Background and Objectives : Dysarthria refers to speech disorder that causes difficulties in speech communication due to paralysis, muscle weakening, and incoordination of speech muscle mechanism caused by damaged central or peripheral nerve system. Pitch, strength and speed are influenced by dysarthria during detonation due to difficulties in muscle control. As evaluation items, alternate motion rate and diadochokinesis have been commonly used, and articulation is also an important evaluation items. The purpose of this study is to find acoustic characteristics on sound production of dysarthria patients. Materials and Methods : Research subjects have been selected as 20 dysarthria patients and 20 subjects for control group, and voice sample was composed of bilabial, alveolar sound, and velar sound in diadochokinetic rate, while consonant articulation test was composed of bilabial plosive, alveolar plosive, velar plosive. Analysis items were composed of 1) speaking rate, energy, articulation time of diadochokinesis, 2) voice onset time (VOT), total duration (TD), vowel duration (VD), hold of plosives. Results and Conclusions : The number of diadochokinetic rate of dysarthria was smaller than control group. Both control group and dysarthria group was highly presented in the order of /t/>/p/>/k/. Minimum energy range per cycle during diadochokinetic rate of dysarthria group was smaller than control group, and presented statistical significance in /p/, /k/, /ptk/. Maximum energy range was larger than control group, and presented statistical significance in /t/, /ptk/. Articulation time, gap, total articulation time during diadochokinetic rate of dysarthria group was longer than control group and presented statistical significance. The articulation time was presented in both control group and dysarthria group in the order of /k/>/t/>/p/, while Gap was presented in the order of /p/>/t/>/k/ for control group and /p/>/k/>/t/ for dysarthria group. VOT, TD, VD regarding plosives of dysarthria group were longer than control group. Hold showed large deviation compared to control group that had appeared due to declined larynx and articulation organ motility.

Tissue engineering has the possible to improve upon current techniques for intervertebral disc repair. A key component in tissue engineering for disc regeneration is the scaffold that serves as a template for cell interaction and the formation of extracellular matrix to provide structural support to the newly formed tissue. Recently developed scaffolds, Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) most widely used due to its advantages such as good biocompatibility, controllable rate of degradation and metabolizable degradation products. We measured compression strength of scaffolds with various pores to select suitable pore for tissue-engineering bio-disc. PLGA scaffolds were prepared by solvent casting/salt-leaching. NP cell were harvested from the disc of adult female rabbit. These cells were seeded in prepared PLGA scaffold and cultured in DMEM mdeium supplimented, 10% FBS, 1% antibiotic antinycotics for 1, 4, 6 weeks. We Morphology of cellular adhesion and extracellular matrix production were confirmed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). According to our result, the compression strength of scaffold decreased with increasing porogen size.
예비대학 IT 기초 교과 운영사례 분석을 통한 시사점 연구 : 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 기초 교과를 중심으로

The rapid change in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, along with the keyword convergence, is being led by software in all areas, such as politics, economy, society, culture, and education. In college education, much effort is put to revitalize the preliminary college, which is a starting point for fostering creative future talents, in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution through convergence and software. In this study, we designed and conducted a computer programming basic curriculum as part of the preparatory college program using prior studies, and then, 193 preliminary college students were surveyed. Using the survey data, basic respondent statistical analysis, multiple-choice question-by-item analysis, and narrative answer analysis are conducted, and the implications are examined. The results suggested the factors that need to be considered when designing a program suitable for the future college program and the need to develop a curriculum that can be applicable to the liberal arts curriculum as well. Also, I would like to find ways to improve the effectiveness of the preliminary college program. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 급격한 변화는 융합이라는 키워드와 함께 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육 등 전 분야에서 소프트웨어가 주도하고 있다. 대학 교육에서도 융합과 소프트웨어를 통해 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하는 창의적인 미래형 인재를 육성하기 위한 출발점으로 예비대학을 활성화하려는 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 예비대학 프로그램의 일환으로 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 기초 교과 프로그램을 설계하고 운영한 후, 193명의 예비대학생을 대상으로 하여 설문을 받았다. 설문 자료를 통해 기초 응답자 통계 분석, 객관식 설문 문항별 분석, 서술식 답변 분석을 시행하고 이를 통해 시사점을 살폈다. 그리고 향후 예비대학 프로그램의 목적에 맞는 프로그램 설계 시 고려할 점과 교양 교육과정과 연계하여 운영할 방법 등을 제시하여 봄으로써 예비대학 프로그램의 효과성을 높일 방안을 모색해보고자 했다.

Demineralized bone particle(DBP) that affects to cell proliferation and differentiation has been used as biomaterials. Bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) exhibit multiple traits of a stem cell population, and they can expand many times in vitro and be induced to differentiate into multiple cell types. In this study, we evaluated the effect of type of medium and contents DBP sponge on bone differentiation of rat BMSCs. Growth medium was consisted of DMEM, 10% FBS, 1% antibiotic antinycotics and Osteogenesis medium added to β-glycerophosphate 10 mM, L-ascorbic acid, dexamethasone 10-8 M, vitamin D3 10-8 M. DBP sponge were prepared by freeze-drying method from 1, 2 and 3 wt% DBP solution. BMSCs were harvested from the femurs of adult female Fischer rat. The effect of DBP sponge on the proliferation and ostegenesis of rat BMSCs were assessed in culture using the MTT assay, SEM, ALP assay, and RT-PCR was conducted to confirm mRNA expression of ALP and osteocalcin for osteogenic marker. According to our results, the cell viability and the quantity of ALP in 3 wt% DBP sponge were superior to other sponges. The osteogenesis medium provided the better osteogenesis effect than the growth medium. We concluded that osteogenesis medium and 3 wt% DBP sponge will be useful to bone differentiation using 3 wt% DBP sponge.

최근 개발 및 개선된 국가직무능력표준을 산업체, 학계 및 기업채용에 적용하는 등 국가직무능력표준에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있고 국가적인 차원에서도 국가직무능력표준 활용을 장려하는 추세이다. 기능과 기술중심의 국가직무능력표준이 가지고 있는 장점을 적극적으로 적용하여 효과적이며 여러 형태로 적용되고 있지만 국가직무능력표준이 가지고 있는 한계점이 존재한다. 복잡하고 다양한 IT분야에서는 국가직무능력표준을 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점이 있는데 이러한 문제점을 최소하기 위한 방안이 필요한 시점이다. 이데 본고에서는 현행 국가직무능력표준 모델을 개선한 모델을 제시하여 IT분야의 특수성을 고려한 효율적인 국가직무능력표준 모델로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. Recently, Development and improved National Competency standards has been increasing interest in industry, academia and corporate recruitment. Also NCS is a trend that encourages that utilization. Features and technical standards are effective center of NCS to actively apply the benefits that have been applied in many forms, but is there a limitation standards have. In the IT Sector, it is the time needed for problems solving that can occur when there is an inability to apply these standards to minimize problems. This paper presents a model for improving the current model is expected to be able to be utilized as an efficient model, taking into account the specificities of the IT sector.

Tissue engineering strategies have the potential to improve upon current techniques for intervertebral disc repair. However, determining a suitable biomaterial scaffold for disc regeneration is difficult due to the complex fibrocartilaginous structure of the tissue. Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) has controllable biodegradability and good biocompatibility. hyaluronic acid(HA) called natural moisturizer can be used as biomaterials. In this study, we evaluated 3-dimensional HA loaded PLGA scaffold on proliferation and phenotype maintenance of annulus fibrosus cells. HA/PLGA scaffolds were prepared by emulsion freeze-drying method. Annulus fibrosus cells were seeded in HA/PLGA scaffold, and then cell viability and proliferation analyzed by 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5- diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was assessed to measure mRNA expression for type II collagen, aggrecan and glycosaminoglycan(GAG) quantity from annulus fibrosus cells in scaffolds. In MTT assay result, cell viability in HA/PLGA scaffolds were higher than PLGA scaffolds. In addition, annulus fibrosus strongly expressed their specific mRNA and produced well sGAG in HA/PLGA scaffold. This result indicates that HA/PLGA scaffold is useful for intervertebral disc regeneration.

DBP sponge were prepared by freeze-drying method after addition 2 wt% DBP solution. sponge was crosslinked with 1-ethyl-(3-3-dimethyl aminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC) solution with 50 mM concentration for 24 hrs and lyophilized. We seeded cells in DBP sponge and Collagen sponge. Cellular viability and proliferation were assayed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium-bromide(MTT) test. DBP sponge and Collagen sponge were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was assessed to measure mRNA expression for type I collagen, type II collagen, aggrecan and osteonectin and glycosaminoglycan(GAG) quantity from annulus fibrosus cells in sponges. In MTT assay result, DBP sponges were higher cell viability. In SEM observation, we observed that DBP sponge has uniform porosity. In addition, annulus fibrosus stronly expressed their specific mRNA. and produced well sGAG in DBP sponge. This result indicates that DBP sponge is useful for intervertebral disc regeneration.
