Background: The aim of this study was to assess the change in radiating leg pain after traffic accidents in patients with and without herniated intervertebral disc (HIVD) and improvement of radiating leg pain after traffic accidents. Methods: This was an retrospective study of 188 patients. Patients who had been admitted to the Hospital of Korean Medicine with the complaint of radiating leg pain after traffic accidents, and who had undergone lumbar spine magnetic resonance imaging to determine the presence or absence of HIVD were observed from April to June 2016. We analyzed sex, age, length of admission, direction (to a single leg or to both legs) and locations, (medial, anterior, lateral or posterior side of the lower limb) of radiating leg pain, presence or absence of HIVD, and number, grade and position of HIVD. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) were used to evaluate the impact of radiating leg pain on patients. Results: Radiating leg pain NRS score decreased significantly in both the HIVD group (from 6.12 ± 2.39 to 4.31 ± 1.87, p < 0.001) and the no HIVD group (from 5.76 ± 1.64 to 3.85 ± 1.41, p < 0.001). ODI score also decreased significantly in both groups (HIVD, from 44.67 ± 17.38 to 26.83 ± 13.18; no HIVD , from 39.24 ± 15.58 to 19.69 ± 12.; both p < 0.001). Conclusion: There was no significant change in radiating leg pain after traffic accidents in patients with and without HIVD and improvement of radiating leg pain after traffic accidents.

In recent years, voluntary or volunteer activities have emerged as a vital and undeniable element in enhancing the real quality of life in Korea. In this paper studied volunteer activity and utilization which orientated volunteer center. This thesis aims to problems and alternatives. This study gave a great attention to status analysis of the volunteer server and utilizer system. For this purpose was centered on the systems of operation management and support. This study methodology reviewed some theoretical, practical experiences, survey and in volunteer center. Based on the analysis, this study identified several major problems to be solved. As followed the results. First, the Volunteer Support disagreements demand and supply in server and utilizer volunteer centers should be established in all personal and materials. Second, it is scarcity of volunteer recognition and coordinators. Third, it is scarcity of communication between center and volunteer. Fourth, It needs information system implementation which supports activity sphere, activity place, activity real time people who wants. Should be trained core competence so that they can play a variety of professional roles in managing volunteer programs in volunteer centers.

Recently PZT is used in ultra precision mechanism field. PZT itself has a small driving range although it has a high resolution. Many methods, such as inchworm, impact driving, inertial sliding method, etc., have been applied for moving range expansion. In this study, a new actuating mechanism for rotational motion with two driving PZT is proposed. The Fixed-Fixed beam support is applied for compensation of the difference in driving force between expansion and contraction of PZT. The behavior and design parameters of the proposed mechanism are analyzed for improving performance.

Recently PZT is used in ultra precision mechanism field. PZT has a small motion range although it has a high resolution. Many methods, such as inchworm, impact driving, etc., have been applied for the expansion of the motion range.? In this study, the new actuating mechanism for rotational motion with two PZT actuators is proposed. The ultra precision rotational actuator which is made by proposed mechanism is able to operate both coarse and fine motion. The design parameters of the proposed mechanism are considered to improve the performance of the system. The rotational stage which is applied by the proposed mechanism is fabricated. The resolution and velocity for fabricated rotational stage are measured by laser interferometer.
AWGN환경에서 적응형 SC/MRC 다이버시티 컴바이너 성능분석

무선 채널의 시변 특성 및 경로손실, 지연, 도플러, 쉐도잉 그리고 간섭과 같은 다양한 전파 방해요소로 인해 충분한 데이터 속도 및 요구되는 서비스 품질을 달성하기 매우 어렵다. 특히 본 논문에서 고려되는 발사체 시스템의 시험 및 평가 시 동체에 장착된 송신안테나와 추적안테나 간의 전파 경로는 발사체의 빠른 이동 및 지형, 지물로 인해 다중경로 페이딩으로 인한 간섭 발생 및 Line of sight(LOS) 전파 경로가 차단되는 경우가 발생한다. 이와 같이 무선 통신 시스템에서 발생되는 다중 경로 페이딩을 효과적으로 개선하기 위해서 다이버시티 컴바이너 기법을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 다이버시티 컴바이너 기법 중 공간 다이버시티 컴바이너 기법에 대한 설계 및 개선방안을 도출하기 위하여, AWGN채널 환경에서 Maximum ratio combining(MRC), Selection combining(SC)의 BER성능과 서로 독립된 채널로부터 수신 된 2개의 신호 간 SNR 비교 시 설정된 특정 임계값 기준보다 낮은 경우 MRC로 동작하고 높은 경우 SC로 동작하여 수신된 2개의 신호를 컴바이너 하는 적응형 SC/MRC 다이버시티 컴바이너에 대한 BER 성능을 비교 분석하였다. In this paper, to derive the design and improvement schemes for the space diversity combiner technique among the diversity combiner schemes, the BER performance of maximum ratio combining (MRC) and selection combining (SC) In an adaptive SC / MRC diversity combiner that operates with MRC when it is lower than the specified threshold criterion when comparing the SNR between two signals received from the channel and operates with SC at high and combines the two received signals The BER performance of the system was compared and analyzed.
IRIG 표준기반의 Telemetry 시스템과 상용 LTE-TDD간 상호공종을 위한 간섭분석

Telemetry ground station use very high gain directional antenna systems that are sensitive to interference from other RF communication systems, Without appropriate interference protection, these systems could be severely impacted or even rendered useless for mission support. In ECC, we suggested ans interference analysis method between LTE-TDD system and telemetry ground station using 2.3GHz. In this paper, based on the interference analysis scenario considered in Electronic Communication Committee, We have derived mutual coexistence separation distance between telemetry ground station and LTE-TDD system(Base station, User equipment) in Spatial domain. Telemetry 수신국은 다른 RF 시스템으로부터 간섭에 민감한 고 이득의 지향성 안테나를 사용하고 있으며 간섭 방지에 대한 적절한 규정이 정해져있지 않기 때문에 임무수행 중 목표물 추적 실패 혹은 수신 데이터 손상 등의 사례가 발생될 수 있다. 이에 유럽 전자통신위원회(Electronic Communications Committee; ECC)에서는 2.3GHz 대역을 이용하는 LTE-TDD 수신국과 인접한 Telemetry 시스템 간 간섭분석 방안을 제시하였으며 본 논문에서는 ECC에서 고려하는 간섭분석 시나리오를 바탕으로 공간영역에서 Telemetry 수신국과 LTE-TDD 기지국 또는 단말기 개수별 상호공존 가능한 보호이격거리를 도출하였다.

According to the growth of nano science and technology, ultra high precision stage and manipulator is recently required at a variety of equipment (SEM, FIB, AFM, STM etc.). In this study, 3-DOF parallel manipulator using the merits of parallel robot is developed, and inverse kinematics is studied for the parallel type manipulator. This manipulator using the pantograph type PZT is operated, and joints and links using the super-elastic material arecomposed. FEM analysis is performed in order to considerate reasonability to use super-elastic wire.
