        의학 교육에서 인공지능의 응용: 임상의학 교육을 위한 ChatGPT의 활용을 중심으로

        This study explores the potential use of artificial intelligence (AI)- based services, specifically ChatGPT-3.5, in medical education. The application of this technology is acknowledged as a valuable tool for simulating authentic clinical scenarios and enhancing learners' diagnostic and communication skills. To construct a case, students received ChatGPT training using a clinical ethics casebook titled "Clinical Ethics Cases and Commentaries for Medical Students and Physicians." Subsequently, a role-play script was generated based on this training. The initial draft of the script was reviewed by two medical professors and was further optimized using ChatGPT-3.5. Consequently, a comprehensive roleplay script, accurately reflecting real-world clinical situations, was successfully developed. This study demonstrates the potential for effectively integrating AI technology into medical education and provides a solution to overcome limitations in developing role-play scripts within conventional educational settings. However, the study acknowledges that AI cannot always generate flawless role-play scripts and recognizes the necessity of addressing these limitations and ethical concerns. The research explores both the potential and limitations of employing AI in the early stages of medical education, suggesting that future studies should focus on overcoming these limitations while further investigating the potential applications of AI in this field.

        키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 국내 홀리스틱융합교육연구의 연구동향 및 지식구조 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to explore the research trends and knowledge structure of the The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education. To do this, keyword networks are constructed. A total of 1847 keywords were extracted from 422 academic journals published from 2004 to 2020 when author keywords began to be provided. Journals were divided into the former part (2004-2013) and the later part (2014-2020) and then keywords were selected from these two parts. These keywords formed a knowledge network of 「The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education」In order to explore the knowledge structure, analysis of structural properties, centrality, and cluster analysis were performed. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the knowledge network of The Journal of Holistic Convergence Education has been found to be growing into a medium-sized network as the number of research papers has increased compared to the previous one, and the topics within the knowledge network are being studied cohesively. Second, as a result of the centrality analysis of major keywords, "physical education" and "spirituality" were highly centralized during the two periods, but the centrality of major keywords changed by time. Third, the analysis of the clusters allowed us to explore clusters that were created or decimated over time, and it could see the tendency of various topics to be associated with other topics and to expand the area of the study. Based on these findings, discussing the results, future research directions, the limitations of the research were suggested.

        의학교육을 위한 메타버스의 교육적 가능성 탐색

        Interest in the metaverse is increasing as learners participate in learning with presence, improving learning motivation, and interaction. Currently, the use of metaverse in medical education remains in a test-phase of introduction within some companies, while some medical school professors are beginning to utilize it. Therefore, it is difficult to ascertain whether the metaverse has educational potential when used in medical education. This exploratory study investigates the possibility of the educational use of the metaverse. Both the educational usefulness and the examples of its educational usage in domestic and foreign medical schools are explored. As the metaverse is expected to be introduced and utilized more actively in the future, some of its advantages and limitations in medical education have been identified. In light of the vast potential of the metaverse in medical education, the method of educating and preparing medical students should be developed by preparing a new educational foundation.

        청소년에서 집단따돌림과 우울증

        Depression is one of the most prevalent mental health problems of adolescence. A number of studies have identifiedan association between bullying and depression in adolescence. Prospective studies have suggested that bullying victimization may be a risk factor for adolescent depression, and depression may predispose adolescents to bullying. The consequences of bullying may extend well into adulthood, and experiencing bullying victimization is related to a higher risk of recurrent adulthood depression. Whatever the direction of causality, the associations between bullying and depression offer opportunities for early intervention and prevention.

      • 효과적인 의학교육을 위한 교수방법 고찰: 플립러닝(Flipped Learning)을 중심으로

        Recently, an advanced form of blended learning, which incorporates a teaching method that focuses on flipped learning is actively used in colleges. Flipped learning is for learners to pre-learn content through videos uploaded by instructors before class, and then participate in learner-centered learning activities such as discussions and team activities in the classroom. The purpose of this paper is to review where flipped learning is being used in medical schools, and to draw implications for effective and efficient use in medical schools. For this, the definition of flipped learning, how it evolved, educational usefulness of this method of learning, and application cases in medical schools were reviewed. Through the reviews of cases of flipped learning and its positive effects, it is suggested that medical schools consider more use of flipped learning in the classroom instructions, with sensitivity to the individual medical departments' needs, environment and professors' preferences.

        외상후스트레스장애를 위한 마음챙김기반 치료

        Mindfulness has been widely researched in mental, physical health, and healthy populations. The effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions have also been demonstrated in research studies. This report reviews the research on mindfulness based interventions currently employed for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Mindfulness-based theories postulate that symptoms of PTSD are developed and maintained by experiential avoidance and non-mindful behaviors. Recent emerging work indicates that mindfulness based interventions, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, may improve the symptoms of PTSD. Further advances are needed to gain a better understanding of the ability of mindfulness based interventions to target specific symptom dimensions of PTSD and the psychological/neurobiological mechanisms of actions underlying these interventions.

        소프트웨어 교육을 위한 예비초등교사 역량에 대한 교육요구도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies of pre-service elementary teachers and to analyze their educational needs for Software education. For this purpose, firstly, the competencies of pre-service elementary teachers were identified by literature reviews and delphi meetings. Second, a survey was conducted on 166 pre-service elementary teachers. Third, collected data were analyzed by t-test, Borich need assessment formula, and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study are as follows. First, in all competencies, the importance of the competence for Software education is higher than that the performance of the competence for Software education. Second, three competencies (① technology knowledge, ② technology professor knowledge, and ③ technology professor content knowledge) as top priority competencies, and two competencies (① Software Education Literacy, and ② Software Teaching Efficacy) as next priority competencies were identified from all participants. Third, freshmen perceived five competencies as important. They included ① software teaching efficacy, ② technology knowledge, ③ knowledge of technology teaching contents, ④ instructional design and development, and ⑤ Knowledge. Fourth, prospective university graduates perceived seven competencies as important. They included ① Software teaching efficacy, ② Software Teaching Efficacy, ③ relationship between a teacher and students, ④ Technology knowledge, ⑤ Technology Content knowledge, ⑥ technology professor knowledge, and ⑦ technology professor content knowledge. Based on these results, implications for improving the related competencies for elementary school teachers were discussed. 본 연구는 초등학교에서 소프트웨어(SW) 교육을 실시하는데 있어 요구되는 예비초등 교사들의 역량을 규명하고 역량 향상을 위한 교육 요구도를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 문헌 분석 및 전문가 검토를 통해 소프트웨어교육과 관련된 역량 도출 및 조사도구를 개발하였다. 둘째, 이를 위해 J 지역 교육대학에 재학 중인 예비초등교사 166명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 셋째, 수집된 자료는 t-검증, Borich의 요구도 분석 방법, The Locus for Focus 모델을 적용하여 최종 우선순위 역량을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비초등교사 전체를 대상으로 소프트웨어교육을 위한 역량에 대해 중요하다고 인식하는 수준과 현재 수준을 분석한 결과, 15개의 역량 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비초등교사 전체를 대상으로 요구분석을 실시한 결과, 소프트웨어교육을 위한 15개의 역량 중 ‘테크놀러지 지식’, ‘테크놀러지 교수지식’, ‘테크놀러지 교수내용지식’ 역량이 최우선으로 고려해야 할 역량으로 도출되었고, ‘소프트웨어교육소양’ 및 ‘소프트웨어 교수효능감’이 그 다음으로 고려해야 할 역량으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 신입생의 경우, 소프트웨어교육을 위한 15개의 역량 중 Borich의 요구도 공식을 적용한 결과 ‘소프트웨어 교수효능감’, ‘테크놀러지 지식’, ‘테크놀로지 교수내용지식’, ‘수업설계 및 개발’, ‘테크놀러지 교수지식’순으로 주요 역량으로 도출되었다. 넷째, 예비졸업생을 대상으로 소프트웨어교육관련 역량에 대한 요구도를 분석한 결과, ‘소프트웨어교육소양’, ‘소프트웨어 교수 효능감’, ‘학습자와의 관계형성’, ‘테크놀러지 지식’, ‘테크놀러지 내용 지식’, ‘테크놀러지 교수 지식’, ‘테크놀러지 교수내용지식’ 역량은 모두 소프트웨어교육을 위해 최우선으로 고려해야할 요구군으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 초등예비교사들의 관련 역량을 향상시키기 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

        예비교사 소프트웨어(SW) 교육 역량 강화를 위한 언플러그드 활동 수업모형 개발

        본 연구에는 국내의 예비교사 양성 기관의 현실에 맞도록 소프트웨어(SW)교육 역량 강화를 위해 예비교사들 을 대상으로 언플러그드 활동을 위한 수업모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문 헌탐색을 통해 1차 모형을 개발한 후, 이 모형의 최종사용자인 예비교사를 가르치는 교수자 1인을 대상으로 사 용성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 다음 수업모형을 적용하여 설계된 언플러그드 수업에 참여한 예비교사들을 대상으 로 모형에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 모형은 전문가 4인으로부터 타당화를 검증받았다. 본 연 구의 모형은 크게 동기유발하기, 안내하기, 활동구성하기, 사례 체험하기, 확장하기 및 결과내기, 정리하기의 여 섯 단계로 구성되며, 각각의 단계에서 요구되는 수업활동을 포함하고 있다. 최종 모형은 4인의 전문가에게 타당 성을 검증받았으며, 본 연구의 논의점에 제안되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an unplugged instructional model for pre-service teachers’ SW competences in higher education. The unplugged instructional model was developed through the following procedures; 1) developing the 1st model based on the results of literature review, 2) getting test for use by one practicing instructor, 3) collecting the opinions of learners who participated in the unplugged instruction, and 4) getting model validation by 4 experts. The developed unplugged instructional model consists of 6 phases: ‘stimulating of learners’ motivation’, ‘introducing learning activities’, ‘constructing an activities’, experiencing unplugged activities’, ‘extending and generating outcome of unplugged learning’, and ‘reflecting’ in addition, each phase includes learning activities. The validation results confirm that the unplugged instructional model was both reliable.
