동남권 연구협력관계가 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 – 논문 데이터를 중심으로 -

Purpose: Concerns have been consistently raised in regards to the considerable amount of contrast dye used during transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with renal insufficiency. In the present study, we introduced minimal contrast TAVR and compared its 30-day clinical outcomes with conventional TAVR. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively investigated 369 patients who underwent TAVR between July 2011 and April 2020 in our institute. Among them, 93 patients with severe aortic stenosis and renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate ≤50 mL/min/1.73 m2) were included and divided into a conventional TAVR group (n=56) and a minimal contrast TAVR group (n=37). In the minimal contrast TAVR group, the total amount of contrast was <10 mL during the entire TAVR procedure. Thirty-day major adverse clinical events (MACE), including death, stroke, implantation of permanent pacemaker, and initiation of hemodialysis, were investigated. Results: The incidence of MACE was significantly lower in the minimal contrast TAVR group than the conventional TAVR group (16.2% vs. 42.9%, p=0.010). Death occurred in 9 patients (16.1%) in the conventional TAVR group and in 0 patients in the minimal contrast group (p=0.011). Hemodialysis was initiated in 2 patients (5.4%) in the minimal contrast TAVR group and in 7 patients (12.5%) in the conventional TAVR group (p=0.256). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the minimal contrast TAVR procedure was an independent predictor for reducing MACE (hazard ratio 0.208, 95% confidence interval: 0.080–0.541, p=0.001). Conclusion: Minimal contrast TAVR is feasible and shows more favorable short-term clinical outcomes than conventional TAVR in patients with renal insufficiency.

Organic Electronics has highlighted as next-generation electronics such as wearable electronics because of their flexibility, low-cost, lightweight properties, and easy fabrication process. Textiles have been considered strong candidates as novel substrates for wearable electronics with high flexibility and stretchability. However, the textile is hard to be utilized as the substrate of the electronic devices because of its high surface roughness. Herein, we report highly flexible transistor-based photosensors based on a textile/PDMS composite substrate and electrospun semiconducting nanofibers. The textile-based phototransistors showed operation stability under harsh mechanical deformations. Finally, we demonstrated flexible arrays (10 × 10 of photosensors) which can detect incident photonic signals with high resolution. Our results showed the possibility of applications toward the wearable photosensors.
합성 얼굴사진을 이용한 조현병 환자의 자기-타인 경계 인식의 특성

Objectives : Disturbance in self-experience has been considered to be a core feature of schizophrenia. Evidence from mirror face-recognition tasks supports the connection between self-face recognition and self-awareness which is a part of self-experience. The aim of this study was to investigate the self-other boundary recognition using morphed face pictures in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Twenty-one patients with schizophrenia and twenty-three healthy controls completed the self-face recognition task that consisted of various morphed pictures. Participant’s own picture was morphed with each of three different, unknown, gender-matched facial identities in steps of 10% ; each pair producing 11 images with graded blending of facial features. Thirty-three images in total were randomly presented as stimuli in a run, which was repeated three times. Participants were instructed to choose whether the stimulus was self-face or not. Results : Self-face proportion was significantly lower in the schizophrenia group at both recognition start point I and II (33.33% vs. 53.04%, p<0.001 ; 61.43% vs. 70.87%, p=0.01, respectively). Using the mean value of each recognition start point in the control group, we calculated the difference in self-face proportion for each individual with schizophrenia. There was a significant correlation between the degree of this difference and total Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) score at recognition start point I (r=0.507, p=0.019). Conclusion : The difference in self-other boundary recognition in this study may account for self-disturbance of schizophrenia. Its correlation with SANS total score may reflect the shared nature of persistent disturbance between the disturbance in self-experience and the negative symptom.
Highly Stretchable and Transparent Organic Nanofiber Transistors Based on a Core-Shell Nanofibers

Stretchable electronic devices are considered as main components for wearable electronics. Semiconducting nanofibers (NFs) have been regarded as promising candidates as active layers for stretchable electronics. Generally, electrospinning is considered a powerful method for fabrication of 1-D nanomaterials with various compositions. Herein, we report NF-based transistors with high stretchability and transparency based on core-shell NFs. Because of the composition of the electrospun core-shell NFs as stretchable and semiconducting part, fabricated coresshell NFs showed high stretchability compared with semiconducting single NFs. For the fabrication of stretchable transistors, elastomeric polymers were utilized for substrate and dielectric layers. As a result, the stretchable NF-based transistors showed stable device operations with various strains. Our results demonstrate the high potential of coreshell NFs for use as stretchable active layers in wearable electronics.

There is growing interest in sensors based on organic field-effect transistor (OFET) platform due to its use as wearable electronic devices. Although textile is one of the strong candidates for wearable electronics because of its high flexibility, textile is hard to be utilized as the substrate because of its high surface roughness. Herein, we report highly flexible photosensors based on a buffered textile substrate. Electrospun organic nanofibers were used as active layer for the sensors. As a result, textile-based OFETs showed high electrical performance and mechanical stability with low bending radius (~ 1.0 mm). Furthermore, photoresponsive characteristics of the devices have been investigated under irradiation of various wavelengths. The results showed possibility of application for our devices toward the wearable photosensors.
