성 비율은 지역에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이를 통하여 온배수 배출 지역에서는 해조류의 종조성 뿐 아니라 종간의 경쟁에도 영향을 미칠 수 있슴을 나타낸다. Macroalgal community was analysed from December 1993 to October 1994 in Yonggwang vicinity, western coast of Korea. A total 51 species (12 green, 11 brown and 28 red algae) of marine algae were identified. Among four localities, the number of species observed was the highest as 34 species at Shimwon and the least as 31 species at Sunchanggum and Gamakdo. Seasonally, the number of species observed was the highest as 42 species in winter and the least as 18 species in summer. The species showing relatively high important value were Enteromorpha compressa, Sargassum thunbergii, Corallina pilulifera and Carpopeltis affinis, which were all common to four investigated localities. Seasonal and regional fluctuations of mean biomass was 66.0~820.0 g-wet wt/m2 at Hyanghado, 248.3~886.3 g-wet wt/m2 at Sunchanggum, 154.5-510.2 g-wet wt/m2 at Gamakdo and 85.0~451.9 g-wet wt/m2 at Shimwon, respectively. The flora investigated could be classified into six functional groups such as coarsely branched form (41.2%), sheet form (25.5%), filamentous form (19.6%), thick leathery (7.8%), crustous form (3.9%) and jointed calcarious form algae (2.0%). At the effluent area of the nuclear power plants, the algal composition of functional groups may affect species composition due to thermal pollution.

        기존 건축물을 활용한 노인복지시설 확충 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        It is very urgent to increase the supplies for the elderly facility because of the rapid population growing of elders in our country. But, if we depend on the only new building for them, it will take a lot of time and cause to bring economic problem. So, this study proposed the activating plan to increase the supplies of the elderly facility through using the existing unused regional buildings. The results of this study were as follows. At first, it suggests the deregulation of National Land Planning and Utilization Act for location of the elderly facility in the residential-only district. The second, the simplification of building permit procedures for the conversion of building use were suggested. The last, it suggests the need of the financial support and the design guideline for the remodeling of existing building.
