소루마사지요법이 노인의 두경부 통증에 미치는 영향

근육의 긴장으로 인한 두경부 통증을 가진 노인을 대상으로 소루마사지 요법을 적용하여 두경부 통증에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 광주광역시 노인건강센타에서 선정 기준에 적합한 65세 이상 노인에서 실험군 30명, 대조군 16명 총 46명을 대상으로 8주간 주 2회, 총 16회의 소루마사지요법을 30분간 실시하였다. 그 결과 두경부 통증이 남자와 여자 모두 실험 전, 후에 감소되었으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 남녀를 구분하지 않는 분석에서도 두경부 통증의 실험 전, 후 차이가 유의하였다. 소루마사지요법은 근육의 긴장으로 인한 노인의 두경부 통증의 감소에 유의한 결과를 보여 노인들의 건강유지 및 건강증진, 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있어 널리 적용할 수 있는 중재적 대체요법이라고 할 수 있겠다. This study was aimed to analyse the effect of Soru massage therapy on pain of the head and neck of 46 seniors aged over 65. The therapy was given twice a week for eight weeks and a total of 16 sessions for 30 minutes. The results revealed that the pain average on the head and neck of the male and female subjects was statistically significant. For the test group who had a random test, the average of pain on the head and neck of the subjects was statistically significant. Based on the results, Soru massage therapy showed positive results for pain on the head and neck of elderly persons, which indicates that it can improve their health and quality of living. Therefore, this study is an arbitrary alternative therapy which can be applied for the elderly who have pain on the head and neck caused by muscular tension.

대학생의 외모관심도가 성별차이에 따른 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine the effects of appearance interest on self-esteem among university students. For the purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted among university students residing Seoul and Gangwon Province. A total of 476 questionnaires was used for the final data analysis with SPSS 21.0. The results indicate that the female students have higher appearance interest than the male students do, while the male students show higher self-esteem than the female students do. When it comes to positive self-esteem, the higher fashion interest the male students have, the higher self-esteem they have. On the other hand, the higher makeup interest the female students have, the higher self-esteem they have. This study is meaningful in that it provides the basic data for developing and implementing a variety of beauty programs to improve university students' self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and school adaptability.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 조직핵심인재 역량에 대한 직장인들의 인식:핵심 역량 교육 및 개발을 위한 기초 조사

본 연구의 목적은 직장인들이 인식하는 조직 핵심인재 역량에 대해 조사하고 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구 검토를 거친 후 구조적인 질문과 비구조적인 질문으로 인터뷰 및 설문 문항을 제작하였다. 다음으로 오프라인 인터뷰 및 온라인 설문조사를 통해 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 직장인 134명의 자료를 수집하였다. 분석은 빅데이터 분석기법인 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하였으며, R 4.3.2를 활용해 서술형 응답 내용을 텍스트 파일로 변경하여 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 방법으로는 먼저 키워드 빈도 분석을 진행하였고, 클라우드 분석을 통해 시각화하였다. 이후 TF-IDF 가중치 비교분석을 통해 조직 규모별 답변에 대한 키워드 차이를 확인하였으며 N-gram 의미망 분석을 통해 의미 있는 단어쌍을 추출하고 분류한 후 응답한 인터뷰 내용을 예시로 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 직장인들이 인식하는 핵심인재의 역량은 문제해결능력, 비판적사고 역량, 창의력, 의사소통역량 등으로, 이러한 역량들이 프로젝트 수행과 업무를 할 때 기여한다고 인식하고 있었다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의, 시사점, 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the competencies of organizational core talents as perceived by employees. To achieve this, interviews and survey questions were created through a review of prior research, using both structured and unstructured questions. Subsequently, data from 134 employees, excluding insincere respondents, were collected through offline interviews and online surveys. The analysis utilized text mining techniques, a big data analysis method, and was conducted by converting descriptive response content into text files using R 4.3.2. The research methodology began with a keyword frequency analysis, followed by visualization through cloud analysis. Then, a keyword difference analysis between organization sizes was conducted using TF-IDF weight comparison, and meaningful word pairs were extracted and categorized through N-gram semantic network analysis, with interview content provided as examples. The results revealed that employees perceive the core competencies of core talents to include problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, creativity, and communication skills, recognizing their contribution to project execution and work tasks. Based on these findings, the study discusses its significance, implications, limitations, and directions for future research.

개인-조직 및 개인-직무 적합성이 과업성과에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트, 지속적 학습활동, 협업의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 : 애자일 조직문화의 스타트업 종사자를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships of empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration in the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on task performance among employees of early-stage startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture. To achieve this purpose, we developed a research model and established hypotheses based on theoretical review and the results of prior research. Data were collected from employees working in startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture, and a total of 204 responses were utilized for the final analysis. Before hypothesis testing, we examined the characteristics of the sample, conducted confirmatory factor analysis to assess measurement model fit, tested convergent and discriminant validity and analyzed reliability. After confirming the goodness of fit of the structural equation model, it tested the hypotheses, including mediating effects, based on the results of the structural equation model analysis. The results show that person-organization fit has a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. Similarly, person-job fit was found to have a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. However, it was found that empowerment did not have a statistically significant effect on task performance, while continuous learning activities had a significant and negative effect on task performance. Finally, collaboration was found to have a significant positive effect on task performance, and the mediation analysis results indicated that collaboration had a mediating effect on the relationship between person-job fit and task performance. Based on the findings of this study, it discussed the significance of the study and theoretical and practical implications. It also discussed limitations of the research and suggested directions for future research.

개인 맞춤형화장품 사업 활성화를 위한 비즈니스 가이드라인 제안

In Korea, business guidelines for nurturing professional manpower in the cosmetic industry are insufficient despite the implementation of legislation and certification system for customized cosmetics. Therefore, in this study, guideline design for customized cosmetics businesses was studied. As a research method, literature on domestic and foreign market conditions and cases of each business type of the customized cosmetics market were analyzed. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted on the guidelines by creating a group of professionals and employees in the customized cosmetics industry. As a result, it was found that the guidelines for individual business owners of customized cosmetics were institutionalized into 4 types, and essential information needed for introduction of the customized cosmetics into the market and information needed for general practice should be provided. It is expected that this study will be developed as a guideline that can guide the growth of the cosmetic industry and the vitalization of the customized cosmetics business in the future.

강황 분말 첨가가 들기름 마요네즈의 품질특성 및 산화안정성에 미치는 영향

강황 분말의 첨가가 마요네즈의 품질특성, 항산화활성 및 산화안정성에 미치는 영향에 대해 평가하였다. 들기름으로 제조된 마요네즈에 강황분말을 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% 농도로 첨가하여 4°C에서 12주 동안 저장하였으며, 강황 분말 무첨가구와 비교하였다. 강황 분말 첨가량이 많아짐에따라 들기름 마요네즈의 L* (명도) 값은 유의적으로 감소하였고, a* (적색도)는 모든 실험구에서 negative (-)값이었으며, b* (황색도)값은 유의적으로증가되는 경향이었다(p<0.05). 강황 분말 첨가량이 많아짐에 따라 총 페놀 함량 및 항산화 활성이 유의적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 마요네즈를저장하는 동안 과산화물가는 유의적으로 증가하였으나, 강황 분말 첨가 시료에서는 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). 마요네즈의 유화안정성은 저장초기에 비해 저장 기간이 길어질수록 감소되는 경향이었으나, 0.5%의 강황 분말 첨가구는 무첨가구에 비해 유의적으로 높은 유화안정성을 보였으며,1%의 강황 분말 첨가구는 무첨가구와 유의차를 보이지 않았다. 점도는 저장 기간이 경과됨에 따라 감소되었으나, 무첨가구에 비해 1% 이상의강황 분말 첨가구에서 유의적으로 높았다. 들기름 마요네즈에 강황 분말 첨가 시 항산화 활성 증대 및 과산화물의 생성 억제에 효과적이었으며,특히 0.5~1% 첨가시 마요네즈의 유화안정성 및 점도 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. The impact of the addition of turmeric powder, such as, on the quality characteristics, antioxidant activities, and oxidation stabilityof mayonnaise was evaluated. Turmeric powder was added to mayonnaise made with perilla oil at concentrations of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and3% and stored at 4°C for 12 weeks, compared with the group without turmeric powder. As the amount of turmeric powder added increased,the L* (lightness) value of mayonnaise significantly decreased, a* (redness) value was negative (-) in all treatment groups, and b* (yellowness)value showed a tendency to increase significantly (p<0.05). The total phenol content and antioxidant activities were significantly increasedas the amount of turmeric powder added. The peroxide value significantly increased during storage of mayonnaise, but it significantlydecreased in the group with the addition of turmeric powder (p<0.05). The emulsification stability of mayonnaise tended to decrease asthe storage period, that of 0.5% added turmeric powder was showed significantly higher, and that of 1% added turmeric powder wasnot significant compared to the group without turmeric powder (p<0.05). Viscosity was decreased as the storage period increased, butit was significantly higher in the groups with 1% or more turmeric powder than in the group without addition (p<0.05). When turmericpowder was added to perilla oil mayonnaise, it was effective in increasing antioxidant activity and inhibiting the formation of peroxides. In particular, when added at 0.5~1%, it is considered beneficial in improving the emulsion stability and viscosity of perilla oil mayonnaise.

토픽모델링과 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국.내외 재난 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 국내외 국외 재난 연구 동향을 비교하고자 한다. 재난과 관련된 국내외 학술지 15개(국내 3개, 국외 12개)의 최근 21년(2000년-2020년)간 등재된 총 20,477편의 논문을 기반으로 토픽모델링과 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용하여 재난 연구 주제를 유형화하고 그 동향을 비교분석 하였다. 국내 저널의 경우 내진 설계와 화재, 풍수해 중심의 재해 연구가 주를 이루는 반면, 국외 저널은 위험 인식과 재해대응 거버넌스, 커뮤니티 리질리언스 등 정책적 연구가 높은 비중을 보였다. 또한 최근 5년간 국내외 저널 모두 건축⋅토목⋅설계 관련 주제의 비중이 줄어든 반면, 국내 저널에서는 화재와 풍수해 관련 연구가, 국외 저널에서는 커뮤니티 리질리언스와 위험 인식과 행동 관련 연구가 활발하게 등재되었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 재난 연구 트렌드에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 앞으로의 국내 재난 연구가 가져야 할 방향성을 제안하는데 활용할 수 있다. This study aims to analyze differences in domestic and international disaster research trends. We first performed topic modeling on 20,477 papers published in three domestic and 12 international journals over the last 21 years (2000-2020) and then visualized the trends. Based on the extracted topics and keywords, we analyzed keyword networks using Gephi. Research in domestic journals mainly revolved around natural disasters like earthquakes, fire, and flooding. In contrast, international journals spotlighted policy-based topics such as disaster governance and community resilience. Meanwhile, globally, building and civil engineering research has shrunk in recent five years (we refer to this as a cold topic). On the other hand, in the past five years, fire and flood research has appeared more frequently in domestic journals, while international journals have presented more articles on community resilience, risk perception, and behavior (we refer to this as a hot topic). Results of this research can provide suggestions about the directions domestic disaster research should develop in the future.

대학생의 외모관리행동이 대인관계에 미치는 영향

To examine the effect of appearance management behavior of university students on interpersonal relationships, 476 questionnaires were used as final analysis data for university students living in Seoul, Gangwon-do, and other areas. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. According to the result, the higher the hair management behavior and clothing purchase behavior for men, the more significant the interpersonal relationship was, and the higher the clothing purchase behavior and makeup behavior for women, the more significant the interpersonal relationship was. It is expected that makeup and hair-related activities will be developed and operated in beauty programs for improvement of the social adaptability of university students.
