만성 정신분열증 환자에서 Paroxetine과 Haloperidol 병합투여시 정신병리증상과 Haloperidol, Reduced Haloperidol 혈중농도의 변화

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs), as haloperidol, ore metabolized in the cytochrome P450IID6. They can cause inhibition of metabolism of antipsychotics to elevate the serum level of antipsychotics and exacerbate the extrapyramidal symptoms when co-administered with antipsychotics. Among these SSRIs, there ore a few studies about paroxetine compared to fluoxetine or sertraline. In this study, we have intended to know the drug interaction of paroxetine and haloperidol when co-administered two drugs for the chronic schizophrenics by assessing the changes of positive, negative symptoms and extrapyramidal symptoms. for this purpose, we selected 29 subjects, the chronic schizophrenics with no physical problems. They were under maintenance therapy of haloperidol. They ore randomly assigned to placebo group(n=12) and drug group(n=17) by using double blind method. And then, placebo or paroxetine 20mg were administered to the subjects of each groups during 8 week period. We have assessed their psychopathology and extrapyramidal symptoms using Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS), Hamilton Rating Scale lor Depression(HRSD), Simpson-Angus Scale at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks and serum haloperidol, reduced haloperidol levels at 0, 4, 8 weeks during the period. The results ore analysed by using repeated measure MANOVA. 27 subjects have completed the study during 8 weeks. among the subjects, 1) PANSS, HRSD ; no significant difference between groups. 2) Simpson-Angus Scale ; no significant change according to the time and no significant difference between the groups(no group and time effect). 3) Haloperidol and reduced haloperidol level ; no significant change. When co-administered paroxetine and haloperidol, there ore no significant changes of the psychopothology and no significant changes of the extrapyramidal symptoms. In this result, paroxetine seems to be not to affect the metabolism of haloperidol.
Fluoxetine과 Haloperidol의 병합투여시 정신병리 및 추체외로 증상의 변화

본 연구는 정신분열증 환자 38명을 대상으로 하여 haloperidol과 fluoxetine을 8주간 병합투여 하였고, PANSS, CGI, Simpson-Angus 척도를 투여전과 투여후 2, 4, 6, 8주에 시행하여 임상증상 및 추체외로 부작용을 평가하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 8주간의 연구기간동안 양성, 음성증상의 유의한 변화가 없었다. 2) 8주의 연구기간동안 추체외로 부작용의 증가가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 기존 연구에서 fluoxetine에 의해 haloperidol의 혈중농도가 증가하여 효과 및 부작용이 증가한다는 연구보고와는 다르며, 이 결과는 haloperidol과 fluoxetine의 병합사용을 안전하게 할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다고 하겠다. These results suggest that it is safe to coadminister fluoxetine to schizophrenic patients with haloperidol treatmemt.
저속 회전 스테이지의 5자유도 회전축 오차 분석에 관한 연구

Rotary stages in semiconductor, display industry and many other fields require challenging accuracy to perform their functions properly. Especially, Axis of rotation error on rotary system is significant; such as the spindle error motion of the aligner, wire bonder and inspector machine which result in the poor quality products. To evaluate and improve the performance of such precision rotary stage, undesired movements on the other 5 degrees of freedom of the rotary stage must be measured and analyzed. In this paper, we have measured the three translations and two tilt motions of the worm gear type spindle with high precision capacitive sensors. To obtain the radial error motion, we have used Donaldson's reversal technique. And the axial components of the spindle tilt error motion can be obtained accurately from the axial direction outputs of sensors by Estler face motion reversal technique. Further more we have designed and developed the sensor mounting jig with standard cylinder for reversal method.
단일벽 탄소나노튜브의 잉크젯 프린팅 및 전계방출소자의 제작

We fabricated transparent carbon nanotube film and various patterns using inkjet printing. The single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) was dispersed in dimethylformamide without any surfactant. In this paper, we report how the networked conductivity of SWNTs is affected by substrate surface, substrate heating and length of SWNTs. The transparent film with 71% transmittance and 900 Ω/□sheet resistance were achieved by experimental trial-and-error method. The developed method was so efficient due to large area printing, direct pattering and stable reproducibility. As the results, the 34 ㎛ dot pattern was presented and the printed circuit pattern was printed on the plastic, the paper and the glass, respectively. Also field emitting device was fabricated by inkjet printing and its performance was evaluated in vacuum environment.

In this work, we have developed nanopatterning technologies for the fabrication of an artificial stereocilia which presented in animal sensory organism including human ear. Various nanopatterning technologies including nanoimprint lithography and photo lithography have been considered to make the pattern of the metal catalysts for carbon nanotube (CNT) growth. Catalyst patterns with several hundreds of nm size could be obtained from these technologies. Finally, CNT growth by PECVD has tried and the growth results would be presented with several growing issues.

탄소나노튜브의 금속성 및 반도체성을 연속적으로 동시에 분리하기 위하여 마이크로 채널을 사용하였다. H 형태의 마이크로 채널에서 유전영동과 층류유동을 이용해 높은 순도의 금속성과 상대적 함유량이 높은 반도체성 나노튜브를 동시에 추출할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 탄소나노튜브의 개별화 및 분리를 라만신호와 흡광도 측정을 통해 평가하였으며, 전계효과트랜지스터와 투명전도성 필름 제작하여 간접적으로 분리된 나노튜브의 성능을 확인하였다. 개발된 기술은 향후 크기를 확대하여 대량분리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
가덕도등대 100주년 기념관을 활용한 해양문화공간에 관한 연구

대한제국 융회 3년인 1909년 12월 25일에 초점등하여 현재 100주년을 맞이하는 가덕도등대에 '가덕도등대 100주년 기념관'을 건립하여 등대 및 가덕도 섬의 역사와 문화를 해양유물로서 보존하고 가덕도등대를 통하여 주변역사와 해양문화를 국민들이 체험 및 교육할 수 있는 장소로 조성하고자 한다. On the crisis of international economy, the government is making an effort to seek economic growing motivation with the method of overcoming economic crisis and 'low carbon green growth'. Furthermore, to promote maritime vessel traffic service related inefficient energy wastage was revealed and eco-friendly alternative energy was accepted because of high price of oil in the beginning of 2008. In this situation, I'm going to discuss the possibility of eco-friendly energy system in maritime vessel traffic service with the way of cutting the budget and expansion of solar power generation system which was promoted to meet government 'energy saving plan for high price of oil'.
