        Effectiveness of a Mindfulness-Based Intervention in Older People Exposed to Trauma During the Jeju 4·3 Incident

        Objective : We assessed the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based intervention in improving positive psychological resources in older people who were affected by the Jeju 4·3 incident. Methods : This study included 25 older people recruited from the Jeju 4·3 Trauma Center. The intervention was conducted on a once-a-week basis for six weeks. All participants completed self-report questionnaires, including the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire Short Form (FFMQ) and Positive Resources Test (POREST). Results : This intervention significantly improved the total score and the nonreactivity, observing, acting with awareness, describing, and nonjudging of inner experience FFMQ scores. The interventions also significantly improved the POREST subscale scores. Conclusion : The mindfulness-based intervention significantly improved positive psychological resources in older people exposed to the Jeju 4·3 incident. (Anxiety and Mood 2023;19(2):94-99)

        경상남도 간호사의 직장선택, 직무수행의 어려움, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: This study aims to provide primary data for policy alternatives by identifying the problem of the nursing workforce shortage. Methods: For quantitative data, 446 questionnaires were analyzed. The mean and standard deviation were used for content description. ANOVA analysis and Scheffé test were used to compare the differences according to the hospital level. For qualitative data, 1:1 in-depth and group interviews were conducted for six participants. Results: The factors nurses prioritized when choosing a workplace were salary, commuting distance, and work-life balance. Clinical nurses cited low wages, heavy workloads, and burnout as the most considerable difficulties in performing their duties. Factors influencing nurse’s turnover intention were low wages, unmanageable workload, and rotation to unwanted departments in that order. New nurses tend not to apply to small-medium-sized hospitals, experienced nurses in their 30s-40s leave hospitals due to childcare and shift work difficulties, and nurses in their 50s and older tend to move to nursing homes rather than acute hospital settings. Conclusion: In this study, wage and workload were mentioned as the most critical factors in nurses' workplace selection, job performance difficulties, and turnover intention, so it is necessary to pay attention to this aspect when improving treatment for nurses.

        예비교사 소프트웨어(SW) 교육 역량 강화를 위한 언플러그드 활동 수업모형 개발

        본 연구에는 국내의 예비교사 양성 기관의 현실에 맞도록 소프트웨어(SW)교육 역량 강화를 위해 예비교사들 을 대상으로 언플러그드 활동을 위한 수업모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문 헌탐색을 통해 1차 모형을 개발한 후, 이 모형의 최종사용자인 예비교사를 가르치는 교수자 1인을 대상으로 사 용성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 다음 수업모형을 적용하여 설계된 언플러그드 수업에 참여한 예비교사들을 대상으 로 모형에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 모형은 전문가 4인으로부터 타당화를 검증받았다. 본 연 구의 모형은 크게 동기유발하기, 안내하기, 활동구성하기, 사례 체험하기, 확장하기 및 결과내기, 정리하기의 여 섯 단계로 구성되며, 각각의 단계에서 요구되는 수업활동을 포함하고 있다. 최종 모형은 4인의 전문가에게 타당 성을 검증받았으며, 본 연구의 논의점에 제안되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an unplugged instructional model for pre-service teachers’ SW competences in higher education. The unplugged instructional model was developed through the following procedures; 1) developing the 1st model based on the results of literature review, 2) getting test for use by one practicing instructor, 3) collecting the opinions of learners who participated in the unplugged instruction, and 4) getting model validation by 4 experts. The developed unplugged instructional model consists of 6 phases: ‘stimulating of learners’ motivation’, ‘introducing learning activities’, ‘constructing an activities’, experiencing unplugged activities’, ‘extending and generating outcome of unplugged learning’, and ‘reflecting’ in addition, each phase includes learning activities. The validation results confirm that the unplugged instructional model was both reliable.

        의학교육을 위한 메타버스의 교육적 가능성 탐색

        Interest in the metaverse is increasing as learners participate in learning with presence, improving learning motivation, and interaction. Currently, the use of metaverse in medical education remains in a test-phase of introduction within some companies, while some medical school professors are beginning to utilize it. Therefore, it is difficult to ascertain whether the metaverse has educational potential when used in medical education. This exploratory study investigates the possibility of the educational use of the metaverse. Both the educational usefulness and the examples of its educational usage in domestic and foreign medical schools are explored. As the metaverse is expected to be introduced and utilized more actively in the future, some of its advantages and limitations in medical education have been identified. In light of the vast potential of the metaverse in medical education, the method of educating and preparing medical students should be developed by preparing a new educational foundation.

        키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 국내 홀리스틱융합교육연구의 연구동향 및 지식구조 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to explore the research trends and knowledge structure of the The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education. To do this, keyword networks are constructed. A total of 1847 keywords were extracted from 422 academic journals published from 2004 to 2020 when author keywords began to be provided. Journals were divided into the former part (2004-2013) and the later part (2014-2020) and then keywords were selected from these two parts. These keywords formed a knowledge network of 「The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education」In order to explore the knowledge structure, analysis of structural properties, centrality, and cluster analysis were performed. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the knowledge network of The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education has been found to be growing into a medium-sized network as the number of research papers has increased compared to the previous one, and the topics within the knowledge network are being studied cohesively. Second, as a result of the centrality analysis of major keywords, "physical education" and "spirituality" were highly centralized during the two periods, but the centrality of major keywords changed by time. Third, the analysis of the clusters allowed us to explore clusters that were created or decimated over time, and it could see the tendency of various topics to be associated with other topics and to expand the area of the study. Based on these findings, discussing the results, future research directions, the limitations of the research were suggested.

        의학교육에서의 에듀테크(EdTech)의 활용과 효과

        Rapid developments in technology as part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution have created a demand for educational technology (EdTech) and a gradual transition from traditional teaching and learning to EdTech-assisted learning in medical education. EdTech is a portmanteau (blended word) combining the concepts of education and technology, and it refers to various attempts to solve education-related problems through information and communication technology. The aim of this study was to explore the use of key EdTech applications in medical education programs. A scoping review was conducted by searching three databases (PubMed, CINAHL, and Educational Sources) for articles published from 2000 to June 2021. Twenty-one studies were found that presented relevant descriptions of the effectiveness of EdTech in medical education programs. Studies on the application and effectiveness of EdTech were categorized as follows: (1) artificial intelligence with learner-adaptive evaluation and feedback, (2) augmented/virtual reality for improving learning participation and academic achievement through immersive learning, and (3) social media/social networking services with learner-directed knowledge generation, sharing, and dissemination in medical communities. Although this review reports the effectiveness of EdTech in various medical education programs, the number of studies and the validity of the identified research designs are insufficient to confirm the educational effects of EdTech. Future studies should utilize suitable research designs and examine the instructional objectives achievable by EdTech-based applications to strengthen the evidence base supporting the application of EdTech by medical educators and institutions.

        학습장애의 진단 평가와 교육학적 개입

        Learning disabilities (LD), also known as learning disorders, refers to cases in which an individual experiences lower academic ability as compared to the normal range of intelligence, visual or hearing impairment, or an inability to peform learning. Children and adolescents with learning disabilities often have emotional or behavioral problems or co-existing conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, difficulties with peer relationships, family conflicts, and low self-esteem. In most cases, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder coexists. As learning disabilities have the characteristics of a difficult heterogeneous disease group that cannot be attributed to a single root cause, they are diagnosed based on an interdisciplinary approach through medicine and education, such as mental health medicine, education, psychology, special education, and neurology. In addition, for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities, the diagnosis, prescription, treatment, and educational intervention should be conducted in cooperation with doctors, teachers, and psychologists. The treatment of learning disabilities requires a multimodal approach, including medical and educational intervention. It is suggested that educational interventions such as the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and the Response to Invention (RTI) should be implemented.

        기술수용모델을 기반으로 한 메타버스 사용의도 영향 요인 연구

        Metaverse have begun to attract attention because it facilitate interaction between learners and teachers in non face- to- face environment. In order to use the metaverse in the educational field such as online class, it is important that pre-service teachers intend to use it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the pre-service teacher's educational competence and the intention to use the metaverse based on the technology acceptance model. The influence factors of flexibility for new technology, teacher efficacy, and TPACK were examined. It was conducted with 240 pre-service teachers, and the data of 183 pre-service teachers finally collected were used for the analysis. As a result of the study, among the metaverse educational competencies of elementary school pre-service teachers, flexibility and TPACK mediate perceived ease, and the pathways affecting metaverse use intention were significant. In this regard, theoretical and practical implications that can be helpful in the discussion and intention of using the metaverse of pre-service teachers were presented. 코로나19로 인해 교육 현장에서는 비대면 수업이 정착되었다. 이에 온라인 수업, 블렌디드 러닝 등의 방법이 도입되었으며, 학습자와 교수자, 학습자와 학습자 간 상호작용을 촉진하는 메타버스가 주목받기 시작했다. 메타버스는 비대면 방식에서 나타난 물리적 환경에서 오는 교육의 한계를 극복할 수 있어 초등교육 학습자들에게 보다 적합한 교육 방안이 될 수 있다. 메타버스를 교육 현장에 활용하기 위해서는 예비교사들의 사용의도가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델에 기반하여 예비교사의 교육역량과 메타버스 사용의도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여, 새로운 테크놀로지에 대한 유연성, 교수효능감, 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(TPACK)의 영향 요인을 살펴보았다. 예비교사 240명을 대상으로 하였고, 최종 수집된 183명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 예비교사의 메타버스 교육역량 중 유연성과 TPACK은 인지된 용이성을 매개하여 메타버스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 경로는 유의하였다. 이와 관련 논의와 예비교사들의 메타버스 사용의도에 도움을 줄 수 있는 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

      • 통합예술치료프로그램이 지역아동센터 아동의 공격성 감소에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 공격성을 보이는 지역아동 센터의 아동들에게 미술치료와 놀이 치료를 통합한 예술심리치료프로그램을 적용 하여 공격성 감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적에 따라 S 지역아동센터 담 당자와 부모님 동의를 얻어 공격행동을 보이 는 아동5명울 선정한 후 공격행동 행동관찰 척도지를 통해 공격행동정도를 확인 후 최종 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 측정도구로는 공격 성척도와 인물화 검사를 사전 실시하였고, 통 합예술치료프로그램 실시 후 변화의 정도를 확인하기 위해 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 매회기별 사건기록법을 활용한 행동관찰을 통 해 질적 변화 정도를 기록하였다. 행동관찰의 신뢰도를 높이기 위하여 센터의 담당 사회복 지사와 연구자는 대상 아동들의 공격행동을 정의하고 관찰자 훈련을 실시하였다. 자료 처 리는 공격성 척도 점수와 인물화 채점 결과의 상관관계를 비교하였고, 회기 내에 관찰한 공 격행동의 빈도를 분석으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 통합예 술치료프로그램 실시 후 공격성 척도의 점수 가 35점에서 53점의 감소를 보이고 있는 것으 로 보아 공격성 감소에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 인물화 점수는 사전에 6.33점이었고 사후에 2.5점으로 3.83점이 감소되었으며 이는 공격 성 척도 점수가 감소된결과와 일치함을 볼 수 있다. 내용적인 면에서도 주제가 싸움, 왕따에서 놀 이하는 것으로 변화되고 인물의 크기가 커지 고 신체의 구성이 세밀해 지는 것과 음영이 밝 아지거나 소거된 것은 긍정적 변화로 보여진 다. 셋째, 회기별 행동관찰에서 빈도를 기록하 여 비교하였을 때 아동 5명이 모두 공격행동 이 소거되거나 줄어드는 것을 볼 때 유의미한 변화가 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상으로 볼 때 통합예술치료 프로그램은 지역아동센터 아동의 공격성 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
