In the industrialization era, technology and knowledge had gained the upper hand over others. As the globalization era has come in the 21st century, emotions have become more important than rationale, and brand image and value have influenced consumption behavior more than product function and efficiency. The newly emerging firms related to distribution and retail shops influence the changes in purchase circumstances, and introduce the new concept of consumption that requires complex added value as well as the services based on the function and quality of products. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to establish the concept of the complex culture space of pop-up stores among recently increasing retail shops, and to investigate the complex culture space in the domestically leading brand strategy store to analyze its constructive characteristics. This researcher established theoretical analysis on pop up stores among retail shops and a complex culture space, and looked into relevant studies and literatures. In conclusion, Content of Retail shops are the main features of the complex cultural space. In the past, a cultural space that can be experienced partly lifestyle appears to form a complex cultural space form and Reflecting the trend of sales and culture, providing a variety of experiences to consumers. It is expected that the complex culture spaces in pop up stores will have more diverse and new designs.

This study aims to analyze the impact of surfing-centered regional thematization on economic revitalization in Hajo Beach and Jukdo-Ingu Beach in Yangyang County, Gangwon Province. Through statistical data analysis, the current status and level of regional activation of the research area themed as a surfing beach are identified, and sustainable development directions for the region are proposed based on this. The geographical scope of the study includes Hajo Beach and Jukdo-Ingu Beach, the most active surfing beaches in Yangyang County. The research results show that the public land prices in the study area have significantly increased over the past ten years, particularly as commercial activities related to surfing have been activated and real estate values have increased. Visitor numbers have also steadily increased, confirming that the area has been successful in attracting domestic and international tourists even after the COVID-19 endemic. Additionally, events such as surfing festivals have contributed to the local economy, and the expansion of leisure and relaxation spaces preferred by the younger generation plays an important role in revitalizing the local economy. These analysis results provide important insights for the establishment of future tourism industry and regional development policies and are expected to contribute to the continuous revitalization of the local economy.
Development of an optimization program for superconducting magnet design

An optimization program for superconducting magnet design has been developed with 3D magnetic field analysis software, MagNet, and spread sheet software, Excel. Detailed design parameters of optimum superconducting magnet are automatically determined by the optimization program. The optimization program uses genetic algorithm to find minimum length of superconducting wire with the same storage capacity. Magnetic field, critical current and the total length of superconducting wire are taken into consideration to find out suitable specifications for design. The optimal design results and comparative analysis with other design method were given.
서브블록 히스토그램 등화기법을 이용한 개선된 콘트래스트 강화 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 영상의 콘트래스트 (이하 대비)를 높이기 위한 개선된 히스토그램 등화 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 글로벌 히스토그램 등화 기법은 간단하나 영상의 각 부분에 맞는 충분한 대비를 얻을 수 없다. 이를 해결하기 위한 블록 중첩 서브블록 히스토그램 등화 기법은, 높은 대비를 얻을 수 있으나 그 계산량이 엄청나다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 두 방법의 장점을 모두 얻기 위한 부분 중첩 서브블록 히스토그램 등화기법(Partially Overlapped Sub-block Histogram Equalization : POSHE)을 제안한다. 이 방법에서는 서브블록들의 히스토그램 등화 함수를 저역 통과 필터 형태의 마스크를 이용하여 얻음으로써 그 계산량을 블록 중첩 서브블록 히스토그램 등화에 비해 크게 줄여서 훨씬 빠른 시간에 블록 중첩 서브블록 히스토그램 등화 기법과 비슷한 정도의 높은 대비를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. In this paper, an advanced histogram equalization algorithm for contrast enhancement is presented. Histogram equalization is the most popular algorithm. Global histogram equalization is simple and fast, but its contrast enhancement power is relatively low. Local histogram equalization, on the other hand, can enhance overall contrast more effectively, but the complexity of computation required is very high. In this paper, a low pass filter type mask is used to get a sub-block histogram equalization function to more simply produce the high contrast. The low pass filter type mask is realized by partially overlapped sub-block histogram equalization (POSHE). With the proposed method. the computation overhead is reduced by a factor of about one hundred compared to that of local histogram equalization while still achieving high contrast.
개인 아바타 자동 생성을 위한 얼굴 구성요소의 추출에 관한 연구

최근 네티즌들은 사이버 공간에서 자신의 정체성을 나타내기 위해 가상 캐릭터 `아바타(Avatar)`를 많이 이용하고 있으며, 더 나아가 사용자들은 좀 더 자신과 닮은 아바타를 요구하고 있다. 본 논문은 자동 아바타 생성의 기반기술인 얼굴 영역과 구성요소의 추출에 대한 연구로써 얼굴 구성 요소의 추출은 ACM과 에지의 정보를 이용하였다. 또한 얼굴 영역의 추출은 얼굴 영역의 면적 변화량을 ACM의 외부에너지로 사용하여 저해상도의 사진에서 발생하는 조명과 화질의 열화에 의한 영향을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 얼굴영역 추출 성공률은 92%로 나타났으며, 얼굴 구성 요소의 추출은 83.4%의 성공률을 보였다. 본 논문은 향후 자동 아바타 생성 시스템에서 얼굴 영역과 얼굴 구성요소를 정확하게 추출함으로써 패턴 부위별 특징처리가 가능하게 될 것으로 예상된다. In Recent times, Netizens have frequently use virtual character `Avatar` schemes in order to present their own identity. there is a strong need for avatars to resemble the users. This paper proposes an extraction technique for facial region and features that are used in generating the avatar automatically. For extraction of facial feature component, the method uses ACM and edge information. Also, in the extraction process of facial region, the proposed method reduces the effect of lights and poor image quality on low resolution pictures. this is achieved by using the variation of facial area size which is employed for external energy of ACM. Our experiments show that the success rate of extracting facial regions is 92% and accuracy rate of extracting facial feature components is 83.4%. our results provide good evidence that the suggested method can extract the facial regions and features accurately. moreover this technique can be used in the process of handling features according to the pattern parts of automatic avatar generation system in the near future.
